I made a purchase at kfc, keelkattalai branch on july 9th, sunday at 11.30 am, we made the payment of rs.308 via paytm (Order id: 2913d971 / transaction id: [protected]) and the amount was debited from my paytm wallet and paytm confirmed me that the transaction was successful, but kfc kept on saying me that they have not received the amount, we paid additional rs.308 via hdfc credit card and got the items and we left home.
We kept on calling the keelkattalai branch and none picked up the phone, when they picked up the phone, mr. Anbu and mr. Ramesh was least bothered to check the problem and they told us that they were busy and will take time, so far it is more than 3 days and anbu and ramesh showed no interest in getting the amount reversed back to our account.
This is a pathetic and horrible service that we received, we haven't seen any such very bad service from anyone.
Please avoid kfc and be careful.
