I purchased kent ro in oct. 2019 from amazon in my machine i didn't get the warranty card and that without warranty card they installed the kent ro at my house. There is no water coming into the transparent tank. I see the pure empty tank. I see the red light, but the green light is on. We have been facing this issue, since a week and do i need to say that we called customer care so many times and theya re irresponsible. Hoping for a solution....

Kent stated in water purifier product page that filter change alarm alerts us for replacing the new filter. That is one of the main reason for opting kent water purifier. I was completely dependent on the alarm. At last without alarm, kent water purifier has stopped. I have been calling from yesterday morning to update my registered number. And requested also not to call on old number. Instead of so many calls and requests service care has not listening.
I have closed my old Complaint 2 days back and your executive also returned back yesterday. Instead of this my old Complaint is still in line.

I have purchased one kent pearl on 04.05.2018 from e-zone and the person came to install the machine damage my water supply system very badly including the water supply of rooftop as because the person has very bad expertise on plumbing related work. It incurrs additional cost of approx rs 5000/-. I demand this rs 5000/- immediately for restoration of damage....

I have "kent ro grand +" machine installed at my home with serial no kr[protected]... Amc for this machine was done in 03/september 2016 by m/s aquaair systems pvt ltd lucknow and filter was changed on 16 september. Since then no parts of the machine has been changed in this period...

I own a kent maxx water purifier with uv and uf. I have raised a service request today 15th of jan as the water flow from filter got slow and narrow and takes around one hour to fill the storage tank. The service scheduling was excellent within 4 hours time the kent expert attended us on our doorstep for service.. I have taken AMC paying Rs 2000 .During period, it had some problem ( I am told it is in pump ) in RO machine .I am told, it is to be replaced .But, they are replacing the same with old repaired motor, by saying that, they will give warrenty of 1 year on this .Hence, I had no choice to get the the money paid towards AMC returned back. The Annual maintenance cost is so high, with service maintenance contract it comes to about 50% of the cost of the R.O. every year. The Candles are priced so high that it has become prohibitive now. The Candles are not available in the open market. The manufactures are taking consumer for a ride by not advising in advance the maintenance cost per year....

We have logged a service request on 6th August 2014 with Gtech solutions - HSR Layout, Bangalore. They send a person who doesn't even know the basics of troubleshooting. He messed up the whole system and broke the UV tube by dropping it down. Then he put another old tube then told us the inverter card damaged. Being an electronics engineer I told him by basic inspection there is no issue with the card. Still he told he need that to be replaced...

My kent Grand+ was 1st time installed on 6.11.13 by M/s Pearl Infotech Bangalore by charging Rs.350/- misusing the nomenclature as 'reinstallation' chgs. Further reg. pre filter they stated that kent prefilter not available anywhere and have fitted a prefilter which is worth Rs.700/- by charging Rs.2000.
