I have taken appointment of Dr Mandar Nadkarni on 23 ed Sep 2020 at 11 am for my spouse for breast cancer treatment
We reached hospital at 9.45 am, security guided us to go to pharmacy shop for registration, we went there stood in que for half an hour then the clerk had told us to go to 1 st floor for registration, when I asked the said clerk at the time of collecting registration form he did not guided us properly, due to security misguildance and the said clerk behaviour we were waisted our time
It is better to instruct security and clerks of pharmacy section to provide proper guidance
Otherwise provide help desk at entrance to guide new patient, otherwise arrange to display boards for new patient

    Date of discharge: 16/9/2020
    I got my mother poonam binyani early morning around 3am in state of acute breathlessness - directly to emergency section of the hospital. She was taken inside and provided immediate medication and oxygen. There were 2 nurses who removed the 5 ring fingers from my mother's hand - both nurses asked my mother while putting in plastic container that there are 5 rings and my mother confirmed to them about the 5 rings.
    I think within an hour or so of admission, one nurse came out and handed over my mother's clother, slippers and 4 finger rings. I thought there would be 4 rings and signed the log book. It is confirmed by your team that the log book has a record of 4 rings on which i have signed. As per law the patient valuables should be removed in front of the patient's relative. This is gross violation.
    Yesterday 17th september, we were busy settling my mother at home and today 18th september when she asked for the finger rings we realised that there is one missing.
    This is a criminal issue and i would look to lodge a police complaint. Also would look to involve senior officials of your hospital. I have been told by your appointment desk person omkar (Whom i connected now via your customer care number) to visit the security desk to lodge a formal complaint. I look for a response by tomorrow morning 19th september.
    I would look for your team to return the finger ring or reimburse the cost of the ring

        My brother was in icu post his left lower lobectomy under dr rajesh mistry, admitted on 5/7/20.

        He contracted covid 19 in the icu and thus was shifted to covid icu yesterday.

        I need to know what is happening; haven't heard from anybody at the hospital as since yesterday 15/7/2020.

        Your customer care tells me that the doctor will call but to no avail.

        I need immediate resolution on it.

          I have been to multiple big hospitals but i have never seen such pathetic behavior from a doctor. We went to meet doctor mohit bhatt on appointment taken date and time but the doctor was so adamant and arrogant that he did not even listen to the patient or anyone related to them and in 30 seconds he said that the consultation is over you continue with the same medicine prescribed if he is so much afraid of covid then why is he taking appointment. These doctors are full time chor they are just using this covid situation to fill their pockets.3000 rupees looted in 30 seconds they are worst then beggars

            This is a complaint about not refunding retention meny by the hospital

            I was admitted for surgery by sanjay pande o[censored]rology and was operated on 6th march 2010 and i was in the hospital as in patient ti;ll 9th march 2010
            I was discharged on 9th. After i was made tos ettle all the bills.
            While discharge the hospital ket 5% of the bill as retention despite paying total bill,

            09-march-2020 discharge
            I was covered under senior citizen redcarpet policy of starhealth, i had applied for cashless claim well in advance and the insurance company paid the eligible amount before discharge and i paid in cash balance amount
            Bill settled by star health and cash payment by patient

            Cash paid 59500/-
            5% security deposit 6717.95
            And cost of 8 bottles of ivf irrigation fluid 396x 8=3168

            Could not visit due to lock down

            I was admitted for surgery by sanjay pande for followup surgery on prostate
            MY patient id kh[protected]

            The date of admission was 05 march 2020-admission date
            09-march-2020 discharge.

            on discharge i settled the bill for balance payment after filing cashless claim with starthealth insurance

            The claim was passed partially and the balance was paid in cash by me .

            The hospital retained 5% despite the totals ettlement as security amount
            This was to be refunded in reasonable time nut tilld ate the hospital has neither paid not communicated

            The same is the case with return of medicines before discharge.
            The amount of 6717 and 3168 /- is pending for repayment
            please lookinto it asap

            i am 72 years and cant move out due to lockdown in my area
            Bill settled by star health and cash payment by patient

            cash paid 59500/-
            5% security deposit 6717.95
            and cost of 8 bottles of ivf irrigation fluid 396.00 X 8=3168

              Dear sir,
              I wish to clarify the delay in settling the cashless bill from star health insurance. I was to be discharged on 21.03.2020 after my breast oncology operation. I was kept waiting for almost 8 hrs, till closing time i. E 8 pm, as star health was waiting for their query reply which you had delayed in replying. Since janta curfew was to begin at midnight on 21.03.2020, i had no option but to pay the entire bill of rs 2, 61, 378.80. I am in deep financial crisis and highly inconvenienced due to this. Please clarify from your end what was the reason for the delay? I am further facing delay in getting my reimbursement from star health due to the ongoing lockdown due to the corona virus. Please note, i would have got my reimbursement had you to act on time.

