Good evening sir. I am meer liyaqatullah hussaini customer of your company from narayanpet dist mahabubnagar. Sir i left my chit in september 2018 i have taken 200000 but remaining 80000 still not given. I humbly request u give my remaining amount. Sir, i am g. Rambabu, one of the bidders in your company having chit in chirala branch, prakasam dist. Of a. P.. I am regular customer of kapil chits from dec / 2014 i placed a request for bid amount of rs.1, 00, 000 on 28/09/18 and submit the all documents for fl closing on next day and waiting for amount to receive. The branch manager was promised for 28th october because this is 45th bid out of 50bids. Since 1st october he said the amount will credit in 2 or 3 days. Till no cheque has been issued and not credited to my account.. For last three weeks branch staff neither responding nor giving reply.. It's a very bad experience.. Never expected such kind of experience... Pls help me...

I have lifted my chit in september 2018, my branch is nuzvid, this is 5 lakh chit, when i lifted this chit they said that we will half amount in 20 days, and remaining amount within one month, now manager is not answering to my call, manager name is sultan, even i have complained to rm, rm name is sateesh, after complained to rm, rm is also not answering to my calls, i sent my relatives to the branch always they are saying something else, my chit number is fndt05j-32.

I am bhojaraja c y, staying in # 495, 16th cross chokkasandra, t dasarahalli branch, bangalore.
I am regular customer of kapil chits from dec 2015, i have completed one lack chit amount for the group kss08f-2f. Further on completion, i joined for two more newly formed chit groups for an amount of rs 1 lakh (Kdt14f-8) and 5 lakh (Kdt01j-16) recently on 28 jun 18, i participated in 5 lack chit bid and i prized for rs. 3, 95, 000, after that i asked for sureties required from my end, manager mr. Chandru has told me to give two government sureties and one private guaranteer for surety, thereafter, on 22nd aug, i handed over the all the necessary documents two government employees & one private employee documents as required. Also handed over salary slip, signatures and other details as required to m/s kapil chit manager at t dasarahalli branch. After that manager chandru confirmed to me that all documents are correct, and he will get the approval within a week. After 10 days (03 sep 18), i called him regarding prize amount he told all documents are accepted at main branch and they are sending approval from main branch, after a week, on further enquiry, it was informed that sureties verification not done and it may be done within 3-4 days, after that every day i keep on calling he told that everything approved and cheque is under preparation and you will received by november 10, till today i have not received the cheque, and further mr chandru, intimated that some manager from bellary is bringing cheque personally along with him. Like this they have kept changing the dates. Again. Last week we are told that there is document issue, and further we need some more liquidate surety and the document since the same is not approved from md side, now, they are providing a new story that my payments were delayed for 10 days in 2 -3 chits out of 24 chits. As far i know, i paid all chits in time. Manager hanumathulu (Earlier) manager) has confirmed that only two sureties are required for prize amount. Its more that 3 months, that i have not received the amount, and i need this amount for some other purpose. I am requesting you kindly release my amount without any further delay.

In bhongir branch kapil chitfund (Neaer to area hospital), as i am chit member, at the time of participation in chit bid, if i ask chit offer if ask they were not showing offer form and raising words on me, we dont have any rights to show the offer form to chit member, as they wish making enteries into minutes books.

If they shown also signature not validating with documents. Even if i ask also manager is not showing the minutes book, as the wish basis they were running the chitfund, even the registar is also not existing in bhongir, if i ask the details of nalgonda registar address they were not telling..

Dont know any form or else these type of problems will reach out to registar and will take care of those things.. It my humbel request to all of them, dont participation of chits with kapil, paying gst + chit registration charges and document charges +all put to gether leaving bank recaring deposit will get more benfits.

One more thing, when we lift the chit we have to give the security to rest of the amounts, where as the number of installments if we pays who is gurentee, if they company lifts governamnt cases will take years.. Unnesasary risks we are going to take care.

In bhongir branch (Near area hospital) as manager is not showing the chit offer form and making as wish entries in chit minutes book, as if i ask he is shouting and telling that its managment will not show to any of them, is it fair enough as i am chit member i am responsibul for asking the offer form as per chit by law.

