I booked an appointment on 7th Feb to give it for 19th Feb for 4 pm since I was going out of town.
Called again on 16th Feb to confirm the appointment and to my surprise it was not booked. Then asked to book it for 19th Feb again.

Today is 19th Feb and called again to check the timings and got to know the appointment itself is not there on my name.

This kind of services are provided to people who have already enrolled for a package and for taking money for new package kaya keep running behind people.

If you cannot provide services like only booking an appointment I wonder how this clinic is running. Just to take money from people without proving said services.

    If you are planning for any treatment with Kaya clinic, make sure it should be the last one to opt for. They are not trust worthy at all, they will promise you one thing and will give you something else.

    At the time of enrolment, they promised to give us 2 complementary session and now when we are half way thru they refused to give us any and said it is not showing up in their data base.

    Also, the second session which was given to me was not appropriate so they said it will be adjusted at the end with one extra session and no surprise they refused this as well.

    Moreover, their customer care says they follow hierarchy but when I asked to transfer the call to manager, she refused.

      Hi Team,

      I have purchased kaya men cream on 22 Jan 2017, and paid by my Amex Card Rs 790 from Pitampura Delhi Clinic at 11.04 am and i was informed that i will get the bill via email/ Sms which i havent received till date.

      When i tried using the cream found that product is damaged and jun 2015 manufacturing and bottle was broken, then i went to Kaya clinic today to get the replacement which was replaced as well by the team, then u informed then that i haven received the bill till date when they looked at my profile as i have registered services from Kaya with mobile number [protected] they said i havent purached anything after July as per record.

      That was a shock as first you dont send the bill then you say no record of purchase then why my card was charged for 790 it should be free isnt it?? Manager there at Clinic Nancy said that she will check the record and if there is any purchase coming today for 790 she will add to my account and send the bill then, is this how Kaya works? I thought you maintain a brand name but i dont think this is how it should be.

      The lady sitting there was aaking me if i am sure whether i purchased from pitampura clinic or not, i told her to get the camera recording for 22nd and check to which Nancy said they can't as its in Mumbai that recoding goes to.

      As per norms if I understand that if i dont get the bill for anything that product is free, so i need that otherwise let me know how can i raise the complaint further. As store manager there said she cant do anything about it, do revert on priority.

      I have sent this email last Saturday 4th feb however no revert

        Dear Sir/ Madam

        My self Shivani Singh visited your KAYA clinic at R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 29.01.2017.Clinic manager Sushmita madam consulted me and she offered me some product. These product I tested there and told her that I am feeling dryness on my skin but after her assurance I purchased the referred products on 29.01.2017. The total cost for the product was Rs. 5526. When i started using product at home i noticed allergy on my face and neck on first day. It became severe on second day use. I stopped using the product but the allergy and visited your Kaya clinic again and CM shusmita checked my face and neck for allergic reaction. She asked me to handover all product as they are not suiting me and lodged my complaint for refund of full amount. Allergy remained as it for 4- 5 days after visiting your clinic. She lodged my complain for full refund of my Rs 5526 and gave me complaint no.126804. I received a call from Jeniffer customer care service that they are not refunding any amount to me. I called up CM Shusmita she said she will confirm me by calling back. She did not call me but when i called her up your people either not picking my call or keeping me on hold. it is a serious issue as i paid full amount and you took defected products from me and after that not responding to my calls. So I am writing mail to resolve my complain and refunding my money immediately.
        Kindly revert on the same asap.

          I have done laser hair removal for my face..i took 6 sessions..but now i am getting more hairs on my face..it become worst..i paid big amount to get it done..my money got wasted..i have hairs all over my face now..its worst experience ever..i wont suggest anybody to go kaya skin clinic adyar..
          Give my money back..i will take serious action else..

