I have a Kent auro water purifier purchased four years back. The warranty is expired. The water purifier is making noise and am unable to use the same. I had requested service through the app. I received a message saying Dear Customer,

Your request[protected] was registered with us & is allocated to BPSF03131. Only visit charges will be waived off as your product is under 4 year FREE service. But till date no body has come for any service help. The service person in Salem told that Kent is not supplying original spares so, they have cancelled their contract. Nonsense. It is also a type of cheating customers their one time investment. Sad to know once you make the money you neglect customers.

      I have brought out KENT GRANGD+ RO Purifier on 27 Apr 2024 and before purchase of the same product i ask about the service provided then they told that it is completely confidential you have to purchase then the details will be provided after registration of the product. i have registered the product on same day for installation and registered case ID[protected] dt 27 apr 2024. now even after lapse of 6 days no one is responding for installation of product which is free of cost by company and if i installed personally then its guarantee/warranty of product will nil. even after call to their customer care they are always tell that accelerated the case the call was carried out 4-5 times at different day in meanwhile but no response has been carried out. Now my only concern is that company bear the cost of product and take with him or else install the product by 05 May 2024.

        Model Name: WTR PRFR Kent MAXX UV+ UF
        Purchased on 6th Jan 2024.
        1st complaint registered on 20th Feb for algae formed due to placement of the unit.
        Service: Cleaned the whole unit and suggested a cover.
        Customer feedback: Cover put on the unit, cleaning wasnt complete. Dirt was present in the unit for long.
        2nd Complaint on 26th March: Same issue as above
        Service: Cleaned the whole unit and suggested a darker cover.
        Customer feedback: Cleaning wasnt complete. Dirt was present in the unit for long which changed the taste of water.
        No responnse.
        3rd Complaint on 9th April - to clean the unit as a follow up of previous complaint
        Service: Cleaned by senior technician.
        Customer feedback - Not cleaned fully, dirt still present at the bottom and various places o[censored]nit (photos available)
        4th Complaint on 11th April
        Service: addressed on 16th April, cleaned by senior technician
        Spoke to the customer service manager Anand. Said he will replace the unit
        Customer Feedback: . cleaning not complete, unit replacement hasnt happened till 3rd May and no contact from the Brand.

        Absolutely poor service from the time of installation.
        Basic cleaning o[censored]nit isnt done properly! I need a refund of the purchase asap.

          I have been cheated by Tanmoy Mondal, a sales agent of Kent RO. The details of the unfortunate event are as under: -
          1. On 4th April, 2024, as per my query of Kent Iron Removal Filter on website, I get a SMS from Kent RO company assigning Tanmoy Mondal of Burdwan, West Bengal with his contact number to assist my purchase.
          2. Tanmoy Mondal calls me up with the mobile number as shared by the Kent RO Company.

          I had purchased 1 year AMS from Dharani services for my ro filter approx 11 months ago and now my ro filter is not working and it's been 11 days since I've registered the complaint i had registered the complaint on 6th of april but the company executive made a home visit only once on 6th april and said that one part is not working so he said for now the part isn't available as soon as it comes I'll come and fit the new part but after that he didn't show up till now today its 17th of April still there's no proper response from their side when i called them they said that the part has arrived but they can't come now because of their personal reasons everyday they are just saying that they will be coming today but at the end of the day they don't show up only because of this everyday I've been facing problem for drinking water I have to travel a long distance from my house to fill the drinking water i had installed this filter for my convience and now the sole purpose is only not being served then what's the use of it i have been frustrated and i want strict action to be taken against the Dharani services for the inconvenience they are causing to me. Neither the Kent company is taking any action nor the service manager Naveen is taking any action. Please look into it I want my ro to be fixed as soon as possible.

            We have a Kent RO system. We've faced recurring issues and lodged three complaints within the last 20 days. The technician has visited three times, charging approximately 6000 each time, but the problem persists. And kent is not responding till now, Not even sending technician since last 4 days

              Water not supply from filter past 6 days. I compliment already on 13th March on phone calls but no body comes to check this problem, customer care received calls but they're not sending any one to handle this problem.

                Got a new Kent RO installed in our house in 2022. In Nov 2023 as per the service technician feedback, membrane was changed for which we had to pay. Again due to low flow issues in Dec 2023, Technician came and observed that membrane is damaged and replaced it at their own cost. Now again we are facing the low flow issues and as per the technicians report membrane needs to be changed. It is evident that Kent is using sub standard quality of membranes which are getting damaged frequently and fleecing money from customers.

