Last month before last month I enquire in kolors about skin and hair services, at that time I am in andhra, and after that with in a week I came to Maharashtra for my office Purpose, and as I am receiving lot of calls I said that, actually I am having a serious requirement I enquired for my hair particularly, and I requested that I'll visit next month, because u am out of town, so jst contact me next month or I'll contact you once I'll back to my hometown. Then also I am receiving calls continuously.. it's very irritating seriously. I am sorry to say this, now I don't want to visit. I'll choose some better option.

    I was researching about my problem in google and was looking into KOLORS website . They took few details of mine and i got a call from KOLORS executive by name Sai and John . They litreally forced me to go and have consultation with doctor and know about my problem. I somehow took some time and went there and to my surprise they took 500 bucks from me as an consultation charge and simply one executive trying to convivence me as much as she can to join into treatment. Do they think people are so dumb to pay 500 bucks and not even meeting doctor and trying to listen to their cock n bull stories .. I am so heart burdened not because paying my money of 500 rs but for what did i paid not even looking into issue . I am really feeling pathetic service of KOLORS . I would have felt happy if altest dr could talk to me but this is all ###. I am not the person who could waste money for listening to there service. Sucessfullly they foolded me .

    I did received call from kolors and being apologized for the wrong things they did. But there apologises will not help me to get my time back or money back. If you guys admit it's your mistake then refund the consultation amount to me.

      I want to complain about how the service is and I’m having blood clots on my waist, thighs and next to my navil,
      I try to report the issue two but the behaviour was bad how do we get a report for the bruise on my body, it’s discoloured and painful,
      Also there is no improvement in the weight loss or any good result

        I have paid for coolsculpting procedure. Instead of placing the probes for 30-40 mins they were placed only for 20 mins. And post treatment massage was not done. Counselling was not done. 8 probes were promised to be places on thighs but only 6 probes were placed. Lower back and banana of the buttock was not covered. Im a doctor and I know how the treatment works. When I asked about this the team is not picking up my call and not reverting my messages.

        Is someone responding from the team. Tambaram team is the worst. Doesnt reply or pick up my calls. Why you people have customer service support when you donot respond. Instead of having a service centre you might as well close. What you people are doing to the public is equal to a robbery. I donot understand why you people propagating such a bad treatment option when you dont know anything about that...!!!

                              Dear Team, i ahve taken consultation on 31 dec 2020, and that time consultant told me all details and promise me she will give 30 sessions for 15 kgs weihht loss for rs 42000 and if i didnt see results they will refund the amount. But after that i didnt see nay results and they are very unproffessional and they didnt even revert me on my calls and emails. I have paid such a big amount but it affects my helath also.they make me forced to take the course at time of consultation only .i told them i have timing issues also they didnt listen that properly .no solution is am getting from their side. when i told them to cancel it they didnt even me call me back and didnt provide my any solution. now they are not refunding my amount back.

                                  I dont have any proper response from the staffs and i have attend upto 30session from past 2months but even not 1kg to reduce to my wife i have spend nearly 1.2laks for losing weight of 30kgs but no improvement in this sessions how can i get my money back or reduce my wife weight

                                    This is Ganashree, me and my sister joined colors last year June by paying almost 1, 00, 000, i[censored] leave Corona time also there is almost 6 months and we dint reduce even 5 kgs, inspire of doing lot of work out and diet, when we raise concerns no body is responding properly, please help us

                                      Address: Golden Opulence, Tower 1, 107/1, Poonamalle ByPass,

                                      I was unable to take services due to my health issues and was strictly suggested by doctor to immediate discontinue my services at Kolors. My health conditions were not supporting me. I told Kolors regarding my condition and asked for a refund. They promised refund but haven't yet refunded the money and don't answer proper calls. Please provide a solution immediate.
