I have sent lots of mails and made 20 calls but didn't get any response from their side. The customer care is full of ####### and wasting my time again and again without doing anything. I am a customer of Kaya skin care from last 4 years and have taken 4 different types of services also. Before this issue, I had some problem with their laser services. After so many calls and mail, and nearly following them 3 months with lots of energy and money wasted, the issue got resolved but this time they are exceeding all the limits.

After one and half month, I didn't get any solution from Kaya skin clinic. I want my money back not yours.
Such a poor service provider. Beware of them.

    Hi All,

    I got a facial done from Kaya Skin Clinic. Immediately after a day I got severe infection not only on my facial skin but inside the eyes as well.I had to change 3 doctors as it was not getting any lesser by the medication because of the severe infections.All the doctors were of same opinion that some product which is either expired or of bad quality has been applied to your face .

    I visited Kaya Clinic with the help of my family members after 3 days and shown them my face . But out of all the disappointment they did not helped me at all and said it is not their responsibility.

    We all were crying out of the fear what will happen to face where I have already spend around Rs 30000 on treatment still we were struggling and hoping for best to happen .
    After 7 days the situation was still same, Then I called up Kaya Skin Clinic Helpline number .

    I called up for the first time JASPREET Picked up the fone and I told her everything, she suggest to lodge a complaint and they willrespond in 48 hours (48 hours is too much where we were not in a situation to wait for 48 mins ), after this she said she will again arrange a call in 15 mins but they dint responded .

    Broken me, I called them up again after an hour and a girl named RAJAN picked and same story continues ...

    third time i called after around 1 hour and a girl named SNEHA picked up the fone and same story contiues ... but they dint turned up..

    for the fourth time i Called them, a girl named as SILMEE picked the call and then i broke up and said that I want to talk to concerned person right now.
    then after 15 mins, I managed to talk to some names a JENNIFER

    She said it is not at all their responsibilty and they cant do any thing about it.
    After i said that I will go to consumer court, she asked me to go and complaint in consumer court also.

    PLEASE DO NOT VISIT KAYA SKIN CLINIC AT ANY COST IF YOU LOVE YOURSELVES AND INFORM OTHERS AS WELL.

    Kinldy reopen it, I have not received any call and it is unresolved yet .

    KAYA SKIN CLINIC is a fraud organisation who cant even manage to call or talk on their flaws which has happened on their part.

    They are marking it as resolved without even giving a call .

      I was told to get full body part package coming for 60 000 and now i asked would everything be covered they said yes and 6 sittings will be given. Now kaya staff has been acting as if they don't know what all is covered first they said it's only 4 sitting when i said it was 6. They said it's only legs and arms and face. I kept confirming still at my appointment they say back is not covered. This is disgusting. Not expected from professionals like kaya.

        We have taken 6 session o[censored]nderarm hair laiser treatment and after 3 visit and promissed by branch for good treatment we paid in full they promissed for one complemantary session but not completing also there is more hair grow we are not satisefied kindlly take action...
        Else we are going to consumer court and where ever is nessacery...

          I have been the customer of kaya clinic for the last three to four years or more.
          This is mail is regarding the customer service being received. From this branch and refund of my pending payment.
          I have complained on the poor quality of customer service and waiting after coming there twice earlier also and the concerned desk managers have apologised and assured better service.
          But today again i had very bad experience with the branch and thought should be taken up to next level as i was feeling cheated, and was very saddened with today’s experience.

          I have been taken laser hair free treatment for many years (Now on the maintenance part) and also has paid for signature facial service.
          Pain free hair treatment
          I have hair on the jaw line and just below that and upper lip.
          When the bill was made, the bill was made for lower face and it was again assured by front help desk that your required parts will be taken and when requested to mention, it was told that it is not required and i will not be facing any inconvenience regarding this.

          There have been marking which shows my neck part has been done.

          Today’s interaction was with miss rubina sayyed and shifa khan. It was disheartening the way they handled my issues and was taking continuously on sop.
          I understand that sop is for staff to follow and if you are going to a tell a customer again and again on sop, that customer is not going to appreciate it.

