One day offer of chicken hot and crispy i called in after ma'am we don't deliver in your area then i called in the evening changed my address to delivery area then ma'am we are out of stock ridiculous you guys are known for only chicken and you are out of stock of that only and then you publicise the offer that finger licking good atleast provide and have the stock before giving and add and promoting highly inefficient restaurants

I placed an order today worth Rs.618.32. My money was debited from my account but my order was not placed. Please look into this situation immediately.

    Had bought kfc from the outlet spot 18 building, shivar chowk, rahatni, pimpri chinchwad, pune, maharashtra 411017.
    The hot and crispy chicken i got was grey colored at some parts. Chicken strips were so thin as if they have been torn in two to increase quantity as they sell it by numbers. I ordered take away for triple treat which cost me around 589 rupee and got stale chickens. Pics attached.

    On 21/09/17, 9 pm I made an order of 618.32including tax through kfc website and paid amount through PHONEPE but neither received order reference nor order. I need refund of my amount.

      Hi, this is monami and i am a customer of kfc. Today i placed an order from the kfc branch at anupam pvr, saket at 13:38 pm. The order was online paid. However, i didn't receive any confirmation call from the branch. So, i decided to call these guys after 10 mins regarding my order. The person who picked up confirmed that my order was placed and that it would be delivered to me by 14:10 pm and i was okay. But now it has been 2 hrs already, i have given them 3 calls from my side to the branch and a minimum of 3 calls to the delivery executive who spoke to me precisely at 13:50 pm about my order being taken out for delivery. However, when i placed my concern, the manager ms. Kirti was so negligent and rude, making excuses as to how my phone was switched off and acusing me of not picking up the calls. I don't understand, i have been the one enquiring about my order, literally confirming my order and begging to get it delivered fast and this is what you call the "kfc memorable service"? It's my worst experience with kfc. Right now it's 15:41 pm and i still haven't received my order.

      As i complained earlier about food and manager earlier, i got an assistance call from team and after they got my issue they didnt reverted back to me even i told them to.
      I wanted a proper apology and compensation for behaviour and food, or serious action will be taken.
      I reached KFC at 10:50pm and my order was not taken. I am a regular KFC customer. This incident happened in KFC kharkhana, hyderabad. I was ready for the take away. And yet my order was not taken. The counter was handled by naresh.

        This is nagesh mahindrakar from india, pune. I have been invited to taste the food for your today's newly one of the store in pune, senapati bapat marg. I had took rice bowl with spoon and given spoon was in pathetic quality and it broke into pieces and few particle gone into stomach accidentally. I had started vomiting post finished my food. This is serious concern about quality and control. Store manager had accepted that even before visiting me, two of customers were raised same concern to store manager, though, same type of spoon were served to me and other customer.

        Who will be responsible if anything happened to me?

          The main issue is miss. Lavanya who is cashier had a rude behaviour to me
          Its not at all a miss understanding, everything happened there is due to her negligence
          I explain u in detail after reaching to ordering section i informed them that i am having nearbuy coupon lavanya's co worker called her to attend her duty by taking my order but do u know what she's doing? She asked the person eating food are you having mobile with internet support he told yes the she told u will get 10% cashback next tym u visit and started filling feedback in customers mobile i am waiting there for her after that she came to billing area mean while other customer order some food she is going on asking the other customer that are you having mobile with internet connection when u come next time u will get 10% discount like that, she not even noticed my presence then i asked what r u doing? It is feedback and customer have to make feedback not the employee, my co-customer also accepted my words and taken back his bill and went away then she spoke to me in very disrespectful manner then i asked to call manager, then she told ok i will call in very harshly which hurted me most that i cant forgive her after that manager came and tried to give explanation which cant satified my extent of hurting and manager is trying to say that she is crying and her job may loose, being i am hurt i cant consider her she not even apologise for what she did and how she reacted she is having so much of ego and attitude which a cashier shouldn't have. And i think kfc will respond to 1 true negative feedback despite of 1000's of positive feed back. And i have to know what action was taken on her for her behaviour

            On 27th aug 2017, i had ordered a kfc 5 in one zinger box, after commitment of food delivery in 40 minutes on the website, kfc 3b2 mohali delivered the order late after 1 and a half hour at 9.30pm. The order was placed at 20.08.

