    My wedding is in next 10 days. I went to Kaya for Pre-Bridal service package which they hype so much & then lured me towards the service for about Rs.6.8K/-. My first session was on 04th Nov'10. The dermatologist gathered all the details, I specifically mentioned at least 5 times that my skin is very sensitive & I just want to get very mild facial done & no experimentation. They reassured me & practiced something called a " LACTIC PEEL" which my skin could not tolerate. I kept telling while taking the treatment that my skin is burning & I cant bear it. But according to them it was a normal phenomenon & burning sensation occurs. I got red rashes first on my face while in clinic to which they responded that it's a positive signal & the skin would reveal better results.
    I went back home (it took about 30min.), I looked at mirror & cried in horror, 40% OF MY FACE WAS BURNT COMPLETELY WITH BLACK MARKS ON MY ALREADY FLAWLESS SKIN. It gave me such psychological shock that my state was traumatic. My engagement is next week on Sunday & the wedding 2 days after that, I still have those marks on my face due to which I am not even able to go out, I am under complete trauma & shock for which I am gonna sue this Kaya Skin Clinic. When I went to them 2nd day cos next day was Diwali & they were closed, they themselves were scared & prescribed some medicines. I am under medication now for no fault of mine & I am not gonna spare these fake people. I am completely distressed. They just ruined my happiness & charm of marriage & I'll make sure they face the brunt.
    I need a legal advise on this case as I want to file case against Kaya Skin Clinic - Gurgaon. I have taken the pictures of my face with burnt scars on it & have the bills supporting the package they sold me.
    Please help me.

    The kind of advertisement you guys do and actual responses of the people varries to a large extent. When a customer/ client go to such big brand they expect 1st class service and satisfaction. Now i have enrolled and paid advance of 7K for some facial and i am keeping my fingures crossed that i get the satisfaction.

    Hearing words like cheaters is unacceptable for a brand like you, if you don't take action ASAP i doubt you guys would be able to sustain for long in such manner.

    Pls do self review whether your docs are actually providing right advise.

    Team, I visited the Kaya Clinic in Chennai adyar branch on Aug 15th for Laser trail for underarms for rs.85. I really liked the service though it pain for an extent. And the representative there was explaining all the services provided here. I was so much interested and opted for pain free laser for RS.30k and made the payment on the same day. And then the itchiness and red bumps started in my underarms over night. The next day morning it really looked like rashes and I was not comfortable to go thru the laser for full body. I called the center and informed about my uncomfortableness and asked for refund of my amount. They asked me to visit the clinic once again to get a doctor's advice. That was a bad conversation with the doctor. The doctor was not ready to listen to what I was explaining, but he was very much trying to brainwash and asking me to undergo the pain free laser. I denied straight and now waiting for them to open a complaint for me. I am not sure why you people are very much fond of customers until getting money. But after getting the money, when i am not ready and wanted the refund, there is no sign of any steps. That's my hard earned money, please do consider. I need my 100% money back. Please do needful. Don't make me to visit your clinic again and again for no reason. I am not sure if this complaint is going to reach the right wars as well. Team, please do needful, I hope you understand my situation.
    I too had a horrible experience with the staff at Kaya Skin Clinic promenade Vasant Kunj - I was sweet talked into a package for 70, 000 INR by one Ms. Ashneet who said that only 6 sessions would be required for each of the 8 body parts suggested. She however, stressed that I make bulk payment of Rs. 70, 000/- advance straight away, at the bengining. When I expressed my reservations thinking I haven’t even taken a trial session, the lady staff categorically told me over the phone that I told you we take full advance or you could pay in instalments, which she NEVER explained to me. She was aggressive and rude and being a lawyer, I think I got saved and good sense prevailed on me that I didn’t opt for their package and they also didn’t push me again, once I blatantly refused! There are a lot of other good options in the market so pls do not compromise with their reduced rates and attractive sweet talks, which are only aimed at inducing you to part with your hard earned monies!

