Hi, i booked a movers packers company through just dial on 31 march, vcare movers and packers. Just dial had a 5 star rating for this company. This company damaged my goods beyond repair, broke my furniture, told me they would get it repaired and never returned till date. I incurred heavy loss by availing their services. Later around april 8th i wrote a review on just dial about this organization and rated them poorly. The review was published next day. Today i was shocked to see that justdial has deleted my review and again given them 5 star rating. I have always relied on their rating, today i realized it's another fake company misleading customers into buying services of substandard companies. Another unethical company in the market. Pls beware.

The number [protected] which is mentioned on just dial - kapoor hotels, chandigarh site belongs to me.
Due to which i receive random calls from the unknown people and this is so not good.
I want my number to be removed from their site asap.
Otherwise i have to file a complaint against you or that hotel regarding misuse of my number so that i should not receive unknown calls in future.

I am a paid customer for lead generation in justdial since last 3 years for my firm marq research solutions for hyderabad. On renewal and getting more leads i went for premium package of rs. 36108 for 1 year subscription this year. After renewal i could see i was getting irrelevant leads from justdial even after complaining "n" number of times for last 4 months, nobody is bothered to fix the issue so i asked for refund but there was no response.

Since last 1.4 years, the service from justdial work horrible and i was always complaining about there service but non were bothered.

Being unsatisfied customer from justdial, i would request to raised a compliant against them and ask for refund for the last 2 years invoice.

Please find the enclosed invoices of year 2017 and 2018.

For 'hotel kapoor', chandigarh, wrong number is mentioned.
Update correct number as soon as possible.
Due to this many random unknown calls gets connected.

On kapoor hotel chandigarh's just dial site, the number which is mentioned is incorrect, you need to update this number asap otherwise a strict action will be taken against you and this hotel.

My company name is joy crackers sivakasi and christ of industries sivakasi and madurai no one enquiry came in my two company.. I loss more money for invest justdial coimbatore branch... Thay dont refund our money... Please anyone do not pay any amount justdial. Thay are fake commitments fake plans fake activation.. Just dial is fake company in india..

Complained to home appliance services madhapur, h no.628 /a kaveri hills ph no.[protected] my fridge not working mr. Zubair who is from bownpally came to my house and changed timer. For cuttimg of cooling and freesing water. But he removed my timer which was working with new one. Still the same problem facing. Then he told that no gas in refrigrator. That means he had removed my timer which working already and taken cash from me. I want my timer to be replaced which was good and return of cash. The company home appliance services, madhapur kavari hills i haveen following but no response from them. I request justdial company to take action with the company which has stopped responding.

Massage comes that recharge sucessfull and u r account has been debited-399 through jd id-ort6v2x3y1, but on 2nd may i, ve received a massage that recharge not successfull and u r money return within saven working days to u r account, although saven working days has been complete i, ve not received any money return to my account

On 14 th april jd executive sagar chandana and pankaj mandoli sold a package to me.

Invoice raised and given to me which says
Supreme package for keywords opted and for search option in wap mob web phone search delhi ncr area.

I am suppose to get leads for delhi ncr and my listing will show on rotational basis in delhi ncr.

To my utter shock nothing was visible and repeated complaints they told be it's a pincode package which means if a person enters a pincode only then my company will appear.

After complaining to them that neither the invoice which was given to me stated that it was a pncode search package.

Just dial cheated by giving me a invoice of stating supreme package for delhi ncr and changed it to pincode package.

This company initally uploaded a invoice other than what was handed over to me and then upon questioning immediately changed it but changed my package also.

No. Leads no visibility

This company is a real cheaters and there should be someone to take action against them

Pls pls subscribers, marketers and lead purchasers don't buy their package you will get nothing out of it.

A week back received rs. 138226 from my client in delhi, that payment is till now not received, because your jd pay team asking for kyc

I have upload the kyc documents then after they asking for invoice but i told them this amount against the order booking so we cant raised the invoice whenever the product will be ready for dispatch then only we can raised the invoice.

Against the sales booking we have received this amount but your foolish team says that we will return the money to my customer if not raised the invoice.

Yesterday received rs. 500000 from my client in mumbai, that payment is till now not received, because your jd pay team did not had time to verify my invoice. So trying to reach them after 7 to 8 trials calling your helpline[protected] where in your jdpay department is always busy or could not connect my line due technical reasons.

After reaching them they told to re-initiate the invoice and upload again. I want to know that why no one from your team contact me to revise invoice earlier. Secondly i tried to upload invoice as your jdpay team guidance, it is not getting uploaded. Hence i am attaching the same with mail.

Please release my payment at earliest. As it a big amount and required it as soon as possible to provide service to my client. Please find revised invoice with this mail.

