Well I have searched for refrigerator repair and service a weak ago, in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, as such a 4 technicians has called me out that a person named Durga Prasad of Rohini refrigerator and Electrical works, door no 9/16, Tadigadapa penamalur mandal, of Vijayawada, has visited my house for refrigerator repair he said that the compressor oil and the fridge door seal needs to be replaced, as he is not carrying them he said he has to get it, and asked me to give RS.2000/- as an advance, till date has not rectified the problem when i am calling him he is saying that he has some problem, I asked him to return back my advance he said that he will return back the amount via phone pay, but he haven't done that more over he is not replying to my call, his phone number is [protected], when I visited his shop address which was given by him there is no shop by that name- my sincere advice / request to just dial is not to encourage this kind of cheap person's on just dial without proper verification, as I have lost my money, I just gave advance to unknown person as I have trust on just dial, but it proved me wrong, and thought me a lesson that a know enemy is better than an known friend.

i have taken the paid service of your company, from your employee abhishek. He committed us to send the relavent queries but we have got not even a single relavent query. Many reminders and calls were given to him and his boss akashdeep singh but nothing was improved from there end.
The amount was given you in form of monthly ecs. Service and ecs started in january 2021, since we are not getting good queries, mail were sent to you to stop the ecs in march as we are not satisfied with your services.
It does not mean that if we have opted you plan so we have to pay the amount. If we are not satisfied we have the right to exit and save our future deductions.But after sending so many mails to you no ecs has been stopped. Full amount deducted.
Kindly refund our money back

Sir, I am doing a agency of DHLCourier agency in Angamaly. I am somany times install my profile into google.But my profile is not showing in google site. In that time I contact just dial toll free number ([protected]). Then your representative (Mis. Kavya ) contact me, and pay Rs. 17, 500/- for update my profile. Your field staff Mr. Vishnu come to my office and cllect the cheque, around 16 days back, . But till now my profile is not shown in google. I have called to JD 25-30 times regarding the leads which I get totally frauds and unwanted ECS activation but they don’t entertain me just ask me to call later or tell that our executive will call you in 24 Hrs but it doesn’t work, I have raised the complaint on consumer court and also I have mail on Mumbai just Dail Email still there is no solution till time

This is really very big fraud with us and don’t know how much they do the same with others also
I have stop there campaign before 5 days I got msg from JD that your service is stop but still today again they have cut 3540 Rs from my A/C .
Really this is not like professional behaviour and they don’t listen anything and not going to stop ECS as well not going to Refund my money
I want my Money back at any cost if they not return my money I will file a case against him with help of my Brother as he is a Advocate

I am the director of Z S Forex & Trading Pvt Ltd located in Lucknow, (UP).
I have been a very loyal customer to your company. I have secured the platinum position in foreign exchange category in lucknow for the last 10 years. I have entered into a contract for two years as suggested by the company employee Mr Shashank Johri and Mr Vikas Sahu on 30th June 2021 which is valid till 30th June 2023 securing the top most position in foreign exchange category in lucknow. I got a call from Mr Shashank saying that some other company is giving more than our company for the same position, so if i like to retain it kindly pay extra amount or take a refund. This is unethical and unacceptable on the company's part. I am being asked for more money although i have an agreement till 2023. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it or i will go to court.

I had payed 3 months back to start service but at that time just dial executive Mamta from Mumbai did not tell me that i will have to pay more 2000 she just told me that I’ll have to pay 3000 and my service will start I payd the amount but after paying I’m tired of telling her to start the service or else give me my refund she is not ready to do any of both .her contact number is +[protected] Mamta Justdial executive Mumbai)

I have made many complaints before also but to solution and no response I will have to take this to news and take media help and then I will ask for my money back with interest because it is my hard earned money and I cannot allow anyone to enjoy my money like this shame on just dial shame on the lady who works there such poor service and poor company that has taken my such small amount and not ready to refund.

One of executive (Mr. chandrakant ) of justdial told us for subscription.
which we have to pay first three month amount of rs.4720, and after the ECS of will be deduct directly from bank from 4th month (Rs.2360).
we paid the amount of Rs.4720 (chq no.388347) on 09/05/2021. and at same time the ECS of Rs.2360 was also debit on 1st month of subscription.
so this was a total fraud with us, and we want our total amount of Rs.7080 return . so please resolve this.
we contacting your customer care number continuously, and tell them our problem again and again but no one is given any complaint number.only tell us that they register our complaint na d nit gaetting any helpfull reply

I have availed services from Justdial for leads
and i request for the cancelation for the services on 27th May and i got the confirmation message from the sales agent that services Cancelled and i stopped getting leads as well from justdial.

Now today 15th july again ecs debit happened from my account amount of Rs.2803.

I request refund the amount which got deducted today 15th july to my account back as i have given Cancellation on 27th may.

He Said Me To Sign The ECS Form And Told Me If You Are Not Satisfied We Can Cancel Your Contract And Stop My ECS Within A Month.
After 14 Days They Blocked My Account I Am Not Getting Any Inquries From Just Dial Services, Becasuse Of I Am Not Get Any Business Leads And Ask Them To Stop My Contract And Ecs. But They Are Not Responding Me And They Do Not Stop My Ecs And Harass Me. Kindly Do The Needful To Stop My Ecs Immediately And Refund My Amount. Just Dial Is Just Making Money And Sending Fake Queries

Innovative Solutions, a job consultant company registered with Justdial promised me a job and made me pay a huge amount to them. Now there is no response from them.

but it's all fake this link don't have any ecs option and they continued to charge directly from my account.

And the smart thing they did is they turned off the amount deduction massages or email. So that people like us don't find out that they charging continuaslly.

I told them that I'm not doing business from last 5 month and I don't want to continue with your service but they don't care.They just want their amount that is around 3500 which is very big amount for people like us.

Please help regarding this matter.

I have purchased justdial on january 2021 of Rs 25000 and the package remains for minimum one year till the balance remain in my wallet and they have provided irrelevant option in case the lead is irrelevant. I have taken this package from justdial exe (Ranjith Purushotham). on april 4th i was having Rs. 22992.96 in my wallet. but they have called me to purchase the new package by paying more money as my package is expired. when i checked with the executive. he agreed that there is some issue but after continuous followup they refuse to help me.

I also attach the screenshot of my wallet.

hope JUSTDIAL people will not cheat anyone in future.

Our business has been closed . And I have requested you no if times to stop presenta6of ecs .still you are presenting the same 4 times in a month and bounce charges debited only account.

Hi team,

I have called just dial on 26th of may for getting some transportation facilities number. They give me the details on whatsapp and mail as well. And shared my number with the concern parties.

I got one call stating that he got my number and will help me to transport the required things from Pune to Aurangabad. He gave me all the details and asked me to send 1000/- rs for to send on his account. As he got my number from Justdial I trusted him and sent 1000/- rs online to his account.

But post getting the money he switched off his mobile and denied to do his work stating some non sense reasons.

This was very bad experience and if I say this in media will impact Justdial a lot.

I am attaching all the details which I have for this communication with this mail.

Please look into it and help me to get my money back and find such members and cancel their registration with Justdial.