            Here are the details

            Order reference #: 3953382

            Mr. Narinder singh staff of kfc 3b2 mohali came late after nearly 50 minutes of the desired time of delivery and started behaving unprofessionally saying the orders are now delivered from jugnoo and we have nothing to do with delivery since april. What should i do with this information and the problem? Am i working at kfc? If i was i would have fired such people who cannot work efficiently and put customers at risk and second priority.

            Let's talk about the manager, earlier on july 29th i had placed an order from foodpanda and i had paid the amount for 5 in one zinger box and then kfc did not take the order from foodpanda, i called kfc 3b2 mohali twice but the manager disagreed totally to send the order to my place and said we don't accept orders with online payment at foodpanda? Again i was harassed without any reason. I had to order something else from some other place to avoid spending the night hungry.

            This unprofessional behaviour from the staff at kfc 3b2 mohali is intolerable and will not be accepted in any way or condition. A strict action must be taken.

              I ordered through zomato on[protected] at 8.30 pm and the time mentioned was 45 minutes. My food was not delivered. I visited kfc powai last month for a take away. The food was soggy, pushed down to my face by angry sales person saying that is the best i can expect to have. I never get delivery in time. I will never ever take food from kfc again. Worst supplier. You guys should go away from india.

                I have taken chicken from kfc chembur (K star mall) branch, and this was my first experience with kfc but i am too disappointed with service and food which i took that chicken was sticking and not fresh i have picture as well so would return back my money and off course that is my first and last experience i never come back or suggest your company..

                  I ordered kfc by online & order reference #: 3919865. Date:[protected]:40.
                  I payed by paytm rs. 677.00.
                  But one item (Lotte choco pie). Then i call the store (Shop no.21-22, second floor, crown interiorz mall, near sarai metro station, faridabad) & asked them for rs. 100 return by paytm. But they were disagreed. They have not give my compensation. I want to launch a complain against kfc.

                    Myself with family went to kfc, thoothukudi on 20.8.17 at 9:30pm. I ordered for 3 burgers, chicken and juices. The burger wasn't fresh and i asked for a new one. But they reheated the same and gave back to me. They argued with me that it was fresh and refused to replace it. I came out without eating but the manager didn't care for it. What a worst response from kfc!

                      I have ordered online from kfc on 23rd june 2017 at 6.37 pm from rajajinagar branch, since am staying near kundanahalli bangalore they cancelled my order as it's far distance for them to deliver. I called them and spoke to their manager where in he told he will refund the money, it's going to be 2 months and i didn't get any refund for the same, i called customer care they will tell they will look in to this and never had called me back, i wish you guys can help me with this.

                        I have paid my order money by paytm
                        At ahmedabad panchavati branch but due to some technical issues paytm have not transferred money to kfc. Store manager is unnecessary bothering me to visit again and pay money by cash and harrassing me. Please find the snapshot of payment receipt and stop harrassing me otherwise i will file a case in court.

                          Worse kfc i have ever visited... Staff sits with costumers and they make loud noises haunting in the restaurant... Staff will not give you bill for small purchase they keep that amount in their pocket... Dont know managers operators are not keeping eyes on the meeting of other shops workers and kfc staff gathered as they are freinds like costumers and talk so loud and they use abuse words with each other dats really disturbing authorities should take step otherwise your brand will loose its repo soon attaching photos of your staff with their freinds date 16 august 2017 time 10 20 pm crown interiors mall faridabad haryana pictures are as follow

                            I ordered chicken bucket at 10:30 pm and got my order at 11:00pm.
                            The moment i sat to have my meal, the acs were deliberately switched off in such warm weather and after requesting everyone there, i got the reply that the system is automatically switched off at 11:00 pm in a rude tone.
                            Had they told us earlier, i would have taken it away to my home but in the middle of my meal, doing such nuisance was really uncalled for.
                            Whole dining experience got ruined. No action has been taken against as i have already registered my complain in the restaurant.

