I'm a customer! I made an order @ kfc kochi kakkanad and the employee who attended the call to take the order (Gopika) spoke with a negative attitude and mistreated me and also she spoke with a wrong attitude as if she has got no interest in taking the order and also finally when they delivered it wasn't what i actually ordered! I'm a regular customer and this sort of derogatory behaviour ain't expected and appreciable from kfc! I'm disappointed

    I had placed an order (Quick book) on 5th july and the order was supposed to be delivered by kfc sector 47 gurugram, haryana. Unfortunately they had some issue on their end so they cancelled my order.
    I was told that my money would refund back within 15days. I waited... Waited.. For exact 15 days and then i called them their customer care executive said, "sir i'm raising an complain and within 10-15 minutes a person from same kfc shop will contact you". U know what i did?? I waite for that #g 10-15mins but no one called me. It has been 20days they are not refunding my money. I am attaching screen shot of order details.
    Pls help me.. Else i would complain in consumer forum.

    I placed an online order on June 30th.order number is 9499. After the money got debited, the store later called to say they cannot deliver. However, the dame store has delivered in the past. I was told I'll get my refund within 14 working days. I still have not received it. Kindly expedite the matter.

      Hi buddy's this is regarding to i was number of times visited at lb nagar kfc restaurant i was number of times facing this problem but not only me everyone feels like only problem is the chicken is not cooked well and taste also not much i was eaten in chennai at skywalks that people was prepared well and taste also awesome at hyderabad restaurants very waste in hyderabad i was visited all branches but that taste is not maintain anywhere in hyd very worrest and very pathetic may be you people are saying simply one thing public that is not a answer this way you people are replaying to customers now way days customer is very very important but your loosing your customers i really hate this is not first time to me every time like only your blaming to customers every time i don't have time that's why am not share any feedback back now i will share this small if wish to improve or not that's yours choice and more thing i forgot at lb nagar kfc that family sitting tables are reparebl that not good condition every time i visit i told that peoples till now like only and kharkana kfc people are speaking to customers very rude and careless. I have all restaurants totall history is their but am not share much more especially hyderabad restaurant's was very worrest due to taste and service & maintenance they are not following asper your standards am also customer only don't think any thing in my life insidances only

      In all branches of kfc restaurants in karnataka they are not using plastic for parcel . But they are using plastic in tamilnadu . But we pay same amount and tax as in karnataka. Implement no plastic in all tamilnadu kfc restaurants.

        I want to address that double deduction had been done from my debit card on 12 july 2017 at kfc phase 3b2 mohali (Sapphire food pvt ltd) in their account for 489/-, in which once 489/- amount was credited back to mine a/c immediately but the 2nd transaction amt did not come till now, despite i made the full from another card (Below pic is attached and snapshot of mine bank statement).
        Kindly check out my debited amount towards your end.

        Never hoped or expected such a experience from a reputed international brand KFC.On 12/6/2017 i went in between 5:30 pm - 6 :00 pm to KFC outlet(SAPPHIRE FOOD PVT LTD) in Phase 3b2 Mohali, District - S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. I made payment from debit card ending with ****8367 for Rs 489/-(below are attached snaps) from where twice 489/- was deducted, deduction made first time reverted back asap(check bank statement - REVERSE POS) but the second deduction is still unknown, however the payment had to be made to take away the order and was done by other card ending with ****0586 (shown in the summary of payments made till my order).So my humble request to your manager or whatever in charge over the employees was what should i do, he bluntly in an unprofessional way said go check with your bank.Kindly address my problem and give a solution to same at the earliest please, a humble request from a genuine customer.

          Kfc india — refund of money

          I tried to give online order on 11/07/2016 (Tuseday) through my this account. Due to some problem, order was not placed but money (Rs. 387/- only) had been debited from my hdc account (Used hdfc debit card, older reference# 3651764 till date i did not get my money back as order was cancelled automatically. Please help me out from this situation and refund me my amount.

