      My 13000 deducted from bank account got confirmation that is successfully added to junglee account, but it is not showing any amount. Bank confirmed amount is successfully transferred to Junglee rummy.
      When I asked for help, they locked my account and not responding to emails.

        Rahul Kusale this side, registered on Junglee rummy with my number [protected] on their Mobile App.
        Sunday afternoon was playing the game under 10000/- pool and lost it, and tried to re-enter but was exited out of the game and money was debited to my account !!
        On asking on chat about it, I was replied that team is working on it and shall receive the credit in 24hrs ! Inspire of 36hrs past by, it did not happen so again questioned about the same and got the same reply of 24 hrs and my account was locked !!!

        I still did not understand the reason of locking my account on questioning about my money which got stuck due to the technical glitch in their app.
        I want to understand when my money would be credited to my account and reason of locking the account ?

                I opened account with them and deposited 100 inr.after playing some game I tried to verify my account.but with silly reason they refuse to verify it and blocked my account.as with same documents I m opening bank account online.but they don't want to understand.it seems they want to use free money. My 100 rs is not big money but I want to aware people how unfair thing they can do.

                  I have not subscribed to any service or product but still I am receiving tonnes of messages. Please stop spamming messages as your spamming would not make me play your game instead it is so annoying that without playing the actual game I am hating it.

                  I don't want to know if Mr. Vijay or some other random person has won 1 Cr or 1 Lakh Rs. I have not subscribed to any of your services - I don't know how did you get my contact number. This is just invasion of my Privacy.

                                      I had made a recharge of Rs. 5000 in my rummy account on 20 June 2023 at 10:18 pm and it was successful from bank side but till now I did not credit amount in my rummy account. I also tried to communicate with them via WhatsApp and they siad to me to wait for 24 hours. Now it is more than 24 hours but I didn't get amount.
