          I am an working professional, as part of my work I got relocated to Mysore from Bangalore. Thought of opening an SB account in Mysore. Hence contacted the WATER TANK - HEBBAL, Mysore Branch. I asked them to open an KBL VANITHA account. The lady sitting in the counter is instructing me to open an SB account. Then when it came for an introducer I signed for myself as I have an joint account in Bangalore branch. They are saying My signature is not uploaded and I have to goto Bangalore Branch and upload my signature. Not sure why the Bangalore people never uploaded my signature. Then when my husband signed (who has the joint account with me) and his signature is uploaded in Bangalore branch they are simply rejecting saying signature is not matching. Is it so difficult to open an SB account in Karnataka Bank. Also the lady sitting beside the Account opening lady always poke her nose and says Election Voter ID card doesn't serve the part of address proof(Eventhough in the application Voter ID card serves for Address Proof). She is asking if I have adhaar Card. So this is the worst Banking service I ever faced in my life with Karnataka Bank - Water Tank, Hebbal Branch.

            Hello,

            This is regards with the behavior of the Karnataka Bank, Gokul Road Branch, Hubli. I had been to the bank for requesting the statement of the transcations for 1year in the passbook, lady staff, told me to get the request letter, accordingly i went with the request letter on the 2nd day, another male staff says that he will provide me after 2days, i requested him the transcation is hardly 50 transcations.

            Then again came back after 2days, then the same story repeats with that staff saying that he will provide me after 2days and told me to come in the afternoon.

            The branch manager is not there most of the time.

            This is one of the worst services given to the customer, who is just asking for the transaction in the passbook, after giving the request letter and mentioning to deduct the amount for the new passbook.

              sir iam Private primary school teacher,Getting 8000 salary for month when i lost 5000rupees in karnataka bank ATM on 24th may someswarpuram tumkur, i had given a complaint to bank but bank do not reverse the amount, bank call center men said that your claim is rejected as it it successful transaction, on june 7th 2013 i got a call from this number [protected] he himself said he call from bank he will credit the amount 5000 rupees to my account, and asked my pin number of the ATM card, i thank god and without thinking i have gave my ATM pin number this , son of , and also my SBi ATM card number, on 7th and 8th june this man made cyber fraud and with draw 5000 from karnataka bank and 6500 from SBM, what to do, i kept this money for my son school fees and donation, pls some body help to find this , iam in state of suicide, i have given complaint to police they will definitely findout this and cyber police look this matter, if anybody find this mobile number [protected] don't answer it he is cyber frauder.Any body pls help me.

                Respected sir,
                I have account in Tiptur, Karnataka Bank, K.R. Extention branch, with account No[protected], from last 10 years, I have made many ATM transaction, with the same bank and others also. But on 24.05.2013 on 17.55 pm I made three ATM
                transaction one in HDFC ATM amount 10000 rupees and 2nd transaction in karntaka ATM Someshwarpuram, Tumkur, amount 10000 rupees, these two tranaction was successfull & I got the money but when I made 3rd transaction with amount of 5000 in Karntaka Bank ATM someshwarpuram Tumkur, at the same time the amount was not dispensed,after that I pressed cancel button on ATM. But when I saw the ministatement that it shows that transaction had done. Sir I swear that money was not dispensed. Immediately I gave the complaint to the same branch. The related Manager of that branch said that I would receive within & days. Even after 7 days they are saying that money dispensed.if you not taken somebody taken,and the same i asked in call center they said the your claim is rejected as it it succussfull transation, but after my transaction i watched there was only one lady had taken 100rupees amount, sir who is responsible for my money 5000 rupees,it clearly shows irresponsiablity of your bank, i think your ATM maintainece men had taken my money I kindly requiest your authority conducted the enquire and give me justice to my money 5000 rupees and provided me images of that transation, above ATM branch, kindly take this complaint, it is heavy amount for me and immediately credited back 5000 rupees to my account

                Karnataka Bank — ATM complaint

                Hi Sir,
                i have inserted my debit card in Corporation bank ATM center and entered the password. Then selected withdrawal then entered 2500 i got the receipt of credited balance but i didn't get the money from the ATM.. please tell me what i should do now.

                  I am Rangoju Nagashiva kumar from Miryalaguda(M), Nalgonda(Dt). This is my problem karnataka bank limited (Miryalaguda branch). on the date of 29/05/2013 is clearing my gold loan ammount Rs 99960/- with all taxes & interests this is clear. i am paying the money with money deposinting voucher in this bank, the cashier will be counted the money & give the clearence counter file to me, that's clear.
                  In this evening the bank officer will calling me asking for today you will paying in this bank Rs 99460/- only. i am asking & show the clearence counter file to the bank, He will telling that is not correct the amount is today you will pay Rs 99460/- only, i am going city because some of my important work. The bank officers will call to my brother and ask him to pay the Rs 500/- immediately now, my brother is un educated so he don't know any thing so he paying the money of Rs 500/-. i am goto asking the bank but not use.

                  So please i am asking to take my complaint, take action to the bank & solve my problem

                      I tried to purchase books through karnataka bank debit card due to some internal reasons bank has declined transaction but money has been deducted in my account,when i complained about it the bank staff doesn`t responded so i called atm helpline it is a utter waste.They won`t recieve calls after trying so much i got connected but they also not responded clearly they simply told it will be refunded today evening,but i haven`t recieved money so plz refund me my money i have to buy books soon.

