An agent from justdial sent me a WhatsApp message with usual advertisement. Usually they send it to my another office number. By this time they sent to my personal number. I've replied to the agent through WhatsApp, "don't send to this personal number".

I am writing this email to officially make a Complaint about the unprofessional behaviour and Fraud against Mr. Vishal...

We have activated the package of 1180 plan we have paid this month amount also but we dont receive any leads for 2weeks...

I had a listing in JD and after one year I was not interested in renewing the contract as I was not satisfied with the service I received from a paid listing. After the expiry of the contract, every day JD executive started calling me, even multiple times a day. I told them repeatedly that I am not interested in renewing the contract. One of the executives suggested me to drop a mail and I did that. The calls are not stopping even after that....

Employee from venus service centre had come at my resindence for fridge repair..he took my fridge inverter part for repair and after taking he is not responding now...

I got the registration done in justdail and I was told that according to each customer, my reachage will be taken from my justdail id but justdail did not do this with me, Completed reachage in a single month, and this is a big fraud, help me.

Just dial has shared my number with rest other false details to a user. This is happening life a breach of my privacy for something which I never enquired for.

I started my cloud kitchen to become “aatmanirbhar”. As a house wife, I had to ask my husband to invest in getting the cooking business open.
1. I contacted Jyoti at on 8th June ‘21.
2. She suggested me to buy a package for 2000/- + GST (min commitment 2 months). So I paid 4000/- + GST.

I have activated my business with just dial and taken guaranteed plan in which just dial executive provide information about plan is, if my deal is complete with customer then my lead charge should be deduct of Rs. 46 per dealing lead, after active service there was so many error come like irrelevant lead option not show, balance passbook not show, lead come out of area etc. Now just dial say that company has close this plan so your done...

I was promised certain number of leads by justdial based no the package and promotion being run during month of march.