            I am Neha Prakash tak­ing skin services fro­m you kaya clinic naj­afgarh centre. This i­s to inform you that ­I am looking for my m­oney back. I ll tell ­you the reason why. I­ was given 6 sittings­ each of Peeling and ­Q switch. But after m­y first session of pe­eling my skin was bur­nt like anything leav­ing marks on my face ­and after that I stra­ight away said no to ­the treatment but you­ expertise said to me­ to take atleast q sw­itch after one month ­and it will be alrigh­. I was ok with that.­ But after Q switch s­ession which was my 1­st session my whole f­ace was burst with hu­ge acnes. I have a no­rmal skin and after t­hat my face was full ­of acnes and I litter­ally cried after seei­ng my face and consul­ted your expertise ag­ain. I was here for a­ good skin but you ac­tually yoi screwed my­ face and I couldnt e­ven go outside in fro­nt of others. After t­hat I said no to the treatment and after t­hat I have not taken ­any session. When I w­ent to the kaya clini­c again for my money ­back after a month th­ey advised me to take­ the session for the ­last time so whatever­ session done to my f­ace was an experiment­ not the actual sessi­on so why should I pa­y for it when I am no­t getting anything in­ the return. This is ­very pathetic service­ I have ever received­ in my life. Now I am­ looking for my money­ back as I have not t­aken any services fro­m you.

            I am really frustrate­d now coming here aga­in and again for my m­oney againt which I h­ave not received any ­thing. I will never u­se kaya again in my l­ife because of this u­nsatisfaction.

              I guess Kaya has the worst Customer service support ever!
              I have heard mixed opinions about their services hence wanted to go check by myself and see if this place is ideal for Laser n other skincare services.
              I checked their website and gave my details to get in touch. I had to wait for a little while then i decided to call them. I fixed an appointment with their branch in HBR layout for a particular date in Dec 16 at 6.30 PM. I booked appointments for both myself and my Fiance as we both had plans to take some pre wedding treatments. We are working professionals its very difficult to take time out for anything, we always need to plan things out very well in advance. So it was a thursday n my appointment was at 6.30 PM, I call them to double confirm as i did not receive any call as they promised. I get to know that i dont have any appointment fixed at that particular day.. but it was fixed for 2 days later @ 3.30 PM. I was surprised to know that but mistakes happen, I let it go.. i asked them to reschedule it to some other day at 6.30 pm. 2nd time i had ma day scheduled n I was about to leave my office n called my guy to be on time then i call them again to check.. now they say my appointment was cancelled!! n they apologized n said they will schedule it for next week at same time. I was being patient n warned this is the last time.. 3rd time i call them n checked n it was a confirmed appointment. i was told by the customer support that the consultation will be atleast 15 minutes for each service (i had enquired for pre bridal and laser). I finished work n my guy had to take an hour's permission from work n we made it to the clinic sharp 6.30 pm. Now here at the clinic the receptionist says that the doctor has left for the day n they cannot help, that was very rude n you have no idea how pissed i was!! after talking to them about the whole issue they requested a doctor who had just come to see 1 patient n she agreed to see us. We hardly spent 5-10 minutes n she only consulted me n not my fiance. She told us that the doctors in that branch work only till 6 pm..we were obviously pissed n we asked why such bad coordination and so much trouble for the custome?? she said the customer service people dont know their job n asked us to go back and complaint against them as they gave an appointment at the time when doctors are not available. Well what can we do we took the details of the treatment n left for the day.
              The next day my fiance gets a call from customer support that he has an appointment at 11 AM.. i mean this is ridiculous.. they keep fixing and changing the appointments at their convenient.. they have been calling me n ma guy so many times with different appointments which we never fixed.. later we were keeping in touch with the branch directly (which is much easier). Today again a customer sevice guy calls me for some appointment n i was telling him what i went thru n he just disconnected the call while i was talking. I am really scared to trust these guys with anything now.

