I am client for just dial limited since 2014, similarly this year mr. Aravind from just dial called me for 2018 subscription and asked for rs10620, accordingly i made the cash payment of 5000 inr and balance amount through post aided cheque dated on 1st may 2018 cheqcue no 486450 of iob bank, kilpauk branch, and for my surprise instead of ample arts academy, they have mentioned ample arts libraries which are totally 2 different sectors and i have been following up with mr aravind (Just dial manager) for almost 3 weeks now, no response from him or either he hands over his phone to some one and says he is busy in a meeting, he is not reacheable on phone and not answers my messages, last monday ie (16th apr -18) even i made personal visit to his office, he was not available and his colleague comes and promises me that it would get resolved by eod and till date nothing has happened, all the enquiries i am geting are related to libraries and books, whic has become a much mental tourcher for me, and april and may are the most peak seasons compared to rest of the year, and most of the registration gets filled before apr 10th, because of just dial technical issue and carelessness i have lost nearly estimated amount of rs 3-5 lakhs, now when i spoke to just dial aravind about my loss and mental illness, he says jd would pay back the money 5k, i would request @consumer complaints forum to consider this issue as priority and do the necessary action immedietly, as i am financially nil at this poin and my dependents are finding hard to manage day today expenses, i am completly broken and my only hope for survival is with iccf, i am attaching the necessary documents for your perusal.

Hi, i had put in a request for knowing names of international booking agents. Soon i got a call (Got 2-3 calls) from one mr rahul of infocity and after a few conversations, our deal was finalised. He told me that he got my lead from just dial. Then he did some booking on aircanada and told me to pay up.in the meantime i checked on the website and found on all our details, also called them and was told that the ticket has not been issued. Then this rahul guy told me to pay him for issuing the ticket to which i declined, after much negotiation i paid him 20, 000 rupees as advance and the rest once i get the ticket in hand. After i transferred the money, his phone is switched off and no way to contact him. I believe he is a fraud now but the point is that he was brought to me by you. How did he get my number? Is there somebody in your office who is a part of all this racket? I want an explanation. He is mr rahul kumar from infocity travels pvt ltd.

I, roopa vanvari, sun investments, karkardooma, gave cheque, no. 767505, dt 16.04.18 amonting rs.17, 700.00 from sbi to your executive mr. Ayush rastogi for lifetime enrollment scheme. Since that date, although our cheque has been cleared none of your executives - mr. Ayush rastogi, mr. Manas, mr. Ashish rastogi is neither receiving my call nor giving the actual status of the contract. Please send me the invoice for the same and also let me know when you will activate my account. I am really upset and helpless by the way justdial deals with customers!

Ramesh kumar shukla ([protected]) had given me bad words and abuses me. He is very loud and inappropriate in his way. How can just dial hire a man with such a low ethics? He definitely ruining you brand name and you might have to take action against him, if not he can abuse any other girl. He didn’t have any respect of the elders also he keeps on misbehave to others staff as well.
It’s going to be a serious problem now with him to abuse girls and molested them, how can just dial unnoticed this action of their employee.
I hope you will take action against him and make him pay to this situation or some day you will get some police complaint to hiring such #.

Your customer field agent ramesh kumar shukla (Mobile no [protected]) had given me bad word and threatens me that he works for just dial and he can anything to ruin me. Is that the authority you had given him? How he can use your brand name and give us bad words? Are you training people to such extent?
In my opinion he must be terminated and not give any compensation to understand and regret for this act.
Please don’t let your customer field agent to misuse your name to threaten customers and spoil your brand name.

2. Today, (18 april 2018 at about 1:16 pm) i called just dial to find out details of people who can put a readymade cement/concrete compound wall for my house at bannerghatta road, opposite gopalan mall.
3. The lady who attended me had a thick south-indian accent. I stated my requirement and she verified all the details.
4. Then she told me to rate my previous request about karnataka vet & animal fishery science university. I did not understand whether i have to rate the university or the services provided (Phone number).
5. While replying, she used harsh tone which is unbecoming of a lady to a customer. I request that the recorded conversation be scrutinized and appropriate action be taken against her. She has not revealed her name.

As per the agreement, just dial suppose to provide potential prospective customer for our business growth but they r providing fake customer lead, vendors leads, requests for trainee, jobs employment, even such a customers base which offer price that much low which equal to work as free.in one such occasion where customer lead is from mathura we just saved our life from the hands of gangster by refusing the meeting after seeing them n just dial customer care said that justdial not verify the customer ware about.
Beacuse they r not able to produce any significant business out put to our company thus i, navneet kalra with immediate effect want to terminate the agreement with just dial. But the company is refusing to terminate the agreement and giving ref. To there once sided web-based agreement of which signed hard copies i dont have with me and on the top they are giving another business plans which is again no use to me.
I tried my best efforts to stop the ecs from there side, they refused and keep sending the ecs to my bank and bank is saying ecs will be stopped from the justdial side only so i m stuck to them.
Please help my out justdial.

