It's just waste of my money and time I attended each and every session but last 2 to 3 sessions I missed because of this Corona but I didn't lose any tummy fat it's just waste of my money if you could refund my money please refund it I'm not satisfied I took session in mysore

      Recently i had joined for prp treatment for kolors. I had faced the worst service ever. They don't even respond to calls. Such a ### service. Give value to the customers, we are paying money. You are not doing for free. They didn't even convert my bill to emi. I am facing many problems. The worst service ever. Try improvise your staff

        I recently joined in kolors tirupathi for hair prp session where your people given an option of bajaj finance.

        Two days later, After starting my treatment they withdrawn my blood and centrifuged, after centrifuging my plasma has been not separated instead formed into very thick soild milky yellowish state which is not useful for plasma

        After many discussions with doctor from your people they asked me to take a lipid profile test and cbc test and I have done those on the next day, my range values are very high in triglycerides and cholestrol where I am not allowed to do Prp sessions in coming forth days, so I went to your clinic and just requested to stop my EMI from next month as I will be unable to pay from next month because I wll be undergoing for treatment in Apollo where there will lying hectic range of prices on me.

        Even I expalined them my life is in risk factor, if I come back healthier we will go with the process as I am still keeping my down payment money with you I am just requesting you to stop my emi's in further days when we start our prp we will go ahead and restart my emi I asked but they are refusing and saying we will shift your package to any of your friends or family which is not an good solution I feel

        As an customer review you should precheck everything and test the blood and then join a customer, anything has not been happend and they captured me until I make payment this seems you people are money driven and target driven

        I request you to please go through this and find out a correct resoulution and get back to me, you can ask your people the way I behaved politely and asked for stop auto debit Emi

        I also got consent letter from bajaj finanace stating that we will stop your EMI's and they asked me to raise a request from your kolors end which is not happening

        As a valued customer do me this favour and first let me focus on my heatlh and I will come back to you again after getting much healthier

          I have opted package of 45000 for laser treatment..only 1 session have taken since 3 months.no one is taking proper responsibilities.
          I am not receiving any calls for scheduling.when I am calling them myselves they always says they're short of doctor.
          For the first session of my laser the employees tend focus more on their own rules rather than customer satisfaction

            I have forced to take the loan from Bajaj n paid 2 emi first, then they started treatment, after 1st session I don’t feel n think that this is the better way to reduce the wait by just doing dehydrated process, just bluffing the people, I want to cancel the loan amount which is with Bajaj remaining balance?
            Kindly I am not asking any refund, I have paid already for 2 sessions if converted so. Kindly asking you guys to cancel the baja loan number 400LCFGJ368874 !

            I have paid 45k but had only 1 session in 3 months
            They dont take responsibility of calling employees always say they are short of employees.

              Hi team

              On 11th nov I had contacted Bellary branch kolors team and as requested by agent they asked me to pay 500 rupees for online consultation charges which was schedule on 12 nov morning at 11:00 AM.
              However, post payment they call me again n stated online service is not set and I had to visit the branch.. which I was not ready due to this pandemic situation .. as per the confirmation from agent they were suppose to return my money. Since then ‘m calling and messaging they will say they will credit but till
              Now they have not credited... I want my money back ... for consultation u all r behaving like dis then if I take treatment I think instead of giving treatment u will make me roam n reduce my weight .. I DID NOT LIKE SERVICE N NEED MY MONEY.. I have all the messages n call recording

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I have undergone EYE BROW replantation in the month of July-2019 in BTM layout branch, Doctor suggest that it fall and grow with in 6 months, but It was growing straight & looks very hard, the same thing was to informed to Doctor who comes from Hyderabad, he told wait for another 3 to 4 months, but it was same no charges, the same was informed to Ms. Lakshmi / Kavya in that branch, is person who suggested me for Eye Brow transplantation. Again called her in the month of Aug-2020 to get appointment with the doctor, she told sep-20 will give appoint, but did not give, again promised to give appoint in oct-20, but did not give & told only after Dec-2020. This is kind of dragging customers, very poor response.
                & main thing is that they will never give Doctors contact nos. to us.

