I have my kent water purifier. Four months Back i changed my filters. Service engineer didn't fixed the filter properly.when i raise issue it is told that no proble will arise. After 3 months water lick started. On 22th oct I raise complaint again. Today again same service engineer WASIM-[protected] came, even if we categorically ask call center to send different engineer.
When we ask about the issue. He misbehaved....

My Kent RO Serial No. KR[protected]. Requested for Service. Technician Told that Membrane is Faulty. But the Membrane is in Warranty as per the bill provided by Azad Traders. Now they refuse to accept the Warranty.

I bought the KENT RO 1 year back with alarming system. I am getting free service but need to pay for parts being replaced. Recently after 700 hours o[censored]sage the RO started beeping, Which as per manual is an indication that the filters might need replacement. I, Poornesh D, has kent ro machine which is out of warranty. I did paid service on 12/09/2023 costed upto 4500/-. Within 3 days machine getting water leakage.
Regarding this i complained the service provider whom attended by looking contact details provided in the non GST bill of 4500/-.

He assured me to send person but he not sent the service engineer and he stopped receiving my phone...

I have purchased Kent Maxx on 28th sept 2022, everything was working fine till Aug'23, suddenly there is fungus started forming, and Kent service is avoiding completing and stating that they will come after warranty get over, such shame on you, doing scam with customer hard earn money...

I bought kent RO from a local vendor last year. It is out of warranty but i was promised 4 years of free service. I didn't get any warranty card in the box whenever i purchased the product. I have original bill with GST. Whenever i registered first time for free service, they are asking for charges as i have not warranty card. I am asking for first service. I purchased kent RO Supreme alkaline system before 1 month ago but after installation of machine outlets water PH value is same as inlet water (7.0) but as per company Brochure this machine outlet water PH value is near 9 PH value and it's mean it's alkaline water system not working so i create many time service request but service engineer not resolve this matter and then after I call to marketing team but no any one kent company marketing...

In disguise of offering 4 years free service, you are using spurious / sub-standard parts that don't last for long and everytime you charged me for same because they are not covered in warranty or even additional warranty. Request for installation of Kent RO super plus registered on 9/09/23 Saturday. Also request customer care to arrange technician Max to 10/09/23 Sunday as we are working rest of the week days and no one is available at my home for the same . But Whole sanday is gone and no technician visit till time for installation of the product. This is worst service of Kent RO as they don't care about their customer service....

Kent service was done and agent tried to sell some package with higher cost. I denied that and requested to do single time service. The agent named Imran from the agency named Blue Water from Bangalore replaced all parts charging 5k~ and resolved the issue saying no service required for next 6 months at-least. However in the second month after service the machine is not working....

I have done kent service two months back and the service guy replaced all parts with 5k~ charges. But the machine stopped working just in two months. The agent fid not mark the support case as closed and hence I am not able to open a new case. Kent customer service number is redirecting my call to the last agent. The agnet is saying new technician will come to do the service....

In the name of inflation increasing the cost of filters and everything is costly here. A person needs to keep spending 4500 every year...

Kent RO (within Warrant period) is neither working properly nor the assigned technician is picking up the call. Kent service center as well as the head office are not prioritizing the CUSTOMERs. Please stop to produce such products.

ITEM BOUGHT IN NOVEMBER'22 AND IT IS NOW AUGUST '23 (9 MONTHS) WITH NO OUTPUT.

I Bought an 8L softener on November 22. Since that time it has not worked, we took time to understand this issue and then launched service calls. At one point on March, 23 somebody came and started a trial-and-error process for months together and finally found the synchronous motor was not working properly.
Now, waiting for the spare motor...

I bought Kent RO on 26/07/2022 . I raised a complaint on 26/07/2023 regarding continous beep in RO. Technician came on the same day and didnt replace the filters but only told that filters are blocked and he will replace it afterwards as the same does not require replacement. Technician who attended was Hemant-[protected] case no[protected].

Sir, I want to tell you that in October the technician told that the filter is bad and needs to be replaced. For which money was asked by the technician and wrong information was given that there is no warranty in the filter. The technician came again and was told by him that the filter has a guarantee of three months. The company is fully responsible for this.
