Hi I'm dipti I joined kolors in I started for weight losing I payed 650000 and also loan for one lakh I want to stop my sessions because i am a student my money given by my mother ..but now my mother condition is very serious so i cant paying money so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank still there is no response from any one still no one get back to me not solved my problem

    It's been 2 months I've joined kolors I've paid 2 lacks for Cryo treatment.. they promised be by 20kgs there is not even the loss of 1 kg... Am Following my diet as by there suggestions..and a physical activity for 1 hr... Gimme a proper solution or else refund my money back

      Hi I have joined kolors uppal, I want my money to be refunded orelse reused for other treatment, I have chosen kolors to treatment my unwanted hair for full face the amount was 80k my frst day of jioning one of staff explained about treated areas I was questioning her regarding treated areas she told face and neck and stared treatment for the frst day I got acne aroundy neck and I have infoed them they told to use icecubes but they got worsen and I have continue the treatment I was taken 10 sittings after that it was more worsen and started itching then I decided to stop my full face treatment and go with half face I discussed the same with staff but while discussing she was saying that for full face only face will be treated not neck they don't have any clarification on treated areas just want money from customers they are playing with customers emotions if that the case then why they gave treatment for me to neck part because of them my neck got worsen with acne .and she was saying money won't be returned you can stop treatment.i have asked them to give treatment for neck she was saying should pay again amount for acne treatment .I want my money refund atleast half amount orlese I need that money to be reused for my acne treatment .please stop playing with customers emotions .

        I am joined kolors at oct 21 through Bajaj finance payment menthod, due to my personal problem and health issue i am not take a treatment in kolors, i want to cancel my treatment and refund my amount and stop payment for my ECS for given letter in kolors madipakkam branch office but still my bank ECS going on collection agent call me, so take a immediate action and cancel my treatment

          I have already gave a letter for cancelation of treatment in kolors, because I am not take any treatment in kolors, They have applied Bajaj Finance health base for treatment, every month they debited the amount in my bank account through ECS so please tell stop payment for my emi card.

            Kolors weight loss

            Hello,
            Kolors support team,

            I have registered for a weight loss programme for 39000rs, i have only taken 4 sessions, and i have done a downpayment of 7800 rs for loan from ezfinance.

            Now the emi is needed to be deducted for the first payment. The trainer named sobha said that they will not refund.

            I have been facing a side effect due to this, this is not something which i have expected...

              I have taken Total 8settings
              1st 3settings are good
              After 5settings three are no response
              Your people are not scheduling appointments in proper way. And also they are not doing proper way treatment for face They are not responding in good way. Since I paid money I am Feeling like I wasted money Can you please look into issue. Please return my fee. I didn't expect it from your

Myself and my mother (Mrs. Parvathy) visited the kolors porur branch on[protected] to enquire about the weight loss treatment for my mother, during the time of visit we got consulatation from lady who is working there and she explained treatment procedures for few minutes after that she started explaining about the payment options and convincing us to take the slimming treatment package for 3 months for an amount of Rs.48764...

                  I have join kolors on oct month through bajaj Finance Emi based, but my personal situation and my health problem I am not take a treatment, I have already told to kolors madipakkam and Bajaj Finance also but every month my Emi debited my account, Please give the Stop payment for my Emi and refund my amount to bajaj finance.

                    I have joined 2 months back for weight loss. On 14.2.2022 6.30 to 7.40 pm I have attended the session for treatment. Inside I kept the bag and gone for treatment in room. After I came back my purse kept outside. No cash in the purse. My cash 1800 Rs 100 rs. Denomination was stolen.Immediately complained but no action taken. Cluen walk in very less on that time not ready to take serious enquiry camera checking register checking. Staff enquiry . No safety and security here. Pls help me. Not a small amount. Called call centre. That people also very harsh... totally irresponsible institute this is. If you like it or not to continue they will not bother y because. INITIALLY TOTAL AMOUNT THEY WILL COLLECT.

                      I have joined here 2 months back. Inside the cabin I left my bag. Attended the treatment on 14.2.2022 at 6. 30 to 7.40 pm in a separate room. After I came my purse kept outside. Rs. 1800 stolen all r 100 denominations fresh notes. Walk in also very less in that time. People not responsible for taking any action. Not ready to do enquiry with staff and checking cameras..

