Namaste sir am travelling sangareddy to mannakeli. On bus number KA38E1014 he taken half ticket for my daughter my daughter dob is 23/04/2016 and am center government employee ministry of defence I show all thinks but he is behavior not properly plz take a action and he wasting the time 15 mins for tea break but he taken 45 minutes plz take action

Today bad behaviour seen from ksrtc bus driver ... (route davanagere to harihar) BUS NO: KA17F1880.. please take an action against him and file a case...he was using mobile phone while driving...and talking non sense(vulgar)words...

This is Dr. Manjunatha, we were coming towards Mysore 12.30am at Srirangapatna your ksrtc bus driver was rash driving and took close overtake to our vehicle. I took right close to divider and totally slowed my vehicle and avoided accident. I tried to stop bus but he never stopped. I put complaint to traffic police control room. I strongly demand for his suitable action for his irresponsible and rash drive.
The ksrtc the bus number is KA11F 0338.
I am central government employee and class 1 officer. It's my personal and social responsibility to bring it to your kind notice. It's should be lesson for all these kind of driver.
Concerns Depo authority should take serious action and its my humble request.

Dear Sir,

I am travelling in my Hyundai Creta car at Tin Factory junction, around 11:30AM today (05-Feb-2022), we were hit by an ignorant KSRTC bus driver travelling towards KR Puram hanging bridge. Bus number: KA-42-F-2215 (Bangalore to Tirupathi bus)

Driver was taking right from extreme left to go towards Hanging bridge by blocking the complete traffic at the back and after, vehicles started moving slowly at his back, still the bus is in cross standing position on the main road and when I am passing through, without noticing ignorantly he is taking reverse on the junction and hit my vehicle

Driver was not even bothered to stop and check what happened. There were 2 small kids onboard and ignorantly he was telling me, I cannot do anything and you can go and complain and even both driver and conductor refused to share his name and contact details, but I took his picture along with bus details.

Please look into the case and take strict action. I want to know their details and file a complaint.

I asked change to conductor he not given and he oppose on me only

It is to informing you that, there is no buses to sindhanur between 07:00 hours to 08:00 hours . and lingasugur depo buses late hours standing at bus stand it is highly inconvience to students, office workers, peoples who are going to hospitals. And we communicated with bus stand controller he is angrily replied, and no response from their. There fore take into matter serious and do the needful it is helpful for all citizens of Lingasugur Dist raichur for attending their works in time .
Otherwise we will make complaint to The PMO office New Delhi.

This driver of bus number KA-11-F-0266 at 5:30pm today near udayagiri police station was riding very recklessly and unstable riding… he was about to hit me when I was passing by…. Please I request u to take severe action against this driver ! Thank u

Banglore to Manglore vehicle which as been shown as express but it started in 11o clock at Gorguntae palya we know that due to some road construction it took some time to cross the banglore after that it is literally a scrap & wait of time in which it delayed totally 1-1/2 hr time in kunigal only its moving like shuttle bus than y did they put as express it ruined my time I had a meeting to please do something in this matters tell your drivers & conductors not to accept for private packages and wait for them for small amount of profit without a bill

BUS NO KA18 F 0938 .Date 4/02/2022, 11:20AM at the time of Recieved the parcell from Kadur to Birur .at this time conducter demanding 40rs for 10km .and also he did not issue luggage ticket too.after that he will abuse me bad words to demand more money for given parcel so kindly take a action on him

There is a stop for even all the express buses in kodigehalli kasaba hobli 561203, but some buses are not giving stop .It is not a single day problem it is everyday problem some buses stop and some dont . We should wait for hours here waiting whether they will stop or not. We are very much unsatisfied with the KSRTC Doddaballapura depo staff they dont even respond properly when called. We were 10 people waiting gor the bus since 90 min, every 30 min bus passes here but dont stop . U can watch a video sample of situation here everyday. Todays bus which didnt stop is KA 40 F 1253. Please resolve the issue. We are also people of Karnataka and we are proud of our KSRTC but some drivers and conductors ruin our faith

I have boarded the bus (details given in the references above) on 03/02/2022, Wednesday, from Made Gowda Circle stop and took ticket to L&T stop. The behaviour of the conductor was rude while asking for the ticket and he also refused to pay the balance of the amount I had given. I asked for the amount while approaching the last stop of the bus and the response from the conductor was that he asked me to get down from the bus. As I made it clear that I need to be paid the balance amount, he paid me a partial amount, which led me to again ask for the exact amount. At this point, the bus had reached the final stop and the conductor asked me to get down from the bus. I was forced to get down as the bus started to move from the stop.

It has been a huge inconvenience for me to travel by this bus due to the improper behaviour of the conductor. I would also like to bring to your notice that a few of my fellow passengers have also faced similar issues during the same journey. I request the authority to take necessary actions to avoid such inconveniences that the passengers face while travelling by KSRTC buses.

I tried booking ksrtc bus on friday( 29 jan 2022)from bangalore to hassan, but my seats were not confirmed but money got deducted 2times .following are the attachments for the payments.

On 27 jan 2022 when travelling from tumkur to seebi temple visit in bus me and aunty were seated in first row and conductor issuing ticket from behind .and since bus was rush accidentally conductor not attended us and in btw checking officer came and fine us 640. We were taken to station in outpost. Penalty is invalid on us, i see that board name of police station is very very poor...it's not clear with station name. Attached photo. Please make sure you display clearly police station name board.

We are a family of 4 travelling from Chennai to Mysore night journey on 30th jan 2022 in a AMBAARI DREAM CLASS (AC SLEEPER) Bus No : f 4307. KSRTC Bus PNR: J86177513.

We were asked to move out from sleeper bus in Channapatna and shifted to another bus which is not a sleeper at 6 am.
I was in deep sleep with my husband, lil kid of 4 year and my mom as it was a night journey.

Bus number KA35 F415 went without stopping the regular route... We asked about that said... He is tired from morning. . And told to get down here only or bus will move on.

Bus number ka 35 f415... Not went regular route... Seeking that.. That after 6.00 pm we won't go that route.. And also they are tired from morning.. .. I have called customer care they said to raise complaint regarding this...
