I booked one innova car from mr vishal sanhotra of amritsar through whatsapp ([protected]) for my visit to amritswar and katra on 14th and 15th of may 2018. He was introduced by just dial. Before proceeding to amritsar i categorically intimated him to provide me receipt of payment mentioning the permit number of the vehicle. He assured me before my reaching amritsar airport on 14th. Although he had provided one innova car, but after reaching katra on 15th he refused to give the bill although i paid him the full amount. Instead he sent me through whatsapp one blank bus receipt of seerat tour travel, 148, keshribagh mkt, galhira car parking, amritsar. I refused to accept the same and regularly requesting him to send me the bill. Till then he has been assuring me to send the bill but ultimately stop receving my mobile call. I urge upon to do justice and penalise the concerned person/agency. Since the said person was introduced by just dial they can't deny their responsibility. The matter was brought to the notice of just dial over mobile phone on 16th and 17th may but they did not take any action nor registered my complaint. Look forward to early justice

My friend biplove mandal opted for your services, his mobile no is [protected], your executive named harinder came to me and told me on his behalf you can give me your company cheque and unless and until you tell me i ll not forward the cheque, the very next day i called him and told him not to forward the cheque but he said that he already forwarded the cheque, he told me to stop your cheque by calling your bank i did that too, next month the cheque hits and gets bounced. I called your customer service department from the no. [protected], she told me that ecs will not hit my bank from justdial but today when i called to confirm the status i come to know that i was fooled by the agent ecs, was still going to hit the bank next month.

I spoke twice to customer service but i wasted my time.

I want the ecs to be stopped asap before i take any legal action against just dial and i will post the recordings to social media.

Humbly request you to please do the needful. Please revert asap.

I received a mail at 1 am on email i'd [protected]@gmail.com today that a booking has been done in my swapnil and contact number [protected].
I would like to put into your knowledge that this email id is mine. But the bookings done by this contact number are not done by me. Coincidentally the names are also same. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible to avoid a bigger mishap.

I have get the subscription plan from just dial in october 2017 the promotional scheme of rs.999 in which i have being told that i will get leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i have to do ecs by giving cancel cheque and ecs authorisation, while i have paid rs.2200 by online payment and the sales person told me that if you are happy with the services then you will have to provide cancel cheque for ecs, but now i am not satisfied with the just dial services and don't want to continue the plan. I have sent mail to team to cancel my subscription and remove my profile from website so company denied to remove, please help me

Hi i just search a travel agent jd verified on jd app i call to prime travel Rahul verma for tempo traveler he said transfer money as booking amount n i ll send the traveller in morning i transfered 3000 rs after that no tempo send by him v suffring alot with that and after that he also not giving my money back i complained to justdial they registered my complain but no result i also mailed to [protected]@justdial.com but no result. Please do the needful and tc about jd verified tag othervise the trust on jd get lost.

Even after several reminders NO ONE has turned ups to explain them how to use and benefits I can get by this advertisement/I am just getting some inquiry mails

Every time new person picks up the phone and promises, regret my problem continues. i had sent mails also. I AM AN ILLITERATE ABOUT USAGE OF COMPUTER

Last time one mr. Issac Naveen ( so called manager ) spoke to me and informed he will address my grievances. He doesn't have decency even to pick up the phone - yesterday call 6 times. Till date no bill has been given to me.

It is a matter of huge disappointment that i am writing this complaint message to your team JUST DIAL. We have been your customer since last 2 years and we are facing the below two problems again and again -

a) Someone from your branch office named SHASHI (+91-[protected]) spoke to our team regarding address change and some renewal offer on 19th MAY 2018 and since then we have not received any leads from Just dial. Today our team comes to know that out account has been suspended and and payment is showing 0 balance.

b) Our team has been calling JUSTDIAL since last 1 year now asking for a tech support in getting our address change. Every time they say they have changed it but it is never done. They even guided us what was the procedure to change the address and we did the same but again it never changed.

We have been paying for your services and we have never defaulted on the same. I fail to understand is this such a big matter that an address cannot be changed and now our ID has been suspended because of non payment(as per a guy who told us from JustDial)

I have subscribed my co's profile in just dial for business for 2 month contract.

i have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subcription.

as per the co's marketing person guidance i have paid for 2 month's subscription,
he has told me that you have to subcribe for 2 month and if you are satisfied with our service
then continue for further subcription through ecs mode of payment.

so i have signed the contract and provided the bank details but i am not satisfied with services when i have query about this concern in customer care and marketing officer they directly told me he can't close the pack ecs will continue.