                  Dear Kent,

                  I have installed Kent UV + UF water purifier on 18th Feb 2024, but the taste of water seems different form couple of days so I have asked the vendor of Kent Aarohi Enterprises to check it once. But the service men of vendor is giving other reasons rather than visiting here this should not be happen as it has warranty 1 year and it's been only 17 days pf purchase. So please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I have done complaint for my RO not working properly two days i.e 18/02/2024 before but till now i.e 20/02/2024 no one has attended my complain till yet, there is no water in my home, and when call the AQUAIR SERVICE POINT, LUCKNOW, don't pick up call and agent also is also picking phone.

                    Called KENT RO Service Center and wrote an email also but no action has taken place till yet.

                    Engineer Assigned is DHARMENDRA.

                      Lodged service request at 7:27 morning on 18.01.2024 as flow of drain water has been stopped. Last servicing and AMC carried out on 09.12.2023.Request no.[protected]. Informed kent customer care for urgent visit by technician as the RO is not working from the morning. Informed local kent RO technician anjali enterprise also, no one visited to service the call lodged today. As a result I forced to purchase drinking water. Very unfortunate to the quality of service provided by Kent. Decided to change RO from kent to other RO service provider. They don't understand the urgency of call.

                        Renewed AMC and serviced on 09.12.2023. But flow of drain out water was low always. Again from today flow of drain out water has been stopped, which means the RO is not working properly. Raised complain early morning on 18.01.2024, informed customer care to send the engineer urgently and also informed the technician from Anjali Enterprise for quick recovery of RO and visit as early as possible. But all my request gone vain, no one attended my call. Very unfortunate and disappointed with the service of Kent. Request No.[protected]

                          This is regarding a service request that I had placed on 23rd December 2023 for a filter replacement, the product was already out of warranty so I had paid the required amount for the filter and servicing. However, before the servicing the display of my machine was working perfectly which suddenly stopped working after the servicing happened. Till then, the company is taking no responsibility for this poor service and instead claiming addition Rs. 9000 for changing the display.

                          My device was working completely fine before the servicing and only the filter replacement was pending in the whole process. The organisations had sent poor quality technicians who had no clue how to fix or operate the system, they had to take senior executives on call while they were working. Mr. Nirpan Bhakta is the main technician who came on the first day for servicing and created the main issue.

                          Currently the company is denying all their responsibility on fixing the issue and my purifier is working worse than usual. The water flow is not there at all and there is no display. This is very shameful for an organisation like Kent who speak so highly about their products and services and just to specify this is their top line model costing Rs. 37500. Why should a customer go for premium products of an organisation where there is no guarantee on the service. Any technician can do any mistake and that has to be taken care of by the customer if the product is out of warranty.

                          I have been raising tickets repeatedly post this issue and they are closing my tickets from the backend and I am getting sms for the same. Please look into this. I am looking for justice while being a loyal and patient customer who had trusted in a renowned brand in the country.

                            I have raised a request for re-installation of my Kent RO on 24 Dec 23 but the team couldn't be able to attend the request by 27 Dec 23. I was continuously trying to communicate with their service staff but they were diverting the issue like here and there, even they were not sharing the Visakhapatnam (present address) contact number. Finally I have to buy a new water purifier.

                              We got a service around 21st December.. from that date we are facing problem.
                              We got our filter change
                              First day water was leaking from inside..
                              We complained ur employee
                              The same employee came next day

                              did something and next day the water was leaking from below .
                              And after that the blue pipe from which waste water gets out stop working
                              And it's 5th or 6th day.. since we are facing problem
                              We are going here and there to bring water .

                                Urgent Refund Request - Water Purifier Defect

                                I purchased Water Kent Purifier Model Excell: KR-[protected] on 1st April 2023. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned within the warranty period of nine months, and upon complaint, I was charged Rs. 1400 for filter replacement. This unethical practice is unacceptable from both your company and dealer, M/s. Umiya Enterprise, Sola, Ahmedabad.

But we received your Invoice U[protected] dated 14/04/23 of Rs. 2360/- against our above said Purchase Order. A copy of PO & Invoice enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

                                We have asked so many times to Kent RO representative Mr. Anand to refund the rest amooiyunt Rs.1180/- . But nothing was fruitful. So kindly intervene in this matter & do the arrangement to refund our excess payment of Rs.1180 as early as possible.

                                  I purchased a Kent mineral RO water purifier from Croma in Coimbatore last year. However, no one turned up for interval service after installation. After a year, they confirmed that a technician would come and inspect the machine and replace any parts if necessary. But when the technician arrived, he directly pulled out the machine from the wall stand and told me to change the cylinder, which would cost Rs 6000/-. He did not take any initiative to check or clean the filter and the TDS measure. He was only interested in changing the cylinder, but I stopped him and refused to do it. The service was really bad, frustrating, and disappointing. I recommend everyone to never go with Kent water filters.
