Respected sir/madam,

I am holding an chit no: fagt02h-10 at avanigadda branch of krishna dt. I am a prized subscriber. I raised my chit in the month of jan-2018 for an amount of rs. 2, 40, 000 /-i submitted all the surities and till now i did not receive any amount or there is no response from the branch manager. It is almost 100 days after claiming my amount.
I written a letter to the branch manager asking him to cancel my chit and refund the amount. There is no response for this also. I strictly don't want to go legally with this matter. It is requested from my end to cancel my chit no fagt02h-10 and refund amount.

My wife Gajjala Anitha is having chit of Rs.5, 00, 000 /- in Madikonda branch which is located in Kazipet, Warangal. Chit is lifted on 29th November 2017, all formalities of documentation completed in January 2018. Branch also received cheque of awarded amount on 10th April 2018 after following up more than 20times. But Manager is not credited cheque to my wife's account. He is saying that there are no funds. We are vexed with him. Please look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible.

My wife holding the chit account no fgtt06p-3 in kapil chits in guntur arundulpet branch since 25 months and have been paying all the installments on time. My wife chit was lifted the 30 december 2017 i am completed all the required documents but the kapil chits representatives have not completed the process on time and asking for two more suruty totally they asked 6 suretys and 2 lacks liquid cash surety and five blank checks this all fraud activity company behavior they don't tolerate the peoples all are fraud activity please take action against kapil chits arundulpet guntur branch my mobile no [protected]

I manku sanyasirao with fppt18h-20 as my chit number, chit value -3, 00, 000/-, installments -50 in parvathipuram kapil chits (Kosta) branch, vizianagaram (Dt), a. P, india. I participated in the auction held on dt 29.11.2017 prized subscriber against our bid offer for rs.53, 000/- i submitted all my sureties and guarantees that as demanded by the kapil chits manager in the month of 12/2017 to draw the prized amount. The manager said 1 month back that your cheque already came to branch & showed me for an amount of rs.2, 26, 450/-. But systems fail after two days the details will be entered in systems after that we go to bank for changed the cheque as dd after that credit to your account or you are directly take the dd. So many days are coming and go to past. The manager tells when i met every time, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, with in two days etc. Shocks tells us. But my chit prized amount does not give us till (28.04.2018) date. I call to the kapil chits branch manager number of times, but he didn't respond till now. I have been waiting patiently for the past 4 months. We are very dissatisfied with kapil chit fund company. We are losing all our hope on your comany.
So i therefore request you to look into this matter kindly and do us the need as soon as possible.

I am a kapil chit fund shankarmat branch old customer and my issue is from branch manager mr. Venkat ramulu and zonal manager mr. Ranga reddy are delaying to pay my chit amount from last 2 months and not responding my calls, and they have given open statement that they don't have funds, they are many people are suffering from same issues.

Kindly do the needful.

I don't know what is the issue with kapil chit charging unnecessary amount i have paid 1, 30000 but they have updated 1, 13000
and once more i have paid 50000 but they have updated 34, 000
the managers are very irresponsible and uneducated fools using bad words on customers and when i have prized they have given an amount after 2 months.

I am suresh seema, from last 3.6 years paying 10 lacks subscription.
Monthly paying avg of 17k per month. 3 months back i planed to took the money so i went to chat and i won on jan month. After that they ask for 4 govt govt months security and they have asked the my 3 years it documents.
But till money around 8 lacks 26 thousands has to be deposited in my account.
But there is no response from managers, and very rude behavior of employees. Please help me on this.

But still check is not released even though everything is submitted. Branch office: srikakulam. Kindly release the amount at the earliest as i am in very much need for my sister's marriage.

I have provided all documents including 3 witness documents but amount not credited. Since 3 months i have been following. I paid amount in wanaparthy branch. I am keep on fallowing with them but they are saying different reasons not sure why they are saying like this. They are saying that issue with the witness provided by me this witness went to legal as he has given witness earlier to some one when i checked with them they cleared every thing.

I d laxman rao have lifted the chit on 29th of january the bid in respect of my chits no. Fbtt03j-44. Begumpet branch but still the bid amount is not paid till now. And mr venkatesh reddy telling today and tomorrow since more than 75 days. I have recorded and i[censored] want i will send all conversations with branch manager vekateswar reddy (U will know better how many dates they postponed)

With utmost trust we have chosen the kapil chits but the services are very bad. Please examine my issue and see that the bid amount is paid to me today.

