I really not sure if this communication make any good to me, as i see the reviews there is no proper response to n number of complaints, however as i have no option apart..

Firstly i would say the kapil chit group hire the #, all this # are been trained to cheat the people..

And the director might be mother # who not even bother about their customers complaints.

I'm very much disappointed with kapil chit, they are born to cheat innocent people with false promises.

As such i lifted chit in month of april 2018 even after submitting proper documents and surities this # are failed to pay the prized amount even now 3 months gone.

When i approached bn reddy (Hyderabad) branch to check for the delay, bloody rascal branch manager yadagiri was talking all non sense. This # have no sense on customer respect.

# was arguing and said that my prized amount will not paid untill whom i been stand as surity, even though on my request they paid the 70% of due still this # are not ready to give my bid prized amount.

They are more like blood suckers, mother #s,

Branch manager yadagiri reddy, murali reddy and ganesh reddy act irrespective and irresponsible.

I have 2 chits in kapil groups at bhongir. One was already taken and i received the 41st chit and received the approximately250000/- for the secound one, but the manger of bhongir is giving cheque of 8000/-. I pre closed the chit. And saying my moms amount was taken from that and my sister amount was taken. I was literally cheated by you kapil chits. Please resolve the issue as early as possible otherwise i take leagal action. Thank you.

I n ramesh babu chit no. Fskt10j-26, my chit auctioned amount was not paid till the date. And there is no responsible person to answer abot my auctioned amount. So i want 3 rupees intrest from kapil chits of my principle amount 4 lakhs from 28/04/2018 to 21/06/2018. Concern branch manager also irresponsible to talk about the matter.

Sir, I'm K VENKAT RAMUDU from Kurnool.l prized my chit (KAPIL 2 BRANCH) on March by Kapil Chits Rayalsema: RKT06P-43 with manager commitment.l submitted all sureties to verifying officer but the manager don't response to my call and he is not staying in the office..still now he is not given to me the cheque plsss take a necessary action on manager regarding...

I have lifted my chit with kapil chit fund at proddatur branch in february. I am the last person to lift the chit. I have paid all installments. No guarenters required because i am the was the last person to lift the chit. The manager took all signatures from me. He is keep on telling that we will pay soon. Now it is 4 months. Till now they did not paid the chit amount. Not lifting the phone.

The chit number is fprt13j-42.

Kapil chit fund is cheating. My humble request to public is please be ware. It is going to be another agri gold.

I am raghu ram ghatti, having chit in tenali branch,
I am awarded the chit in the month of march 2018 with the value of 12.4 lakhs approx.
The manager (Then manager along with present manger came to when i joined the chit) with consultation of the ro and his officers promised me to release the amount in 40 days after the bid.
Now its been more than 3 months and we haven't received the amount nor even it seems they are most careless to even to attend the verification of the guarantors yet saying all the time that they will be attending in 2 days time but not happened, they are just delaying the vitrifaction and delaying the payment.

My chit number is ftet02r-14.

Now i am not at all interested in continuing the chit anymore and because it seems it may take another 2 months to get my prized amount which is useless to me it would be helpful then... Why i participated in the auction and lost faith in that company.

Please look into the below matter: i had put a chit (Faps42f-5) of 1l in the ameerpet branch in year 2016, now as my chit is closing by june 2018, as some emergency came i raised my chit to close by feb 2018 (Emergency means-people will think it takes 4mnts of time?), but these ameerpet branch people already raised my chit amount in the month of sep/oct 2017, and adjusted my chit amount to some other person, but i don't even know this, without informing only they raised my chit.
Now in feb 2018 i planned to close my chit and now it is in the process still, in april 1st week they have give 57000/- d. D, we asked why you people are issuing half amount, they said amount was not sufficient please give us 1 week of time, we will give the reaming balance amount. But my balance amount is still pending by date may 30th, we dint receive full amount till now, we are roaming daily to kapil office but they are saying tomorrow, as that "tomorrow never comes", once in this mean while the waste manager (Renaiah) of kapil said... "did you people ask me and started this chit, why you people are asking me" - he said. Is this the manner a manager your respond to a customer, is he fit to that manager level? Now, these ameerpet branch people are saying our chit had been changed to yousufguda branch. Dont ask us, ask yousuguda branch (Without our knowledge, they changed the branch also - safesidely). If we all yousufguda branch people and go to ameerpet branch also no use, still no change they are saying the same, still in process, preparing the d. D, how many days, they will prepare the d. D, till 4months/2months?? Please don't keep such managers/employees, definitely your kapil will close soon a short span, if this continues... Never this kapil chits will grow further in future, it will close soon, as you all kapil people are troubling the public, with eating the public money only.

