I had tried to place order for mobile on 20.08.14 but while placing the order below mentioned error occurred: (An error occurred in the process of payment Order #[protected] Sorry, your payment did not go through successfully. You may try alternative payment mode and complete the purchase. In case the problems persists please contact us at [protected]@royalimages.co.in or call us at[protected] Click here to continue shopping.) Due to error I had purchased product from somewhere else and then I received message and mail for the confirmation of the order next day. Now I do not require this product but they are not cancelling my order and have charged my credit card too. Moreover i have not received the product till date i, e 28.08.14. I have sent several mails to them but have not received any confirmation from the company. I have called at their toll free number as well but have not received any satisfactory response from them.

      Every couple of days recev sms out of stock wil be delivered within 10 days
      That means if you calculate 5 sms it will take maximum 50 days to complete the order

        Hi, Greeting My Product Number PM969-BF07 For Lenovo Idea Tab A3000 3G Calling Tablet Request Given On -7/17/2014 and From Your side it's showing Pending status :-Waiting For Stock And As Per My Friend has been order for the same Tab and he has got the call from your end and my friend number is [protected] and got the information from your executive that the stock are avaliable and can delever the product in 12days my friend is holding the HDFC credit care So why for me Your Unable Dispatch the Product and i have got the information from your executive that from bajaj the process is the long process due to which i am not getting the product and i have confirmed from bajaj also that the bajaj finser team says that the amt has already been process on 21/07/2014 and from yours side also yours sending the automaited mail saying that the product is not avaliable and if i wish i cancelled the product request but i don't want to cancelled the request please tell me what's going on if cancel the i will recived back the amt in 15 to 20days as per RBI Rules but for taking the Amt you have got in 2days so i requierd the product any how so please send me the product... And i have been notice that the other websites like Flipkart, Amazon, SanpDeal etc are able to provied the product but from your side why the product is not able to get and if your not able to provied a Mobile Product so how you will be able to provied the other product to other customer and how can i think to buy a product from you websites as i am holding a credit card of HDFC and ICICI and each month i am reciving the bill with your pamplate your a such bill company dealing with bank but not able to provied a small product that is a TAB so please check to it and provied the product as soon as possible

          I ordered online through onemi.in for mosquito repellant on 31.july.2014. The order no.is[protected] for a value of Rs.1300. The product is not yet delivered, also they do not reply on emails. When call is made to their call centre no proper reply is given and the call is disconnected. Kindly take strong action against the party and refund my money with compensation of Rs.5000

            I have ordered a casio gshock watch last month.. Its been 20 days till now i havnt recieved the watch.. Everytime i call the Customer support of onemi, first of all no one will recieve your call.. Only place a new order call will be picked.. N when i asked these people about the watch.. They always say it will take 10 days more.. Till now i havnt recieved the watch. N the same watch i ordered from watchkart, i got the watch within 2 days..i am approaching the consumer court, or to cyber fraud, for the complaint .. I request everyone not to buy anything from these people or from this website.. N can ordered anything from anyother website ...

                I had purchased a home theatre from onemi shopping site with 6 months emi scheme.The product was delivered to me on 13/05/2014.But i was disappointed when i got the credi card bill from the bank.In the bank statement it was show the full vale of the product in place of monthly emi value.I had informed the issue to the onemi customer care.But till now i had not get any solution from them.

                Kindly help me out this problem.
                ONEMI is a fraud company they dont ship the product on time, Do all this types of Fraud
                You have a right to file a 420 case as per the indian law.
                Contact a lawyer and send notice to them and ask for compensation.

                  Onemi.in is a shopping site which give item on instalment but this site is fully scamming site which take money and no question for refund if item is cancelled.. This prolem happens on me.. I had bought a mobile on 21th Feruary 2014 with My credit card with Instalment by paying money through Credit card but i cancelled my item on that on same day.After that i called them for refund and they said that i will get refund within 7 to 21 days.After 21 days i will not get refund and again i called them, and they said again for wait till my credi card illing date means every month 9th..After getting billing statement also i will nt get refund and already March month gone and reached on Aprill 9th..After that again i called them and they said for wait again for next month billing statement.I wait for next month bcuz i have no choice, also i will not get refund on May 9th onward. After That i called them again and he said me that refund is completed but i will not get yet refund on my credit card..Due to repeatly call, they told me lie that refund is complete which is nothing refund on my credit card.. After that i called them again and one member said me for send details with my month billing statement to mail adress[[protected]@onemi.in] and i mailed my billing statement but i will not get any reply from that adress within 3 days..after 3 days i called them and he said again that our service is on maintance so you will get reply after 7 days, and i waited 7 days also more days but no reply not any refund...After that i called them again and one memebr said me that wait for 30 minute for reply through mail..and wait 30 minute ut no reply and already 1 days gone and no reply from their customer care... Due to my emergency, i closed my credit card account and gave them 6 month EMI full by converting to one amount bcuz i know that i will not get refund.. ... So Dont uy anythin from that site..If you will cancel or return or damage item then you will nt get refund means that site will not give refund... ...                   wrong model delivered

                  We have ordered no.629817 nova sandwich maker model NSG 2438 worth Rs. 1, 918/- and the same no mentioned in tax invoice description. But I received model no NSM2411 worth Rs. 600/- inside the box after so much delay of one month one week.

                      sir my self booked a product item code-H740-HD04 on 11th march 2014, by phone and not given me any order number but my mobile number is registered, that is [protected].. I also reminded several times .But till date instead of receive the product, the merchant taken the money from hdfc credit card on14.3.2014 .again the product was on 12 emi basis.but the total amount rupees 15000 is charged to me .hence i request you to kindly send me the product and rectify the payment system to 12 emi.THANKING YOU

                        I had order online Datawind Tablet UbiSlate 7CZ, I received my courier on 3rd march and when I opened the box I came into notice that their were some damages on Tablet. I called on customer care on 4th march and logged complaint about the same & my complaint ID is SR00030405, but their was no appropriate respose from them.As they told me to get Token no from Datawind.I took a token no. from them i.e.Token Number :- 0307MH16933.And even after giving them token no they told me to call on [protected] which is General Query & Sales Enquiry Department and said they will assist you.After talking with them they told me to submit TABLET in service centre.After submitting to service centre their is no respone from them since 22 days.And every time i call they told me to hold for 7 days.

                        This is the most the pathetic experience of online shopping I had. Trust me this is the first and last time I am doing a transaction with OnEmi. I ordered a back pack with a pair of shoes of Puma. Consistently I am receiving an sms and email from customer support for past 1 month that due to some unavoidable circumstances there is a further delay. You guys dont have this much professionalism that if somebody calls at your so called customer care center at[protected] then somebody should pick the call and tell the reason. I can understand that there is a delay due to some reason but the frustating part is that nobody the pick the call. I am trying to reach you for past 1 month but no one ans. I have already raised this issue with ICICI Bank through which I have done this transaction. They suggested me to drag OnEmi to consumer court and also promised me to take necessary steps against you people since this is a case of diminishing their brand value. They confronted me that they are receiving regular complaints for OnEmi and they are happy to discontinue their relations with OnEmi.