          As a consumer i’m concerned about my time and my money. It feels very embarrassed to lie down with all the marking and shifa khan and rubina sayyed arguing with you on what part will be covered and what not. I had come out with completing today’s session.

          Would have appreciated if customer care head shifa khan has handled the issue in much a better manner considering the customer rather than the sop.

          Signature face therapy ultra detox
          I have taken only one session and had request the customer service head last four times (All the four time i had talked to different people) for refunding /transferring the amount to some other service and it was assured every time that i will be receiving a call on closure but not received any till date.
          When the same was mentioned today again, it was told that i need to talk to doctor.
          The reason i want to discontinue are
          1. The product didn’t suite me and was giving me small acenes
          2. The service was not at all good
          3. There was no satisfaction of doing a facial and the i couldn’t see any visible result on my face

          I would like to discontinue the rest of the services (Both pain free hair maintenance and signature face therapy) and would like a refund of the payment.

          Please arrange to close the issue at the earliest and arrange to refund the pending amount

          The issue is open for almost 26 days and I'm writing mail to the email Id s providing and there are no response.
          Please provide the confirmation of open amount lying in facial and that the amount can be converted to another service .
          Please confirm if the necessary communication has been passed to concerned branches.

          Please respond immediately as any issues from consumer should not take this time to get resolution.

          I still would want my money to be refunded seeing the response from customer complaint readdresses team.

            I had undergone complete 6 sessions which they had told me. But now the hair growth is normal. If i ask them about the same they are saying i need to take maintenance sessions which will cost 1100 each time. I want complete refund of my money. Help me with this. Everytime i undergo laser i am taking care of what ever cream they have given to me. Now my underarms smells very badly.

              On 20.08.2016, i went for kaya for consulation for my full body laser treatment. And doctor suggested me to go for laser treatment. I paid the 17840/- for whole package. I asked many times that it give any side effects. They always assured me that there will not be any side effects and after 1 hour u will back to normal. I have very bad feedback related to the kaya clinic actually, saturday date 20.08.2016 i went for full arms and upper lips laser treatment laser after this session i got many pimples, swelling, black spots on my body. I then got infection on my arms and upper lips which means i cannot take any more such sittings, i'm still recovering.

              Not getting refund more then one year, even after multiple calls. These people told me to called customer care, i called customer care they told me called clinic. When i called up there to get the appointment those people had no clue about it and said they will talk to customer care and come back. I have enrolled on 20.08.2016 for laser treatment and requested for refund on 3rd april and also not used any of your service till date. It has been an entire year since i am following up for refund. There is single feedback from your side. No response received from kaya customer care or the clinictill date.

              I had paid 17000 rs for four sittings in advance but could take only two.. I then got infection on my arms and upper lips which means i cannot take any more such sittings, i'm still recovering. How do you people expect me to take the sittings. What is the issue in refunding. Refund my amt otherwise i will go in consumer court or will take legal action. I m not interested to take any more services any more.. Refund my amt asap..               As per my telephone conversation.
              Therefore i have requested for refund of my money.

                Dear sir /mam,
                I have opt for the kaya services a package worth rs 25, 000 rs. I have availed single session out of many sessions.

                They have asked me to pay atleast 20, 000 and i paid them. I used their services of approx. 5000 rs. Now i am not able to complete their sessions for i am out of city due to office work. On insisting for refunding me the amount for which i have not taken sessions they are refusing to pay me back.

                I have followed the kaya call centre a lot through mails and calls and they assured me of replying back which they never did.

                I called kaya skin centre directly and then they now communicated of not giving back the money. Instead they say we will give you credit note for which unnecessarily i will have to purchase things from them of 15, 000 rs. This credit note will have certain months validity too.

                I wanted my money back which i already paid them extra and they denied.