                The hospital might be good in treatment but on humanity ground its zero even negative.

                Being pregnant i had to wait for 1 hour at the gate and after so much requesting to the guards who is also female, they don't allow to step in and sit.

                Feel childish of dreaming to give birth to my baby in this hospital.

                Thanks for bring so emotion less in the great india. Which is known for bring emotional.

                Shall never refer anyone to go to kokilaben hospital now.

                  At the very emergency very rude docs who failed to understand the case n traumatised us for coronavirus
                  It took them more than four hour to admit the patient 81 years
                  The patient being in icu pls note the pillow cover all holed showed it to one of the docs who was there to make his noting, i will ask them to change,
                  Forget change it is still the same photo attached
                  The nurses attending were all new fresh not knowing anything in practical only theory
                  The have butchered the patient's hands photo attached
                  It looks like the nurses are here on a training session
                  They didn't even know where the ct scan was n how to get back to the respective floor because they didn't have the intercom numbers to call the lift
                  It was the doc who had accompanied who called someone to send the lift
                  The dietician comes on the fourth day to check the diet of the patient asking for allergy, jain any restrictions?? Surprising after so many meals given
                  Don't think u should be charging the patient for this service
                  Worst is the breathing gadget just dumped on the patient without understanding it's required or not
                  The blood colts piercing all over the hands absolutely inhuman treatment by your staff
                  This needs to be looked into very seriously for further action

                    Very bad security system. Seems to be good and tight but practically not compatible for hospital. Today i faced quite foolish security order. One of my friend was admitted yesterday and i along with other necessary colleague had done up and down multiple time from 5 th to ground floor as per requirement but there was no problem and today i wanted to go to meet my friend's brother for emergency requirement at 5th floor but some super genius intelligent fool security officer resisted me to do so. I think the security team don't know what rules they are following and what other foolish rules they will have to follow and in return they will compel other to do so. Quite disappointing. Management should avoid this kind of meaningless efforts.

                      This is to inform that at kokilaben ambani hospital staff service is very very poor, they are good in giving back answers if any new patients once admitted they don't know about hospitals rules and regualtions, they should explain i had a very bad experience while at discharge time, mine was under insurance cashless claim due to that they things which they have not included in my billing that is underpad which cost rs. 1080/-. It's ok but while returning they are not ready to take, even there nurses didn't informed anything about that, no response from doctors side.

                        On behalf of chabbi barui, a patient of kakilaben dhirubhai hospital is goes through a mild pain and she is under dr yogesh kulkarni.
                        She ask about his problem and said to doctor to reduce his pain.
                        But the doctors reply was totally shocked me.
                        He said that not to talk and he does not listen to patient intested to treat her.
                        If anything will happen i will see you mr kulkarni, and my brother was a md radiologist, don't forget...

                          My husband met with an accident on 21st jan. Mid night 2, i reached to kokilaben hoping for best, the emergency department was well managed.. And informed everything. Admission has done on the same day.. Consulting plastic surgeon dr. Quazi ahamad who has to come on urgent basis he came by 11o clock in mng.. They left him untreat till evening.. By 6clock on 22nd they took him to ot.
                          Dr. Ahemad quazi explained me that it may take 2 to 3 surgery,
                          Firstly he will stitch the muscle clean the area.
                          Second, he will do skin grafting.. After that third may require to clean and cut off the extra thing..
                          We accepted everything what he told us to do.. We did.. With doubting on him..
                          Discharged after 10 days of admission..
                          On last day of discharge he said.. Now the wound will nothing to worry as such, u can do dressing evey 3rd day, and you can come to show me once a week..
                          We thought everything got finished..
                          But after a week when we came to show him..
                          He said wound is not heeling.. There lots of muscle loss u should do the mri let me c the report.. Consult the orthopedic
                          Will take his opinion. We should go with flap surgery now..
                          Is this the way of treating..
                          First u do the surgery that to after 15 hours of admission.. Leave him like that upto 20 days..
                          After all of sudden ur knowledge pops out.. And asks for mri. And ct scan.. X ray. And lastly flap surgery.
                          Now we again admitted in hospital on 14th feb..
                          On 15they did flap surgery he suffered lot with pain and bleeding after surgery.. My husband called him to see as pain is worsening. He did again bandage and suggested not to move his leg.. I mean after loosing something only he will get alert with his work..
                          And one more thing.. Who gonna pay the expenses which is done on first suregery and now..
                          Or which surgery is the ryt one
                          The doctor is negligence at his work.. I never expected this will happen..

