I am travelling in the rajahamsa non a/c sleeper bus on the above date.On boarding the bus i found that the seats were not proper and fit for travelling.The cushion were worn out.
I was deprived of the facilities which a passenger has right.So i request to refund the amount.

    The bus conductor is being partial to Karnataka people and is using abusive words during the journey. The conductor relative/ friend is playing loud music inspite of the new laws being in place

          I am carrying coconut oil 14 ltrs( 7 ltrs 2 bag)which is small bag to my home from Tumkur to Bangalore... I have been force to pay baggage charges but my luggage is below 30 kgs...

          I wish to bring to your attention that I was traveling between Gokarna and Dandeli by so and so bus.. That left Gokarna at (time) and reached Dandeli at (time).

          At Dandeli I realised that I have lost my Purse which had... Some items etc.

          My details are as under.

          Orange purse. Slipped in bus while coming from kesera x to dandelion
          ICICI debit card, Amazon icici card, few other documents

            Sir today we were travelling to udaupi through KSRTC dream class ambari bus . First it arrived 40min late I. Kempegowda bus stand which neglect able . But they delayed 3hrs to reach udupi. They are giving reaso. As traffic jam . There was no jam on the way which will cause 3hr delay. They are riding the multi.axle bus very very slow . If they delay so much . What about our schedule. We didn't expect this from KSRTC

              Address: Kakol, Ranebennur

              Driver and conductor did not let me onboard the bus when i said my destination is Kakol. Although there is an official stop to my village they refused to take me and give a stop to Kakol. The reason said by the driver is that he can't see the road because of the fog. It is 5am in the morning on 25th of December. This happened in Ranebennur bust stop.

                Conducter of bus Bearing no KA 32 F 2403 which is moving from tumukur to Kalburgi from tumukur at 5:40 on 24/12/2021 informing the passanger that bus will not go to sira and hiriyur just because of filling Long seat and there by causing inconvenience the public and not allowing to hiriyur passanger to sit in bus

                    Dear sir,
                    I booked an online ticket to Mysuru on 23/12/2021 to travel on 24/12/2021

                    My PNR number is J85830333, txn number is 5118.
                    Above bus had to arrive at 4:30am, I booked this to reach Mysuru at 8am at the worst case.
                    But I didn’t get any information regarding bus till 5:30am at Mysuru satellite bus station.so I left with another KSRTC bus by purchasing a new ticket.
                    So you have to give explanation for this.
                    1.why there is no message or mail wrt bus driver/conductor contact details ?

                    2.Even though I reached bus stand at 4.05am, nobody was knowing anything about the bus.why?

                    3.I don’t have option of cancelling the ticket even though bus was not at all there till 5:30 am and no information when it will come?

                    4.If this is the situation, nobody is there to guide us even in the enquiry room.why ?
                    You can check CCTV for this

                    5.If this is the case why have u not given an option to convert the same ticket to other bus. So it’s like a punishment for booking the ticket prior

                    Please clarify all this asap otherwise I will raise this issue in public platform as well as with higher authority.

                      Most of the Bus drivers of kasaragod-mangalore route are spitting while on driving. It splash over the face of the passengers. This is a serious issue, since the current state of the pandemic as well as hygeine related problems. I request the concerned officers to seriously take an action against this heinous activity.

                      Kindly do the needful.

                        On Thursday, 23rd December 2021, bus number KA-09F5002, Airavata bus from Bangalore to Madikeri via Mysore, arrived at the bus stand at 12.15pm. passengers got into the bus, but instead of starting to Mysore, the bus was taken to the dippo for a tyre change. Without any prior information to the passengers, the officials made a delay of almost 45 minutes in the dippo. Passengers did not even have the option of changing the bus and had to endure the whole ordeal forcibly..
                        After this without even a verbal apology and explanation the bus has started.
                        Feel vexed with the attitude and apathy of these public servants.

                          Sir i usually travel from basavakalyan to bidar and been facing trouble while traveling from humnabad to basavakalyan and vice-versa there are very less buses available and even after waiting for long time you don't get to board a bus properly... There will be huge traffic because of delay in buses and huge crowd and there will be no proper sop's followed

                            The conductor of the bus (KA 18 F 0802) was told that a passenger is going to climb at Bantwal Main Stop, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka. But even though we waved our hands, the driver ignored us and was speeding up on an intension to compete with the bus that was behind it.
                            What a mess is this? Are they drivers or devils? Is this racism? I don't understand!!

                              Travel details
                              Dec 22, 2021. Karnataka Sarige Bangalore to kundapur bus left bangalore at 8.35 am . I was the only person on bus with a reservation..Seat 4 behind the driver
                              Bus halted at kunigal bus stand and i went to the urinal. When i returned barely 3 mins later, i realized bus had left with my bag on board

                              Brought it to the attention of the station master at Kunigal. He was dismissive and said catch another bus and go. Few mins later got a call from conductor. He told me he was at empire hotel less than 10 km away. I told him.i will get an auto..took me 5 mins to take an auto becos other buses refused to drop me for the short distance. When i reached empire and called conductor he told me to come to hotel vaishali at yediyur bypass.

                              The auto drove and drove on the highway...finally i found the bus outside Vaishali hotel. This was 30 km rrom kunigal

                              Disappointed to see lack of passenger care. The conductor did not bother to check whether the 1 person with reservation was onboard nor did he feel it necessary to wait when he realized he had left me. He drove futher for another 20 km on the highway!
                              Shelled out rs 500 but thanked the auto driver

                              So much for passenger care, service attitude from ksrtc. Horrific.

                                A senior citizen having aadhar card of Maharashtra state. Was travelling from gulbarga bus stand to aland bus stand. Has been disrespected by the ticket conductor and bus driver about no concession will be given to senior citizen of Maharashtra state charged the full fare to a senior citizen. Bus number is KA 32 F 2436.