                  I have taken laser hair removal service from kaya peddar road in december 2014 and as an additional service i was advised to take q-switch laser (Cost was rs. 30, 000 for 6 sittings 2 years back when i purchased the service). Right after the first session q-switch laser did not suit me at all and resulted in severe skin burns and i kept complaining to kaya peddar road staff and my doctors. They still insisted that i continued the service and after 4 sessions (Cost utilized rs. 20000) i put my foot down and asked them to cancel my service and give me a refund. Even after repeated requests my cash was not refunded (Around rs. 10000 which has been with them for around 2 years) and now they are telling me that the cash credit has been expired. Can you help me with getting my money + interest back from them?

                      I did insta clear laser treatment at kaya skin clinic mulund. After first session i got boils on my face. I told the dermat she said its due to weather change. After 2nd session i got many boils on my face.

                      My face has got spoiled due to this treatment and products.

                      Will not recomment any one for kaya. Worst treatment and services ever.
                      My face has got sopiled and have boils and acne now.

                        Dear SIr,
                        My name is Dr. Maneck Nicholson registered under Mobile no - [protected].
                        I have registered with your Kaya branch in Visakhapatnam for laser hair removal of the face and neck (6 sessions each). I had informed them I would be shifting back to Mumbai in June 2017 and that would required me further sessions transferred thereafter. They assured me they would. It was with this assurance in hand that I had paid the money and availed your services, as I knew I would be shifting back to Mumbai later in the year.
                        However to my disappointment and frustration your clinics refuse to provide me services in Mumbai stating that I cannot avail their services due to GST changes in pricing. They are unable to provide me any compensation either.
                        They just state blankly that nothing can be done. I have called up your Vizag branch they said they would revert back to me and did not.

                        This is ridiculous. I cant believe that an esteemed practice like yours, which claims to be the leading skin care/laser hair removal service provider in India is unable to provide service and has dealt with consumers in such a shoddy manner.

                        Was very upset especially since after questioning, all your staff said was nothing can be done. When I got angry asking for a refund or compensation for the money lost (due to left over sessions) all they said was take it up with the manager.
                        This is really ridiculous. Is there anything which can be done?

                          I have not taken the services in shanthi colony Chennai kaya skin care, however I paid 8000 rupees and then because of my family tragedies I could not able to continue the service. I was requesting for refund 6000 rupees and persons from kaya clinic (Customer service) accepted for refunding but no response from then. I follow with them often through mail but no response. How long I could wait . Lost patience and I thought you guys will understand my personal situation and help . but helpless

                            I had taken their services few months back while taking up the services I was told that I can use their services anytime but I couldn't use their entire services as I moved out of station and then they converted into points which has validity of just 6 months which was never communicated when converting into points. Now when I went to take their services they are telling it's expired and I have around 4K in my account which I am not able to use at all. I called up customer care, dropped email but no help at all.

                              Not getting refund even after multiple mails and calls
                              These people told me to visit some doctor who sits in green park clinic, when i called up there to get the appointment those people had no clue about it and said they will talk to customer care and come back.
                              No response received from kaya customer care or the clinic
                              I had paid 45000 rs for three sittings of prp but could take only one.. I then got infection on my scalp which means i cannot take any more such sittings, i'm still recovering.. How do you people expect me to take the sittings.. What is the issue in refunding the money against which no service has been taken..

                                On 16.12.2016, I went for kaya for consulation for my face pigmentation, face dullness and beard shaping. And doctor suggested me to go for laser for face pigmentation and for beard shaping sittings. I paid the 56000/- for whole package. I asked many times that it give any side effects.. they always assured me that there will not be any side effects and after peeling max in 1 hour u will back to normal. I have very bad feedback related to the kaha clinic actually last Tuesday date 20 th May I went for beard shaping after this session I got many pimples, swelling, black spots on my face both side. And I don't want to go for another sessions. I strictly denied for the Q-Switch session. It is badly ruined my face. My trust has been broken completely and who will pay for that... why I m roaming here and there for getting my money back. I will take legal action as all the necessary proofs are with me and they have to pay for that if they will not refund my money soon. We are paying and we are also suffering and I will not accept it... I am attaching my picture after that session and also attaching payment receipts which I had paid .
                                Let me know when and how I will get my money back...

