For the first time i took the package in 2016 from just dial on the intense pursue of just dial telecaller. But at that time my experience was very bad with the just dial as i was getting all the leads from delhi and i also informed about it to just dial but i did not get any positive response from just dial. After that i discontinued my package as company was more more concerned about the money and not the people. What i felt was that it's employees do not have any emotions and values for the people. And the life goes on...
Few months back again i started getting call from just dial telecaller again & again (Hats off to their efforts) who told me that since i have faced the problem earlier so they have come up with the new schemes specially designed for me having a market price around 50k for web rs. 3k for package and but will be available to me at a discount. Moreover, our customer query base have been increased from 5 to 50 lac.
As you know time heals everything and it's a human nature that everyone should be given a second chance for sure.
That's why i asked for the more details. She said no sir, i cant explain everything to you on the phone and i will arrange the meeting with our marketing executive. I said ok. You may send your executive.
Then that day mr. Jayanta came, i dont remember his full name. But he was not able to answer my questions as the necessary details were not available with him.
Next, again i received a call from just dial about how was the meeting and i told them that your executive was not able to answer my question so she said "don't worrry sir, i will send some senior expert with full details.
And this is how i firstly met with mr. Ajeet kumar (Just dial senior expert). Once you see him you will have the sympathy from his personality.
On 14.09.2017,
Mr. Ajeet kumar represented himself as an employee of the just dial limited.in my peak hours i spared the time for him. I told him in details that i have been already aggrieved by the just dial limited and the problem was that i was getting the leads from delhi and all are irrelevant though as per the keywords. I told him that in our profession people needs personal interaction therefore, out of area leads even if tried could not get matured. So i asked him how will you get resolve this issue? I simply told him that i am more concerned about the business you will give to me and not about the ways how you will give it.
So mr. Ajeet kumar come up with a solution which was package plus website. He told me same as you did that now people searched more through mobile app and websites. Now i get interested and asked him for more details. He told me, sir, now our working has been changed and assured me that you will get all the leads from gurgaon zonal only. He assured me that he will do the work on his personal level and give me the services on personal level too. So when a senior person from the reputed company just dial limited was assuring me about the service i get influenced. But that's not the end at all.
He was more interested in selling the website and told me that through website i will get more leads. I told him that i already have a blogs and web etc plus being a ca, we have a privilege to get the discount on websites etc.in the industry and we can have the website in as low as rs. 2, 000 to rs. 3, 000/-. Even i displayed him some website like see this http://www.casansaar.com/website/ which is exclusive for ca's etc. I asketd him how website offered by just dial is different and what unique it is offering. He told me that having a web from just dial, i will get following:-
1.) unlimited free messages
2.) unlimited bulk e-mails
3.) unlimited web space
4.) dynamic website with unlimited pages
5.) website with special feature of seo (Search engine optimisation)
6.) chat box facility
7.) mobile app facility
8.) special security feature and many more...
After that he asked me to first book my domain and said that i need to pay separately, i immediately told him that book my domain. He booked my domain from just dial only and again told me the benefit of having two free special email-id's if i book it from just dial instead of go daddy.
When i asked him for the demonstration of any website of a ca, he said we are working on it and not available right now. Rather he showed me some other demo which i simply rejected because it was not the site which i was looking for. I told him about the requirements and site which i require and given the examples of some fetures which i require:-
1.) real time bulletin like on www.calalit.com
2.) questions and answers tab like gst queries (Where people can post their queries and get answer in real time) eg. https://gst.taxmann.com/queryposted.aspx
3.) printing feature and do not copy content
4.) clients login and data downloading and many more...
He assured me of giving all such features and told me that one dedicated software it person will come personally and he will also come in my office. They will sit in my office and will develop the website accordingly. He also called his senior mr. Saurabh to make me assure about it.
After this much of talk and giving me the full assurance, he collected the two cheques from me for rs.11, 800/- and rs.14, 160/- dated 15.09.2017 respectively. Everything was going good and i was happy that at least now just dial has started thinking about his customers. He also asked me to mail the cheques copy to his senior person as a proof and for speedy work. Cheques copies are duly enclosed for youe ready reference.