Its quite a sorry state of affairs in Just Dial, when you register a complaint they dont respond. It is a negative approach which is impacting for good customer.

I am from meerut and taken the just dial paid service in year 2016 from one of the employee come to my shop for promoting my business. He introduce himself as abhishek and told me to pay for six months promising to give promotion but no such thing happen. I call just dial to close my service but till date no such thing happen instead of it they are charging ach amount from 2016 till date. I called them many times to close my account but no one is listening instead of it they dropped the call or say our executive will call you.
I am fed up by just dial and they are the big fakers misleading the clients and not given any support regarding our complaints.
When i go to bank to close my account bank told me that you have some uncleared charges which just dial is charging without any confirmation.

This is to inform you that on 16th may 2018 i have called your esteem concern to provide the cell numbers of videocon ac customer care number which your concern did along with the videocon customer care message you have also sent mr. Aleem cell number [protected] which i have sent you as the snap shot. He has sent 2 servicing person and they have serviced 5 ac and after 2hours they left 2 ac which they have gas filled and repaired has stopped working. From that day till today we are calling him but the above gentleman is not responding our call. I am sure he is a fraud since he has demanded r s 7200 and produced a receipt for it and we have paid rs 5000 as on date their is no response from mr. Aleem side. Kindly probe in and please advice him to repair the air conditioner immediately.

I have got wrong information from just dial. Took number from just dial for maid bureau and a guy came with a girl at home and took 40000₹ and then in 15mins that girl ran away. Now their phone is off.
I need an answer from just dial how do they add unknown people without any verification in their website. Since morning i’m trying to contact just dial but nobody is helping me with this. Eventually i had to complain here. Hope this complaint will be taken care of and help us.

I purchased paid services from just dial and want to stop now as i have closed my business. As just dial is denying to stop these services. Can any one help to provide escalation matrix for just dial.

There behavior is totally worst with the customer. I am following up from last one and half month no one is providing me resolutions. Every one saying we can't stop. You have to continue for 1year.

I didn't enquire about carwale and wedding services, yet i'm receiving minimum 7 calls every day from justdial. Every 2 hours i get a call asking me if i want to know more about wedding halls, or if i'm interested to buy toyota or mercedes. I am not interested to buy anything! I'm a student!!
It's too annoying. I've never even used justdial and i have no clue from where did they (People calling me) my contact details.
Look into the matter to the earliest possible.

Myself vishal from meerut i took the just dial paid services from one the just dial executive ankit in month of august 2016. At that time executive told me to take six months services and we will gie you best promotion in your business but no such thing happen
Instead of it today when i go to bank for closing my bank account. Bank has shown me that just dial is charging ech charges from last year with out any intimation or confirmation to me about the charges.
Now bank has given me such big amount which is uncleared for having just dial services. When i call to customer care of just dial they are not taking my companit seriously and say we cant do anything
What the just dial doing is totally fraud and misleading the clients.
I am totally fedup with this and going to suit case against them in court. And also send one copy to govt for taking some action against this fraud cases

I badly want to stop my ecs.

From last 7 months i went malad office to

But didn't help me out.

All are frouds even head of just dial office malad branch. They told me nahi hoga jao hum ecs band nahi karenge 1 saal ka contract hai.

But after contract this ecs didn't stopped all are frouds even i called 12 times before this action to pls stop my ecs and they cut my call.

Some 2-3 guys are pls wait i transferred my call and then i was waiting for 15-18 min and cut the phone.

Please guys do something this big companies are frouds pls be careful. N help me out.

I have repeatedly asked to remove my company from just dial. After going through appropriate channels, my ecs is debited even after 3 months notice. Also, when bringing up the complaint, i was harassed by their customer complaint staff by the name of shahnaz. Not only am i being cheated out of money every month, but the customer complaint staff also refused to entertain any requests and started shouting at me. Just dial operates on a unprofessional and border line illegal manner, it is unfortunate that such a large company operate like thugs.

I want to register my busness in your company but im gettinng very bad responce frrom your side. First ill called on your tollfree no. For help your executive they transfer my call on different department one of your epm, takes my call and said me please take paid listing but i said no. Please register my busness as free listing then they disconnect my call. Ill face this problem two time i remember both guy name is shubham sharma and 2nd one is tependre or may be dependra...
Still my problem its not solved. Hope you resolve it.
