No weight Loss

I am ramya and I have joined kolors 3 month back and paid 53000/- (13500 via bajaj and sai roshini emi and Rs.39500/- as down payment) . The total amount to be paid is Rs.107500/-.Therefore, yet to pay Rs.54500/-I would like to discontinue this treatment as I didn't see any progress in my weight loss journey.     Client name:R.Malathy Ramachandran

    This is with regard to my mother Mrs.Malathy who approached your company for the slimming treatment package at Annanagar Centre on 30th April 2021. The initial consultation was given by the centre manager Mrs.Geetha and therapist Ms.Telsa. Pertaining to the mentioned treatment the client was requested to take a trial session and the centre manager insisted to make the payment of INR 60, 000.

    My mother took the trial session the very next day.She was happy with the trial session but was disappointed with the unhygienic condition of the centre which she suffered severe urinal infection for 10 days.Due to which we have approached the centre to inform about her condition and requested them to reimburse the money paid towards the slimming package as she has not even attended a single session.

    We have made the payment on 30/04/2021 via credit card and the same was converted to EMI.The centre manager promised that it will be 0% emi calculations, but my emi was charged with interest. As per the conversation had with the centre manager during the payment paid she has promised that the entire amount will be reimbursed if the client is not satisfied with the treatment. After continuous follow ups also the centre have not processed our request so far.

    So I would kindly request the management to settle the payment made towards the package and do the needful at the earliest as it was kept dragging for about 7 months.

      I have took a finance from easy finance from kolors for profilio treatment eyebrows blading treatment and lip blushing.. they have not giving the treatment in time and not informing about the appointment. I have called them many times but no doctors available. I'm doing theses treatments for my wedding purpose and this is my wedding time still they are not giving and appointment for me. It's a very loss of money and no proper results. Very very bad. They forces for money and after we paid no response. I don't want to continue my finance I want to stop my treatment. I want to cancel the finance. This is such a bad thing ever happened.. I Don't TRUST KOLORS any more

            I joined Gachibowli colours for skin tightening when I walked in for treatment the person who consulted spoke to very nicely and asked me to pay 75000 and she told you will require 35 sessions but now I have got 11 sessions done and there is not even 1 percent of result and I when I asked for results they are not even responding I spoke to Santosh reddy who’s name is mentioned on boards there I heard he is manager there however I called him 50 times and texting him on WhatsApp as well with proofs I have no trust on colours I have paid 75000 and that’s not a small amount I NEED MY REFUND IN THIS WEEK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU CANT TREAT AND GIVE RESULTS YOU HAVE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT AND THE STAFF ID WORST NOT Even 5 percent customer centric don’t know how to speak to customer I have also been working on companies from past 7 years now however I haven’t spoke to any of my customer this, no worries I just NEED MY REFUND NOW THATS IT my contact number [protected]

              I joined kolors in June month and I paid 30k...iam working women I already told that I can't come daily I will come to treatment in Sunday's...they said okay and told that I will have 30 sessions so that I paid amount...now they are telling that ur treatment period is over...ur treatment is 180days..those 180 days completed...I went only 9-10 sessions...I didn't lose 1/2 kg also in those 9-10 sessions...I want my money back

                We have been given Fake Promises from Kolors employees regarding 100% Refund, and Nothing is given in write ups. We trusted them because we wanted results. I have joined my brother for treatment, but not given any good results. In one sitting, they collected Rs.80500/- and now not responding to me calls nor my messages. They keep forcing for continue the treatment, which we are not at all interested. Because of high temperature in the treatment, my brother even got burns on his back. They are least bothered about our concerns, they just meant to make sales not to give good services. No followups are done from them. They keep pestering us to continue their service. Only verbal promises and nothing in write ups.

                No information was given to us about refund policies.
                Completely trying to make money.
                People should not trust all this, it will never work.

                Please try to sort this and help us to get refund.

                  I have paid 55k for weightloss in kolors 2yrs back, due to my night shift work i couldnt take proper time but i was in touch with the karkhana kolors team during this 2yrs of time. Even last 2months back they called and asked when i would be joining, but now they say i have to pay renewal which i agreed for to it as well, the major concern is they are making this like a school scene where they are asking me to come attend a secret room manager meeting who is not ready to speak on phone, and insisting me to come and meet her, where i was asking them to complete everything on phone and i can start the session directly, they started to speak differently like no you have to come to the manager and meet speak then only we cab finalize whether you can have a session or not, this response was ridiculous. there is lack of clarity in the process set up in these kind of scenarios, i need a support as there is no escalation matrix im complaining here.

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                    I would like to inform you that I'm an existing client in Kolors. My treatment is for hair and laser. I started doing the payment in the month of April 2021. Due to COVID situation I couldn't visit and take the treatment. My treatment booking process and all is done at the kothapet branch.
                    I wanted to transfer my file to the Miyapur branch and continue the sessions regularly. So, last week (13th'November) I visited the Miyapur branch and got my file transferred to Miyapur.
                    After the doctor's analysis on my hair at Miyapur branch, Doctor said that, PRP treatment doesn't work for my hair and in place of that we can try with steroids which is already discussed in the counselling with the kothapet branch team, VijayaLaxmi (Manager), Sravanthi (Counsellor).
                    I wanted to start my treatment immediately, So I visited there on 14th November and asked them to start the treatment, but the branch manager named "Sarala" asked me to wait for a day to get clarity from the kothapet branch team. Sarala said that she'll call back, but I didn't get any call and no proper response from her when I made a call.
                    Till now, there is no proper response from them. I don't understand what the problem is when the payment is done and I wanted to start the treatment. I don't understand why it's taking so long just to get clarity from the kothapet branch.
                    When I make a call they are not even connecting to the manager. Please take a serious action on them.
                    There is no proper response from them and more than half of the payment is done from my end and took no treatment. I don't exactly understand why these people are very irresponsible, there is no action from them at all. It's really getting very difficult to reach the concerned employees.
                    If this is how it is, then I would like to cancel my treatment and I want the whole amount to be refunded.
                    Please take action on a few people, there's no proper information and response from them.

                          I joined kolors 2 months back.I asked for a trail session for wt loss..but they told trail is possible after taking a package..inch loss..wt loss..bla bla and made me pay 50k..there is no result and no staff..they use dummy physio machines..refund my money back..its waste of moneyy...

                            I have joined Kolors for weight loss treatment on Dec 2020, Started EMIs on Feb-2021, due to covid restrictions the treatment started later after 3-4months, there is no results for me from the treatment and they have not provided a good service and forced to pay extra money for the treatment. I have paid the amount of Rs 12000 through EMIs and still i am paying without any use of the treatment. i have been asking for Refund or return what i have paid or stop the EMI's but there is no response from thier side.

                                Your not treating your staff as they want to be treated show some compassion and have concern bout your staff .Your corporate clinic is not an emergency dept. and tat doesn’t need 24/7 service stop treating your staff as machine pressuring them to work without a break.