Such fraud company running as wish basis doing the things as wish basis as if am asking the chits registar office nalgonda address not disclosing the address also.

Making the chits memers unwealthy, till taking chits they were begging like anything, after chit member into kapil, started troubling like anything..

After chit lifting also giving money more than 2 months. Need a faour where to complaint these type of problems into cental and state and locally.

సార్, నా పేరు చిన్నవాడు కొంగరపు, శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా పలాస కాశిబుగ్గ బ్రాంచ్ లో FPLT52F-15 మరియు FPLT53F-19 రెండు చీట్స్ వేసాను. రెండు చీట్స్ పాడగా నాకు మే 1 వ తేదీకి చెక్ ఇస్తాను అన్నారు. నేటికి 7 నెలలు అయినది. ఎప్పుడు డబ్బులు అడిగిన వారం రోజులు అని చెపుతున్నారు. గాని ఇవ్వడం లేదు. చీట్స్ సూరిటీ కి, మీ సంస్థలోని డిపోసిట్ చేసిన 2 లక్ష రూపాయల బాండ్ లను పెట్టాను. ఫైనల్ గా ఈ రోజూ పలాస-కాశిబుగ్గ బ్రాంచ్ మేనేజర్ గారు డబ్బులు ఇస్తాను అన్నారు ఫోన్ చేసి అడుగగా ఇప్పుడు ఇవ్వను ఇంకా టైం పడుతుంది అంటూ నా మనస్సు గాయపదచే విధముగా మాట్లాడినారు. వాస్తవానికి సంస్థ డబ్బులు ఎవ్వలేదా, లేక బ్రాంచ్ మేనేజర్ చేతివాటం చూపించా రా అనేది తమరు గమనించి నా చిట్ అమౌంట్ ఇప్పించ వలసినదిగా మనవి.

I personally visited your branch office several times and requested the manger mr. A. Siva kumar for my amount but he never meets me on a telephonic conversation he replied me that there no balance at the company and we cannot pay you and telling false commitment dates, he is not giving minimum response to. I ask you for this had we invested our amounts near you and what is the use of having the chit when the amount is not given to us on our time.
He is not at all lifting my calls and now he blocked my contact. I request you to kindly pursue the said matter and pay my money as early as possible else i had no option and had to approach consumer forum.

This is to inform you that I mohd Yousuf Hussain S/o Mohd Hussain R/o Mancherial subscriber at your chit fund branch Mancherial beaing chit No FMT31J-49 got auctioned my chit on 28/07/2018 and was awarded and got verified on 02/08/2018 till this date my awareded amount has not been disbursed to me.
I personally visited your branch office several times and requested the manger Mr.A.Srinivas for my amount but he never meets me on a telephonic conversation he replied me that there no balnce at the company and we cannot pay you. I ask you for this had we invested our amounts near you and what is the use of having the chit when the amount is not given to us on our time.
On 15th November 2018 I had mailed you also till this date there no reply from yourside.once again I request you to kindly pursue the said matter and pay my money as early as possible else I had no option and had to approach Consumer Forum.

Dear sir, my name is devivaraprasad argula. I have 5lacs chit at nizamabad with kanteshwar branch. Chit group fnkt 15j 36. I have paid nearly 28 months an amount of 2.10 lacs approximately. Want to cancel because of personal issues. Submitted removal documents on 4th october but still not received my amount. And the branch manager is not at all responding. Kindly help.

I have taken rs.5, 00, 000 chit in saifabad. I have paid rs. 57, 000 and applied for bid. All the documentation have been processed last three months back.. The branch manager, mr. Vishnu vardhan reddy said it will take 30-40 days.. When i asked in this november, he said the amount will credit in 2

Sir, i am sai shinde, one of the bidders in your company having chit in koti branch of hyderabad. I placed a request for bid amount of rs.2, 00, 000 on 30/09/18 and completed all the documentation on 31/10/18 and waiting for amount to receive. But till now i haven't got any response from you. The employees of koti branch are not at all responding. This is the very bad experience i ever had with your company. If this is the same happens then i will not continue any chit with you and also stop my people from being starting a chit with you. Please take corrective action against koti branch so that they will be responsible and gave me my bid amount.