                Dear all it has been more than two months since I first wrote to customer complain stating that the Clinic manager Divya is not giving me appointments and has instructed her BT to not take phone calls as well and now after two months also no call or appointments are there at Surat clinic I had got checked my appointments were there for 24 & 28th Jan but no SMs and no phone calls have come my both the kids also avail lazer services and no appointments since so long If this is the way such a professional organization is dealing I m Sadded with the response I would either want it sorted out or refund the amount given by me to Kaya as I don't know the manager I have trusted in branch Kaya or else I will have to take legal route it is my hard earned money

                  My family and i have been loyal customers of kaya clinic mega mall for 12 years. Back in 2005 my mother purchased a lifetime laser hair removal package which means i am eligible for 6 sessions + free top ups for life.

                  As i live abroad i tend to book my top ups every two years and have been doing so for about 7 years now. I have already booked my ticket to delhi for next week and whilst attempting to make an appointment two weeks ago, we were told i had never purchased a life time packet and that i was only eligible for 4 sessions in total. Unfortunately getting hold of a 12 year old bill to prove our purchase is proving tricky as the payment was made in cash - there seems to be no electronic evidence sent to us either.

                  Kaya's system state the wrong details of our payments and amount of sessions, stating my four sittings was made from[protected] but payment was made in 2005. This makes no sense?!

                  We've contacted everyone we could get hold of to look into the matter, but staff and customer care seem to be completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

                  We only got a response once we threatened to open a case and get our lawyer involved - but now they've gone all quiet again.

                  We've paid roughly 200, 000 for my treatment + countless other treatments for my mother and this is how we get treated. Utterly appalling!

                  No one is looking into why my details in kaya's system is wrong and no one is willing to help.

                  Hi Suchi, I'm going through the same situation as well.. Kaya had paper forms with all the details of the lifetime package which they now say they've discarded, and their systems are not updated, they do not even have my correct phone number.. and the package has been denied...I see there are several other lifetime package customers who've similarly been denied services under some dirty strategic play by Kaya.

                    I had an appointment for consultation and service. The doctor suggested Intense Clarity Peel. The service went on for some fifteen minutes. At the end of it, I had red patches under my nose and on my chin. There was no other visible improvement either. Yes, I paid 2500 bucks for new red patches on my face. Next day, the patches turned black. Now I must consult a dermatologist for the new patches. I feel cheated. I request Kaya to return my money back in my account.

                    NCR sohna road center is pathetic. they book appointments & say it was booked by mistake & they cant provide service. They are just good at saying sorry & avoid work. Kavita Malhotra was extremely unhelpful. its v poorly managed center. Close down if not interested to work.

                      Extremely saddened, disappointed, appalled to see that kaya skin clinic, Viviana mall, thane would refuse to return my money despite repeated requests, reminders and follow ups. They are no less than cheaters who don't practice business ethically.

                      I, being an Indian citizen, have a right to refuse a product or service which I am not comfortable with and be returned the money I paid for it.

                      I had enrolled for laser treatment with kaya in April '16 and after underwent 1 trial session for which I paid trial fee. Thereafter, purchased the services (though was not sure of the effects). I was asked to come back the next month for the 1st paid session. Post this session (was either in May or June), I was confident that I didn't want to continue with the services and demanded refund of my money.

                      I was asked to speak with multiple people for my refund request and after limited or no response, I spoke with Mrinalini, who was suppose to connect with me post Ganesh festival but I managed to speak with her only after Diwali. She assured me someone would call back from their quality team and they took another 3 months to connect with me. Finally today, when I got a call from some Manali and informed that by choice I would not want to continue with this service, I was told that this is no reason sufficient enough for them to return my money...

                      When I persisted, I was told I could do anything I like but money won't be refunded.

                      Very disappointed to see companies like these looting and robbing people of their hard earned legal money.

                      I will not take this lightly... I will certainly place this complaint on social media as well so that people are aware of such incidents and do not fall prey to them or get victimised.

