There is no holiday on sundays and public holidays for staff, my wife is working from past 21days (without holiday) and those attendance is not updated in the registers (To show they are following as per the govt/labour departments), If my wife will ask about holiday, they are ready to remove the her job, we are middle class families, need work husband and wife. I'm arun, resident of karimnagar, bearing chit fknt39f-18 in kapil chits, cvrn road branch..
I lifted the chit in the month of may'2018 for 86000 keeping personal commitments in view.

They failed to issue the cheque till now.. Close to 5 months..
One of the worst service i came across, manager never attends the phone, always gives tentative dates saying in 2-3 days your cheque will be provided.

I'm in great financial need...

Please do the needful..

Mychit fwst03p-19 was lifted on[protected] in the action no 47 and the chit papers were received into branch between 2-8-2018 but sri. G. Sagar bm subedari branch was not intimated to me untill[protected] and he has stated that the cheque will be arranged with in aweek. Even after receiving the cheque on[protected] till today the cheque was not issued to me. The branch manager is not responding. Even i said the abnormaldely iwill approch legally. The bm is stating that there is not suffiecient funds to issue the cheque. Who is responsible for the loss of amout due to intentional carelessness of branch manager and ao bharath of subedari hmk branch.

The ever worst chit fund company is malik chit
My advise is not to participate in kapil chit of any branch. My mobile number is [protected]. Due tob the worst service and unbearable answers from md making an and branch managervlokesh. My money is not returned for discontinuation of chit. I am a 100%prompt payment maker since 10 years. My advice is any one who is subscribing please discontinue from this chit fund company. I had completed chit fhvt03g-49our last payment was in 29 august 2018. Still we haven't received our payment. We have been following up with the branch manager. And i see that people who tried to invest in kapil chits have same problem and struggling to get their hard earned money back. This is not fair. There is poor management and highly irresponsible fellows sitting in kapil office...

Problem - i have to receive advance (Security) amount 1780 (Approximate) after completion of the chip

But i did not receive any call about this, even i consult them for this amount they were not giving proper guideline and processor

5 month before of this month i signed on sum papers for this process, after sum months i consult at office they said the sign are not matched, again a given sum signed papers to them till today i did any information

Kapil Chits Pvt ltd Dilsukhnagar branch not responding and not giving the cheque after lifting the chit after 74 days. Branch manager Hanumanth Rao not lifting and not nearing at all. Sujatha Manchala chit was lifted on 27 the June 2018. Kindly help to receive the cheque.

I lifted chit at madikonda branch (10 lakh chit (4p -26) ). its been 3 months and money is not yet paid.
Every time we ask they are postponing the date.

This is the worst experience I never had this other chitfund companies

I would request and suggest all to think before you invest in Kapil Chits like companies, I strongly believe that the Kapil Chit is earning in millions by cheating the people with un ethical, immoral business practices.

Here is my Story:
I’m one of the Victim of their Fraud Scheme. Brokers came to me several times and explained how Chit works, they have said that every Month you pay 25000 and you are going to get dividend so, you don’t really pay 25000 always it will be less than that, in the end you will receive 10 Lakhs. This is how they lure people to join Chit.

I have started my 1000, 000 (10 Lakhs) 40 Months Chit in Dec-2014, I paid till the end until March-2018. In the beginning of Chit I was in need of money and I enquired about to bid and lift the chit after few months I joined but I had to quit because when I came to know about the painful, stringent documentation and surety procedures they have. I then decided to continue without bidding till the end as I was expected that I'll get 10 Lakhs!! here is the real hidden problem common man like me never realized until experienced personally, as soon as I paid all Monthly installments cumulative amount was 858, 154 Rupees, then I came to know that they will only pay 950, 000 (9.5 Lakhs) after deduction of 5% commission it was big surprise for me, because the pamphlets/brochure they produced and explained nowhere it is shown they will deduct 5% commission.
I ask them and argued why did you guys called it 10 Lakhs Chit, you should have call it 9.5 Lakhs chit? they says no it is 10 Lakhs chit but we will deduct 5% Chit commission they never ever said before and after joining, this is how they mislead people and in the end they Cheat.

I have paid for 40 Months 858, 154, as per their statement they have shared with me they are going to pay only 942, 000 after GST cut. I have gained only 83, 846 Rupees after 40 Months.

