With reference to Chitno. FJNL01J-30, I would like to inform you that I have cleared a payment of Rs 22500 towards 2 No.s installments, vide transaction no.[protected].
Chitfund company should appreciate the fact that i have cleared 2 Nos. installments with out the receipt of of my prized amount.
I became prized subscriber in the month of Nov 2017, I regret to inform you that till date, after a period 9 months also Kapil chit fund not bothered to clear the amount.
Please note that as per chit fund act, 22. the foreman shall pay the prize amount to the prized subscriber within seven days after the date of the draw or before the date of the next succeeding instalment, whichever is earlier.
Further also the installment are very high, the same is not acceptable as per chit fund act. The installments are becoming burden to us. We could have got personal loans in the market, much better option than entering to chit agreement with Kapil chit fund.
Your company is merely cheating the subscribers. The company agents dont bother to pick the calls, cannot believe the commitments.
"Beware of this chitfund company before joining" One of the worst experience i have faced in my life is joining kapil chits.

Why do we take chits??? we take chits to meet some urgent expenses.
If they are not clearing the amount even after 10 months why do i require the my prize money if the same is not solving my basic pupose of chit. Now after 10 months they do some adjustments.
.Never believe them, '' Fraud company and fraud people" The comapany staff completely faltu fellow's never take their responsibilty, never attend calls, all ways provide false commitments.
If you would like to loose your hard earned money then join Kapil chits.
