          I got approval for my loan and completed fhe process with e mandate on[protected], they claim the disbursement is with in minutes but my disbursement is kept on hold

          Reason asked on chat
          The reason was imps failure from the bank will be done manual neft in 24 hrs, its now approx 48 hrs still nothing has been done

          But they show in there a active loan of whose amount i have not received still in the account.

          Please look in to the matter and provide me the solution

            My loan was approved and the e mandate process was also completed. On 3/06/2023, my disbursal was kept on hold saying facing imps issue will be done manualy neft in 24 hrs, now its more than 48 hrs still not received the loan amount.

              My loan has approved but disbursement is on hold and i have tried to connect multiple times with customer care and mail them but no response.

              I didn't receive the money. Disbursement is on hold

              Emi has started but when money is not credited they why should I pay emi??

                                I had taken a loan from Kissht app in the year 2019, but at that time I am unable to pay my amount due to COVID 19 and after that my financial situation is also very bad, and now from past 4 days their collection agents and executives are continuously harrassing me and my family and threatening me that they will disclose my identity to others, and now the collection agents atr behaving like Gundas and threatening my mother and to my family, please save us

                                    I'll Applyi g loan of 12000 from Kissht App on 9th May 2023. Loan Disbursement Initiated but Amount Not Credited my account. I raise a complaint 3 times but still they are saying amount credited within 3 days or 72 hours. But still not credited. Otherwise I'm going to give complaint on Cyber Crime Police

                                        I am writing to inform you that I mistakenly withdrew an amount from Kissht [Muniraju Mahesh-[protected]], but have already repaid the same amount to you immediately. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

                                        And I am not ready to pay the Processing fee and GST for the mistakenly withdrawn amount.

                                        The details of the transaction are as follows:

                                        The repayment was made using

                                        Phonepe-12/03/2023-09.28 PM-Payment ID-PAYM[protected]WC6N

                                        Phonepe-12/03/2023-09.31 PM-Payment ID-PAYM[protected]X9K3
                                        and the funds have been credited back to your account.
                                        Please help me with this because I mistakenly withdrew an amount from Kissht
                                        I can't pay the Processing fee and GST for the amount I have not used.
                                        Please check my transaction record. I have repaid the amount immediately which I have mistakenly withdrawn amount.
                                        I don't know why you people take 24 hrs to connect a call. Even if you call after I share the problem, you people put me on hold for minutes saying that we will connect to the senior manager and make me wait and still my problem is not solved. Mail communication is also very poor.
