One ms priya from justdial called me around 11 45 today and was very casually alleged that i issued a cheque and it is bounced. Even after saying it’s not me she kept saying same thing. I need an explanation for this from the management.
She called me incorrectly accused me and advising to mind my words. I am a senior doctor and for no fault of me some youngster you employed advise me. Dr g manoharan

    delete phone number from justdial

    I have registered in jd long ago.
    And today i dont use jd that much even i uninstalled it still i got messages from justdial of response to my search
    And geeting calls from people for asking me about my searches.

    Today i received 2 of the calls and told them that i haven't searched for anything in justdial.

    I even installed justdial app and try to delete my number from that but there is no option...

      I was approched by just dial representative by name satish () to buy a packages to improved visibility of my business listing in just dial.
      He gave wrong information regarding the payment structure, i was told that i've to make initial payment for two months and from third month onwards ecs will be deducted.
      But justdial tried to start ecs from first month itself, due to issue with sign bank has rejected the ecs mandate. Just dial representative satish again approached me for re sign of agreement and ecs document.
      I've realised the fraud justdial is commiting and rejected the request to sign the documents.

      After few days justdial again submitted ecs mandate to the bank again and this time it got approved and from them they are deductiing the ecs every month.

      I called up and emailed justdail about my concern and asked them to stop the ecs payments.

      Just dial modus operandi for not taking comaplainets to stop ecs and delay it as much as possible.

      If you call the customer care at [protected] they say all the representatives at ecs department are busy and they will callback. Infact they never call back, after sometime you will receive a message saying we tried to contact you multiple time and you are not available
      So the ecs will continue.

      From last three months this is what happening with me. I've approached the bank to stop ecs payment, they agreed to stop from thier side.

      It's clear fraud justdial is doing to it's customers.

      Becareful folks don't sign for ecs deduction for any kind of services from justdial.

      They will not stop ecs payments no matter what you do, they will not respond to your calls, they will not respond to your emails.

        I had entered in to contract for 3 months for just dial services. At the time of entering in to contract, i had informed j. D. Team about my unwillingness to extend contact beyond 3 months. The team had agreed & took signed ecs for 1 month to be claimed in next month. Ecs was cleared & collected by j. D.in march 2018.
        Yet in the month april 2018, i got message that ecs is going to hit my bank account.

        My complaint is;
        1. How your team created new ecs?
        2. How can your team extend duration of contract & generate invoice without free consent of customer?
        3. Why the j. D. Representative is now avoiding my calls?

          I had given paid advertisement on justdial on the month of feb .2108 in mutal fund agent catagory. My justdail no. is [protected].I had paid 18000 /-ruppes approx.as a initial payment in the ist week & from next month on wards 6000/- willl be deducted as esc from my account but witout intimating me they had deducted as ecs of rupees 6000/--approx. from my account .In the month of march 2018 another ecs of 6000/- approx.had been deducted .But as far as business is concerned they had provided the leads which were all fictitious .So since two months no clients had been provided .I want to stop the advertisement immediately & stop ECS at the earliest.

            I didn't know justdial such a prestigious company, is scamming people with multiple calls a week, so that we can buy their promotional package
            This is not the way you do your business JUSTDIAL, SHAME ON YOU. You are wasting time of people. We have to waste time that we could put in our business, just to receive your DEHATI CALLERS' calls.
            I dont know what sort villagers you have put to makes calls to people who list o your site.
            Your wesbite will soon shut, if you treat your customers like this.

              I request you to please Refund my money because i am highly disappointed with your services.
              From last one month Ive been trying to get my number changed (requested on march19, 2018), name changed, address changed and photos changed (also requested on march 21, 2018) and none of the above were entertained even after calling again and again to Mr. Naved Mehandi (your representative) with whom Ive been dealing from last one month. You guys promise something at the time of signup and after sales are pathetic as usual. Now instead of getting into further chaos to resolve the issue with making the changes, i request/advise you to please resolve it by refunding my money as soon as possible so as to avoid further inconvenience. And in addition, i am not willing to use/buy your services in future, so the only option you and i are left is to please process my refund as soon as possible. So as to avoid putting your brand name Justdial into bad light, i again request you to please refund my money because refunding my Rs. 50, 000 would be a way better option for you guys else im gonna post this everywhere possible and it might cost you way more on your brand image. Choice is yours. Again requesting you guys to process my refund as soon soon possible. Your representatives now doesn't even bother to pick call and it seems like this is a fraud racket running where the only motive is to fool around and taking our hard earned money away creating the wrong image of Just dial brand and highly disappointing their customers.
              I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and also expecting Just dial's Senior officials to check what their staff, representatives and marketing executives are upto when such a good built brand name is at risk.
              I am attaching the invoice of Rs. 35, 000 paid through cheque and the rest Rs. 15, 000 also paid through cheque of which i haven't still received the invoice even after asking for it again and again, look at your services and professionalism, pathetic.

