श्रीमान मैं आलोक सिंह मोबाइल नंबर [protected] ब्लू साल्ट रेस्टोरेंट एंड लॉन्ज वाराणसी सिगरा ने दिनांक 27 मई को मेरे द्वारा दीपक कुमार राय जो बनारस में आपके एजेंट हैं को प्रार्थी ने 11800 रुपए पोस्ट डेटेड चेक के माध्यम से भुगतान किया था। उसके बाद 29 तारीख को मैंने जस्ट डायल से सर्विस ना लेने का आग्रह करते हुए अपना चेक दीपक कुमार राय से वापस मांगा। उसने रुतबा नामक किसी एजेंट का नाम बताया और कहा कि उनसे बात कर लीजिए उनको मैं दिनभर कॉल करता रहा मगर उनका फोन नहीं उठा। 29 तारीख को परेशान होकर मैंने जस्ट डायल को ईमेल भेजा जो इस शिकायत पत्र के साथ संलग्न है। परंतु 30 तारीख को दीपक कुमार राय ने वह चेक जबरदस्ती बैंक में लगाया और 1 तारीख को सुबह मेरे अकाउंट से पैसे निकाल लिए जब मैंने कंपनी के नंबर पर फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपकी सर्विस एक्टिवेट हो गई है और अब पैसे वापस नहीं मिल पाएंगे जब मैंने 29 तारीख को जस्ट डायल को मेल किया था तो मेरी सर्विस कैसे एक्टिवेट हुई और इस मेल के साथ आपके एजेंट की वॉइस रिकॉर्डिंग भी संलग्न कर रहा हूं आशा करता हूं आप ऐसे लोगों पर जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई करेंगे।

Dear justdial,
I pay for my paid listing on 16th may 2018 still my listing is not live and i did not got any invoice copy for my payment on 1/06/2018.
No buddy is replying on call, mail or customer support team all are worst.

This justdial executives have not pic call / not reply call / not give properly answer

Worst customer service, worst customer support

I have recharged wifi from jdpay android application. But the wifi provider stops taking service of jdpay and then i recharged by giving cash to the wifi provider.

Now, i want refund from jdpay and they are not giving. Its around more than a month.

For this, i have called more than 100 times to the customer care and they are telling i only talked once. And not resolving issue.

I am writing to you to express my disappointment and utter dissatisfaction in the recent contract that i signed with just dial.

I was constantly harassed by one of your telemarketers named komal, offering me lead generation package.

After 2 months, i finally gave in and agreed to talk and sign up. When i asked for details as in what do i get out of this package, she said it is a very good limited time offer as it is a "lifetime" package and the guy named sunny would be coming to meet me and explain everything.

When sunny came to meet, i asked for same package details, but he said that komal should have explained. When i told that komal didn't explain anything more than lifetime, sunny said he'd follow up with komal and she would explain. He assured me not to worry and sign up as this offer would expire.

When i called customer care, they said this is just a 10 year listing nothing else.

I tried contacting komal's manager, piyush gupta, multiple times. It's been 08 days since i first contacted piyush and there's no response yet.

I would like a complete refund of this useless package that has been sold to me by false and misleading marketing.

Hello, i am paras chugh owner of paras communication from hari nagar new delhi 110064
My business is registered at your company justdial.
The matter is your agent brijom shukla mobile number is [protected] has cheated on me.
He tell me that the contract of 1year ecs can be cancel within the month if service not good for you. So i give a check to him of rs4720.
After 10days of service i have asked to him to stop my service, but he can not cancel the service. After 22 days me ecs get cut from my bank and again after 2days later another ecs gone cut of rs3540.
The brijom shukla give me his manager mobile number ask him the wrong cutting of ecs and close the contract.
I call him and ask my story. He tell me he will close the ecs service contract and return my full money from company.
Now only the ecs service is closed. But my money of 4720+3540+3540 = 11, 800rs not returned. I only use justdial service 10days, after that time i was busy in complaining, i am mentaly disturb from this lie. Please give my money back. I am waiting for reply. I have full proof of brijom shukla and prashant like recording of his fake promises chats etc.
And also suspend lier brijom shukla and his lier manager prashant [protected].

