I wish to inform public or any concerned authority that the just dial is abusing us by constantly calling through their calling stations by not respecting our privacy. Not even my father is spared who had a recent heart problems and was recently hospitalised, whos number is dislpayed on the website. All the just dial has to do is to remove our personal numbers and our business as we do never asked to be associated with such a shameless and non ethical business.

I am a medical shop owner. On may 1st one of our customer paid some of rs31000 using via jdpay app. Unfortunately that amount still not credited in to our account. But it is debited to that customer account. Last three days many times i have inform to just dial customercare number, but still there is no currect information from customercare team. The transaction id is:bpl2g1g3. Pls do a currect information..

Just dial bangalore team is not supporting on my issue from past 3 months and all my money is eaten without any service.
I paid 21148.00 for national listing and cancelled the same within a week. The amount is not reflecting in my account. This is really bad about just dial.
I want to activate ultra premium package for whole bangalore city. Bangalore team is supporting nor they are activating.
Please stop service / contract.

This is to inform you that i have already paid the amount rs.17700/- on 30/04 by my credit card for advertising listings on justdial and also i have received invoice copy on 02/05 by email, but i don't know why my services have not yet been activated by the justdial.
Please help me for get my payment.

I have received payment from my customer through jd pay. But the payment is not credited in to my account. It is now asking me to complete kyc, where i have completed it and was doing transaction from two months. When i spoke with justdial executive they are saying particular department is busy and cannot take the call, at the end they are saying will arrange call back from them but no response. I called many time from may 2nd 2018 but the answer was same from your team as jd pay team is busy busy.

I am avanish from bhopal as i have taken a just dail marketing service feom deepak with a monthly charges of 1100 rs i was been communicated by the sales executive that the service can be ternimated at any given point of time but for the last 5 days i am trying to call the exucutive but he is not responding and as i call up the call center there they denued for ternimition of service kindly di the needful.

My 2500 has deducted from client but still not recieved i call them atleast 20times today but they told us we will get back to u but no one has turn up i feel like i cheated from this co. Why they all are keeping us on hold and not replying anything are they have taken our money through jd pay and also they are asking for kyc i have given my passbook copy, pan caed copy and also adhar card m not getting else wt they want

Before signing a deal with JustDial.com for 10 years, Several times, I asked the marketing person and the marketing manager regarding refund policy if I was not happy with the service and regarding a printed agreement. Their common antiphon was "DON'T WORRY SIR, WE ARE THERE FOR YOU." For 5 days after giving the cheque they did not reply to my answer. On the 6th day, when the cheque was cleared and when I spoke to the General Manager, she said that there is no agreement and no refund policy. I was shocked.
Thus they waited for the cheque to pass to tell me the truth.

They hid 2 very important information from me. Besides, they say there is no agreement copy for the deal. Just a INVOICE will be created !! What type of an agreement is this - where information is hidden and where there is no agreement.
I have copies of the mail sent to them too. CAN YOU HELP ME ???

They are a bunch of losers who sold me a package for 15 years worth rs. 15, 000 + gst, they told me that i will get a good return on this package and now after a week when i got only 3 leads (They are also fake) an called the company they said that you have made a very less investment so you will get this kind of return only and also they don't have any refund policy. A bug bunch of losers, don't ever think to go for their service.

I always got stuck my money from jd app everytime they ask for kyc they recieved money for otherside but didnt come to my account at same time when i call customer support they used to hang up call all time they create tension i[censored] dnt have kyc they u recieed payment by our name and same problem i have from there ecs they told me that they cant stop wt about our civil

Hi, we are a small manufacturing unit based in hunsur, on 30/9/16, i remember giving cheque number 000120 of HDFC bank Ltd, hunsur branch to your representative who visited our factory. but, since then, various amounts has been deducting from our account.
please keep in mind that after giving the cheque, i have not renewed or re subcribed any promotion plans from just dial.
hence i want just dial to stop the ecs deduction process with immediate effect and thus cease any form of promotion that you claim to do on our behalf.

Justdial agent shivang nigam ([protected]), offers us listing and take the full payment and promise to give us addon banner but there is no listing he provides us only a # banner which is completely useless for us...
We called him again and again but he is giving excuses and he is not coming to meet, it has been already 5 months done so far..
We need my money back..

Its been so long that i have informed you about my shop wrong address mentioned in the justdial list by you, inspite of giving you full details you have not concern about my problem and you people took it so lightly that mr. Vivek is asking proof of my shop address i dont understand what kind of service you provide to customer after taking lead. I myself changed it thrice via loged in, also on telephonic discussion with justdial callers.

Hello - i would like to bring to your knowledge that just dial automatically renewed the contract in the name of business plan upgrade. Now when i reached out to them to discontinue the executive is asking me to mandatory avail the services for three months - post that the services will be discontinued. I think i have wasted my money for almost two years and i will be taking legal action against just dial for fraud and cheating leading to mental torture. Jd seems to be a fraud company and would want senior leadership to look into the quality and culture in the organisation.

I am Bhupendra Singh and I registered my business on just dial in Feb. 2018. As per the executive that visited me (named Dleep), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 5310/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in March 2018 end. I started getting leads.

Later in April 2018, I received a massage to Dedecut emi in my bank account .I already done 3 Emi.I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 5310/- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

At the onset, i feel sorry I have to reach out to you for something which could have been managed easily at local office.I have reached out to Just Dial CEO Mr Mani as well, on separate note.

If you see the trail mail, I have paid INR 18, 000 for Supreme Package for my firm 'Aashiana Properties and Construction' , with commitment of leads for next 10 years. The package was sold by Sales Person Rajeev Sharma.

But the problem started when not a single lead has been referred to us till date and when I raised the issue to Rajeev he assured me Full Refund. Now from last many days, I have been trying to contact Rajeev but he is not picking my call.

No Refund has been processed till date.

Iam extremely disappointed by professionalism displayed by Sales Team .Just Dial have simply betrayed our Trust and old association we had from past many years.

I hope by escalating the matter to you, we will get our refund at earliest.All details are in trail mail below.