      I am taking laser treatment at kaya Skin clinic for my underarms and upper lip. I am really unhappy with the treatment. Initially i was actually satisfied by the reduction in the growth of the hair but once my package was over i realised i will have to do maintenance once in three months. Maintenance is not less expensive to do once in two months or even three months. Initially while taking the package i was told that i might have to do a maintenance once a year but now it looks like i have to do once in two months for upper lip. My last session was in July and by two months and hair growth is back. I would like to know what should i do. Why do you'll promise something and not offer the same. I ask them this they say each skin type is different for individual, of course i agree but after done with ten settings o[censored]pper lip why should i pay Rs850 once in two months. Is it worth it. Because i took the package i referred my friends and cousins and now no one is happy with Kaya. I would really appreciate if some higher officials at kaya would look into the matter and let me know how to go about this issue.

      now currently m taking the sitting in kaya but there is no result on my face and already m given my hard money13, 000/- to them they are not given the poor services but it will be depend on your face how to react your skin with there treatment but still m saying there services are good. and they all are try to given their 100% to us. so if you want then you have to go there.
      i agree to above statements, as i my self have suffred there poor service .i am Asma khan and did my sittings in kaya khan market delhi .unfortunately i have been paying them till my maintenance not less than 60 000..for my laser ..for many other packages in this 2 years but no result..i feel like crying sometimes when my family coments on this ...dont know how to make up for this issue..
      I totally agree with you. Same happened with me for my full arms they suggested me 6 sitting and i took the package after 4 sittings i started feeling hardly and reduction was there in my hair growth so 5th they incresaed my frequency and 6th sitting was double pass but in 1.5 monthd i have full growth and no once can say i have so much money for such a bad last.After i had disscussion with doctor they say all people have different skin so result varies you will have to take another 3 sessions and pay for the same. During the package time i was told for a maintenence i will have to take once in ayear which sound reasonable after 4 session when i consulted in become 6 months and now in it every 3 months. I would suggest pepole not to take package as they are fooling and cheating customers.Thjis happend with me at shere -punjab andheri east clinic
      I have taken 8-9 sessions of laser from kaya for my lower face. Post laser my hair type has become rough (which was not so before), my face has become dull with marks and scars all over. (Scars are similar to what we get post chicken pox).
      Whenever I visit the clinic, they only apologize and say we are looking into the matter and land up giving me some new ointment to apply and some medicine to consume. They are not at all serious about their work and are only experimenting with my skin.
      I had also got tests worth Rs.[protected] done and everything was normal.
      Some action should be taken about such clinics.

        Once you pay, they are totally unconcerned for the customer:
        I was given the appointment for a particular day. They called one day before and confirmed the appointment.But when I went there, they told me that u were not supposed to come today as last time they had used high concentration medicine

        Was this the customer's fault?????????? Who is going to pay for my time and travelling for 20kms for reaching the place.

        I'm observing this nonsense since i started taking the services.
        I enquired for Bridal packages. Dr Kiran, of the said clinic, didnt knew the ABC of the package and started advising me. Myself being a Dr and also I had read everything about the package earlier, i sensed that he is just guessing reading the booklet. Then i asked him to ask some other person. What is his job then, if he is not aware of the packages??????

        Another blunder was done - First time i took Everyday radiance, the Dr ( Dr Sireisha - hope spelling is correct) didnt even come near to me and told the assistant to do MDA with fruit pack. Next time when I read the Grid and came to know that this was for some smooth touch. And my initial complaint was tanning !!!!!!!!! For the 2nd session, Dr told that last time you took MDA with pack, so again we'll give that. When i questioned, then only they saw my skin and gave the UV Care pack. What is the need of Drs then???? Any layman can give the treatment.

        I 've written to them for this a number of times. No body is bothered to reply as they have got their full money.

        Their doctors are from Bihar University probably who is not getting a job in any hospital or who can not start his/her own clinic those Stupids are working as a doctor in Kaya Clinic,

        You can not expect more from them

        In Mumbai, Mulund division Area Manager does not know whether all terms and conditions are printed on their Bill.

        Dont leave them, fight, fight & fight.

          Hi,

          It is very unfortunate for me, I checked the reviews after being a victim. I paid a huge amount in kaya without any benefit. After paying the money nobody bothers for the customer satisfaction. The doctors are not well qualified . They used to give the same recommendations to all. Even I tried to speak to manager at indiranagar clinic but ... she did not look on the issue. I just think I dropped my amount somewhere and lost it. And never suggest anyone to go to kaya. This is not a clinic at all , just a business place to make money. I wrote this to kaya care first but no response. I have taken a package for laser hair removal , I do not see any benefit.
          When I went for the consultation, I heard all the good things the hairs will be reduced and very finer and will not be visible easily . I do not see any difference at all. My friends told the same experience about kaya.
          Now when I meet the doctor. What I listen -- This the only thing can be done by laser. No one is really bothered whether I got the result or not and according to them "The sessions are over no matter I got benefitted or not". I didn't find any difference however the hairs has grown due to shave during laser treatment. I did research and met some skin doctors and got the outcome this is not how laser treatment works but it has not been done properly.