Recently i was diagnosed umblical hernia and Gall stone 6MM.should go for surgery.not in position to Contuine Tratment.contact and request Mr santosh reddy operations manager about refund.                     I have started my treatment at Kolor, Anna Nagar on January, 2019. Due to medical reasons as per Doctor consultant and for personal reason.I wish to get back my treatment for skin lightening and uplifting which is worth of Rs.20, 000/-Regarding this I have already approached branch and had informed about cancellation given letter on October 2019 and the same has been acknowledged by the branch.i am really fed up with the coustmer care, as I am keep on following up for more than a year, i didn't even get a response even after my request letter to get my money.

                    I have given all details one monthh back to coustmer care...still no response...when people want to join there was too much care, but I couldn't find that coustmer care when coustmer can't continue that program due to personal reason..kindly do needful at the earliest...still I am waiting to get my money which I paid three years back for non usage of package with repeatedly formal information to Kolor center, Anna nagar branch..please possible at the earliest..

                      I have joined kolors on dec 2019 they promised me for 13kgs of weight loss. But till now i havent lost even one kg. I tried many times calling them and the customer care. No ome ia responding properly. I have spoke with vijay manager of porur chennai. But he dint respond me properly.

                      FYI.. I have just came for enquiry but on that day itself they forced me and made me to make payment of 50k which is very worse case. I need to refund back atleast the partial amount.. very worst fake promises and agreement. Do i need to consult legally any lawyers to take this forward or will they resolve .

                        Me and my wife are customers of kolors from long back. We have paid the money in Bangalore branch we didn't use it. We have paid the amount last year due to Corona we didn't attend the treatment. Now we have moved to native place and we are asking to transfer the file no one is responding properly especially miyapur branch Hyderabad. We are requesting the people literally begging always says two days. They never callback. I don't know one is there to manage miyapur branch is there any manager available for this branch?because people who attend the calls not able to decide things.

TILL NOW I TOOK MAXIMUM SESSIONS BUT I NOT GET ANY RESULT FROM THIS TREATMENT EVEN 1 KG ATLEAST I PAID THE AMOUT OF RUPEES 15000 FOR THIS TREATMENT I LOSSED MY MONEY OF RUPEES 15000 BECAUSE OF THE FAKE PROMISE BY THE KOLORS THEY DID FAKE PROMISE TO ME DON'T TRUST THE TREATMENT OF KOLOURS not a single class I have done in Kolors. They are not refunding my money.

                          Customer care also not helping me out from this situation .. Nobody from Kolors are not helping me even after several email and phone calls .. I have already lost lots of money.

                            Hi, my name Murali and recently I joined kolors health care service. around 20 days onwards using oil which given by them. still, I have not reduced my weight even 500 gms. If I ask them they giving some diet plans. after that also no impact.

                            No proper response from them and paid Rs.10500, I strongly believed their products by cinema heroines ads.

                            I have a receipt from them. they are not ready to give my amount back.
                            I want to go proceed with legally, but no idea about how to go.
                            even I don't want to let them people getting false things like kolors.

                            Help me out any guidance to action my next step.

                              I was joined in kolors vwl (Virtual weight loss program) i have paid total amount and till now i didn't received kit. Daily am asking the regarding people abt this everyday they are telling wait for 2 days from 1 month. Such a # fraud business i recommend don't go for kolors they are cheating the people and simply they are losing their trust.. Am planing to file a case for this they cheating the people.

                                    I've approached kolors btm layout branch for my weight loss treatment, due to some health issues i had to discontinue. When we approached the branch manager, they did not respond properly so we asked for the refund they responded very rudely and used abusive language. So should we approach any law suit or will it be solved by kolors authority.

                                      Very poor response. I have given 5000 rs for joining fees, after 2 days some situation, i couldn't join. I am not receiving any products also. I am asking to refund my money. But he is not replying anything. Very bad experience.

                                        I've paid for the kit on 26th aug and kit is not delivered yet and they said within 4 to 5 days it'll be delivered to me but now they say another 10days it'll take so refund me I'll pay you once the kit is delivered or I'll file a compliant in consumer court.