          Today I order KFC chicken at home and one of the leg piece was decayed and I'm sending the pictures of the piece and my bill

            I made a purchase at kfc, keelkattalai branch on july 9th, sunday at 11.30 am, we made the payment of rs.308 via paytm (Order id: 2913d971 / transaction id: [protected]) and the amount was debited from my paytm wallet and paytm confirmed me that the transaction was successful, but kfc kept on saying me that they have not received the amount, we paid additional rs.308 via hdfc credit card and got the items and we left home.

            We kept on calling the keelkattalai branch and none picked up the phone, when they picked up the phone, mr. Anbu and mr. Ramesh was least bothered to check the problem and they told us that they were busy and will take time, so far it is more than 3 days and anbu and ramesh showed no interest in getting the amount reversed back to our account.

            This is a pathetic and horrible service that we received, we haven't seen any such very bad service from anyone.

            Please avoid kfc and be careful.

              I have ordered KFC online but they said they don't have delivery on that regions so they cancelled the order and I lost 522 rupees.Its not yet credited in my account. I thought KFC is reputed organisation. Why you people cheating your customers. Please refund my money my order I'd 3568939.

                I have ordered 5 pc hot and crispy chicken @ 299 from crossing republik ghaziabad KFC Store
                Date : 03 jul 2017
                What they given me combination of 5 pc in which 2 pc is chicken wings
                I asked the manager why 2 pc wings in 5 pc in hot and crispy, he said we serve 2 pc wing in this bucket.

                My query is if this is a bucket @299 then what is the difference in other 15 pc wing bucket, I fely cheated

                I visited the KFC city centre sec 12 Dwarka New Delhi ..my invoice no is TI[protected]..firstly the service provided by your employee Mr Aakash was not good as he misguided us about the pieces in the box of Chk N Share and his behaviour towards us was not as good as it should be with their customer..the order took almost more than half an hour to get ready and then the packing was not good as the box was not properly covered and there were no tissues in take away bag plus no sauce packets.i request u to pls take action on this employ and give us proper information about what was wrong that as I am your regular customer and come to Ur restaurant every week and this pathetic service and food..I have never speed from any of your other branches..pls make sure that I must be get about whole information about this

                  I ordered my meal at 9:30 and didn't recieved my order after that on 1st July 2017. I even called the Kfc delivery centre in Lajpat Nagar 2 thrice and complained them about my order but no action was taken against it. I have a very bad experience from KFC Lajpat Nagar 2. I am a loyal customer of KFC and after such appaling experience I would never order further. Also my Rs 240/- were deducted for the meal I ordered and I want them to be reimbursed immediately.

                    I bought large popcorn chicken from KFC situated in InOrbit mall whitefield Bangalore. The compliant is that they regularly give less quantity than the container, it is only 3/4 of the container. I notices This after I came back from the restaurant but tried to give complaint to KFC customer care but they said they take compliant only for home deliver issues. This is not the first time, all the KFC franchises are doing this cheap selling. To me this is stealing and a high of irresponsibility and cheapness. Hope you will take action on this soon.

                      Dear sir i'm very sorry to inform that my credit card was charged rs.773 instead of a invoice of rs.733 made on date 28 june, 2017 at kfc sapprire foods india private ltd, 6&7 scindia house, cp new delhi-110001. The chk number is 2494 date: 28/6/2017, staff: 1014 (Aashish).
                      The invoice as attached shows an amount of rs.733 but my credit card was charged for rs. 773
                      I request you to look into the matter urgently and refund the excess amount of rs.40 in my credit card account otherwise i will be forced to take strict legal action in this regard. Looking forward to an early reply. There was rush and person on the counter was in a hurry.
                      I think it's human error still i want my money back.

                      The billing machine were not working and customers were not informed about it and were kept waiting for more than 15 minutes. There were 2 long queues and customers returned without even placing the order. Please pay attention to customer satisfaction. This is the 4th time am complaining about of Frazer town Kfc branch.

                        I am a regular consumer of KFC. Never faced such kind of behaviour in any outlet. Went to buy KFC bucket on 24th June 2017, at new market outlet Kolkata, and asked the employee about the 299 offer, though the adds are showing on TV, but not served, so as I asked him 2 times about that, he behaved so rudely which was not expected. The situation taken care by the in charge over there. Kindly train the employees properly to behave.
                        And whenever I order KFC from this outlet the chickens are not fried welly, so the batter coats r not crispy, its under done.

