The Bus Driver/Conductor is running the AC for 2-3 minutes and then turns off the AC for the next 1 Hour. What is the point in choosing to travel in an AC bus when your staff refuses to provide the service?

Horrible bus and service.

I booked the ac sleeper from pune to hubli at arrival time of 23:30 on 20-Feb from Swargate bus stand with Reg.number KA25 F-3298 as its been more than 1.5 hour waiting at bus station and continuously following up with driver (Referred contact person in kSrtc SMS) as the person is asking to be here in 20 min but till the time its now 1:00Am still not available, as very poor service with the poor customer support to help in out delay of bus with cancellation of ticket or switching so to go with other bus .
Very Bad service want govt. to take actions for such negligence behaviour of bus drivers and making people wait and suffer.

The bus scheduled on 20th feb at 10 am from mysore to mangalore was delayed by one hour causing inconvenience to senior citizen travelling.

We boarded a bus in sindhanur Karnataka to Hyderabad. At 3:10 am the bus broke down in mahaboobnagar, we were in a hurry to board another travel bus. After we boarded into another travel bus we realised that the bag was lost . The bag contains gold, phone, and cash. The bus service number: 316921

The conductor of bus KA17 F1931 is doing scams to get passengers to his bus.
The board on the bus says its a direct bus from harihar to shimoga. But the conductor informs only while collecting ticket that bus doesn't go up to shimoga you have to take ticket for Honnali.. Nearly half of the passengers boarded that bus thinking it goes to shimoga.
Its really insane how he gives reasons for not putting correct board.

In mundargi to Hadagali toll plaza they asking money without scanning fastag. Asked to scan fastag for that they shouted by using bad words and now allowed to go. They put over vehicle toll rate single journey. How it is possible in highways ?
There is no respect for drivers, owners, and common peoples in highways.
Kindly take necessary action to solve the problem.

He doesn't know the basic details and rules of ksrtc,

He said there is no such use of women's (perticular) seat in ksrtc,

And his behaviour is rude, he said go sit somewhere and all .
This is what ksrtc conducters behaviour.

If conductor doesn't follow the rules, then who will follow.

He doesn't care about the women's safety

This is to bring to your kind notice that the scheduled trips are not happening in between Tiptur and Niru helede route which leads to the congestion in buses and causing discomfort to the passengers. Requesting to consider this on high priority and do the needful.

Today at 2:32 PM bus driver for bus registration KA 42 F 0383 scrapped our car while changing lanes abruptly at the sarakki signal on Kanakapura Road. We were on the left side of the bus and the driver abruptly moved to the left and scraped the car as you can see from pictures of the damaged car and the picture taken of the bus in front o[censored]s at the signal when both the driver and conductor behaved badly and refused to accept their mistake

This is with regards to the Bus No KA23F997 (yaragatti -Savadatti- Bangalore). the Bus was supposed to depart by 20:20 PM at Dharwad bus stand. it was almost delayed by more than an hour, the Bus KA23F997 arrived at Dharwad at 21:34 PM. in between passenger seat Number 10 has called to the crew mobile no ([protected]), and crew updated that the bus is on the way and will reach by 20: 45 M, but it didn't . upon checking the crew he updated that there was some village festival and because of this the bus got delayed. we understand the traffic situation. but crew would have updated all the passengers who are boarding from Dharwad saying that bus will be delayed pick up as there is traffic jam, because of his lack of communication from the crew, the passengers waited more than an hour.

so could you please ask the crew person to communicate on time to the passengers if there is any delay in the pickup point. and the crew was not in a position to hear anything from passengers. please guide him on updating the passengers by calling them if there is any delay.

I am traveling from tumkur hiriyur the kstrc bus stoping roda side about 30 mints for lagging filling on the top roof so we couldn't reach our destination need explainaton on this that it's very dangerously they keeping full length on top roof of bus

Conductor of bus number KA-17 F-2018 on 9th February 2022 is behaving rudely with the customers while travelling to Hospet.. please do take right action against them..

I am travelling from mysore to krishnarajanagara on[protected] Tuesday) at 4:30PM - 05:30 PM. At about 05:30 PM ( Bus No. KA-09 F-4921) When my stop arrives ( Judge House ), i asked bus conducter ( Ravi ) to give me a stop there ( Judge House ) But the conducter refuses to give me a stop there. I further told him to give me a stop there, otherwise i will complaint to the depot Manager ( Mahesh ) . But the conducter Ravi said that i will dont care for him and told that whatever you do i dont care. He was misbehaved with me by using bad languages and rudely behaves with passengers. Hence i was lodging a complaint against him and i am kindly request you to take further actiions on him.

Chikmangaluru district, mudigere taluk, in mudigere branch the bus named "Hodhachalli" doesn't come at proper time it has timings as 5.30 pm but bus will come between 6.15 to 7.00 pm .We have informed TC and Depo manager of mudigere bus stand but there no action has been taken .since from one and half month we have facing this but authorities doesn't care about it . Many of the school and college students have facing difficulty due to this and also there is a wild animals present in the forest of hodachalli and people are facing difficulty in going through this place at night since bus come at 6.30.

Hi i am a student. And i was waiting for a friend in a KSRTC BUS stand by sitting alone, and the ksrtc bus stand TC came near me and take my photo and abused me by talking in bad languages

On 7th february 12:45 am near TC palya signal the bus driver was going centre road we were on the left and the driver suddenly pulled to the left the driver was drunk and chewing beeda. Why don’t you’ll hold government buses for drunk and driver along with our vehicle there was a Tata ace vehicle which stopped the bus driver and questioned him he started raising his voice. Driver leaves 30 min late from boarding point to get maximum number of passengers to board the bus and takes long breaks. Bus was supposed to depart at 12:05 p.m but left at 12:35 p.m.
5 hour journey took 6 hours 40 min!!

Also the driver kept making loud disgusting noises and continued to spit every minute. I Could see the disgust on everyone's faces because of his behaviour. If he has an illness, it's better to get it treated before coming to work because hearing and seeing someone spit mucous every minute will make anyone vomit. Also that's the 2nd time I've encountered the same driver doing the same thing.