                          Hi,
                          I had paid rs. 20, 960 for a prp treatment yesterday. The session was scheduled on 20th jan, 2016. However i would like to cancel my session since i have a change of mind and would not want to go ahead with this treatment. However the kaya skin clinic is not giving me a refund of my money, instead asked to purchase some other service for the same amount.
                          I would want a refund of my amount since its not been over one day since i enrolled for the treatment.

                            I took a Q-Switch laser + Chemical peel package on August 14, 2016 from Kaya Lajpat Nagar.No appointment was scheduled for my service and Kaya is not even processing the refund. They just keep dodging my calls. It has been 6 months now. Here is a detailed information on the conversations I have had with Kaya since then.

                            1. No appointment was booked for next 2 months despite repeated calls and request for appointment. Later on I was informed that Rashmi, clinic manager was out due to some personal issues and she wasn't able to notify me that their Q-Switch laser machine hasn't been working.

                            My concern is Rashmi was the one who convinced me to take the package and after 2 months of no appointment I was informed that machine isn't working? Are your employees trained only to extract money out of clients and not provide service?

                            2. I requested Rashmi for a refund somewhere in mid October. We agreed to have a face to face meeting to discuss the same. In F2F meeting, she requested me not to raise a refund request officially and that she would transfer my package to someone else and return my money in cash by November 10th.

                            3. Rashmi told me in Mid November that she is transferring my package to someone else and she will deposit the cash in my bank account. This also did not happen. I kept on following up with her for next couple of days to which she responds some days later that due to demonitization she will not be able to process the refund for next couple of weeks. Later she informed me that she has placed refund request but due to demonetisation Kaya is not processing refunds and will start processing refunds after 24th November, 2016. She also asked me to state the reason for refund of the package as "Moving out of country" and not say that I did not get the appointment.

                            4. I tried calling her a couple of times later but there was no reply from her. On Dec 12th, 2016 she replies saying that she is on a week off. I tried following up again after a week but there was no reply from her end.

                            5. I called up Kaya helpline number seeking for help. I was assured that I will get a call from a Senior Executive. I did get a call from someone at Kaya but after listening to my case I was informed that someone from the head team would contact me back. Again no call came.

                            6. 4 days later I again called up Kaya helpline for connecting me to someone from Senior team. After couple of follow ups, I got a call from SQ team.

                            7. I told my case to SQ team. I was assured that I would get a call back the next day after the team has talked to Rashmi, the clinic manager. Again no calls followed.

                            8. Again after a week I made a follow up call to SQ team for the status of my refund. I was again assured that I would get a call back from the person who was co-ordinating with me. Again no calls followed.

                            9. Meanwhile I got a message from Rashmi saying that she would share the refund grid with the next day. I followed up with her 2 days later asking for the grid to which I was informed that SQ team is now handling my case and that I should write an email to SQ team for the updates.

                            I have been trying to get in touch with SQ team since then but they keep dodging my calls and are not processing my refund.

                              I took skin peel package from kaya. After 2 sessions I got bad acnes on my skin which were not before. I asked doctor about this, she said it is because of hormonal problem and again suggested me those costly cream from kaya.

                              Moreover those 2 sessions of peel did not make any difference, doctor said we only consult patient after 6 peel sessions. Then my question is what is need for giving me package of 3 peels?

                              When I email kaya team for this issue, they are simply ignoring mail, and I m not getting single reply on my mail.

                              My concern is as peel is not at all beneficial for.my skin then what is need for suggesting it? Why we are prefering treatments from standard clinic then if we are treated on trial and error basis?

                              I need refund if my.money or convert my package into any other treatment, but I m.not getting any response from kaya team. They badly ignore emails.

                              Moreover I got call from ex doctor of kaya, he said you are wasting your time. Kaya never refunds, it is their policy to have maximum money from patient by suggesting them heavy treatments without looking at their skin type. He also added they are training their staff to do so. Also they will welcome you only u visit clinic for 1st time. Then they really don't care, .

                              I really need help if someone can help me to get refund .