                          Myself Ginse Thomas as a regular customer of KFC Patel Nagar and Kirti Nagar delhi
                          Yesterday I bought 10 pieces of boneless strips from KFC Patel Nagar and it was a take away order and it costs me ₹ 299 + tax
                          The total amount was ₹360.
                          Please let me know the size and weight should I get for this price.
                          And pleas go through the photos which I uploaded with this complaint. I got 2-3 pieces with size of my index finger. Please take appropriate action for this.
                          I faced this problem so many times from the store. Some times I asked the staff about this too.

                            Hi, i ordered this product on 21 june 2017 at 11.33 am through swiggy from kfc 6 & 7 sciindia house cannaught palace new delhi. The product quality is in very poor quality and quantity is not as promised i. E 18, (We got 12 pcs)
                            The chckn pcs is smelling very bad and found some fungus likeit is 2-3 days old. When we contact kfc cp store mr. Ashish (Shift store manager) he refused to accept our complaint and denied his responsibility against the order despite o[censored]s giving him a proof (Order invoice and order picture). He is very rude and loud and didnt listen to us.
                            Our complaint no. With customer care : 26553 by mr. Shumendu.
                            Any person in this kfc scindia store is not cooperative with us as we spend 2 hours to deal with this matter and still nowhere.
                            Kindly do the needful and take appropriate action asap.

                              I placed an order with kfc on 31-05-17 order reference number #3393480 which was not delivered due to store denying delivery and i was told that the amount that i paid online will be refunded in 14 days, i still haven't received my money and it has been 20 days. It has been a terrible experience with first store denying delivery and store people being rude and now me still waiting for my money to be refunded. Tried contacting the call center for support with no help and my call being disconnected on more than one occasion.

                                Yesterday 17.06.2017, time 22.24 bill no.56240 / chk 3336
                                I am coming with my kid and order the items for her.in the time of billing (After i pay the cash) the billing person said that it will take 15 minutes to fulfill the order.

                                Order things:-;
                                2 piece chicken
                                1 mojito
                                1 frooti
                                I wait for 20 minutes in kfc. Then i go to counter and ask the things is ready. He said that required to wait for other 6 minutes and more. Then i ask for bill cancellation. He is not willing for cancellation.
                                If bill not able to cancel, in the time billing itself inform me the correct time. After he takes the order he inform me the time and that time also the thing is not ready.
                                After i came back i tried the number in the bill, no one picking the call.

                                Attached the bill for your reference.

                                Look into this matter and take necessary actions.

                                I ordered a delivery of food at it Patiala Punjab outlet at 10:43pm but they called me back at 10:56pm telling me that they don't have food items I was unable to order food at that time anywhere else ur staff had no courtesy to apologize aswell got no choice except to sleep hungry is this how you treat ur customer

                                    I m a regular cosumer for kfc genrally i used to home delivery and every time they give chilli sauce and tomato sauce ad now they give me only tomato sauce which i doesn't eat and when i call them they doesn't pickup the call when the pickup the call they say we dont have any person to deliver to your door step an just by that i dont eat chicken on that day and throw it away. I need a best solution for this i want that 6's again with chilli sauce without giving money because i doesn't eat that and not even me eats chicken with chilli sauce my friends relatives and many other eats chicken with chilli sauce i need best solution for it thankyou and your service is very poor now i would never suggest anykne to eat chicken from kfc by that they should eat by green chick chop it has great service.

                                    I have order online but the amount has dedicated from my paytm and order has been cancal from 5 days i am trying to reach kfc customer care i didn't get any response till now any ine can help me...what i can do now should i go to near kfc and fight with them or wait and watch...

                                      Hi team, i purchased two beverage worth in total Rs 158, and was charged extra taxes worth Rs38 which is approx 24 percnt for a vat and other cess charges. As per IT dept of india revised charges on beverages shpuld only be 6% on the total bill and the manager at th kfc inorbit mall malad west mumbai told me the systems are not updated.I need a firm answer to this otherwise i am taking this casento consumer forum and let them see. I have attached proofs.