          I agree to this as well... i took laser hair removal package. Well the sad part is forget less hair i am going through my worst nightmare... 1st i had hair only on upperlip, but after the treatment (because they use razor) i have thick hair all over my face now. I end up going to beauty parlour every 15 days. Going to kaya is as good as killing yourself especially for girls... i highly recommened parlours are 100 times better then kaya skin clinic.
          I totally agree with you all .Similar experiance even i had recently i had paid in bulk at hi-Tech city branch for skin lightening treatment as suggested by a male doctor i have paid for 5 sittings and i have done only 3 sittings after that the hi-Tech city clinic was closed i dont know for what reason, but i have no intimated aboyt this and was following up with other branches b'hills i really being followed up for more than 6 months ...They always say that they will get back to me as they dont have that data, recently they have intimated that i have done with all sitting...I was really upset and i was really pretty sure that i was paid for 5 sitting in which 1 sitting was complimentary...They just not bothered coz they already got the payment...Kaya Clinic just pathetic they just cheated me.Never again i will suggest my friends for Kaya...we spend so much of money and this is the situation...i dont recommend kaya clinic at all.And b'hills branch is the worst hospitality services.

            My family has been going to Kaya for years we have spent a lot on their services! Last week I went to Kaya Alipore and took off a pair of diamond earrings and left them on the counter, it was never to be found again! What is more appalling is that after repeated visits there have still been no actions that have been taken. It is really despicable!!

              I am having scars on my face.For that i went to Kaya Skin Clinic. First they suggested me Acne Scar reduction in at Jaipur's Clinic. I Paid for that in Jaipur but i took my session at Noida center.At my first session in Noida they suggested me to go for different treatment which was Dermaroller. I paid seprately for that too. But still i cant see any results.So i will suggest you not to go to Kaya for any skin problem.

              i had got this done too. i am just 25 . for the next 1 week i could nopt go out of home because of the scars on my face n my swollen face. they just apply medicines and put the roller, and then give tablets for 3 days only, its all useless and a THIEF . it should be banned n they should stop bluffing the youth, and be transparent and tell t6he actual budget of the treatment before hand, since it creates a lot of problem on our finances as well as they force you, or tell you to sign up for it or else the results will not be good. it better to consult a normal dermatologist than this clinic.
              I've Visited at Kaya Skin Clinic, Kamla Nagar on 4th May 2011 with my Younger brother who has Deep acne scars on his both cheeks. Dermatologist advised us 4 sessions of dermaroller plus subcission should be done monthly basis & 4 peels once in fortnight.
              We paid the Charges & 1 session of Dermaroller on 4th May 2011 has been done & on 19th May 2011, Peel has been done.
              But now I am worried to read the complaining blogs of the people.

              We are an OEM and ODM company for beauty equipments. We have beauty equipments such as ultrasound cavitation machine, Vacuum liposuction machines, electroporation machine, derma roller, LED soft photon equipment, Microdermabrasion, Oxygen therapy, RF, body elements analyzer, breasts skin detector, and breasts plump etc.
              kaya's products and their service costs are too high when they charge so much they should be transparent enough to assure their money doesn't go waste
              as costs of service and products are too high customer invest in these services trusting them to solve their beauty problems so kaya has to be more transparent and give them assurance so that customer money doesn't go waste their should be some insurance or authenticated money back guarantee so that customer would safely invest

                I went to Kaya skin clinic for pimples and acne scar reduction ...their doctor suggested me for peal ..they assured me that doctor will do it, but nothing happened like this their satff member used to do it , doctor came only in first session for 2 min.
                In 3rd session they burnt my skin ..when i asked just after the peel , they said dead skin will come out in 2-3 days and no scar will be there....but it didnt happen and now i am suffering from burnt spot more than acne scars.
                when i went to them again they asked me to go for aqua radiance and acne scar reduction/skin polishing and charged huge sum of money ...poor me i took it thinking that perhapes it will work , but nothing worked out .

                now i want them to cure my skin any how ..

