Rude behavior from hr pratiksha (Malad)

My wife (Vaishali More) had a total experience of 5 years in KFC as a Shift Manager and due to some personal reasons she had to leave her job. Then she applied for her PF and gratuity at Malad Hr office. But the staff there is not interested in helping out to her and every time she has to call them. The staff names are Radhe Shyam & Pratiksha. Please look into this matter seriously and reply me ASAP. Thanks....

I ordered a popcorn chicken on 2nd March 2017 at 1:13 PM, KFC Magneto Mall, Raipur, CG. The disposable container in which the popcorn chicken was served had rice residue/ leftovers. It is an absolute manipulation of hygiene. It is not expected from a food chain like this. Moreover there could have been bacterial build up and thinking about it made me feel sick and ultimately i puked. Attached below are the pictures of the container.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    We eat at KFC every week since last 5 years. But this wednesday (Mar 1st, 6:47 PM) when i and my wife ordered the chicken bucket at KFC-Kothapet (Chk No:3688), it turned out to be the worst. The pieces of chicken were hard and stale ones. We couldn't even eat more than one each. We got it parcelled and donated it outside. My wife and i decided not to enter KFC again because after spending 800 bucks you people served us stale food which was worst, a meal in a udipi restaurant is better than this. Sorry to say i was a fan of KFC chicken but i have to say after this experience that "I'm hating is it" which is the current apt caption.

      I went to KFC, malad west, Mumbai infinity mall yesterday (1st march 2017) to have Hot N Crispy chicken. I ordered it then, I requested to the staff Called Ramchndra to change the peace because the peace was too small and dark in color n oily.I felt that's a bad one, Then he showed me unnecessary attitude n told me cant change the peace, then I said to cancel the order, n call the manager still the guy Ramchandra staff was arguing with me, (Apko mene bola, attitude lag ra ha to mei kya kru). most of the time the KFC Malad west Infinit-II staffs r unnecessarily argue with other customers too . n serves very bad burgers, no veggies, no proper way of service. I visited INORBIT mall, KFC the staffs r so well behaved n they at least listen to us n serves far better then KFC infinity Malad-II.I was so pissed off .I visited KFC like 2-3 times in a week. I was so hungry n thats sad that they cant even provide good food to the hungry costumer. N the staffs are behave like they owe the place they will give whatever they want to give, whether its bad or worst. I also write a complaint in their scrap book, But no hope from them to take any action, Hope for the justice .Thank You

        Hi,
        I went on Wednesday(1st march 2017) to grab the offer of 12 pc. crispy chicken for Rs 300. But I was declined stating their is no chicken to avail this offer according to them you can have chicken without the offer.

        Location - Gopalan Signature Mall, Bangalore - 38, old madras road.

        I was surprised and disheartened. I had to spend a lot for the in KFC for the food.
        I want a refund as I went for the offer but was declined and i had to pay Rs 1056. for the food.

        Please find the attached bill.

          My name is Yudh Vijay Singh Rawal, Retired Corporate aged 70 yrs. Living at 806 Challengers, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai, I had ordered for Crispy Chicken on Phone no[protected] for delivery on 8th Feb 2017. at 19:10hrs. I was told that delivery will be done by19:40 hrs. When I never received my order by 20;10hrs. I called to find out the status of my order. One gentelman known as Chetan picked up the phone and told me that he will look into the matter and asked me to hold. After 10 mts he cut off the phone. I called again and enquired about the delivery status. The person behind was Chetan again and was very very rude. He cut off the phone .
          I called up again and demanded to talk to the Manager, who came after quite some time on the phone. His name was Radhey. I inquired about the status about my delivery. Mr Radhey informed that he will find ou about the status and call back. After 20 mts he calls back and informs that my order has been cancelled and hung up. I am very very upset about this incident and stopped ordering from KFC. I WAS REGULAR IN ORDERING EACH WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY. Iwill appreciate that the matter must be looked into and erring order taker must not be on the job of taking orders. Manager like Radhey must be removed from the service as they are unable to handle staf[censored]nder them.
          I will appreciate you reciprocate and inform about action taken.

            KFC prahladnagar ahmedabad.
            I reached KFC at 3:30 and I ordered my food but at last, when they are serving at last they said me that there is no catch-up (tomato sauce) with them. And I am fond and loved too eat sauce with chicken. The taste is incomplete without sauce. The combination of sauce and chicken make complete KFC for me. I am totally upset from your side. You should tell first to customer about reality.

              Hi,

              I have tried to place a order from KFC online. I have added Wednesday offer with 10 pieces which was cost 400 rs and 2 smokey grilled pieces which was total cost os 700 rs. I have paid through credit card. But my card has been deducted this money but i have not received any order or any conformation message or email. I tried to call KFC but all the time it was busy. I want you to refund this money to my card and additional some compensation because you spoiled my party.

                Sir your employees deepak & babu lal misbehaves with me they refuse to sell the meal to me & use abuse words for me if i ask for complaint register then they totally refuse to give me the register their conduct is very bad they said they are owner of that kfc so nobody can take any action against them so i request you to immediately take a strong action against them

                  I went at kfc outlet at nagpur eternity mall.
                  I had coupon from tatasky
                  It mentioned "get one krusher worth 100 free on bill of 500"
                  My bill went to 576 and i showed them the coupon and asked for krusher.
                  #8802 of date 22/02/2017. If company is providing the coupon it ahould work on alll outlets of kfc
                  Very bad experience. Not expected from kfc.