                              I have not got any response yet. Moreover I have called number of times in customer care. Then a lady from Mumbai location called. And she was very untrained. When I asked her about their more clinic she said they have only 1 clinic of kaya in Ahmadabad at cg road only. Also when I asked her to talk to their managers and call me back with proper response she hung up the phone. It was very annoying..

                              Kaya and their staff seems to be fraud. They just know welcoming patient for the first time then they really don't care..

                              I just need refund for my money now.. I am highly frustrated.

                              I called kaya Ahmadabad cg road asking my package amount. She took my number and asked me that she will call back with details. It has been 5 days. I havnt got any call yet..

                              How can u mark complain as resolved? I[censored] havnt take any action. Kaya is just marking complaint as resolved so that on Consumer complaint it shows as resolved. But actually they have not bother us to call also. .

                                I got this treatment done at peddar road kaya by Dr kauser on Dec 25, 2016. i was told the red rashes will go in a day or two. But i have got boil like rashes all over my face and when i called peddar road clinic they said the doc will call back. But nobody called back and my rashes are itching.

                                I dont know whether the machine was not sterilized and hence there is an infection or the treatment didnt go well with me? I was informed i will have some redness for a day but this is bad. if they think my skin is sensitive than why didnt the dr try on a small patch first??

                                i have already paid for a package of 5 which has cost me almost 15 grands. Can anyone from kaya get back on this and tell me what to do??

                                Could you please tell me which q-switch lazer treatment you have taken?
                                Was it for fairness or skin tightening ?
                                Taken 1 session of QSwitch laser for whitening. paid 22000 for 6 sessions.Don't find much difference in my skin texture.ges After reading the reviews not interested for further sessions. What about the money i have paid?,

                                  In march 2015 i visited kaya in koremangala for my treatment. I clearly remember i didn't collect my jewellery. I was the last customer in that room. But when i asked them next day early morning they said they didn't see that. I went to near police station and filed a complain an one poilce officer came with me to ask questions and strictly instructed kaya staff to put a cctv camera near reception. And the manager said yes. When i went for my next session and asked where is the camera they said kaya don't use camera in there offices. I said that i will complain this again to police station then she said in next week they put that camera.. But it's being more than 5 month i don't see any camera. The staffs are not very professional at all.

                                    Kaya at phoenix market city, bangalore is one of the worst kaya facility that i have come across.
                                    The service providers are clumsy, poorly organised and inefficient in work. The front desk staff has misplaced my file and couldn't find it.
                                    The machines breakdown and the clients are fooled with other options, eventually a sitting is wasted. No compensations.
                                    Getting an appointment on phone was very difficult, i called at least twice and was told that they will call back and i never got the call. I have paid the amount upfront so i am stuck else i will definitely not recommend anyone to avail services at kaya phoenix marketcity bangalore. Extremely disappointed.

                                      This is in regard with my laser follow up appointment at thane Viviana center...it was booked before 3 months for Monday 21st November at 11am ...now today i.e.on 18th November personally visited for confirmation about the same ..they are informing that they have some training to be conducted on Monday so they cant keep my appointment on scheduled time and not bothered to call n inform me also about the same and staff is also not very customer friendly...same happened when Hiranandani meadows..thane branch was close down ..nobody bothers to intimate regular customers about shifting of the branch ...Very disappointed with follow ups ..

                                        I have taken 2 peel sessions at kaya. It has not made any difference on my skin. Morover it gave me lots of acne.

                                        When I complain this to clinic, they said it is due to hormonal problem. I m pending with 2 sitting.

                                        Morover doctor added that it is not going to make any difference in 2 sittings. At least required 6 sittings for noticeable change.

                                        I really don't want to go for the treatment again and want my money back. I really afraid if if again give me those unwanted acne and scars.

                                        Kindly help me how can I proceed with refund?

                                        I have taken the membership of kaya 1 year back in october, after that i am able to take their service only 1 time that too last in january, after that i am asking for appointment since january, now it is november but i dint get any appointment till date. please look into it
