Dear Sir / Madam,
I have undergone EYE BROW replantation in the month of July-2019 in BTM layout branch, Doctor suggest that it fall and grow with in 6 months, but It was growing straight & looks very hard, the same thing was to informed to Doctor who comes from Hyderabad, he told wait for another 3 to 4 months, but it was same no charges, the same was informed to Ms. Lakshmi / Kavya in that branch, is person who suggested me for Eye Brow transplantation. Again called her in the month of Aug-2020 to get appointment with the doctor, she told sep-20 will give appoint, but did not give, again promised to give appoint in oct-20, but did not give & told only after Dec-2020. This is kind of dragging customers, very poor response.
& main thing is that they will never give Doctors contact nos. to us.
