I Am Sushmita.As per d package taken .I paid 1lakh .after taking so many treatments in hubli .no proper results... N i have been wasting hell of money... N more over i travel long d way 3 hrs n cum fuh d scessions... Its been year n reduced veri lill.. worst experience .I want my money back .

Iam leela satyavathi I had taken my treatment in kolors for weight loss that is cool Cryo at Visakhapatnam branch. But I didn't get any results about my weight loss it's already 4 months completed here I have paid 1, 30, 000 for the cool Cryo treatment this is a very huge amount iam facing so many problems with my family and my husband about this money. I am following my diet and doing exercises also but there is no result. So please kindly give my money as refund it's my request to kolors.

I had taken my treatment for weight loss that is cool Cryo in Visakhapatnam branch I paid total 1, 30000 for my treatment but no use its already 4 months completed but still result is not there total I wasted my money am facing so many problems with my husband's due to this treatment because there is no result you had given that much amount like this my family members are scolding me. Iam following my diet also and doing some exercises also but no result. This is totally unfair this amount is very huge to me. So I want my money back as refund. So please kindly go through my problem and please give my refund.

Yes, iam the coustomer that i went to Vizianagaram branch, i said my problem nd shown to them, then they use to hurting me, that pointing out my problem, so i literally felt very bad vth them, they also told that, that no one should going to marry u vth this problem, how ur still living ?
By their words i felt depressed nd emotionally sad Vibes that i experienced, by visiting the kolors branch in Vizianagaram
So i suggest not 🚫 to go to kolors branch
Its better to Be stay happy in our home

Dear Sir/madam

I have joined kolors at Kolors Health Care India Pvt. Ltd.BLOCK NO 32D, NEW NO.42, OLD NO.B-126, KARTHIKEYAN SALAI, PERIYAR NAGAR, CHENNAI, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600082 on 22.01.2020 for weight loss treatment. I paid Rs. 38000/-. While joining the consultant Nancy spoke me very well. She followed me regularly for payment and joined me in Kolors. Once I joined in kolors, she never picked my calls and answered me properly. If I asked for any doubts she didnot attend my calls. I used to take treatment on sundays because I am working which I committed while joining. I have taken treatment for 5 -6 sittings only. After that covid- 19 lock down started. Still the company not yet opened for treatment. They promised to reduce to 30 kgs during 6 months time. still didnot reduce even 1 kg. The consultant cheated me by giving false information because of her benefits. I am facing problems at my home because of this. Now I need refund of my amount. because she didnt attend my calls and not given any answer. So I need to compliant here, so that I can get my money back. I hope you can provide me justice and refund my amount back as soon as possible.

Because of their carelessness I got wound and no proper information given for their treatment, I have not lost weight but gained weight .

I had opt for weightloss treatment. Paid 60K rupees for 60 sessions. I.e. each sessions 1K rupees. I have gone through 40 sessions maximum weight reduced is only 5 Kg. So I decided not to continue. Could you please refund for remaining sessions amount.

I have visisted Kolors kundalahalli branch for enquiring about laser hair removal treatment.

They told we get 60 percent off only today and made us to pay the entire amount for the package. Since we didnt have that much cash in hand i paid 7000 rs.
Later i was not able to arrange the money and asked for refund. They denied it and when asked about it they told its written in the bill. The bill was generated only after the payment was made. Till the time we made the payment no one mentioned about it.

Not even a single session has been taken and our hard earned money is gone.

They charge 2.9L for weightloss and beauty treatments but all those are useless. I'm unable to pay EMI's . I want my money as refund.

I have had the worse customer experience ever with the dictation and manager at kolors kalayan nagar Bangalore

I want this addressed or I will post it all over social media and recommend never using kolora

To the kolors,
i have joined to kolors on Feb 5th for post pregnancy belly fat reduction. On the first day (Feb 5th) Rizwana explained about the treatment and their result details after analysing my body. Rizwana clearly said that if we take this treatment the belly fat will go away the stomach will become like before pregnancy she suggested 10sittings from 4th sitting at can see the differences but i have been informing them that I didn't see any changes on my belly the management also changing the treatment but there is no result at all. They suggested 10 sittings, it may extend hardly 2 or 3 but I took 20 sittings still there is no result at all.
Hence there is no change in my belly fat i am requesting you to refund my money.
Lastly they modified the treatment but because of that i had a very severe stomach ache for 10 to 15 days after the treatment. My hometown is not anantapur my village is 40kms away from anantapur As per my inputs the Anantapur kolors staff people are give more sittings but no results, i will not be available to continue further and i have made sure to let Rizwana know that I couldn't be available after May 20th 2022, she promised that she will completely get rid of my belly fat with that treatment. I am utterly disappointed with my experience in kolors.

I have joined Kolors for a Weight reduction programme . i have some personal commitments /health issues .i informed them in prior that i will call and come for treatment once i am available . i called them when i am available .They are not responding to my calls . fraud treatment center.just like that looted amount from me

I hav ejoined for kolors weight loass treatment last week. Now for some reasons I will not be able to attend sessions and I want to cancel my EMI

Had joined for treatment in 2019..due to covid..i didnt attend many sessions and now for transfer to a different branch within city they are asking for 5000rs which i find totally unacceptable...none told me of this whem i joined..

Your administration in Srinagar Colony Kolors branch Hyderabad is terrible and can’t describe in words. The ladies are sitting for not giving services and Roopa Naidu is terrific lady. She doesn’t remember whatever she had committed to customer. She speak ruthless, rude, not making sense kind of statements.

I joined kolors buy paying 1, 50, 000 in total but the service was not to the promised level they stopped my service and the given services was also not proper when i tried to reach my councellor and general manager no one is responding, in kOlors therapist is asking for money to giv therapy and the doctor in kolors is asking to come personally and get treatment . worst administration im very much disappointed i needed refund

My mother is 63 years old with lot of health issues. Doctors are strongly advised to not go for any weight loss or gim workouts. Because that will accelerate stomach pain and fatty liver issues.so I shared medical certificate, scan results and medical issues related files with jolors management coimbatore Lakshmi mills branch. They agreed to refund the amount . But there is no timeline for the settlement. I have been going and checking the status for more than a month. But no results from them. What is the next step to proceed further. I am going to start treatment t with the refund amount. Do the needful.
