Inaccurate bus timings

The complaint is regarding the unbalanced timings of the buses as is not on time the public here are getting late for their school, college or jobs soo please kindly look through it and do the needful... 🙏🏻...

No message on bus canceled or delayed bus

Dear sir,
I booked an online ticket to Mysuru on 23/12/2021 to travel on 24/12/2021

My PNR number is J85830333, txn number is 5118.
Above bus had to arrive at 4:30am, I booked this to reach Mysuru at 8am at the worst case.
But I didn’t get any information regarding bus till 5:30am at Mysuru satellite bus station.so I left with another KSRTC bus by purchasing a new ticket.
So you have to give...

Hygiene related

Most of the Bus drivers of kasaragod-mangalore route are spitting while on driving. It splash over the face of the passengers. This is a serious issue, since the current state of the pandemic as well as hygeine related problems. I request the concerned officers to seriously take an action against this heinous activity.

On Thursday, 23rd December 2021, bus number KA-09F5002, Airavata bus from Bangalore to Madikeri via Mysore, arrived at the bus stand at 12.15pm. passengers got into the bus, but instead of starting to Mysore, the bus was taken to the dippo for a tyre change. Without any prior information to the passengers, the officials made a delay of almost 45 minutes in the dippo. Passengers did not even have the option of changing the bus and had to endure...

Improper management of buses in humnabad and basavakalyan

Sir i usually travel from basavakalyan to bidar and been facing trouble while traveling from humnabad to basavakalyan and vice-versa there are very less buses available and even after waiting for long time you don't get to board a bus properly... There will be huge traffic because of delay in buses and huge crowd and there will be no proper sop's followed...

Not stopping the bus in the Main Stop

The conductor of the bus (KA 18 F 0802) was told that a passenger is going to climb at Bantwal Main Stop, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka. But even though we waved our hands, the driver ignored us and was speeding up on an intension to compete with the bus that was behind it.
What a mess is this? Are they drivers or devils? Is this racism? I don't understand!!...

Bus left without me

Travel details
Dec 22, 2021. Karnataka Sarige Bangalore to kundapur bus left bangalore at 8.35 am . I was the only person on bus with a reservation..Seat 4 behind the driver
Bus halted at kunigal bus stand and i went to the urinal. When i returned barely 3 mins later, i realized bus had left with my bag on board

Brought it to the attention of the station master at Kunigal. He was dismissive and said catch another...

Hello sir/madam
A senior citizen having aadhar card of Maharashtra state. Was travelling from gulbarga bus stand to aland bus stand. Has been disrespected by the ticket conductor and bus driver about no concession will be given to senior citizen of Maharashtra state charged the full fare to a senior citizen. Bus number is KA 32 F 2436.

Cancel ticket PNR J85765971

Pls look at both screenshot attached below.
Your person was asking me to open the app and go to booking history.. but there is no booking history option available in the app and the cancel ticket option does not work. It gives error as given in the previous app.

This is clearly an issue with your app and your person was Misguiding me to go through the app and find this option which is not available.

Ticket money cut but ticket not confirmed

The ticket money was cut via phone pe but the ticket status is failed, please help in refund of the money, the ticket was booked on 19/12/21 from bangalore to madikeri, please help in the refund...

Over price for ticket

As a indian citizen I have freedom to ask about my ticket information now I travelling in ksrtc bus conductor charged and included 1.5kg my new laptop and ticket price is 17 rupees
And for me 66 km ticket price is 80 rupees
It’s my request to take action against it why they charging too much for just 66km

I know how india politics are charging and playing with us I need every information about my bus ticket...

Not stop in my place

I taken a ticket Tiptur to nelamangala I asking him to stop sondegoppa bypass or kunigal bypass is not stoping there I asking to stop but he rudly behave with me using bad language
Only his given stop tolls..his telling there is no stop in nelamangala .. without stop how can he will given ticket Bus no KA17F1666 my ticket will atached plz give me good response.....

Tickets are not available

Sir, I am resident of Gokarn staying in Bengaluru usually travel by KSRTC, nowadays I can't book tickets online in Gokarn to Bengaluru (non AC sleeper) or return Bengaluru to Gokarn seat number 3, 4, 9, coz it's booked by somebody just opened in midnight itself (some mafia), and in Rajahamsa seat number 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, in Airavat seat number 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 12, what is going on please check sir.