                        Hi, This is to inform you about the fairness treatment &weight gain am really not happy, 3 years ago I have gone to btm layout branch to have a free, but the person forces me to go emi & I said I will come another day then to make me to forces & did down payment of rupees 6500, after that I call up I told cancel it cz my fiance is not allowing for it, again she said not to worry about it skin is not going to harm the skin but, when I hve been to the treatment it was a peel, which I never want to go ahead ms sameena gave me wrong communication about treatment, then to I ask her I don't want to go with this she said no need to worry so I have done 1st session after that I both the products of rupees 3000 which they recommended then to my skin got spoil full of rashes I got more tan, heavy pimple on nose &fore head still the marks or like tht only, cz of this treatment, when I gone & said I don't want to go ahead please cancel it I can spoil my skin, that btm layout manager didt even listen my words she is saying they are well educated they won't do such things which will harm the skin, arre I was frent of her with my spoil skin she was talking very rudely if she is educated then wat we are fool??

                        Cz, of this treatment I lost my credit score & I'm getting notice from the bajaj
                        This lady took amount from bajaj nd wen I wanted to cancel she was not talking rudely.

                        She make me fool of 55000/-

                        Please look into this I really want to sort out this issue as soon as possible

                            Many problems with Kolors (Miyapur Branch). I don't have any complaint number, as they don't have a service of logging customer complaints.
                            I see it is not a trustworthy center that we should go for any treatment.
                            1. Internal politics / games between the employees, had made a loss of Rs.70, 000/- to me. On 30th Dec 2021 for weight loss treatment.
                            Some Harini explained 2 types of treatments (normal, cryo cool). Initially charged directly 1 lakh without even taking final confirmation from me. Then again she charged 1 lakh change.
                            2. After requesting they have reverted the 1 lakh transaction and adjusted the same for 0% EMI for 12 months
                            3. While taking the treatment, one of the executive suggested to take cryo probes treatment rather than 2 types of treatment. Suggested that I would need 30 probes for my weight loss. each probe costing 7000/-
                            So the actual 2 lakhs which was billed they didn't adjusted. Rather charged additional Rs.80, 000/- for 0% interest through EMI for 12 months.
                            in short I was at a loss of Rs.70000/-
                            So, overall here is the bill. Rs. 280000/-
                            100000 - through debit card
                            180000 - EMI of 0% interest for 12 months.. i.e. Rs.15000/- per month.
                            4. After one month on 3rd Feb, Rs.27037 was charged in my account as an EMI. Inquired with Bank and got to know that Amount is charged as EMI whose principal amount is 180000 which it was for Kolors.
                            Despite of following on the same and next day i.e. 4th Feb 2022, no one is able to clarify how Rs.27037 is charged instead of Rs.15000/-.

                            Other feedback given below.

                            2. No proper planning for treatment settings. Every time customer only has to call and take the appointment. Based on the plan taken, shouldn't they prepare a plan based on customer details?
                            3. EMI is a scam.. They say that it is 0% interest EMI, but my first EMI was 80% more than the actual EMI amount. Despite of complaining and asking for the updates, i see this useless executives not cared o[censored]pdating the details to the customer.
                            4. Another big joke and joker is the customer feedback line i.e. [protected]. Though they said it is 24/7 but after 9 pm i don't see anyone picking the call. Tried almost 60 minutes (9 to 10 pm on 4 Feb). Initially no one picked, later it was kept in engage tone.
                            5. Kolors are fit for ONLY ADVERTISING WITH CELEBRITIES AND NOTHING ELSE.
                            6. Worse in customer services, they suck the customer money just like a leech (Jalaga).
                            7. Totally disappointed with Kolors. Planning to cancel my treatment. But not sure how many more dramas they will play

                              Actually I had an allergy after taking peels treatment in beauty department. So when I asked about that and a lady named Priyanka treated me too badly and spoken so much of harsh words towards me too. I like to raise a complaint against her speech

                                I went to kolors for my laser hair removal treatment. I paid 28, 000for 9 seatings.they said to come 2weak once but after few seatings now even after 1and half month they telling me not to come because they didn't have the machine now .I really lost my patient . Literally I called many times but she didn't pick up my call thought she is in online after some hrs she saying that the machine will come in 10days...like that. But after 10days I call means that times also they saying like the machine was yet to come I will call u when it comes. And also my hair growth was worst. Before laser treatment my hair growth was thin but now improper hair growth and it is thick also. So please please refund my balance amount Rs 18, 667.