                                  This is regarding to kaya kalagoda branch. I had paid in June 2015 for full body laser and tht time I was told tht the rewards point can b used any tme and there is no expiry. And suddenly whn I went to avail my treatment dis month I was told ur points are expired. I was not evn informed before deleting those points. The center seems to be so not bothered to treat dh clients. They don't return calls to you. Half the time whn u call thm thy r busy thts wat v r told. Thy r so not interested to solve any issue whrdhr a person gets burnt or a person is saying they have not attended dh session for the treatment n so Is dh session are just deleted. I hav not used al 6 sessions of one body part but thy have happily deleted 2of my sessions and whn m asking show me my signatures on dh paper they fail to show it. On i pad anyone can sign there is no transparency. Plus my rewards points are also deleted. Whn I got a call from customer service center thy told me sorry and ur matter is solved but whn I speak to kaya staff thy say it's not sorted and the manager is just so not bothered and sooo busy since 10days tht she doesn't have time to giv a cal back or at least have decency to cme and tlk to me whn m calling... I was was suppose to pay for my new treatment and also enroll my sisters for dh same package but am so upset wid dis center and their attitude towards customers. Please help me to sort these issues

                                    I went to kaya hsr and paid rs8800 instead of 7800 and the girl who received my money didnt tell me that i have paid extra instead she told just go ahead i will proccess but when i asked her she said from accounts they told that the amount is less. How can such a big company hire doshonest employee!

                                    I went to kaya and took a package for 12990 rs so they asked me to pay 60% minimum amount otherwise they couldnt process the treatment so she asked me whether i can pay her round off i said ok and then paid 8800, since i waited for long i didnt count properly, gave her to count so she told me you proceed mam will do it and then she asked me to sit, since i carried cash n was sort of more i just withdrew and gave her the whole of it along with i paid her the cash i had in my wallet and when i reached home, the moment i counted cash it was exact 2X500 rs note missing, which i got from atm, and i forgot to ask her in hurry about the cash i gave her was correct, she handover me a receipt and i left. then i called kaya and got to know that when they counted cash it was less than i was suppose to pay but they managed n was ok!

                                    I know my cash wont be returned bcz if she had received more and was honest there and then she would have paid me back or given a call luckily i realized cz i went to kaya from home and came back directly so there was no other of loosing my money and exact same notes wont be missing withdrew from bank! I fee dissapointed that i took a package and experienced this in my first visit and will have to be very cautious if i have to go next time about money!

                                      Never go to kaya skin clinic again in my life.. Worst experience ever.
                                      I had started my skin pigmentation treatment in kaya skin clinic november 2016 before my marriage paid 30, 000 rupees. Just full waste of money and nothing happened. They should exclude this skin brightening and pigmentation reduction treatment because you are just taking money and in return nothing happened.

                                        On 10 th june, i went for kaya for consulation for dark circles, face dullness and hair fall. And doctor suggested me to go for peeling for eyes, qwe switch laser and some hair sitting. I paid the 60000/- for whole package. I asked many time that will it give any side effect.. They assured me that there will not be any side effect and max in 1 hour, u will back to normal work. I asked many times about redness or rashes but they simply denied. I went for saturday afternoon and on monday there is a urgent client visit in my office. As kaya staff assured me so i went for sitting that day but after few hours my face become showig redness and rashes all over n becauseof that i was not able to go to office in that condition.. It hampers my work very badly as i was not able to meet client n he came from uk for 2 days. When i called and visit the clinic in next day.. They told me that it happen with 1 client out of 100 client. Then i decided not to take any further sitting and asked for them to refund the remaining amount after deducting that 1 sitting amount. But they simply told me that u have to approach mumbai head quarter and they cant do any thing for that. I was at home for 3 days and did not went outside as my face was not in that condition n in that period when i had to be present in office due to client visit. My trust has been broken completely and who will pay for that.. Y i m roaming here n there for getting my money back. I will take legal action as all the necessary proofs r with me n they have to pay for that if they will not refund my money soon. We r paying n we r also suffering and i will not accept it...