My chit number fnrt08p-50, vinod reddy p, it is bring to your kind notice that i have completed all installment ie.50 numbers and i have lifted chit prized amount of 10 lakhs on month of february 2018 after paying all installments ie 50 numbers of installment and branch manager nitian reddy nirmal branch assured me to give me the cheque on march 1st week but he was failed and not responding to my phone calls rill today 23rd may 2018. This was taken to the notice of regional manager ravinder reddy and komal reddy and he assured me at any cost he will handover cheque by 28th april 2018 still now both are not responding to my phone calls and avoiding me to reply.
It has been now 3 months delay by paying my chit prized amount and i need the amount for my expenditure and also
I am - suffering from huge financial losses and mental tension for which leading my life miserable.

I am Vinay Nakhate, s/o Sri Nakhate Sudhindra Rao native of ADONI town of ANDHRA PRADESH completed chit installments. Manager Bheemeshwar rao is not giving the complete money, He has done part payment of only 2.3 lakhs. Whts problem, is it with Manager or Kapil chitfund ? Resolve this asap whosever problem it is. How can manager pay only part amount ? If I am paying instalments to you, if I pay part amount will you accept ? I thought its reputed chitfund, but it looks like fraud chitfund company, cheating innnocent people who committed for something else like closisng personal LOAN, marriage etc. I thought, customers money, this manager is given outside for interest and he is enjoying that interest amount. As a kapil group, you have to examine what is going on with each of the branches of the chitfunds instead of cheating innocent customers.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I will escalate further to RBI(Andhra Pradesh) NBFC Division, if its not resolved immediately.

Manager is giving ### reasons, take serious action against him. How can you give only partial amount ? Check whats happening, when he deposited part amount, when chit completed, what is the balance he has to give ?

How many people are suffering like this, Once it s escalated to RBI, they will come and examine all customer accounts, and they will close the business itself. Be careful, If you dont take immediate action within 2 to 3 days, I will escalate to RBI NBFC division and give all the information to close the business.

Delay in paying my chit prized amount from last five and half months and not responding to my calls – Branch Manager, Himayat Nagar given open statement that they don't have sufficient funds and Company position is BAD due to non-collections – I am -Suffering from huge financial losses and mental tension for which leading my life miserable.

I have invested in your chit for 50months at kapil chits koasta ltd, vedayapalem, nellore and during the last part of the chit period, your officers called me and requested to invest in deposit for 1year with their branch by participating in the auction. Accordingly, i have participated in the auction and signed for investment for 1 year and due date is 04.04.2018. After completion of chit, they have returned the bond and surprisingly noticed that they have invested in kapil infra avenue bonds, but not in kapil fixed deposit as it was told at the time of deposit. The same i was questioned at that time, they replied that they will make the payment on maturity date if the bond is presented at kapil chits vedayapalem nellore. On 06.04.2018, we have handed over the said bond duly discharged with letter and pan card xerox and they said that cheque will be given shortly. On my continuous persuasion with the branch manager mr. Muni kumar we are not getting proper reply and the maturity amount is not yet paid to me. Further, i had invested with an intention that it will be useful for my child education and now i need to make payment of fees for my child engineering education. Hence, i request you to kindly arrange my maturity proceeds along with up to date interest.

This is kiran, i had chit in ghatkesar branch, i have lifted the chit in the month of january 2018 with the value of 2 lakhs they promised me to release the amount in 15 days, it's been 4 months but not received the amount yet, nobody is responding from the branch even branch manager mr sai kumar,

Sir, i have auctioned kapil chit bearing no:fgtl02j-5 for the amount rs 5000/- at ghatkesar branch on 28.02.2018. So have to get rs 4, 53, 600 and 3 months interest. The branch manager mr sai reddy promised to pay amount on 20.04.2018 but he failed to pay till date. I have approched rm mr madhu sudhan reddy/ mr indira reddy but they are also promised to pay on 30.04.2018 and failed to pay. After 3.5 months also i have not received. My financial position is very bad. Pl help me to get my amount as soon as you possible.

I am holding an chit no: fkat30-j-48 at hyderabad ashok nagar branch. I raised my chit in the month of jan-2018 for an amount of rs. 5, 00, 000 /-i submitted all the surities and till now i did not receive any amount or there is no response from the branch manager. It is almost 120 days after claiming my amount.
Hence i request you to pay the entire chit amount as early as possible

My chit is at macherla branch and lifted in the month of february. Documentation completed in first week of march. They told that i will get money by march 15. Still i didn't get my money. Everday they are saying tomorrow. Tomorrow again they are saying something. Kindly help me. Head ofice people and registered office people are not responding. Manager is very careless. He is talking rude. I warned him i will complaint but he simply told me that ok ok complaint anyone i will face like that
