Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I would like to inform you that I'm an existing client in Kolors. My treatment is for hair and laser. I started doing the payment in the month of April 2021. Due to COVID situation I couldn't visit and take the treatment. My treatment booking process and all is done at the kothapet branch.
I wanted to transfer my file to the Miyapur branch and continue the sessions regularly. So, last week (13th'November) I visited the Miyapur branch and got my file transferred to Miyapur.
After the doctor's analysis on my hair at Miyapur branch, Doctor said that, PRP treatment doesn't work for my hair and in place of that we can try with steroids which is already discussed in the counselling with the kothapet branch team, VijayaLaxmi (Manager), Sravanthi (Counsellor).
I wanted to start my treatment immediately, So I visited there on 14th November and asked them to start the treatment, but the branch manager named "Sarala" asked me to wait for a day to get clarity from the kothapet branch team. Sarala said that she'll call back, but I didn't get any call and no proper response from her when I made a call.
Till now, there is no proper response from them. I don't understand what the problem is when the payment is done and I wanted to start the treatment. I don't understand why it's taking so long just to get clarity from the kothapet branch.
When I make a call they are not even connecting to the manager. Please take a serious action on them.
There is no proper response from them and more than half of the payment is done from my end and took no treatment. I don't exactly understand why these people are very irresponsible, there is no action from them at all. It's really getting very difficult to reach the concerned employees.
If this is how it is, then I would like to cancel my treatment and I want the whole amount to be refunded.
Please take action on a few people, there's no proper information and response from them.
