Vehicle moving from Mysore to yelandur
The conductor was not accepting the proper note of 50 rupees and the conductor behaviour was not good . They are use singular words to passengers.

    Bangalore to Tumkur bus driver ( bus No KA06F1282) opposed me to get in that at 8th mile thought I had pass front jalahalli to Tumkur stating, in this bus only Bangalore to Tumkur pass is allowed. And he was so arrogant driver cum conductor. Please confirm what he said is true or i request to educate such drivers or conductors on this and teach them how to talk to passengers. Especially illtreat passengers travelling by pass

        On 02/01/2022 I had a bitter experience with KSRTC Volvo bus bearing No. KA 57 F 3973. As per my routine, I took the above mentioned bus from Mangalore to Sakleshpur at 8.15 am. Even if I hadn't book my ticket earlier, I was given the ticket to Sakleshpur by the staff indicating the availability of vacant seats. Despite being an employee of a customer centric corporation, the crew didn't inform me about the non availability of seats and were confident enough to give me the ticket to Sakleshpur bearing no.082977. In addition, within a span of one hour, the conductor has changed my seats 3 times. At last, when the bus reached Upinangadi, I was asked to sit down on the floor on a piece of paper provided by the conductor. The so called Volvo carrier, which promise to provide one of the most luxurious travel experiences of wild Karnataka has catered me with such a disgusting experience.
        More than the physical comfort that I was deprieved of, the mental agony that I faced was unimaginable. The staffs, both the driver and the conductor gave a scar on my emotional side when I was forced to sit on the floor. Considering the egalitarian perspective, I was also given the ticket charge from my pocket like any of my fellow passengers. Still I was denied a seat. In addition, I was forced to sit on the floor, despite having equal right for a seat like any of my fellow passengers in the bus. Is this the way entire KSRTC treat the guests to Karnataka???

        It's high time to improve the service of your Frontline staffs.

        I had already completed my journey. By writing the written complaint KSRTC can't do anything to make my injured mind feel better.. But I am pretty sure that KSRTC can look into the matter as a serious concern and make sure that the misbehaved employees mentioned above, don't repeat the same with anyone anymore.
        i wish to KSRTC take necessary action against this and expect a speedy redressal to complaintor concern.
        i also expect your reply as soon as possible.

          Today morning I got into bus (Bangalore to Dharmasthala) at 8th mile stop @7.15am
          1) I gave rs100 & conductor gave me a ticket for rs68 along with rs20 only change. He told, balance he will give later
          2) he held change (big amount)of many other passengers
          3) we 3-4passengers had to get down at Kunigal, conductor was hurrying us while the bus was still in motion. By the time I could get down, he whistled / signalled the driver to move the bus & I eventually fell down from the bus hurting my right knee, torn jeans pant & damaged cell phone. Conductor nor the driver didn't have courtesy to get down & ask. Instead they left the place in hurry.
          4) other elderly passenger who had given rs220 & got ticket for rs 68 & only rs100 change for Bangalore to Kunigal remembered abt balance change & had to run behind the bus to get the money.

          May I know the further process pls. I'm willing to come to KSRTC office and file a written compliant as well.

            On 1/1/2022 at 6PM near KR puram a KSRTC bus driver (KA04F1399) was driving rashly and irresponsibly. The driver was recklessly splitting lanes and pushed me (riding on my bike) off the thar road into a stone. When confronted the driver was found using mobile and refused to stop the bus and also threatened multiple times to crash into us.

              Sir...

              Bus from Turuvekere to kondlicross went at 1.15 pm from Saregehalli route on 1st january 2022 but yet not came to sarigehalli and now time is 2.30 pm of the same date... does a bus take more than one hour to return back from kondlicross to Saregehalli... please check... they may tell there was some trouble... but daily these route buses not maintain any proper time... always people have to wait more than 2 hours for one bus

                1 jan 2022 i travelled to banagalore and using madhugiri toilet for urinals attender asked money i told its free they abusing me and arguing and shouting loudly i shamed in bus stand i told controler they also helpless

                Is this service ksrtc given to customers

                    All govt buses including Rajahamsa coming to our town Kanahosalli, NH50, Kudligi taluq, Vijayanagara district. Only in some cases when nobody is getting down here then the buses can go on flyover in nights. But on 30/12/2021 Thursday night at 10.30pm the govt bus belongs to Vijayapura Dipo is not entered into our town while coming from Bangalore even I called to the driver to take left to the town. We were 2 passages want get down in Kanahosalli. There is no response by the conductor when I asked. So
                    I request to the concerned being a regular passenger of ksrtc travelling between chitradurga to kanahosalli, 50km, fare ₹71/-please drop us into the town(no need to go to bus stand).

                      Hi im Ramachandea D.
                      Today when i was travelling from mangalore to bandiyod in bus number KA-19 F342 i have lost my wallet.

                      Wallet contained cash 2k, pan card, Driving license, Debit Card and othet important things.

                      I also went to kasargod in the next bus and verifird whether the wallet is there or not in the bus and failed to get the same.

                        I am from Maharashtra - visits sannathi, gulbarga regularly from approx 35yrs
                        Till there is no bus stop at channamma temple, no any place for hosting buses
                        2. No any service for sannathi to hongunta
                        3. No frequency in buses for sannathi, it gives Courage's to in legal transport

                            One bus is coming from belgaum or hubli to panaji. It is running daily.it reaches molem ( goa) at about 6.30 am morning.
                            Daily I am trying to stop it but it never stops .actually there is compulsary stop here in molem, but bus never stops. Actually bus is full empty, I m showing hands still not stopping. It causes me
                            conveyance problems to reach office on time. So I am putting this complaint

                                      We were at coorg station and was waiting for AIRAVAT the bus was about to leave at 1:45 the stand and we were asking him for ticket payment in cash or credit, he did not answer in hindi or English and also when we said please wait for 2 minutes we are giving you ticket amount via online he said very rudely to me and my husband and put our luggage out and took the bus away then we had to wait for 45 min. For another bus. As government has already said that at every point there will be barcodes for online transactions and when we were asking him to withdraw the money from ATM he did not want to wait for 5 min. And was very rude when dealing with customers. Bad experience at Karnataka, did not expect this type of behavior