                My suggestion is, you better see one experienced skin specialist rather going back to this clinic

                Your Doctor knows more about it as he/she will ask you general questions which relates to your pimple and acne, I do not know whether you are aware of a fact that if you have dandruff in hair you might face a problem of Acne & pimple but that your doctor will check and tell you.

                You just have to go to one Professional & Experienced Skin specialist. Visit once and tell me what he/she ask you and advise you for your acne

                  I write this mail sincerely requesting you to kindly not go to any skin clinic. particularly KAYA cause they are just a bunch of sales people who are out to cheat you and stick some unworthy products which are of no use to you. I paid Rs.10000/- in advance with a promise that my skin will be normal in 4 months, but no results for a year, and even after that they had the guts to tell me that my sking was not responding and I should continue with the peels. Glycolic peels are nor a solution for acne. Things can be as severe as hormones, which requires a sonography report and solve all your issues.

                  I have endured months of torture on my skin with no results. Please visit a proper qualified dermatologist like I did, and trust me they are the only ones with a solution.

                  tell all your friends, family, guys or girls...its necessary to enlighten them before they get cheated. you could be saving a lot of them from being cheated like I was.

                  KAYA IS A BIG CHEAT. I GOT PEEL DONE TO LIGHTEN MY TAN, INSTEAD WHAT I GOT WAS A PERMANENT BIG BLACK BAND ON MY FOREHEAD. I WENT THERE AND MET DOCTRS, A NEW ONE EVERY TIME AND NOTING HAS HAPPENED OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS. MY SKIN GOT DRY AND WORSE WITH PIMPLES (WHICH I NEVER HAD BEFORE IN MY LIFE). NOTHING IS DONE AND NO ONE CARES. I WISH AND PRAY THAT KAYA PEOPLE ARE PUT BEHIND BARS FOR CHEATING AND DOING MORAL HARM AND KILLING SELF CONFIDENCE AND FOR FALSE PROMISES. GOD GIVE THEM BACK FOR ALL THE TORCHURE... HATE KAYA AND STAY AWAY FROM KAYA THEY ARE BIG CHEATS.

                    I understand that Kaya Training Centre gives appointments based on their requirements, but still there is no tranparency / confirmation once an appointment is confirmed.

                    I have taken a membership @ Kaya's Training Centre. I was asked to take that so that i can get appointments faster and easily with timings convenient to me between 8am to 9pm.

                    But unfortunately, leave convenience, its been 3 weeks i have been calling these guys constantly & not even got an appointment for the service.

                    Now my membership is about to expire on 6th June & i am nowhere as it is difficult for me to leave work on weekdays and spend a full day at Kaya.

                    Inspite of desperate n no. of follow ups and calls all i get to hear from different voices is " I AM SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU MADAM BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY REQUIREMENT FOR LASER FOR NEXT 2 DAYS. THEY ARE ALL FULL. PLZ GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT NO., I WILL CALL YOU IN THE EVE WHEN A FRESH REQUIREMENT COMES UP"

                    I do give the no. and as usual no calls comes. Next morning i call again sharp at 9.30 and all i hear again and again is " I AM SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU MADAM BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY REQUIREMENT FOR LASER FOR NEXT TWO DAYS. THEY ARE ALL FULL. PLZ GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT NO., I WILL CALL YOU IN THE EVE WHEN A FRESH REQUIREMENT COMES UP"

                    Also THRICE it has happened that the timings & dates conveyed to me for my other & lase services were wrong.

                    Again for laser this week finally when i got an appointment after 3 weeks, I was told that appointment is on Sunday. When i called the centre today morning t confirm the timing as 11 or 11.30, i was told that my appointment was today....

                    Now all i have to do is pay again for the services.

                    I was planning to go for the Kaya Bridal SErvies, but now looking at the way appointments are scheduled am actually scared of going ahead with Kaya since i might end up without any service for my Day and appointments might come later....which is of no use to me.....

                    I had opted for some laser services at Kaya and I paid a huge amount for the service in advance. Later On going for the service I was told that the services could not be given to me since I had some Skin problem. I had mentioned about the problem on the registration form. Ideally the practitioner should have suggested against the service before I made the payment. They said that the offer was only for that day and i was lured into taking and paying for more services. Now they are not ready to refund the money and are asking me to opt for some other services which I am not comfortable with. Is there any way I can get my money back.

