Yesterday I received phone call from your team regarding my business. They are very forcing to making payment for just dial, they are speaking very roundly, without any respect, and finally she disconnect my phone in my face. I do not know his name but I am having only her mobile no. [protected]. I did not expect this kind of behaver from your team. I am very disappointed with your team. Now I am requesting you to kindly delete my account in Just dial due to your team behavior. I don’t want to continue my business with you with this kind of behavior.

Hello my name is Rahil sheikh and i am from Kota Rajasthan, i got a call from just dial jaipur office, Mr. kunal called me up 1 month back and he asked me to take paid service of just dial, he tried to convince me to take NATIONAL PACK for life time (10 years), in which my business will be visible in all over Rajasthan and i will get leads and business from 41 CITIES in Rajasthan, initially i was not agreed however Kunal from jaipur and a local marketing guy Ayaz khan constantly called me to buy their paid service, at the end i agreed and i took their life time package for Rajasthan state, for that i paid 29500 RS by credit card. they said that within 24 hours it will be live in all cities of Rajasthan but it did not happen, i called them and discussed that it has not been activated they said bear with us there is issue it will be live but now almost 1 weak gone it did not happened, i called to their customer care they said they have given me wrong commitment, we don't live in all Rajasthan and l will not be visible, company have given me wrong commitment. they cheated with me they looted my money by doing false commitment, , i need my money back and i asked them to refund now they are denying, they have taken full AMOUNT and not giving me service

I placed a order on 10th august 2021 and paid advance amount to ''EVEREST FABRICATIONS, COIMBATORE under SS Fabricators category

I got a Worst experience. fraud dilipkumar.B took advance and no responses from them...after multiple calls...we demanded the refund...now that is also with them...now going ahead with legal steps

It's a highly disappointment, you have deactivated my services while I am paying you 2 lakh rs per annum.. I want to be part of the justdial and as possible interest to take justdial services but indore management making hard for me.. 10 times my services has been stopped while paying you on the time even though I paid you in the lock down.. It's some kind of joke or what.. If your management not taking thing seriously cancel my subscription and refund my money... Your executives, sales managers are everyone only interested to take money but no one is in intrested to give me proper services.. What should I do? After I paying you my services has been disconnected..!! I will go consumer form to take a legal action against you..!! Wait and watch

I was searching for a two wheeler training center near my location.. i tried searching it on just dial.. after sometime I received a call from this ayehsa training saying that she got my number from just dial and then we discussed about the thing i was looking for.
Now i got enrolled with her and then paid the amount of Rs 2500/- but she kept on pushing the training date after that due to which i have called off the course and asked her to refund my amount
My this fraudulent price women is not answering my calls and returning my amount.. she is definitely scammer and unethical

I want u to atleast take some action against such ppl who are listed on JD .. this kind of fraudulents shall not be there .. we as CUSTOMERs have little faith and brand name thing when we get some thing from JD .. this kind of ppl definitely spoil name and faith. Hello Team, Greetings of the day! I'm an E-Commerce website user created by JD. I'm facing some issues by using this website so I request you to make some changes in my website. Also, if you can provide these updates to your existing user, it would definitely help JD to grow its website business. Integration with courier Partner Ad friendly with Google, Facebook etc. WebSupport not friendly Website should be user friendly Integration with courier Partner: We cannot integrate this website with our courier partner like Shopify or WordPress due to which If I get 200 orders in a day then I would have to consume at least 4 hrs. to make manual entries this is so irritating. I connected to web support team for the same, then they clearly denied that we don't do it. We have merchant ID and security key put that info in courier website for integration but all courier companies ask me that what should we do with these ids. Suggestion: JD should develop this integration feature in our website otherwise on renewal mostly sellers will have to go with another website no seller can't continue in this situation. Currently I have 2 courier partners Shyplite and Shiprocket both are unable to integrate my website. Shyplite told me that we are ready to tie-up with JD for this integration feature so I believe JD should also go with that. If JD wants they are ready to share anything with JD so that integration can be done but web support denied clearly for any support on this. I discussed the same with my web developer so he told me we can't do any coding on this website, we don't have any editing permission in coding on this website. I urged the web support team that I'm ready to pay to JD to do the coding for integration from its end on my website associate told me we don't provide support like this. So there are lots of things which would stop any JD e-commerce website user to continue with JD. I would like to draw your attention at below bullet points; JD should come forward for integration part JD should work with web support associates they always disconnect the call and never call back If associate doesn't disconnect the call intentionally then why they don't call us back immediately until issue is resolved We have not purchased this e-commerce website to keep it safe in my system's hard drive I can't run the ad in Google, so how will I sale my product Google gave me a link to put it in our HTML coding so Google Merchant can track my product for ad purpose In other websites this tracking is so easy If our issue is not resolved by calling or emailing to web support then next level should be there Sometimes associates behavior is so rood which is really unexpected on 19th of Aug around at 6:00 pm associate Richa Sharma was so rood I had to say her sorry many times to take help but she didn't and disconnected the call, she was looking my screen through screen share on AnyDesk, after her disconnecting the call I immediately wrote please call me back Google associate also on call but she didn't call me back, to safe herself she sent me mail after some time to call again at web support. So Pathetic!!! Web support associates don't have proper knowledge and disconnect the call every time There should be clear guideline if call disconnects between the conversation associate should call back until problem is resolved JD has given the name of Shiprocket in delivery but what is the use of it really not sure There are many issues in the website which should be resolved on priority. Are we doing something about that? Yesterday I had issue, my website was showing incorrect inventory, I called web support 2 times both times associates disconnected the call Kindly set-up a call on these issues in the supervision of any senior authority there is nothing which can't be resolved if we wish. My name is Shubham R Kherde owner of yuga Beauty parlour Kolhapur. I request to you to stop ECS cutting because of just dail gives me fraud calls not related to my buisness. Before that I am complent to just dail 3 to 4 time but yours executive do not stop my ECS an not responds to me. my contract was completed. An previous pandemic condition my total buisness was stop i am not able to pay this amount. i humble request to you please stop my ECS cutting.

Here are all the pointers we have discussed.

1)we required the customer care flow chart.
2)update our toll-free number [protected] in customer care number support.
3) the name of ( advance decorative laminates pvt ltd), we have two listings that update the same number in both the listings. (toll-free number[protected]landline number[protected] mobile number [protected])
4)update the nature of complain timeline.
5)provide the corporate complain portal.
6)provide the mr. nilan's mail id.

we are just wasting our money, did not get any replies or any business calls .

Just dial did open two accounts of mine when it has to be one and despite the ECS was stopped deducted amount. now i want my money back and its
a request not to trust this company they are doing fraud

Hello Sir, This is a very serious issue but Just dial is not helping to deleting our account permanently. We have reported many times to Just Dial that there is an account created on Just Dial which is having all the wrong information and we do not have that company anymore.

We informed them multiple times but they are simply not deleting the data from their system. Also, we are not able to request for deletion because the...

My ECS of Rs. 899 was going on for more than 3 years. But when my business collapsed due to pandemic i contacted justdial customer care to stop ecs. So they provided link for stop ecs. I followed the process, i even got the message from them that they have accepted my request and ecs will stop after 3 month notice period. More than 4 months have passed now but justdial have not stopped my ecs yet even after repeated requests. Justdial is fraud. Plz check the attached image. I also tried calling them after 3-4 months as they were not stopping ecs even after notice period. If they dont act fast i will take legal action against them