This is mallikarjuna reddy/leelavathi from anantapur, we have deposited amount rs.90, 000 for four years, now four years has been completed this year july, 2018. Now there not settle the amount and there saying to settle today, tomorrow since last 3months. Several times we personally visit the branch but no one has responded. And there not taking calls.

I, t. Venkata ramanayya, am a member of kapil chits (Kosta) at kothapeta branch guntur. My group code and ticket no. Is fgrt02p-38, with a chit value of rs.10, 00, 000. (Rupees ten lakhs). I had bid for rs. 8, 90, 000 (Rupees eight lakhs and ninety thousands) in the month of february 2018. So far i was paid only rs.203700 (Rupees two lakhs three thousand and seven hundreds only) in the month of june 2018 instead of april 2018 and adjusted rs. 2, 80, 000 towards remaining premiums. Still an amount of rs. 4, 00, 000 is due to me even after eight months.
I was issued a cheque for rs.200000 dated 20/08/2018. Till to day i could not present the same in the bank due to requests from successive branch managers. I cannot wait any more as the validity of the cheque expires in another 10 days. It may be noted that the consequences of dishonouring the cheque is to be exclusively borne by you.
Had i not bid the chit at that time, currently i may get rs. 9, 50, 000.
I want to bring to your notice that i was put to lot of inconvenience and mental tension by delaying the payment till now. It is unbecoming of a reputed organisation like yours to resort this type of tactics in settling the individual accounts.

I am a member of 5 lakhs chit, from hyderabad dilsuknagar branch on the name of pernapati suman, since i joined here i am disappointing at every step with their lazy/negligence /inefficient/improper behavior of the employees, and surprisingly higher authorities are also behaving in the same way. Managers are least bothered about customers, will not pick the calls, will not stick to the promise . After seeing this forum, Seems other branches through out india are also working in same manner.My humble request to every common people, not to go with kapil chit funds and plan to withdraw the money ASAP, dont trust this bloddy buggers .

From past 2 months i did not receive payment from kapilchits related to my 5l chit. Refer no. Fhis05j-3 from himayatnagar branch.

I am following up with himayatnagar branch manager from past 2 month and each time i get same answer that it will be credited next week.

I opted kapit chits as i wanted to save some money to resolve my financial issues but kapit chits is cheating and putting me through hell of mental torture.

If this continue, you will be forcing me to file fir with narayanguda police station and send legal notices under fraud section.

Requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest.

My self srinivas tammana form machilipatnam ap having chit in the name of janaki tammana (Mother)

Last four months i am trying to bid the chit every time mr. Nagaraju skipping me and not picking the calls since am in bangalore am unable to attend at the time of bid.

Last month i personally went and met your people and told that i want to participate in the bid in coming month compulsorily and also on the day of bid i called several times to remind the same which was not attended. So i don't have any information about bid happened that day. Surprisingly when i called from different mobile number, they picked my call and tried to convince me that bid has gone to somebody else. After long argument and discussion over phone finally they told that bid allotted to me.

Without confirmation from my end bid completed and on argument i was told bid has come to me. If it goes like this how will we know what is going on there and is this the way of working in kapil chit funds?

This not at all fair and we lost trust on the company. Iam in need of money now but this chit was not at all helpful and i did not get my money when i required. That's the reason i accepted for quoted amount. After 13 days of bid, i called for the status of the payment process. Still iam facing same problem my calls are not attended and i did not get reply for message. I need sincere reply and attention which if not happens i will take this to social media and escalate to higher authorities and also inform to all chit number how the kapil chit funds works.

Inspite of several reminders and telephonic discussions had with from top level to bottom level they have commited several dates but non o[censored]r persons fulfilled my due amount.
Expecting my due amount i borrowed from outside for huge interest rate. Hope you understand my serious problem

Sir... I kesari usha lavanya poornima requesting you following few lines. I am a chit member in 5 lakhs group of fnst11/17j in nellore 2 branch near annamayya circle magunta layout. On june 25th 2018 i participate in auction and successfully allotted the bid in favour of me. But the problem is the branch manager did pay the chit amount till today. This chit group duration completed on nov 2018 but the management failed to give chit amount with in duration. So, kindly take necessary action and give me the chit amount as early as possible.
