Sir i have made a fee payment on 22-feb-2020 of Rs.950 for KSET examination conducting by University of Mysore. After paying fees only i can able to print application form and hall ticket. When i enter SBCollect reference number and date of payment it is showing "The payment details which you had given did not match"

Sir please do the needful. Kindly resolve my issue.

    Complaint: I have done a transaction of 6000 rs on the date of[protected] through Phone pay, and this transaction was pending for three days after three days that transaction got successful (Date[protected] but the receiver did not get the money and that same amount debited from my account. So that I contacted Phone pay customer care they informed that there is a option that Charge back through that I can get my money back. For this I had went to bank in Bengaluru Marathahalli branch and they gave me Change back application form and they said to apply this form in your own branch itself. So that yesterday[protected] I had visited my branch, about charge back option they said through this Change back option you cannot get your money back, & and we don't have any relation between Pone pay or any UPI transition and bank.

        Karnataka Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I had been using Google pay app since I created my bank account. But recently I haven't been using it for a month and now when I tried paying using google pay I wasn't able to do so because of some issue with the bank. So I uninstalled and re-installed the app. Now I am not able to activate my bank account on the app.

          I tried to withdraw money from ATM, It is showing error as transaction not authorized and also tried to transfer my money from my account to other bank account but it shows Transaction status suspect.

                  I went to karnataka bank atm in maruthi nagar to withdraw money and the first transaction was successful but the second transaction was unsuccessful due to power shut down of the atm machine. The atm machine did not dispense the money but immediately, i receive a message which shows the amount was deducted. The money has not been withdrawn and the atm machine was still shut down due to power shut down. The transaction took place at on monday 04/11/2019 at 2:05pm.                       Hello sir, myself ashish khamkar from panvel. I got two torn note of rs 500 from karnataka bank karanjade branch atm panvel. So i was go to bank & told bank manager regarding this. Also told atm receipt printing not working so i show transaction message received on my no but the bank manager refused to exchange the notes saying that i was used sbi atm & karnataka bank not responsible for that. So what's my fault also rbi said any note can exchange in any public bank. Please help me & take strong action against the branch.

                        Hi, karnataka bank atm at kembathalli main road is poorly maintained. There is no watchman. Quite often an ambulance-like ring comes from the atm. If there is an attempt to rob or anything is not known. I had often complained to hulimavu police station. The police personnel will come and resolve the issue for that time. But there is no complete incharge. I had also written to karnata bank atm cell and the head office about this.

                        The ambulance-like ring disturbs the public at large. Since there is no security / watchman the atm is poorly maintained.

                        Request to take immediate action.

                                  i was trying to pay the fees of rs 200 from Account no-[protected] on 17-Sept- 2019 timing- 14.10 PM for OSSC Jr Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) Online Form 2019 Application no- JE86018086 through atm debit card on your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to OSSC. On their page the status is shown as payment failed retry payment. But when i try to retry the payment it says -"payment has been made for the same reference number". Kindly resolve this issue as by this i am not been able to proceed with my form whose last date is 29/09/2019.                                       This is regarding the rude behaviour of one of the lady staff of karnataka bank bejai branch on 20/8/2019 towards my mother to which i too witnessed. My mother told the lady staff in the morning that she wanted to see the original document of the fixed deposit which was kept under the bank custody. The lady said to come at noon and we visited at 3:00pm. When my mother and me went. The lady staff was rude saying that it's not with us to which my mother said what do you mean i have kept it under the bank custody. The lady rudely replied saying it's not here. The lady staff said we don't keep original document of local people we only keep documents of nri people what does she mean by this? My mother told her she doesn't know to behave with customers to which the lady replied saying i will behave the same way as you behave with me. My mother told her don't act like the manager to which the lady said even you don't act like a manager. My mother told her u need to know how to behave with customers to which she said that i have dealt with many since morning so you don't tell me how to behave. My mother is blind due to cmv retinitis in both eyes and hence we had kept the documents in the bank custody. The lady was utterly rude. My mother is a senior citizen and she needs to learn basic etiquettes and manners and know to deal with the issue politely. Customers are customers and the staff in the bank should treat people with respect. What does she mean by saying we don't keep documents of local people? Are we beggars? I have reported this to the rti and i will not stay num and hope this won't continue henceforth with us or any any other customer henceforth. I was really appalled at the attrocious behaviour of the lady staff who dealt with the fixed deposit in the first counter near the door of the bank. The bank needs to teach their staff basic etiquettes and manners especially when dealing with old people. It's our right to keep our documents in the bank custody and the staff has no right to tell us not to do so.

                                        Have deposited 47000 in the cdm machine in hampankatta branch (471), and it just took my amount inside and returned "transaction cancelled"message without any reciept, it didnt returned my amount (As other bank cdm return the amount if the transaction gets cancelled). Also there was no one in the atm to inform.

                                        When contacted the branch which is attached to the cdm, have recieved very disappointing answer, and they were not reacting properly. There attitude over the issue was very irrensposible. They just said rudely that right complaint and will be solved in seven days. Since money was sent for the emergency purpose i wanted it to be sent on the same day or next day.. But manager and one lady staff was very rude and was not trying to help me. When i forced him to call ho he just called and simply reframed the sentence it will be solved in 7 days. Have never seen such a helpless and insensitive bank manager in any other bank. He doesnt even take the responsibilty of the cdm which is attached to his bank. He talks as if its of other bank atm.

                                        Also, lady staff said cdm was not working, though there was no notice on the machine. If it was not working then why there was no notice? Also manager was not enquaraging for the using of cdm, instead he ask to use bank though whole world is going for digital.

                                        My question is its a simple technical issue, and why customer has to wait for 7 days to get resolved. Why cant bank immediately react on the issue and solve the problem immediately?

                                        About the cdm software, its outdated, and it has to be updated to return the money if the transaction gets failed.
