I paid 22 k for chemical peel for acne and skin brightning in porur branch. But after getting 2 sitting treatment my skin is getting more acne wrinkles and my akin is worse than before the treatment. I am not at all satisfied with ds treatment. I want my money back i dnt want to take further treatment.

I went for consultation for hair treatment to this clinic feb 2020... they asked me to take few sessions of mesotherapy. i agreed for that but they asked me to pay amount for all the sessions at once. i took it via emi. after 2 sessions covid pandemic occurred and they could not proceed... after a year they called me and again they asked me to take different treatment and asked me to pay again. same issue again they asked me to pay amount for all sessions at once. after one or two sessions later when i called for appointment they are like medicine is not available please wait for few days. same reason whenever i called them. Basically when I asked if I can pay amount session wise they told no. but after paying the amount they became irresponsible. because it is money they wanted and not to treat patients. they called me back after few months asking to visit clinic. to tell please take another treatment and pay money in beginning and forget about the treatment. This is a fraud they are doing. Please help me get my money back. I dont trust this clinic anymore who only wants money and ignore patients.

Please take action against them... Such things should not happen to anyone. dont go for treatment here. their treatment is very bad they only make it worse. i would suggest for you to do nothing rather than visiting this clinic.

I have joined in Kolors ACES Layout (kundhanhalli) branch in 2019. After taking few sessions i went outof station, due to that I didn't attended the sessions. By that time without my confirmation they transfered my package to Chennai t-nagar branch. Then Corona pandamic came into picture. Now when I tried to transfer my left over package to another branch ACES Layout branch people are demanding money to transfer my package. They are telling number of stories and with that extra amount they said they are giving extra services. But when i check with some other branches of kolors. No where they said we need to pay money to transfer the package. This is completely cheeting, when i joined they said I can take transfer, but now they are expecting money. In this branch only this cheeting is happening. Even they do more concentration on money, while giving the session they are not concentrating on the client, instead they are asking client to take some other packages with out completing the one which we paid for. Very unprofessional people, they are just taking customer mobile and writing their reviews. Review means after taking service client or customer should write volunteely. But these unprofessional staff is taking client mobile and writing reviews on behalf of client. This branch staff is behaving in very unprofessional way. When we pay our money wil defnetly expect customer satisfaction. Why these people need that much time to call and check with head of or some other branches to transfer my package? Branch manager is litterly begging money from clients to transfer to another branch. How come rules will change one branch to other?

I was paid 12000 for 3 peels. Results not came. It's fully wasted. Why should I wasted the money and time for it. And also I am not getting any bills. They are not providing me. They are fully focused on money only. They are not responding me. I feel very bad . After that rashes will getting on my face.

But sorry to say, I fed up with ..not even 1% result i found in my face, , , for hair, face and fillers 3, 00, 000/- amount I have paid in these 8 months but nothing change in my face, and I fed up with the staff as not taking seriously as I requested no of times, they are busy with some out side works, family phone calls, chitchatting, they didn't focus on client ..
So, please I request for quick recovery now

When I joined I paid 60k for weight loss after joining they cheated me and no proper service always they talk about money to increase package first they didn't do any service which I have paid suddenly doctor suggested me to go for operation with bed rest I don't know whether I will be live or die. So I asked for refund of amount because I took only 4sittings and deduct this remaining amount I asked. They said refund not possible-i asked at the time of joining you didn't share any rules and regulations, no signature has been taken...might be I hope so many people faced this problem... They cash our main problem always...this is ridiculous every one needs good health and not business later they will do business with dead bodies those who r looking to join please go through reviews especially who are looking to join at kharkhana branch don't trust miss. Swathi, miss.gayathri, miss.veena they all are cheaters only money they needs always...

The Kolors team in guntur Lakshmipuram is not at all service orientated. They treat good only on first day until we make payment. After payment they dont book correct appointments nor they give you home care. They are just worst. They will give number but they dont pick up the calls if we have needs on skin care or I need to inform about timings. Not at all good service after paying a lot of amount. No satisfaction for the amount we spend.. Rather spending money here we can just have a trip to some vacation. If please kindly refund the amount taking upto the service cost and return remaining.

I have enrolled for a weight loss treatment for my wife on 05/02/2020 at Kolors Tambaram branch.

But after 4 sitting she was pregnant and doctor advised not to take any treatment further.

Later due to covid i was unable to contact further for refund.

I had a very few spots on face. I reached to kolors doctor in kothapet, Hyderabad..she suggested to have a chemical peel sessions... After having chemical peel session. Spots on my face increased even more and spots are visible even darker.. My face spoiled because of that peels.

I took electrolysis and PRP treatment in Kolors Selaiyur Chennai branch (opp to Iraivi silks) worth RS 70k and paid via ICICI credit card only after they confirmed it was 0% EMI and I won’t be charged any interest. But during every EMI my account is being deducted with principal and interest along with GST 18% on the Internet amount…when I ask fr the refund of interest along with the GST they are saying it’s nt their fault but still we can offer you some other service for the equivalent amount…I said I want only refund and I don’t want any other services…It’s been more than 5 months still they are not giving my money back

The Perambur branch is sheer bad. The branch manager and everyone who works there are only bent on extorting money. There is no service right there. Once the loan is is taken out and they will finish the job. They put us in trouble for their need and tell us that we will finish in 2 months and get us in trouble.

I went for treatment for Cyro in the month of June 2021 and paid 62000/-odd but I was told only 5000 wil be refunded in a week but its almost 45 days, I never got money and they are making me roam everyday

Second is treatment I took for inches losses but didn't get any inch loss even 1 inch

I have taken the weight loss sessions at indira nagar Bangalore for nearly 6 months but didn't reduce even a single kg.. when I asked for my 45000 rupees back as promised to pay back in case I didn't loose the weight, no one is ready to respond. It's already 11 months past.

After I have joined in kolors, only three or four sessions were attended by me. After somedays I got some health issues and after all check us, doctors confirmed that I have autu immuno disorder (Rheumatoid Arthritis). And doctors advised that I should not go for any weightloss program. Kindly refund my amount... It will be useful for my treatment please... [protected]