The biggest problem to get our hard earned money back from them. As I explained my chit was closed end of March-2018 and I have received my payment 942, 000 Rupees in August after several follow-ups and Phone calls and rounds to Branch office. Whenever I make a phone call or Visit the Branch they used to say Next Week, then again Next Week, then Next Week in the end they also promised me that they will pay me Interest on delay of payment which they never did since now.

We have completed our chit fant43f-26. Our last payment was in 01-jun-2018. Still we haven't received our payment. We have been following up with the branch manager for months long but he is such a irresponsible manager i have ever seen. And i see that people who tried to invest in kapil chits have same problem and struggling to get their hard earned money back. This is not fair. There is poor management and highly irresponsible fellows sitting in kapil office

I have a chit ref no_flpt 07h_[protected]/_) in your kasibugga palasa branch.. Auction was confirmed to me on 28/06/2018 and all verification process completed on 11/07/2018... Buy today onwards the auction amount not paid me. When i asked branch members they are talking reckless.
So i request you sir please solve my problem as early as possible.

My name is g. Nagasai sirisha i joined as a subscriber in kapil chits (Kosta) andhra pradesh at kavali branch with the monthly subscription of rs.10, 000 per month for 50 for 5 lac chit. My chit ticket no : fkvt24j-30. We prized the chit for discount rs.63000 in june2018. So we had to get the amount of rs.4, 37, 000. But we requested the manager to deduct the future subscriptions and pay the remaining amount. They agreed and took my signatures, i came from bangalore to sign on papers, on the documents. After one month, they intimated that my name was wrongly written on the documents. We tried to complain to the head office but no email address is possible for us to do so.
3 months have gone. We don't get our amount. Hope it may be resolved

January - we have decided to bid for amount.

April - got the chance to bid and it is done at the loss of rs 1l+ amount (A very well tricky game played by company)

May - took bid receipt after 2 weeks (Company delay)

@ it's time to submit sureties. Omg i will never ever want ti hear about sureties again

May — we submitted all sureties

@ now the patience test by company for getting our hard earned money into our hands
June — waiting for kapil cheques
July — waiting for kapil cheques
August — waited till middle of the month for cheques. Got them finally but realized that they are not cheques. They are post orders which can be converted into cheques in future dated (September).

@it's time to roam around bank

September — we have been going to bank but no balance in company's account so bank guys are not converting pay order to cheque.

September 4th: fortunately account balance is there, i gave pay order to bank but they rejected due to the lack of signature on pay order.

September 5th: signature doen on pay order after a lot of phone calls and struggles. But no money in companies account.

Now left with two choices :

1) wait till they deposit money

2) file a case with lawyer with the pay order return memo from bank.

This is to bring your kind notice that i rajesh pandit chit member in kphb branch under fkpl20g-24 group since from starting i have face lot of problem while taking my bid amount now issue i have paid 37 month installment through kphb branch act bearing no a/c [protected] ifsc lavb0000373 on[protected] but still 37th installment showing my account so, i have to kapil collection executive to rectify but instead of rectify i got route answer from him the next i have reported same to mr sampath reddy who is kphb manager he has told will be rectify but already it has crossed 8 days, there action has taken from any one.

I request please pursue the matter and resolved my problem.

Finally, i request public be careful with kapil chits since 37 month i m suffering.

I P Samanth kumar lifted the chit of Rs.10, 00, 000/- in the month of April 2018 documentation was completed on 15.5.2018 since then they are not paying the amount they said they will pay on 25.07.2018 but they have not paid again they postponed to 10.8.2018 when I went to their office to collect the cheque again they have postponed the date and inform me to collect the cheque on 28.8.2018 again I went on that date again they have defaulted and asked me to come on 2.09.2018 why u r harrasing me I have to repay the debt and they are sitting on my neck when I calling the concerned person Amarender rao and sanath nagar branch manager they are always postponing the date for payment will u please that I can get amount on 2.09.2018 if I do not receive on 2.09.2018 I will proceed to initiate legal action

I have paid August month installment through card payment in the branch, I also registered online at that time,

Now that paid amount is showing as uncleared amount, my September month installment came, my total amount of due is now august + September with penalty for not paying august ...what is this? I paid August installment in the branch with card...they not even accounted till now...submitted customer form in the website, no response mail nothing...I wil file case against this, because paid august installment, in September August bill plus penalty and September installment...super