                    I went for skin treatment for myself and my son, kaya staff as enforced to get in to package treatment and after several sessions also there is no result and problem is getting increased.
                    when i asked them to refund the remaining money since i dont want to continue my treatment there the kaya staff giving very rude answers saying it can nor be refundable.
                    Now i am thinking to go for consumer court.

                      Ibeen to kaya for the treatment of my back I use to have sun burn they charged me more then 40000 and said we will fix this and your skin will be normal after few settings they repeated it serval times they gave me medication also .. it still didnt go....I just want my money back..plz help...

                        It is very unfortunate that I have been driven to a stage where I had to decide to finally lodge a formal complain against the Kaya Clinique [Kolkata, Purna das road branch].

                        I have had a really bad experience at the Kaya Kolkata Purna Das Road Branch. I am taking services of Salisalic peel, Glycolic peel, Yellow peel, lazers and at times facials too for the past 4 years along with my father who has taken loads of treatments at this centre. But despite being an old customer the services in this centre are not at all appreciable. The management of this centre is going worse from bad. No signs of improvement have been noticed by me in all these years.

                        The basic problem wih centre is lack of management. Everytime me and my father reach the centre 5 minutes prior to our services to allow time to the centre to get the rooms ready so that they can start the service on time. Being a customer we think of your convinience but the sad part is its not the other way round. Most of the time we had to wait for 20 25 minutes from the scheduled time ,stating the clients who had walked in late are being attended to.
                        Last year my father walked out from the centre without taking his service as he had to wait for 35 mins and he had an important meeting to attain. Sangeeta was the Centre Manager then, who behaved pretty rudely with him .
                        Today i.e. on 9th february 2010 i had an appointment at 12.30 pm for yellow peel. I called the centre at 12pm asking them whether they can accomodate me before the scedule time and they confirmed me asking me to come to the clinique. I came to the clinique at 12.15pm and was taken in for my session at 1.05 pm which means i was waiting and waiting for 45 mins. When i asked the client coordinator Tanima she said she didint noticed the fact that all the rooms were full and mistakenly asked me to come to the centre before time. Being a client coordinator such kind of mistakes are done. If then also i take 12.30 pm as my scheduled time then also i had to wait for 35 mins.

                        I find this behavior highly unethical, with no regard to the existing clients. I cannot point fingers at an individual, citing this to be an individual behavior, this is the behaviour of mostly all from purnadas road kolkata centre.This seems to reflect the mentality of the organization. You must understand that all o[censored]s have a busy life & time is a very important factor today. I have had to reschedule meetings & family time as the time that was reserved for these activities has been taken up so ungraciously by KAYA. All that escapes the staff is an unfelt sorry which holds no meaning since the same this is repeated the next time .

                        We have spent a huge amount of money in KAYA and has been associated with KAYA since the last 4 years ,but then also we are getting such kinds of behaviour. If such an atitude continues then we have to leave KAYA on a bitter note, which means no references would be made to any family and friends furthur on.

After that where ever chemical peeling done became more dark. I am so sad and hiding my face and neck when I am going out. When ever I am calling them they told come we can do something. I gone with light pigmentation they did chemi cal peel and made my face and neck black colour. They are cruel hearted people and are not ready to help for their mistake.                           I went to Kaya Skin Clinic Noida (sector-18) on 8th December for laser hair removal. They directly treated me without consulting any doctor or analyzing the growth. Later I found out while surfing through online forums that hair growth must be analyzed by a dermatologist and laser machine parameters set accordingly for each individual client. Now I am worried whether it will work for me and if there will be any side effects. They took full payment in advance (non refundable). Shall I try to consult a dermatologist before the next session?

                            My name is Divya Gupta and i wants to file a complaint against Kaya Skin Clinic-Salt Lake, City Center Branch,and Alipore Branch, Kolkata where more than one anda half year back, I was enrolled for permanent unwanted hair removal of my Chin and a package for Acne, Pimple and its spots removal. Its been more than one and a half year I have taken there services but whatever promises they had promissed at the time of taking those packages.Now when I asked them that I have invested around Rs.25,000/- as well as one and a half year time, but i have not got the results which were promissed to me at the time of taking these packages.

                            Now they are simply not ready to help me after investing so much money and time and infact they want me to buy more other services from them, and when i said that first you give me the result for what I have invested so much of money and time with you. They simply refused to give me further any service.

                            Kindly help me with same. and let me know what further i can do, to recover the worth of my money and time which I have paid to Kaya Skin Clinic.