This is kappiri someswara rao one of the customer at your kapil chit funds. I use to have very good relation with kapil chits since 2011. But unfortunately i lost my belief on it due to the issue that i'm facing now with kapil chits branch at my locality. I had a paid for 5, 00, 000 chit in 2013 and that is "fakt12j/6" and the issue that i am facing is that i have not received my amount from kapil chits because i got the auction. On 28th december 2017 i got the auction so i need to receive my money i know that to get the money it will at least take 45 days but until today i did not receive my money. I went to several times to the branch and i also contacted the manager of that branch but no one responded
An towards the issue. I lost my patience. So, i wrote this complaint and i am hoping that this issue is going to be solved. Otherwise i need to take some serious decision on the issue which may also effect the reputation of the company. Hope this problem is going to be solved. I faced this issue in "kapil chit funds pvt. Auctioned in the month of Dec 2107 So far amount not paid even after numerous calls telephone requests
The Branch manager Gajuwaka misleading by saying I will pay tomorrow today bank holiday I have not gone to bank, I am not in Office.
Also He has directed Rs. 119260 from earlier chit without my permission and opened 2 chits without any application
in this regard I have mail soo many times to the regional office to the email ID: [protected]@kapilchits.com. So far no reply received. Without my knowledge the have opened insurance and diverted some 7000 plus amount.
The branch manager pro missed me that he will cancel the chits and pay back the amount which were illegally transferred to new chits not in my name. So far nothing has been done. This company fraudulent using public money and not ready to pay back in stipulated time

It is bring to your kind notice that iam having a chit in your company and it bidded on 02 march 18 and branch manager praveen reddy marredpally branch assured me to give the cheque on 2nd april but he was failed and not responding to my phone call. This was taken to the notice of regional manager sampath reddy and he assured me at any cost he will handover cheque by 11th april 18 still now both are not responding to my phone calls and avoiding me to reply. So let me know what is happening in your chit company and one more thing i was deposited 3 lakhs as fd in decemeber 17 till now i havent received any bond or recepit for the fd. So, kind do the needful by paying in time the chit amounts instead of giving adverstisement in hmtv.

Hi sir,

I have lifted kapil chit in kodad branch (Nalgonda dt) on 20th december 2017, its been near to 4months now, i have submitted all the sureties as well but the amount is not given. Several times i visited to the branch and tried to call the branch manager (Kushal reddy) regarding my amount. But they are telling me cock and bull stories. First of all he is not eligible to be a manager. Because he should have minimum responsibility towards the customers to pick up the calls. He will not pick up the calls and is trying to escape and abscond. The worst branch i have ever seen (Kodad branch kapil chit funds). Not only me many people are suffering due to this branch. Even today i called before raising a complaint here but still he is trying to escape putting the phone in hold or giving to other persons and telling he is in meeting. Please take an action on this kodad branch and see that i will receive the amount asap.

Please be aware of this kodad kapil chits branch. Never ever go to this branch.

I have lifted the 10lakhs value chit in 34th (40) months and i was promised by the branch manager to provide the money in a week if i take a new chit with them. I have taken 2 more chits.. But it's been almost 45 days, but still they're not giving the money. I'm visiting the panjagutta branch almost daily for the last 10 days, but they're daily asking me to come next day to collect the cheque but not giving it.

Sir, during lifting of chit amount the kapil chits, vikarabad people has obtained total 08 empty cheques for 02 chits, total payment was done chit was closed at about 01 year back, several times i have visited the kapil chit funds, vikarabad and asked for my cheques but they not responding properly. I requested to please immeditely return my empty cheques, if so not i am going to lodge a complaint against the branch manager, vikarabad. My name venu gopal. Cell no [protected].

Worst chit fund company is kapil chit fund pvt limited. They are not giving cheques for the lifted chits for about 6 months. There is no control by the upper authorities, the branch managers are behaving like cheaters and using abused language. They are taking the money from the company and using for their personal use. Some bm are revolving the money for interest. The management has no control at all for the branches. I think this company is also lifting the money from the people and puting ip. What is the need of a customer is not fulfilling from this company. Why the customer go for auction and lifting the chit? He has some problems which is to be cleared by this chit amount. After 6-8 months what will be the use of receiving the cheque. Kapil chit fund pvt limited management has look that the cheque is to be issued directly to the customer from the management or other higher authorities not by the bm. Why margadarsi pvt. Ltd. Is successful than the other chits, they make arrangement for giving the cheque to the customer after completion of all surities & other formalities and they are issuing cheque within 7 days. This is the reason that kapil chit is so far behind all the chit fund complanies. The customers are not happy with the service of their branch managers and staff. They are looking for the targets and not giving payment with in stipulated time.

I am a kapil chit customer of 5lakh group in palasa branch, srikakulam dist, a. P. My chit id:fplt011j-46. I lifted my chit in the month of november, 2017 and completed all document procedure by last week of dec, 2017. Since then following up them for the amount but still today not received the amount.
They are automatically deducting chit amount for every month from lifted amount. But when i asked my cheque they told me that funds not available in the branch.
I have approached branch manager and regional manager, but no use.
Kindly request you sir, plz solve my problem as possible as early.

This is bring to your kind notice again (I submitted complaint by hand at kushaiguda br. Mng.) complaint against shri. Laxmi narayana sum of rs. 18000/ not paid in the br. And shri. Kala prasad sum of rs.60000/ not paid in the branch representing from kapil chits, and matter submitted to manager a cause of above persons money was not credited to my chit ac. (No. Fkut15j-37) and notices were sent, which was up loading to you in following manner and paid receipts also accompany here with for your perusal. Therefore i am requesting you please do needful and regulate my chit as soon as possible at my next visit to your kushaiguda br.in between first week of april 2018.
