I purchased paid services from just dial and want to stop now as i have closed my business. As just dial is denying to stop these services. Can any one help to provide escalation matrix for just dial.

There behavior is totally worst with the customer. I am following up from last one and half month no one is providing me resolutions. Every one saying we can't stop. You have to continue for 1year.

I didn't enquire about carwale and wedding services, yet i'm receiving minimum 7 calls every day from justdial. Every 2 hours i get a call asking me if i want to know more about wedding halls, or if i'm interested to buy toyota or mercedes. I am not interested to buy anything! I'm a student!!
It's too annoying. I've never even used justdial and i have no clue from where did they (People calling me) my contact details.
Look into the matter to the earliest possible.

Just dial no1 fraud and fake company
Myself vishal from meerut i took the just dial paid services from one the just dial executive ankit in month of august 2016. At that time executive told me to take six months services and we will gie you best promotion in your business but no such thing happen
Instead of it today when i go to bank for closing my bank account. Bank has shown me that just dial is charging ech charges from last year with out any intimation or confirmation to me about the charges.
Now bank has given me such big amount which is uncleared for having just dial services. When i call to customer care of just dial they are not taking my companit seriously and say we cant do anything
What the just dial doing is totally fraud and misleading the clients.
I am totally fedup with this and going to suit case against them in court. And also send one copy to govt for taking some action against this fraud cases

I badly want to stop my ecs.

From last 7 months i went malad office to

But didn't help me out.

All are frouds even head of just dial office malad branch. They told me nahi hoga jao hum ecs band nahi karenge 1 saal ka contract hai.

But after contract this ecs didn't stopped all are frouds even i called 12 times before this action to pls stop my ecs and they cut my call.

Some 2-3 guys are pls wait i transferred my call and then i was waiting for 15-18 min and cut the phone.

Please guys do something this big companies are frouds pls be careful. N help me out.

I have repeatedly asked to remove my company from just dial. After going through appropriate channels, my ecs is debited even after 3 months notice. Also, when bringing up the complaint, i was harassed by their customer complaint staff by the name of shahnaz. Not only am i being cheated out of money every month, but the customer complaint staff also refused to entertain any requests and started shouting at me. Just dial operates on a unprofessional and border line illegal manner, it is unfortunate that such a large company operate like thugs.

I want to register my busness in your company but im gettinng very bad responce frrom your side. First ill called on your tollfree no. For help your executive they transfer my call on different department one of your epm, takes my call and said me please take paid listing but i said no. Please register my busness as free listing then they disconnect my call. Ill face this problem two time i remember both guy name is shubham sharma and 2nd one is tependre or may be dependra...
Still my problem its not solved. Hope you resolve it.

From 22/4/2018 shauray logistics co pvt ltd kandivali, mumbai has taken our household stuff which had to deliver to jodhpur on 27th/28thapril. We search them through just dial... Till today they have not delivered our stuff.. I m complaining against this movers and packers company.. We have all the bills and call details.. Pls see to it and get back to us asap. Thanku

I made a bsnl validity recharge of rs 36 on 20 may 2018 at 12.24 p. M. Vide recharge jd id - ora1v7h3j1 but amount not credited to bsnl. When i contacted customer care of justdial they said that the my recharge failed my amount will be credited in my paytm wallet. But the same was not yet credited.

Please refund the amount in my paytm wallet urgently.

I am leaving india in a month so winding up my business, i have already mailed ample of times to you n got an inquiry call from ur center two days back n she promised me to do the needful but i got again a mail from just dial ki i have asked for continuation but reality is i wan to discontinue with you people please stop taking ecs from my account.

Me just dial team se kafi preshan hu, itni bar in logo ko call, mail kiye hai ki please mera contract cancel kro, mujhe just dail ki service nhi chaiye, but in logo ne koi reply ni kiya, consumer complaints team meri help kro or is fraud company me mera paisa barbaad hone se mujhe bachao, and koi bhi just dial ki service mt lo, in ke fake commitment hote hai, jaise name wese hi fake kam...