                              The big outlet denied giving water, which is a basic requirement for any restaurant. I was asked to buy a bottle. I agreed to buy the bottle for 40 rs. I asked for a glass or cup to give the water to my kid. I was denied the option saying they dont have glass and cant give the glass used for coke. This is customer service at worst. Why i have to pay taxes and buy bottle of water.

                                Today after noon, (08aug2017 @ 15:21 hrs), i visited the kfc outlet situated at advant tower, sector-142, noida.

                                I was attracted with the price tag placed on the counter, 2 pcs for rs. 110/-. When i got the bill, it was for rs. 180/-! I asked the sales girl what is the difference, then she said tax is included. I asked her how come tax of 60 rupees. Unable to answer my queries, she called her supervisor, and he explained that it is an add on offer, which is mentioned in the advt in a very small letter. I asked the supervisor, why it is not written in a visible manner, he said it is their marketing trick.
                                Now, my question: why kfc charging a customer with their pseudo marketing trick? Why the sales person couldn't tell the customer that the item would cost rs. 180/- if you buy it alone?

                                A customer expects a minimum courtesy from the sales person, if the price is different from the listed one. I feel cheated by the company's cheap marketing trick. Please avoid cheating the customer in such a way. At least mention the condition attached to the pricing, in a readable way.

                                  The chicken i got was raw and not well cooked, the crispy chicken was very hard and dry to eat and the store manager of kfc advant noida doesnt know how to talk to its customers. We are regular consumer and we dont wont accept this, the service was very bad along with the food smoky grilled which was provided was soggy and raw was cooked very badly, when i told the store manager he didnt spoke properly.

                                    I ordered kfc which worth rs. 393 on july 24 2017 at kfc vasant square mall, vasant kunj. Payment was made by paytm ([protected]). Transaction was successful, received payment-confirmation email and paytm apps shows transaction was successful.

                                    Anyway, store keeper had denied my transaction saying "we haven’t received anything" and told me to contact paytm. I have mailed paytm and paytm executive told me it was confirmed from their side. (Yes i have received confirmation mail on that particular day). As order was already prepared and rs. 393 was already deducted from my paytm wallet.

                                    I had to pay again by my debit card (Sbi visa card number lalchhandama) as he insisted me to pay. And i paid twice for one order. (Debit card + paytm)

                                    He told me i would get my money rs. 393 back within 7 days. And even after seven days, nothing is credited to my bank account as he promised. I called them more than thrice and didn't make any sense.

                                    It has been 12 days and didn't get my money bank. Please, refund the amount rs. 393 to my bank account.

                                      I ordered super 6's from kfc (3b2 mohali punjab) some time back (10.48 pm). They delivered the order at around 11.30 pm but hot wings were missing from the pack. When i called the delivery boy[protected]*) he asked us to call the store. When i called up the store[protected] nobody picked up the call.

                                      I have been an old customer of kfc, i usually visit kfc (3b2 mohali/sector 35 chandigarh) pretty often but this time i ordered online and i am completely dissatisfied with the casual attitude of their staff (3b2 mohali). Now there is no media to contact them untill tomorrow and tomorrow i am going out of station for few days and will be back on tuesday.

                                      I will never order anything from kfc again. You probably lost a regular customer.

                                        I ordered food from kfc ahmedabad pralhadnagar area for home delivery. 30 minutes after i ordered, the manager calls me and says that they can't deliver because the area is now out of their delivery zone. It was such a bad experience as the restuarant didn't inform me this at the time of the order and took 30 minutes after the order to inform me this. Such kind of irresponsible behaviour by the manager should be taken into consideration and strict action should be taken for such irresponsible behaviour.