                Never ever go for Justdial packages. They cheat people. All they know is to sell packages with futile leads and later disagrees to discontinue their services and keep deducting money from your account. I am facing the same and I just want them to discontinue the service for the sake of God but nothing works. Finally, I will have to contact my bank to deactivate my bank account in accord to save my money.

Mr. Sachin who is a executive of just dial told me receiving so many call in above listing but i have not received a single call. When i trying to contact they are give fake statement. I would like to suggest every one please dont buy just dial any product

                        Hi,

                        We have purchased above national listing on 19 feb. 2018 from just dial. At the time of purchasing national listing mr. Sachin told us that if any call received national listing will forward to us. Ms. Shubhani also give a estimate 30-60 lead a month but right now we have not received a single call from out side of jaipur which we are facing financial loss of rs. 20, 000 including tax and my time to followup above these things. I earlier inform to ms. Shubhangi regarding same issue and he raised a complaint csc and told us it will solve 3-4 days but our problem not solve. Ms. Shubhangi gave us mr. Mhuktar mobile number i coordinate with him regarding same issue and he told me that he reset my account and he told me within 7 days we have received call or leads.

                        My concern :
                        1) i have also purchase listing as well most of query same in national listing and i am received call or lead from jaipur listing.
                        2) my listing of some keyword are coming 15-30 positions after paying national listing
                        3) in jaipur listing, business name duplicate entry show in same palace.
                        4) as per discussion with mhuktar he committed to me we have received call or lead upto 5 april.

                        Please solve above issue and inform me by email asap. If you are unable to solve above point kindly refund same amount.

                        If you are not refund same amount or solving above concern we have to proceed just dial next level or legal advise.

                          Dear sir/mam,
                          My registered number # [protected]. I just want to close my contract as well as stop ecs from my account due to i am going to abroad in few weeks. I have already talked to the customer care person regarding the contract closing and ecs issues. They have given me an email id and i sent to that email that i do want to close my contract. They replied like it cant to be closed and stopping ecs also needs a long procedures like that.in the beggining no one has explained me about the ecs and it will deduct your cash from your account in monthly basis without stopping. How would i know..??? Please do the needfull. I am in much trouble. Yours earliest respond in this regard will be highly valuved. Thank you.

                            On April 1st placed order for food in train at Surat Station by taking number from Just Dial. Order no. OD00089103. Food brought in was too less in quantity. Earlier also we are cheated by Rail Rider. We complained on phone with Just Dial & got assurance that we will get call for lodging complaint. Please don't fool customers. Take some action. Else don't ask customer to trust you if you cannot resolve complaints.

                              Hello,
                              Rahul vashisth from faridabad here my business is registered as pretty paws on justdial. I opted for monthly subscription to see the response of my startup. I am very frustrated and angry that there agent did not inform me about getting monthly amount deducted automatically. I paid for the sign up amount through my credit card, he didn't say that amount will he auto deducted every month from my card. I called there customer care team last month and he said that its a yearly contract and this will keep on getting deducted every month. I want them to stop my ecs right now and refund my balance amount resolve it asap it's so pathetic how these people are cheating there own customer base i have seen a lot of complaints against your company like this of misleading and getting signs on form which says something else total fraud going on its a total conspiracy justdial is training there employees to not disclose these things on the time of agreement. It's very bad ethics of such huge company.. I have belief in law we want justice... Looking forward for quick resolution

                                I was given payment on 21/11/2017 for 3 months trail pack rs. 2360. As per your sales executive presentation there is no need of any documents except cancelled cheque. So i given the cancelled cheque to your sales executive mr. Bhushan bole. After 3-4 days he came again and demand for aadhar card and pan card, i denied to give the documents. Because as per his presentation there is "no need of any documents" except a cancelled cheque. So as per me its a mislead/missguided/miss representation by your "agent" and i want to cancelled the contract. As my company is not paid listing as on date. And justdial using my amount without any communication. So please refund my amount. Its a clear clear matter of miss representation by your "agent".

                                    I have already send email, but no proper response has been given to me.
