I have see an advertisement of on facebook i went to the site. The products were at discounted price. I read the reviews they were quite good as well. So 3 toys for 7.75 dollars including shipping and delivery whereas 150.71 dollars deducted from my master card and 14 additional items appeard on my order! I tried to contact the customer care, but no use, the page is not displaying. Not received item yet. I wonder how could I get my money back?

Get ahold of your credit card company they will give u back your money if they know for sure, just show them the bad reviews tube has a scam alert on their site...the cc company will get ahold of the sellers, and they will reverse the charges for you ...I hope this helps

jai eu la même chose aussi une commande de 26.05 et ils ont ajouté beaucoup d'articles le montant prélevé sur ma carte de crédit e été de 141, 42 j'ai fourni ma mastercard toutes les preuves de mail de je leur avais envoyées et ceux quils menvoyaient cest sans aucun doute une machine qui envoie toujours les mêmes mails jai aussi envoyée la facture de ma commande que javais fait et ensuite imprimée la commande que eux avais décidé que jaurais jai aussi imprimées toutes les plaintes déposées contre eux et j'ai envoyé tout ca a mastercard avant je les ai appelés et ils m'ont envoyé un formulaires de réclamations pour fraude j'ai recu ma lettre vendredi dernier et mastercard me dit quILs m'ont crédité le montant de 141.42 jétais bien heureuse jespere que cela vous aidera
Happened to me in November. The site isn't working now. Had to go through my bank for a fraud dispute. Really sucks. 2 months later, still nothing. I've learned, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is. Sad. Makes you really lose faith in humanity.
Horrible, it happened in NOV, they keep emailing me the following. Thank you for contacting us. We are so sorry that the supplier made a mistake and shipped more than the ones you ordered (You can check your order status by clicking “my order” page). Please contact me when you received the order and if you can accepted these extra products we would refund the difference, if not we would pay the shipping cost to let you return the extra products. Several emails that the site isn't working & all I get is the same answer. Can't believe this, hope my banks still accepts & lets me open a dispute. I gave them a heads up as soon as it happened but since they were answering I figured I can solve it but big mistake!