                      Karnataka Bank — Bounce cheque

                      I issued a check for 12, 000/- of doechebank to one. and he deposited it to Karnataka bank account. Karnataka bank claimed 12, 00, 000/- instead of 12, 000/- from doechebank so it become bounced due to karnataka bank's mistake.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am Narendra from Anantapur district.

                        on 29th Dec 2012 I have visited Karanataka bank, Bommanahal branch, Anantapur District regarding Crop Loan.

                        The manager of karnataka bank, Dattatreya he is very rude and not even giving respect to the
                        educated customers. What about farmers? I am thinking in which way he will give response to the farmers.

                        On that day I was waiting since 10.30 AM to meet him but he came to the bank at 12.45 PM.


                        I have asked to explain the process of obtaining Crop loan. I showed him documents also. But
                        he got serious and told me that go to SBI bank, bellary in angry and loud way. I felt very bad.


                        I am educated person, but the manager behaviour is not at all acceptable.


                        Could you please process my complaint and kindly take necessary action against the karnataka bank manager of Bommanhal branch.

                            I had observed in your branch since long years that Mr Shivaji did not
                            do any work in the branch and he sit in the idle counter and read
                            newspaper through out the day.
                            For news paper reading you are paying around Rs.40, 000/- salary every
                            month. Kindly question yourself is it correct? Outside so many
                            candidates struggling about the jobs but your organisation pays salary
                            with out do any work in the branch.

                            Kindly enquire and take necessary steps to remove him from your organisation.

                                  Karnataka bank is a worst bank i ever see because i called to there customer care with the number[protected] for two times they didn't pickup my call and 5 Rupees went off. Then i call to another toll free no. [protected], for few minutes i didn't get the call. At finally it is connected but they didn't pick up for 45 min.

                                    i am having my SB account in Indian Overseas bank at Sivanchetty garden branch, Bangalore. my account number is [protected]. i tried to withdraw Rs.9500/-. with Karnataka Bank Banswadi branch ATM, Money was not come out. but account got debitted the Rs.9500/-. againt i tried to withdrawn the same amount but againt my account got debited the Rs.9500/- (Total 18, 000/) i gave complaint to the IOB branch and got one amount of Rs.9500/- recredited into my account but one more amount of Rs.9500/- yet to recredit into my account so many times i have given complaint to the IOB branch and Head office and Karnataka bank banaswadi branch but there is no action. kindly get into the issue and do the needful as early as possible. my ATM card number is [protected] .

                                    so i am planning to give complaint to Ombudsman.
                                    i am having my SB account in Indian Overseas bank at Sivanchetty garden branch, Bangalore. my account number is [protected]. i tried to withdraw Rs.9500/-. with Karnataka Bank Banswadi branch ATM, Money was not come out. but account got debitted the Rs.9500/-. againt i tried to withdrawn the same amount but againt my account got debited the Rs.9500/- (Total 18, 000/) i gave complaint to the IOB branch and got one amount of Rs.9500/- recredited into my account but one more amount of Rs.9500/- yet to recredit into my account so many times i have given complaint to the IOB branch and Head office and Karnataka bank banaswadi branch but there is no action. kindly get into the issue and do the needful as early as possible. my ATM card number is [protected] .

                                    so i am planning to give complaint to Ombudsman.

                                      Respected sir/Madam,
                                      As i completed my Diploma in information technology in Kongu polytechnic college, Perundurai on the year 2009, and my fifth semester percentage is 86% and my last semester percentage is 96%.So i decided to continue my higher studies in Excel engineering college, Komarapalayam in lateral entry B.E.,(C.S.E) department. So due to financial problem i decided to apply for education loan. The allotted bank for our ward 39 is Karnataka bank, P.S. park branch. When i approached the bank manager, he said that it is not compulsory for us to provide education loan,we don't want to give education loan for every one and we have lot of other work so it is not our work to provide you the education loan. More over my father expired before 12 years for that he said if you don't have your father you should submit the land document, for applying education loan he is asking security.He is saying that we are not ready to provide you the education loan,he is nor responding to our queries, he rejecting our request. The loan required for me is only Rs.1,15,000(One lakh fifteen thousand only) for whole three years.I was asking application form for education loan for past one week he saying that i want to provide security for getting application form.I didn't attended the college for past 1 week. So i kindly request you to take quick action regarding my education loan, i hope you will help me.

                                      Education Loan — regarding education loan

                                      dear sir,
                                      i pandey narendrakumar i applied for chemical laboratory technician seneca college(canada) .i am searching for education loan .as i have completed b.pharmacy.when i went to nearest sbi branch,they told we are not giving post secondary diploma course loan.80%student just take this type of diploma why u should not provide the loan.as any possibility just reply me as soon as possible

                                        I have sent for my internetbanking id and password a couple of days aga, against my alc no 901 with ayyanavaram branch

                                        due to non login of sevaralattempts there was a incation that the new id and password will be sent to my email i.e. [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Hence I request you to send me immediatly my id and password through mail at the earliest