Two days back one of your executive mr anup patnikar and before the purchase of the plan infinite number call your executives had made it but now no one can give proper revert on your toll free number[protected] and above given executive will not picking the phone at the time of deal which is happen on[protected], that guy told that if you give a cheque campaign will start after it clears. So we do the online payment but inspite of that still no body called us even no services are which we are expecting from you so please cancelled the contract and give back the revert as quickly as possible.

Sir just dial ki company se kafi irritate hu or mene inke customer care pe call kiya to mujhe force karne lage service 3 months tak continue rahegi, mene apne business k liye kahi se best service avail krli so that just ki service stop karna chahti hu, but just dial company k employee bhot bekar hai bas apni bt repeat kr kr k borr karte hai, client ke concern se koi mtlb ni, mujhe just dial ki company se irritation ho gayi, plz plz stop ecs payment

The workers, employees or whoever calls asking for confirmation/imformation etc dont know how to behave with customers, some called ([protected]) me asking for confirmations and when i started to answer the questions imposed by them they cut the call suddenly on face and also they ask same information and deatils too many times which is tiredsome....

This is to notify you that i have shown interest to become a business partner with just dial in the name of ramit classes on 3/05/18 after seeing advertisement. I gave a cheque of 5900 rupee and also sign a mandate for direct debit setup. It was not told to me at that time that the signature is for direct debit every month. However the executive who came also misguided lot of things. Later on i also got a call that the given cheque is deffered due to signature and not clear.

Later on we changed our mind and not at all interested for the same. So when cheque was not cleared i thought it was canceled and also asked a bank to stop the payment of cheque which was issued in the name of just dial.

So, my plan has not initated yet and not came into existence so request you to cancel the offer bec cheque not cleared and it is requested to please stop all the ecs amount which were supposed to be deductee by 2558.

Please reply as soon as possible and request you to stop the ecs as well because plan did not came into existence.

Have checked for packers & movers details on just dail, post which started receiving call from multiple company.. Basis the requirement spoke to the logistic company name sommex logistic india pvt ltd. Wherein the person mentioned he will dispatch my goods if i pay advance of 80%. Ask the person to provide details of proof, he gave co. Pan card, gstin #, vechicle registration # & also provided bank details.. Being in emergency suitation transferred the payment. When called back to check when he is coming for collecting the payment he straight away denied saying he is the way he work and will not refund back my money too... I extremely distisfied of this incident as has trusted this site for the the information but got to know unnecessarily our details are getting forward to fraud people who could fool people

This to inform you that i have signup with your services for my business with mobile no. [protected] for 10 year and paid you rupees 29510/-. As per the communication service location area is mumbai. I called you guys many times to ask you the contract agreement but i haven't received any update from your guys. Also i opted services for mumbai only & i am getting calls outside mumbai which is completely irrelevant to my business. I am located at kanjurmarg & i am getting calls from bhivandi, ulhasnagar, dombivali, kalyan, etc. These area is not fall under mumbai region it is fall under thane district. Request you to refund my money to my credit card or else i will file the charge back with the amex card.

I have been following up with you guys from the date i have opted your services but every time i got the same answer that our concern team will get back to you but still i am waiting for your response.

This is very pathetic service which i am getting i just want to cancel this.

We started using justdial paid services last year with the basic package amounting rs. 2, 360 with taxes. Every month on 2nd day the amount used to get debited from our account.
In month of april the same ecs of 2, 360 hit our bank account and the very next day justdial executive came to us and changed our plan. He convinced us to take 3, 545 per month with taxes plan and took a cheque of rs. 7, 080 for two months. According to that we have already paid for services till june and in july ecs was supposed to be deducted.
The same amount was deducted from our bank account in month of may only and none of your executives are reverting.

We are looking forward to stop the service right away and get back reund of extra paid amount.

I paid 17700 & was promised that you will get 5th 6th or7th position

I am using justdial since long but now i am very disappointing with your service, few days back i called and ask for ac service contact number and they shared the same.

I called one of the contact number and ask for support, they came to my home and do the ac service, i paid 1200rs for the same and after 2 days issue come again i called lots of time but they never pick my phone.

Finally i called just dial and ask to raise the complaint against the company, just dial executive arrange the conference call with ac repair company and asked them to return money but it was not happen, i called just dial again n again for update but still no update.

Please check and do the needful asap and take strict action for this company.