I have planned to do the advertisement with just dial, i have applied for it in just free listing, your team contacted me and do by payment we offer you in monthly due manner, i feeled than the amount is high then they compramised me, i also told that there is no money now and i call you while i get money but they asked to provide a cheque in future date and we doesnot send your cheque otherwise you tell me to do clearance...
I doesnot able to arrange the amount so i told them to cancel the cheque and ecs process but they doesnot respond to us and putting cheque for clearance and continuously doing ecs detuction my account continously going in negative...
Please give me proper solution for me and stop these kind of cheating activities with the new buisness person i think so many buiseness have closing by your cheating activities

Hi, my name is ezon, i am from vasant kunj, i recently hired an ac on rent on 23rd may 2018, which cost me 6, 500 rupees so that i can use that ac till upto nov.30 that was the dead line. Its not even a week that i got 2 complaints from our ac, so i called up that ac rent dealer in the afternoon ie:on 29th may 2018 and he said that right now he is out for some work purpose so he will come in the evening again in the evening i called him up and he said he will take 2 hours. But since yesterday evening even if we call him up he puts us on number busy and all, till day he neither answers or attends our call. I guess he has duped us by providing us such an old material. Hi, justdial executive named abhinav tyagi offered me a yearly plan but i deniyed for that than he told me to take it on trial basis for a month and he took a cheque of 3540 rs in september 2017 but the amount is continuesly debiting from my account without my knowledge, it’s a cheating done by justdial and this month they hit 4 ecs in my account, they people are just doing fraud and saying that they can’t stop it

But after some days ac created problem and i call that guy. He came and after check he demand more money for repair. Is that type of service given. Service boy name-fahim mallik;contact no-[protected];and he didn't give me a bill also ;please take action seriously otherwise i will go to consumer court against that. Do needful.

I had a fast food named Smoke bbq about 3 years back, an executive approached me and convinced me to sign up, it was a 3 month or a 6month contract which I don't remember well. But the restaurant I closed 2years back. To my shock when I took the bank statement for some purpose I realised the ecs is still active and the money is getting deducted every month. So I hve paid Just dial for more than 2.5 years( around 500/- per month) when my fast food itself is not under existence. And the story goes on as I tried contacting the concerned department and never gets connected and the customer care promises for a call back which is just a lie. Then a lady named Rachael gave all false promises and said it is deactivated but it is still not done. Get it resolved and my next step is going to the consumer court. Ridiculous service and executives are cheats who just wants to achieve their target in unethical ways.

While searching Pathology labs in Roorkee, i found that there are many illegal, fraud and unqualified labs listing in top recommendation by Just dial. These labs or pathology centers were either run by a unqualified person or a person who is not a Doctor (Pathologist) so it means you are promoting quackery in the society and misguiding people to visit illegal centers for Blood investigations.
Government and honorable supreme has recently given verdict stating clear cut guidelines that only MBBS, MD/ DCP qualified Pathologist registered with Medical council is the only eligible person / doctor to run a Pathology center and sign the Blood reports. Any one found guilty is liable to imprisonment and jail.
You guys under brand name of Mr Amitab Bachan is promoting wrong things in the society.
Only doctors with MBBS + DCP( Diploma Clinical Pathology/ MD (Pathology) with UMC (uttarakhand medical council) can only be listed in Pathology diagnostic centers.
Kindly ask for there Degree / Diploma (MBBS, DCP, MD) and their Registration No o[censored]MC and then they should be listed.