                            Bigning of this year I went to Kaya medical clinic in Abu Dhabi with slight pigmentatation on my face and neck. They advised me to take chemical peel. Once I did the peeling. They told me to go there after 2 weeks. After the peeling I felt severe burning on my face. But I thought it will give good result. After 2 weeks I gone there and docter advised don't do today. Then after my face and neck became more darker and my skin looks like burned. How much mental tention I am facing now. I called them they are not taking serious because this is my face.
                            This year bigning I went to kaya medical clinic in Abu Dhabi with mild pigmentation on neck and face. They advised chemical peel once I did. This`make my skin more darker and burnt like . They are cruel hearted people they deny their mistake.
                            A free consultation is really not the answer. It's like going to a very fancy restaurant and finding a bugs in your food and the chef says these things may happen and they have it covered in their legal disclaimers.
                            Other horrible things like misinformation by Kaya Skin Clinic dermatologists, over the top claims by Kaya skin clinic staff and downplaying the our complaints as individual "hormonal" results, as 'diagnosed', without any test results, by more than 2 dematologists (including Dr. Farida Mody, Kaya Skin Clinic Napean Sea road Branch Mumbai and another male dermat i met on my 12th sitting at the Peddar Raod branch of Kaya Skin Clinic) is unfair and you'll should be closed down. All my friends have had bad experiences with Kaya Skin Clinics particularly for laser hair removal. If it doesnt work after 12 sittings, you'll should have a refund policy. And then you'll can go bankrupt paying us back and close down for the good of all.

                              Wart removal and the adverse effects

                              I went to Kaya skin Clinic -Anna nagar and got the warts removed from my neck and face. The Doctor and the rest of the staff mentioned that the scars will disappear in 10 days. It has been more than 3 months now and the scars are yet to disappear. They are deep and heavily pigmented. When I approached them, they prescribed heavy steroids which are even more harmful. They do not seem to care and the staff who was supposed to call back...

                              I would like to submit the complaint against KAYA SKIN CLINIC, PUSA ROAD.

                              The complaint is against the wrong consultation and services I have enrolled at KAYA SKIN CLINIC, PUSA ROAD. I have taken half of the service from there and I m not satisfy with treatment.

                              The doctor and manager of the clinic has been changed, those has consult me at the time of enrollment.

                              I have given Rs. 11,850.00 for two treatments. One of the services is of Rs. 4,650.00, which I have already taken, and another of Rs. 7,200.00, which is left and now I don’t want to take (recent doctor is also suggest that I don’t need that).

                              With first service I have already got more skin problems as extreme dryness and redness. My skin is become more sensitive that now I can’t have any parlor activity.

                              Now the recent doctor has suggest me that u don’t need further treatment or the treatment I already have.

                              After having 2-3 consultations with the doctor I still wait for 2 months that might my skin will become better, but it still has the same problem with witch I have started my treatment.

                              Then I went to the clinic and talk to the manager as I m not satisfy with the service so please refund at least my balance amount and she strictly refuse that she cant’ refund money as its against with the company rule and its already written in the bill.

                              But the bill I am having is not contains these thing like any clause or any rules.

                              Then the manger is try forwarding may amount for another treatment but refuse as now I am not interested in having any service from there.

                              After having so much argument with manager she says that she will discuss this point in the meeting they are having in November first week and call me back.

                              I would like u to help me in what do I do if she refuse in giving my money back.

                              The staff at kaya skin clinic don't give appointment on time. They don't speak politely when we demand for appointment. I have already taken two services. Now my third service is due from the last one and a half month. I have been contacting them and trying to take appointment. They always say that there is a huge rush and they can't give me the time which suits me. Moreover, if l demand for two services like one EDR and another photo facial, they only given one service as there is a huge rush and most of the staff is on leave. You see, I am a working woman and I will take my service only on holiday. But they don't understand my problem.

