I am shocked that a clinic where I paid for three treatments each, has shut shop and disappeared without informing its clients. Considering they are overstaffed I want to know how long it takes to inform clients when and if they are going to reopen at all!

I took kaya scar treatment worth around 1.5 lakh Rupees. 4 Scarlett sessions, 3 PRP sessions, and 4 Dermaroller sessions. Initially I had paid for only 3 scarlett and 4 derma roller sessions. I took the laser session and the staff who was handling the machine gave me some permanent burnt marks and not only this the staff filled the customer feedback form by themselves and rated excellent in each parameters which is unacceptable. Kaya skin clinic is denying my "lifetime package" saying they cant find the records now! I have been availing their maintenance sessions for quite a few years now and the clinic branch has records of it. If you are planning for any treatment with Kaya clinic, make sure it should be the last one to opt for. They are not trust worthy at all, they will promise you one thing and will give you something else.

At the time of enrolment, they promised to give us 2 complementary session and now when we are half way thru they refused to give us any and said it is not showing up in their data base.
