This to inform you that i have signup with your services for my business with mobile no. [protected] for 10 year and paid you rupees 29510/-. As per the communication service location area is mumbai. I called you guys many times to ask you the contract agreement but i haven't received any update from your guys. Also i opted services for mumbai only & i am getting calls outside mumbai which is completely irrelevant...

We started using justdial paid services last year with the basic package amounting rs. 2, 360 with taxes. Every month on 2nd day the amount used to get debited from our account.

I have purchased package from just dial to grow my business .
They received money and they didn't give me proper leads.
They promised me to get 3-4 leads on daily basis but as of now, I am getting Nothing when I am trying to reach their customer support, they told Every time to arrange call back and promised me to sort out this problem as soon as possible but I didn't receive any call back and any response....

On renewal and getting more leads i went for premium package of rs. 36108 for 1 year subscription this year. After renewal i could see i was getting irrelevant leads from justdial even after complaining "n" number of times for last 4 months, nobody is bothered to fix the issue so i asked for refund...

Update correct number as soon as possible.
Due to this many random unknown calls gets connected.

On kapoor hotel chandigarh's just dial site, the number which is mentioned is incorrect, you need to update this number asap otherwise a strict action will be taken against you and this hotel....
