I have purchased justdial on january 2021 of Rs 25000 and the package remains for minimum one year till the balance remain in my wallet and they have provided irrelevant option in case the lead is irrelevant. I have taken this package from justdial exe (Ranjith Purushotham). on april 4th i was having Rs. 22992.96 in my wallet. but they have called me to purchase the new package by paying more money as my package is expired. when i checked with the executive. he agreed that there is some issue but after continuous followup they refuse to help me.

I also attach the screenshot of my wallet.

hope JUSTDIAL people will not cheat anyone in future.

I have called just dial on 26th of may for getting some transportation facilities number. They give me the details on whatsapp and mail as well. And shared my number with the concern parties.

I got one call stating that he got my number and will help me to transport the required things from Pune to Aurangabad. He gave me all the details and asked me to send 1000/- rs for to send on his account. As he got my number from Justdial I trusted him and sent 1000/- rs online to his account.

But post getting the money he switched off his mobile and denied to do his work stating some non sense reasons.

This was very bad experience and if I say this in media will impact Justdial a lot.

I am attaching all the details which I have for this communication with this mail.

Please look into it and help me to get my money back and find such members and cancel their registration with Justdial.

I was inquiring on Just dial for transport company to transport my goods from Agra to Jalandhar. Someone called from No. [protected] and told me to transfer Rs 500 as advance charges for transport as he said this is a part load and its a first time so it needs to be paid in advance. He also told me to send him loading and unloading address. So I transferred the amount and the address and barely a minute later, he deleted all his messages from Whatsapp and blocked me immediately. After that he did not pick up the call from another number also. I got played. So Please look into the matter. I am attaching all the evidence I have with me and the company name also attaching the reviews of the company from Justdial app which I got to know about it later. Thanks

Today (08/07/2021) I called just dial for Gas Geyser Service Provider nos. near by areas. After some time one person name Rathod called me for Gas Geyser Service purpose. I asked him servicing charges he said 100 rupees for visiting and after checking Gas Geyser he would inform me the actual servicing charges. I said yes. He went to my home as I was in office my family members were there. He repaired gas geyser and told my wife that 1500 rupees services charges are there. I shocked because he should have to tell me amount before checking. I called him he arrogantly talked to my father and wife and told me if you don't want I will take back parts.
I request just dial that don't provide such nos. which cause unnecessary stress, headache. I am giving you Gas service repair persons phone no. [protected] (Rathod). I observed that many people have no etiquettes and manners they directly come to 'Gundagardi' and I am from middle class family and cannot fight with such people. So kindly provide quality service providers nos.

I am a resident of pune district, maharashtra. My name is Abhishek dilip khaladkar. Some months earlier i called justdial for demanding a contact number of a travel agency. After sometimes they told me that i can grow my business by registering it on justdial. I thought it would be good. They started calling me again and again. I said yes. Their representative named " sonavane " called me for a meeting. I agreed. He came to meet me when i was out of station for my personal work. The guy told me that he will meet me on road somewhere where we can talk for 15 minutes. I agreed for that too. He came an told me some things of here and there and started hurrying for taking my signs. Actually we were on roadside near kasarwadi. And i was in the rickshaw of my friend. I signed on the paper. That time he told me two things. No.1. i can stop or pause my services whenever i want and No.2 my services will get started in 8 to 10 days. And he took booking amount 2500/- from me.
But after 15 to 20 days i started getting worried, so i called him. He did not pickup my calls..i called him atlest 7 to 8 times. I thought he will call back. Afterwards one day i received a message of ecs bouncing through my bank account. After that i called in company, i told them about my services, then i came to know that until i have cleared my first ecs services will not get started. I asked them that how can you put ecs on my account without informing me. She asked me that didnt " sonavane " told you? I said no he didn't. I was angry. Now i didnt wanted to work with this fraud company so I tried to call sonavane again to ask what is this dirty work policies.. but still this guy was not picking up my phone.. and after calling whole day. He called me in the evening. I asked him ... What answers he gave me shocked me a lot... He said me that you cannot cancel your services now. You have to pay ecs till one year as you have signed one year contract with the companycompany. I got shocked. It was the same person who told me that i can stop or pause my services. I asked him some short process. He told me " you should bounce your ecs three times " i asked him that why are you giving me illegal ways. You can stop the service from your company. He dissconnected.
I understood that i was trapped.
Please do some legal ways to stop my problem. I am fed up and very frustated.
They are not liable and just dial is a fraud company. They dont care you cry or you have money. They just want to fill their pockets. Very very dirty company.

I got a number from just dial for a consultancy company which is naukri 24*7 (Rohini). He took money for form purposes and didn’t give any company interviews in return. I called him many times for the refund and he is just giving me excuses. I told him to give me his boss’s number but he is not giving me. Its been two weeks. This is the number of that person[protected] and he said his name is daljit singh. I don’t know if its fake or real but you have to check it. Because there were many reviews. That’s why I contacted the person. Either you have to contact him and ask him to refund me total amount or else I’ll take actions.

My laptop given for repair 2 months back to Any Systems & Network Solutions is not returned yet. I am trying to reach the owner of the listing Mr Sainath Jadhav multiple times on all the provided numbers ([protected]) everyday but he is not answering the calls . I have also dialled his personal number [protected] multiple times but no answer... Requesting Just Dial to intervene and help me get my laptop back

I have called just dial for movers and packers and from their saffron movers and packers number receive along with other numbers, they provide low quotation, that's why i hired them for transport my bike. and i dont have trust issue because i got this number from just dial. i have already use just dial service thats why i was sure that yes the dealers over here are geniune, authorised and checked by the just dial company itself. later on this mover nad packer guy Manoj loot money of 6250 and didn't provide me a service for transportaton.
this all ### happened beacuse of just dial service providing and shareing them our data.
later on i have compalined to just dial for the same once they receive call and later on put my number on busy tone. this is the service of just dial.