After 3-4 days, another person came to me for collecting a new cheque of rs. 25, 960/- telling me that there is some problem in a system of just dial and it is not accepting the two cheques. He bring with him one paper also to get it signed.
I asked him for returning the old cheques but he did not bring the same. I asked him"where is ajeet?"i called ajeet but was not able to reach him so i did not give another guy new cheque as i was not comfortable and found something suspicious.
Again i called mr. Ajeet for continuously 2 days but not able to contact him and there was no reply from ajeet side. So finally, i opted for the last resort which was stop payment because the products which was offering to me was not ready and the person whom i trusted was not reachable. Then after 2 days he called me, i asked him for the answers why he was not picking my phone. He said,"sir, i was working on your issue and now the problem is over"he told me that you will get all the required features as he has talked to his bosses.
I said ok, no problem also informed him that i have stopped the earlier cheques as the issue was not clear. I told him to come once the all of my issues get sorted and you get assure that i will get all the required features.
On 25.09.2017, mr. Ajeet kumar visited at my office around 2.00 p. M. Since i was having the doubts regarding my issues i asked him whether my queries get resolved? He said yes sir, your query get resolved and you will get the required services for package & web. He took the requirement

And has also showed me the wats app chat with mr. Saurabh and mr. Gaurav bhatnagar. Regarding sms, he said" sir, free sms unlimited nahi 10, 000 milenge with one year validity baaki saare fetures milenge aur aapki requirement bhi ho jaayengi"i said any other thing you want to disclose now, he said," don't worry sir, main baitha hoon na, agar company ne kuch nahi dia to main doonga. Aap company ko nahi jaante aap mujhe jaante ho."
I asked him to please send the mail for the same then he started making excuses as" sir, i will mail you from office etc etc.". But still i forced him to drop some mail at least i should have something to show in case of any dispute as i know nobody believes you if don't have proofs."

Meanwhile i was also receiving the calls from just dial and i informed the same to him. I asked him, when i aready have subscribed then why i am getting a call from just dial. He said sir, tell them you are not interested and in a couple of days i will do something after which you will not receive the call. On 27.09.2017, in a late nightat 10.35 p. M. I received a call from mr. Ajeet asking an otp from me. I was firstly get shocked that what is this otp for and why so late but then he told me he is working on my contract. So i gave him the otp at 10.44 p. M.
Everything was going fine till 4th october 2017 as i was of the believe that mr ajeet must be working on my contract. On 04.10.2017, i received a debit message of rs. 25, 960/- from my account. I informed this to mr. Ajeet, he said ok sir i will check and confirm. But no call received.
On 5th october i him called again to know the status but he rejected my call and did not called me. After that i again try to contacted him on 06.10.2017, but he sent a wats app message to contect someone else.

He was the person to whom i trusted most while dealing with the just dial. But as the cheque get cleared he never picked up my phone nor called me. I called your customer care and told them to even lets have a face to face talk of that person with me but no result. Even i tried to take him in call confrencing but no answer received. Till then i was able to get that i was again become the victim of the fraud. I again and again called the customer care and lodged the complaints that i am getting the irrelevant leads but it seems that it has become the practice of just dial limited that "mana bhi mat karo aur kaam bhi mat karo, customer apne aap pareshaan hokar chup ho jayega".
After the again and again request, on 12.10.2017,
I also received the call from web support that they are making my web live. When i see my web i asked him that it does not have what i have been offered. He said that such features like bulletin/seo etc. Are not available in web. When i said that i have a mail which says for the offers like seo, bulk sms etc. And for the requirements. He just took the mail on [protected]@justdial.com and assure me to call back in 5-7 days. As usual no call received yet and they said matter is still pending.
Finally, i received a call on 21.10.2017 from ms. Roshni chauhan assuring me to resolve my issue.
But no response received.
I just want to say only one thing that one year back i was paying rs. 2000 per month but this time only because of continuous influential calls from your telecallers and assurance from your team i paid rs. 25, 960/- in a one go. It is only because of the faith & trust that i associated with your company. But it has completely ruined my faith. It has lead to a mental stress and defocus on my work resulting in a huge loss to my health and wealth. Mistakes can be happened once but if it is happening again and again then it is a well structured fraud and the society should get aware of it.
While dealing with the just dial, i also came across with the lots of legal irregularities and it is not fullfilling the same.
Once you paid the money you will loose your peace of mind. I ignore this thing to give just dial a second chance but it has not been changed at all.

Updated by CA ANUP GUPTA123 See this is exactly what happened with me. They used to say just mail to us and never put in their efforts in resolving the problem.
I have already sent the numerous mails at [protected]@justdial.com. My registered mail id can be received from the forum and mob. no. can be traced from reg. mail id in your system.