                    On Feb 1st, I order food worth 710.44 rs. Money got deducted from my Citibank account and order was not placed. When I called the customer care they told me that, as it is wednesday because of the network congestion payment might not be processed and you will get your money refunded. Please place the order again. Believing that I will get money refunded, I order same food items again. But my money for the failed transaction is not refunded. Its been more than 20 days. last week I called the customer care they said they will arrange a callback but no boday called me. :(

                    Its been more than 4 months, no response from KFC in any manner. When I try to make a call to local KFC, I was shocked, as "Complaints" choice has been removed the IVRS options. To the hell with KFC.

                    I have mailed "kfcindia.[protected]@yum.com" about the same 4 months back as per suggestion by local KFC. They did not even respond til now.

                      I ordered from kfc on[protected] at 8 pm.the order was not confirmed.But still my account was debited with 981 rs.Refund the money.order no:2805407. We waited for about an hour and half thinking that the delivery executive will show up but to no avail . Then we tried calling up the nearby kfc outlet numbers but it said that those numbers shown on their websites

                        I ordered food from KFC, Bailey Road, Patna at 1:39 pm today ie 17th Feb, 2017. I paid Rs 497.33 online and order was placed. I got confirmation mails also which I have attached with this complain. When I sent colleague to pick the order from the outlet, the manager denied that they have not received any such order yet.

                        So my colleague left without any order. I lost my money and still hungry. Please help me.

                          I made a order through the kfc website. as soon as i made the payment i was charged for the order but after that there was no trace of my order details or any confirmation. however my account was debited for the amount. when i called kfc customer care i ws told that the amount will be refunded. but i did not get nay refund of the same.

                          on the attachment the transaction date was 8th feb. i later placed another order on phone and swiped my card.

                            Paid Rs.531.65 on 22.01.2017, in KDC Website, through paytm wallet for delivery of food. Food delivery they didn't do, further there is no intimation whether they will do or not. After calling customer care thrice also they did not give me any particulars or traced my amount. Customer care approach is not very friendly approach and it needed to be improved.

                              There is no name of city raipur that is the capital of(chhattisgarh)and we are not getting the offers because there is no name of raipur so it is our complaint and try to solve it fast as soon as possible I love kfc it was good but now I have just started unlinking it and try it to improve and now you have stopped making chicken chizza and it was too good and reasonable range and just have stopped it .please register my number for special offer on my mobile number

                                I am a customer of kfc for years. Today (Feb 12/2017) I ordered online. The branch is merely 15minutes away but they took one and a half hours to deliver. Each time I call the branch (keelkatalai, Chennai) they said they will deliver in 10minutes. And I had been calling again and again and no response from them. Am totally depressed as I was so hungry. I had already paid online if not I wouldn't have paid for it. You should return my cash back. The food was supposed to be hot and it was cold.

                                  I'm Dr. Thomas, , Kolkata..I have been a regular customer of kfc for last 4
                                  years..I like your food and varieties.. The kfc nearest to my hospital is
                                  in hatibagan..I have taken food from there directly and by home delivery..
                                  Last year, I ordered food online and your delivery team delivered it by 2
                                  hours( the distance to be converted was just 2km)..I called again and again
                                  and finally a guy picked up and told they will deliver in next 15 minutes
                                  and it went on and finally I got it delivered in about 2 hours.. Then I
                                  called and shoes at the kfc for late delivery and not to repeat it..a few
                                  days later I called for online order and they were not picking the phone, , ,
                                  when I called from another number, , they took the phone and cut it again as
                                  soon as I told my name... Then they never took a call from both the
                                  numbers.. Finally I called from a third number and asked to connect me to
                                  the manager there.. He talked to me and apologized and told me not to file
                                  a complaint and he will personally make sure the smooth running in further
                                  order...a few days later I ordered again and they gave me for on time, , but
                                  the next day Me and my friend suffered from acute food poisoning..I felt
                                  like they purposefully provided us with stale food in avenge of the
                                  previous happenings.. Then I stopped online ordering.. While I used to
                                  visit other kfcs .. Today again I ordered, , , in fear of giving bad food
                                  again, , I ordered via Zomato.. When they called for address, , when I told my
                                  name only, , they told me the rest of the address, , as if they were waiting
                                  for it.. As expected, , today Ajay I got bad food, , after eating which me
                                  and my friend started having abdominslal discomfort... This day I have
                                  decided to file compliance against the kfc firm in COPRA and wherever I can
                                  till I get justice done

                                  On wednesday your deal is Rs.300 get 12 pcs chicken but they only provide 10 pcs instead of 12 pcs, they said its not showing in the system
                                  you all are publishing your ads on tv and social media but in actual that not exist

                                  So please refund the price money or stop promoting ads
                                  I ordered for food from KFC, dated 18/01/2017 and paid Rs 304 via netbanking for the same. But the order got cancelled on its own. But till now the money did not get refunded. Please look into the matter.

My child and wife only like hot & crispy chicken. Why changed. I want replace of the boneless. I keep the balance cbickens in my fridge. I want only bucket chicken. Not boneless strips. How you all not cheking the delivery orders before aending to customer place.