My friend biplove mandal opted for your services, his mobile no is [protected], your executive named harinder came to me and told me on his behalf you can give me your company cheque and unless and until you tell me i will not forward the cheque, the very next day i called him and told him not to forward the cheque but he said that he already forwarded the cheque, he told me to stop your cheque by calling your bank i did that too, next month the cheque hits and gets bounced. I called your customer service department from the no. [protected], she told me that ecs will not hit my bank from justdial but today when i called to confirm the status i come to know that i was fooled by the agent, ecs was still going to hit the bank next month. The executive was only interested in selling the plan for the sake of his targets. Several times i was promised that i will get the call from the senior but that never landed so far.

I spoke twice to customer service but i wasted my time. Don’t even know how to speak to customers, the agent hung up the call, mr. Pawan doesn’t know the concern, he pretended to be the sr. Manager and was trying to bluff me. Was not expected this from just dial.

I want the ecs to be stopped asap before i take any legal action against just dial and i will post the recordings to social media.

Humbly request you to please do the needful. Please revert asap.

We took paid listing in the month of april after paying 18000 in advance for 10 years where your rm ms. Mumtaz naaz has misbehaved, we called her thrice due to issues in our account where they are not able to help us and said we will revert you but they have not reverted whole day later on we called them and she started shouting on us that you have not called me i told u to call.
Afterwards we called customer care team, but they also said please uninstall your app and reinstall it we did that also but still when we opt for inbox or notifications we are not able to operate our own listing from last one month.
I wrote email also and every time your executive says mam we are sending mail that we had resolve it and if you still face issues please re-write to us.

Without giving a valid solution and after paying money you want us to bear the burden. Quality of services is ridiculous. We have paid 18000 to you for taking the burden to send daily emails and screenshot in one month we have not received any valid query.

Now you are not even refunding our money, we paid to buy a burden form your team to write mails and follow up with you as we are sitting idol to do all this.

I am trying to list my business since 2 weeks, i fill up the information twice and every time i have seen the notification your business will be listed in 24hr.
But it never happened. I called just dial customer care, i gave all information about my company. She said it will be listed in 24 hr, did not happened.
Again i speak to different person after 3 days, same process. Even she says it will be listed in 24 hr, still it did not happened. 3rd time, i speak with another person. Same process, same words. Still did not happened. I searched the first contact person as per the date and time in my call list, luckily i got her number i call the first person her name was nisha yadav from customer care. She said "i just logged in, i will call you in 10 min"
I did not received call from her, so i called her. And she did not received my call.

So just dial people don't entertain if we want to register our business on free listing? Is it that way
Staff is so much into getting leads for paid business listing, i appreciate.
But what if we want to invest later not now?

I have recently named my business on just dial as"cj tuitions at minimum prices" but on the app it is appearing as "cj tuitions" only. Moreover the call is being transferred from one service officer to another but still my business name is not edited. Moreover i'm receiving emails that i have got 4 customers but no contact details of the customers are being provided to me.
I kindly request you to please keep in mind the above mentioned complaints and get it rectified as soon as possible.

I booked one innova car from mr vishal sanhotra of amritsar through whatsapp ([protected]) for my visit to amritswar and katra on 14th and 15th of may 2018. He was introduced by just dial. Before proceeding to amritsar i categorically intimated him to provide me receipt of payment mentioning the permit number of the vehicle. He assured me before my reaching amritsar airport on 14th. Although he had provided one innova car, but after reaching katra on 15th he refused to give the bill although i paid him the full amount. Instead he sent me through whatsapp one blank bus receipt of seerat tour travel, 148, keshribagh mkt, galhira car parking, amritsar. I refused to accept the same and regularly requesting him to send me the bill. Till then he has been assuring me to send the bill but ultimately stop receving my mobile call. I urge upon to do justice and penalise the concerned person/agency. Since the said person was introduced by just dial they can't deny their responsibility. The matter was brought to the notice of just dial over mobile phone on 16th and 17th may but they did not take any action nor registered my complaint. Look forward to early justice