I had order 2 extension board and paid amount of rs 878/- for the same on website http://www.abbasiscrap.com/ and was showing delivery date 7-may-2018, 1:15 p. M. But so far i didn't received the order.
When i contact on phone [protected] listed on web site, person told me that he is not aware about the transaction and his website is developed by justdial. Transaction detail is as follows

It is submitted that in the second week of August 2013 as I am in business in field of technical works of submersible pumps for agriculture and domestic uses.
As one of the marketing executive of your just dial came to me and explained the expanding the business steps for advertisement of the business carried by me and also with an assurance to provide and to see the credibility of service provided by the just dial as to enhance observation for a period of one month I paid an amount of 1739/- through cheque bearing No. 996950, dated[protected] drawn from SBI Bank, bible House, R.P.Road in favour of Just Dial Limited.
That on several occasions on different dates I approached and orally requested to take appropriate action but so far no action has been initiated and amount withdrawn from the account has not been returned so far. As such Your just dial officials in collusion with the bank officials played fraud and cheated me for wrongful gains.
Recently on verification of my partners of the said Wide wave Technology came to know that behind and back and without knowledge amount has been drawn from the account through ECS to tune of Rs. 90, 789/- as the partners of the said wide wave technology have not given any authority of whatsoever in any manner to the said just dial limited but without the knowledge and concern on enquiry we came to know that the just dial limited in collusion with the bank officials of the SBI to cause loss to the partners running in the name and style as stated above have played fraud for wrongful gains. I submit that I have not given any authority or undertaking on behalf of me to withdrawn any amount from the above said account.
On enquiry and information received through email from the just dial we came to know that no such authorization has been given by the partners of said company and the signature on the said letter of acknowledgement undertaking and other relevant papers are forged the signature of the one of the partners and the seal of the said company was created fraudulently by one N. Deepak along with the just dial employees along with the bank officials.
As such we have made number of representations orally as well as written but so far no appropriate action has been initiated and have not returned the above mention money. But so far no action has been initiated and no amount paid

I Started service of just dial for Marketing of Interior work in month of Feb-18, I have started this service for good future of my work, but after three month there are no response from market & I received calls which is not related to my business.
When I purchase this service, according to your reprehensive Mr. Harsh Mistry According to him I can stop this service anytime. I have paid three-month charges by ECS from by Bank Account.
Now I request for stop this service to Just Dial Customer care, they are force for continue up to one year. I talk to Mr. Harsh Mistry & Yuvraj (Vadodara Div.) they advise me for complain in Just Dial ECS Detp. main Office.

Just dial is a fraudulent company and they are cheating the customers saying they will give leads on our business collect the cheque and clear it without informing us and later they don't provide the service saying that we will activate it today and tomorrow and push the days and they have a customer service executive by name shilpa and she is no1 fraud. She will send the executive to collect cheque and she wont respond the call, please beware of this kind of frauds since am going to take this up to social media i also want o make aware to not invest on their company and suffer.
They are not resolving the issue and i have lost my 12000 rs and i have their receipts, account transfer details cleared to just dial, also the mail communications of their cce and managers to lodge a complaint.

Just dial representative has cheated us.in dec 2017 we made two months payment to them rs 7080. The representative said only if we are satisfied with the kind of leads we get they will charge us. However, from january 2018 onwards we were charged rs 3540. Despite various emails to just dial they have refused to stop the ecs. We have told them we do not wish to continue and now they inform the ecs will run for 9 months.
This is clear cut cheating, no document with terms and conditions were shared by the just dial team before starting of the services.
And now, they cite all kind of terms and conditions.
Please ask them to immediately stop the ecs debits.

I have registered with you but your service is very poor, most of time you provide fake leads or leads which is irrelevant and not match with my profile

In july 2017, i had called just dial request for the number of kent ro service customer care number. They provided me the number of "customer support 24x7"[protected], which is in no way related to kent.

Customer support people, referred and sent someone from metro repair, from who i had purchased an amp, which is valid till 23rd jul 2018.

Both the companies are denying to provide service.
Customer support 24x7, a ms. Anjali responded that we are a private company and are not liable to provide service

Metro repair person is not taking any call.

It has been more than two weeks that we have lodged a complaint against one of your employee mr. Gouranga dutta of siliguri (Phone no, [protected] /[protected]), related to his false commitment and taking money from us with wrong information, false commitment and misinterpretation of the services just dial to offer.
We are very sorry to notice that your office has not taken any action to resolve my problems related to the service of just dial, except numerous irritating, threatening and disturbing phone calls from different phone numbers, it seems that you and your organization are encouraging or forcing or supporting your staffs to collect money from the market by means of cheating/ false commitment. As a busy factory owner of three industries and a zonal council member of cii i don’t have much time or requirement to entertain each telephone calls.

We have not received any response even after sending more than 50 complaints against this incident through your website also.

Please note that, this reminder to resolve my problem is going to be the last one before we lodge a fir against your company by tuesday. 8th may 2018 for cheating me and harassing me by making annoying, embarrassing and treating phone calls.

My car has been done by 27*7 rahul automobiles.. They got my number from justdial. But now just dial refused that they did not gave my number to rahul automobile they install fake parts in my parts and my car fan belt had cracked and for replace of belt it is necessary to clean the surface but they didnot do that by this broken belt which was not cleaned would enter the timing belt. And timing belt also ger breaked. Please help me for the same

I have not registered my number on justdial but someone else has done it and i am receiving calls daily and even at night on behalf of enquiry of jain dharamshala, jaipur. I have complained regarding it to customer care many times but they haven't done it yet. My number on which calls are coming :[protected].