                                It is very unfortunate that I have been driven to a stage where I had to decide to end my association with Kaya at such a bad & bitter note. I have been visiting Kaya (Kalyana Nagar Branch, Bangalore) from December 2007 first for Glycolic Peel treatment (S R S Vitality) along with its maintenance treatment & now I had enrolled for the Pimple Free & Acne Scar Reduction Treatment. The fact that I had continued with Kaya for such a long period goes to show that that the Treatments offered were really good & I saw my skin improving with each passing sitting of the treatment, but here ends the positives of Kaya

                                I have had a really bad & horrible experience with the staff associated with the Kalyana Nagar Branch. The staff behaves over friendly & sweet (dripping wit honey) as long as the payment has not been made for any treatment for which an interest is shown. There are frequent calls & reminders bordering on being a nuisance (sometimes twice a day) asking you when you would take up the treatment & when the payment will be made for the treatment. As soon as the payment is made there is a complete U turn in behavior, there are no calls confirming/reminding me of the appointments (while this was promised with great sincerity before making the payments). Secondly on reaching the clinic at the scheduled time I am made to wait for 20-30 minutes stating that clients who had walked in impromptu were being attended to. There has also been occasions when I had gone there to pickup the products suggested by the Doctors, the girls are over phone & they seem to be in no mood to put the phone down & attend to the client & I had to wait until the calls are over, when questioned about this I am told that the call was being made to the head office in Mumbai (the conversation made seemed anything but official or professional)

                                I find this behavior highly unethical, with no regard to the existing clients. The idea seems to be that since the money is out, there is no way to back out & hence will tolerate any shabby & unprofessional treatment meted out. I cannot point fingers at an individual, citing this to be an individual behavior, since I have had to deal with different girls & surprisingly all showing the same behaviour. This seems to reflect the mentality of the organization. You must understand that all o[censored]s have a busy life & time is a very important factor today. I have had to reschedule meetings & also cater to a difficult baby since the time that was reserved for these activities has been taken up so ungraciously by KAYA.All that escapes the staff is an unfelt sorry which holds no meaning since the same this is repeated the next time

                                Having said this I am no longer interested in pursuing the treatment that I had enrolled my self for & would therefore like my payment to be returned without any issues being created .I feel 1 year 9 months is a long time to endure such indifferent behavior & there are many more organizations out there in the market who are more customer focused & reliable than Kaya. Your treatments are no doubt good, infact they are very good & that was the reason why I was intersted in continuing the treatments suggested by the Doctors at Kaya.I was infact using all the products of kaya suggested by the doctors but I do not think I would want to any longer pursue my association with the clinic

                                Please instruct the branch to have my payment returned as the treatment has not yet begun. Let not my frequent outbursts at the clinic be a hindrance to the other WALKIN clients who seem to hold greater precedence & importance in the eyes of the organization. I hope this will be carried out with immediate priority & I am looking forward to getting back my money

                                In response to the mail that I had written below ,I received a total of 3 calls in 2 days from mumbai assuring me that the matter would be looked at & that they would be getting back to be shortly .I thought that finally there was some one who knew there job & the importance on maintaining client & customer satisfaction,but alas,the staff at KAYA seems to lack any kind of professionalism.I has been two weeks since i received the call ,with no further action or response for my complaint as stated below.Can somebody responsible take ownership of the issue & please let me know how i can get back my money which has already got into KAYAs account with no service provided

                                kaya has such patheic Employees, they do not have any manners to talk with the customers, on top they are such using such bad language, they give flase commitmets.

                                They are making all big advertisements, many advertisment on Television, they make all type of commitment that you do and SMS, they will give some offers, but actually when u go they just treat you like you are a begger.

                                If you cannot provide such services they why are they making all such commitments.
                                Its really bad, being kaya such a big NAME, their staff is very bad and they dont have any MANNERS.

                                I know one of their employees in kandivali west branch Mahavir Nagar she is so rude and have no manners her name is AMARJEET AND THE DOCTOR ONE LADY IN SAME BRANCH.

                                They are vry bad. I will apperiacte kaya management if they take a action against these two employees.

                                  Hi,

                                  I m one of the fool customer of kaya who had paid all 20,000 but did not get any result. And there doctor says some time result does not come on the skin if they would have told me before taking the payment i would have not pay anything. Now they are not giving my sessions due to there staff has left the company. i have spoken to all the guys of kaya but they are sang same song with me. They have created blunders with me so many times now its too much and i will take my money refund at any cost with compensate. I will take all legal actions against them.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have paid full amount for services but they are not ready to give services. i took from you skin lightning but i did not get any result. And your doctor says its depends on the skin some time result does not come. If the result can not come then why you people do cheating with the customers after paid full amount. Your branch is creating blunder with me third time. If you will noe sort out the issue. I will go to conumer court against cheating and for using bad chemicals on my skin.
