Karnataka Bank — User ID activation Net banking | |||
Hell Concerned, I have asked Karnataka bank Customer care team to activate my user ID by call and by email to [protected]@ktkbank.com on 6th March 2015. Customer care person told me it will take just 24 hours to activate it. When I called them again on 9th March for reminding as it was not activated till, Customer care person (lady) sounded very arrogant and as if she am beggar. Bank representative response is too rude. And they not even provide proper information about online banking registration.

Not just the customer care executive, even the personnel working in the bank are not cooperative, as if they are doing some kind of charity in maintaining our account in their bank, very hopeless and unprofessional behavior.
Never seen such arrogant and rude behavior towards customers in privatized banks such as HDFC, Citibank and ICICI to name a few...