Ramesh kumar shukla (just dial agent) mobile no. [protected] had come to our shop and abuse us when we say we don't want to buy your scheme. He is very aggressive and rude in his behavior.
He talk very much but not to the point other then the subject and angrily replied to us for the details.
Such a ### had to be removed from the organization and or he will destroy communal harmony.
pls make sure he cannot hurt anyone else and abuse to any girl

From last 1 month, i have raised complaint for address change. I have even submitted documents on [protected]@justdial.com.. No changes.. Only changes are done while renewing package for money. Else # service. Executive komal chaudhary gives false commitment and not looking after these things as package amount is given and now enjoying with customers money.
I wont renew and even recommend others for not to renew.

I m shocked that just dial is not at all reliable. U people have tie ups with fake people who take money and stop picking your calls. I called just dial on 13th march for numbers of agencies who provide maids. I got a call from mr. Vikram (Might be a fake name) who quoted lowest commission of 12000 rupees for providing maid. He said they take advance commission and then process it at their hr level and within 48...

I had taken an account few years back. Their leads are useless still we continued with the services. We closed our that section os the business about 6 months back and i contacted just dial to stop the ecs, they asked me to send a email on [protected]@justdial.com
And i did the needfull, today i received a call saying we have not received your mail please resend from jatin from this number: [protected].

I told him i have received an auto response mail still he insitied on sending the email which i did and within few mins i get this email"dear customer,

As per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ecs stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come.

There has been no discussion or nothing when i try calling jatin he doesnt receive the call, called customer support he asked what is the issue explained him he said someone from the team will contact. This is really a fraudulent company, first of all before renewal they should ask for permission and leav that alone when you request them to stop they are just taking you for a round making consumers foolish

Worst service ever even not getting any positive leads purchased package for one year and want to cancel my subscription and want refund amount right away bad experience with just dial don't want to continue with them i spoke many times just dial agent abhishek but not getting proper response from him just dial service is fraud and i will suggest peopleas for not go with just dial even called many times to customer care but they are not cancelling this subscription

One ms priya from justdial called me around 11 45 today and was very casually alleged that i issued a cheque and it is bounced. Even after saying it’s not me she kept saying same thing. I need an explanation for this from the management.
She called me incorrectly accused me and advising to mind my words. I am a senior doctor and for no fault of me some youngster you employed advise me. Dr g manoharan

And today i dont use jd that much even i uninstalled it still i got messages from justdial of response to my search
And geeting calls from people for asking me about my searches.

Today i received 2 of the calls and told them that i haven't searched for anything in justdial.

I even installed justdial app and try to delete my number from that but there is no option...

I am fed up of their policy. I had request to stop my policy in january 2018 but justdial is not stopping my contract. I think i hv to go to the consumer court regarding their autorenrwal plan which they didn't tell to the customers at the time of selling their plan. Please stop my esc. With immediate effect. I was approched by just dial representative by name satish () to buy a packages to improved visibility of my business listing in just dial.
He gave wrong information regarding the payment structure, i was told that i've to make initial payment for two months and from third month onwards ecs will be deducted.
But justdial tried to start ecs from first month itself, due to issue with sign bank has rejected the ecs mandate. Just dial representative satish again approached me for re sign of agreement and ecs document.
I've realised the fraud justdial is commiting and rejected the request to sign the documents.

After few days justdial again submitted ecs mandate to the bank again and this time it got approved and from them they are deductiing the ecs every month.

I called up and emailed justdail about my concern and asked them to stop the ecs payments.

Just dial modus operandi for not taking comaplainets to stop ecs and delay it as much as possible.

If you call the customer care at [protected] they say all the representatives at ecs department are busy and they will callback. Infact they never call back, after sometime you will receive a message saying we tried to contact you multiple time and you are not available
So the ecs will continue.

From last three months this is what happening with me. I've approached the bank to stop ecs payment, they agreed to stop from thier side.

It's clear fraud justdial is doing to it's customers.

Becareful folks don't sign for ecs deduction for any kind of services from justdial.

They will not stop ecs payments no matter what you do, they will not respond to your calls, they will not respond to your emails.

I had entered in to contract for 3 months for just dial services. At the time of entering in to contract, i had informed j. D. Team about my unwillingness to extend contact beyond 3 months. The team had agreed & took signed ecs for 1 month to be claimed in next month. Ecs was cleared & collected by j. D.in march 2018.
Yet in the month april 2018, i got message that ecs is going to hit my bank account.

My complaint is;
1. How your team created new ecs?
2. How can your team extend duration of contract & generate invoice without free consent of customer?
3. Why the j. D. Representative is now avoiding my calls?

I had given paid advertisement on justdial on the month of feb .2108 in mutal fund agent catagory. My justdail no. is [protected].I had paid 18000 /-ruppes approx.as a initial payment in the ist week & from next month on wards 6000/- willl be deducted as esc from my account but witout intimating me they had deducted as ecs of rupees 6000/--approx. from my account .In the month of march 2018 another ecs of 6000/- approx.had been deducted .But as far as business is concerned they had provided the leads which were all fictitious .So since two months no clients had been provided .I want to stop the advertisement immediately & stop ECS at the earliest.

I didn't know justdial such a prestigious company, is scamming people with multiple calls a week, so that we can buy their promotional package
This is not the way you do your business JUSTDIAL, SHAME ON YOU. You are wasting time of people. We have to waste time that we could put in our business, just to receive your DEHATI CALLERS' calls.
I dont know what sort villagers you have put to makes calls to people who list o your site.
Your wesbite will soon shut, if you treat your customers like this.