                            Dr falguni parekh is the worst doctor when it comes to manners in talking to a patient.
                            Her treatment and way of speaking has been horribly bad.

                            She has a loud voice and she very well uses it for yelling at patience without even knowing the queries of a patient.

                            Instead of stating the reason for stopping a particular medicine.
                            She just said "she knows what she is doing and she is not a fool sitting there with a md degree for more than 25 yrs".

                              We like to highlight challenge faced while processing documentation for tpa at kokilaben hospital, which has led me to write such email on said subject.

                              We had done submission for pre-authorized approval on 27th dec 2019, at 3:00pm and received approval by 6:10 pm from medi-assist, same day. On 2nd jan my wife mrs. Raji nair had chemotherapy treatment at kokilaben hospital day care and we got discharge summary at 5:30 pm and we had submitted to tpa team at 6:00 pm (Refer attached screen shot of sms received to me at 5:56 pm)

                              Simultaneously, i was following up with my insurance company to approve the request which was supposed to receive from kokilaben hospital, refer attached email for reference. I had even spoken with tpa team and they confirmed that email had been sent to medi - assist at 6:30 pm. So, i waited half an hour for approval and checked with insurance company for which they confirmed that no email was received from kokiliaben for above patient.

                              I had request kokilaben tpa staff to share the email with me so i can support them with approval, which they were not able to support, since no such email was sent to insurance company by kokilben tpa staff and staff was just misleading with the information. Post argument they send another email to medi-assist team with incorrect claim id as[protected], instead of 99933154 which totally blunder done by the staff and even they are not able to read and write the number properly in email, post 8:30 pm tpa staff informed me that due to insurance company communication gap they will not able to support and i have to pay the charges in cash/card for which i was stunned to hear such service lap from kokilaben hospital staff.

                              I am unable to understand my mistaken/gap due to which such scenario was arise and i have to run to arrange money for discharge (“tpa staff showed me whole bunch of stars running around my head”) i am also sure that such incident will occur in near future, since tpa staff will remain the same with same work attitude and other patient/again me will impact with “sloppy work”.

                              I am attaching the complete detail for your reference and do correct me if my understand is incorrect and support me to avoid such incident in near future for other patients

                              Looking forward for communication for said subject and hope we will get the required service which we are paid for it / clear my expectation.

                                My aunty's cancer treatment is going on in your respective hospital since 2 yrs.
                                I have a complaint regarding shortage of staff in hospital.
                                Also sometimes there are no wheel chairs available.
                                Now we are waiting since 2hrs for injection as no nurse is available.
                                Service is very very weak as per hospital standards.
                                Requesting you to look for the above.

And after all documents submit to TPA section they are proceed the paper after follow up, almost 3 hrs late. I had paid 110000/- in hospital account for treatment.                                   I am still awaiting the refund for the operation conducted more than 4 months back and have not got any update on this. I have been calling the customer helpline every week for this and have repeatedly been told that there is no revert back by the refund department on the query raised. As per policy we should be getting a refund processed within 2 months. It was supposed to be directly credited to my account after i filled the form during discharge.
                                  Please remediate at the earliest.

                                    I was admitted in kdh on 24 april 2019 and got discharged on 28 april 2019. The patient id was kh[protected]. I was told that within 2 month i will get the refund of my excess security deposit. The refund amount was rs 23751/- (Twenty three thousand seven hundred and fifty one rupees only).

                                    We are now completing 4 months but the refund hasn’t been provided. Kindly look into this matter and provided the said refund amount directly in my account asap.

                                      I found that payment department will not giving proper suggestions.
                                      There treat like us to sale their product not giving proper suggestion to minimize our huge amount bill to minimize.
                                      My wifre initially admitted in twin share after that she admitted in icu and they charging us high charges after i told them i am not able to bear this high charges i want to degrade my plan.
                                      But they are saying it is not possible but my friend working over their tell me it is possible.
                                      But at last i accepted what what they told me because at that time my patient is important for me.
                                      Secondly till date i am not received refund amount more tha 2.5 month.
                                      Which should be courier with in 45 days.
