      I have taken kolors service on June 4 th for cool cryo and they have given a promise note saying 6-8 inch loss by September but I did not see any results even 2 inch loss in till date when I asked the Center manager said go do whatever you Can I will handle

        I have joined kolors at Kolors Health Care India Pvt. Ltd.BLOCK NO 32D, NEW NO.42, OLD NO.B-126, KARTHIKEYAN SALAI, PERIYAR NAGAR, CHENNAI, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600082 on 22.01.2020 for weight loss treatment. I paid Rs. 38000/-. While joining the consultant Nancy spoke me very well. She followed me regularly for payment and joined me in Kolors. Once I joined in kolors, she never picked my calls and answered me properly. If I asked for any doubts she didnot attend my calls. I used to take treatment on sundays because I am working which I committed while joining. I have taken treatment for 5 -6 sittings only. After that covid- 19 lock down started. Still the company not yet opened for treatment. They promised to reduce to 30 kgs during 6 months time. still didnot reduce even 1 kg. The consultant cheated me by giving false information because of her benefits. I am facing problems at my home because of this. Now I need refund of my amount. because she didnt attend my calls and not given any answer. So I need to compliant here, so that I can get my money back. I hope you can provide me justice and refund my amount back as soon as possible.

          This is to bring you few incident which was happening for the last two weeks at the omr kolors branch - chennai.

          I made the enquiry at the kolors in-order to out my sister in the weight loss programme so i was guided by one of the staff who has put my sister to one of the executive from the same branch, she explained about the programme and me and my sister was very much interested and we made the payment of inr 35, 000.00 through the credit card, prior making the payment i have got around 8 calls per day from 8 am, during this pandemic everyone is working from home, the same applies to me and my sister too, my sister have attended the call and we have made the payment, and things were going well, later 2 days before my sister has received the declaration form where i was amazed to see one particular point ‘’ the amount which is paid by the client shall not be returned at any cost’’.

          I was really amazed to see how the kolors staff is working and how they are giving the misinformation/miscommunication to their client, the person who has took the lead initially has told me sister that if we are not happy with the service at any cost the amount will be paid back to client, but what is mentioned in the declaration form completely contradictory. So we spoke to the person who took our payment she told us we will take the guarantee for your weight loss and if you are not happy with the form we can proceed without that particular form and once again i was really amazed and the suspicious about the process /company, so i spoke to that particular person again and have informed that i am not happy with the things which is going on so i have informed her to return the money which i paid, she has tried her best to convince my sister but we are not ready to proceed with the things further, so we are pushing the person to get the money back, i was told by the executive that she has spoken to the management and she will get back to me by saturday, however she called and as always she started to convince to proceed with the programme, but i was not ready to do that again. I spoke to the person and have explained everything and in details in a very simple language and the same was happened with one of the dietician and have informed her that i will be raising the complaint in social media and have given the time till 5.30 pm on 08th august 2020 and have requested a call back from the senior person, my sister has got a call from one of the manager as she was on the meeting, and i was also not available during that time so my sister has told that person to give a call after 6.30 pm, however i have not received any call, so i took the dietician and the executive through conference call and have explained everything again, however the result was the same i did not got any response as usual, when i forced the executive to bring the manger on the call, so finally i was told that i will be getting a call in few minutes and i got the call eventually but the person with whom i spoke was not satisfactory she did understood the my concerns, however i did not got the resolution i want, finally she told me she will be sharing the email address of the general manager so that i can send a email, that is how i am writing this email to you.

          Please have this concern addressed and please help me to get my money back as i am not happy with the service / behaviour of the staff with kolors, i am sharing the name of the person as below for your kind information.

          1. Person who took the lead initially was ravi - chenani.
          2. He guided us to mr. Ragavan and we got the g-pay number from mr. Ravi to transfer the money.
          3. Executive name who took the programme and has collected money is ms. Surya-omr branch.
          4. Manager name with whom i spoke last night was ms. Vidhya who claimed that she was the manager of ms. Surya.
          5. Dietician name : ms. Shipa - who told me that if we are visiting the center directly they will first give the declaration form post that only will be collecting the payment, i am not sure about how it differs when it comes to online.

          Please return my money back asap along with the interest for the suffering because of your staffs

          Expecting a call from you asap along with the money which i have paid.

            Hello Kolors,

            This is srikanth from Hyderabad uppal have joined your branch dilshuknagar for a hair treatment and paid 65000/- rs. From day one to up to now nothing has worked out as I joined kolors in June 2019 now it's August 2020 no one is responding properly to me and treatment not happened. They saif I won't get complete hair properly. If you guys failed to do treatment than refund my money back na. But none of the person is returning my money and no one is probably responding to me.

                  I am Dr. Kaarunya from Salem... i have ordered my virtual weight loss kit on 14 july 2020... It has been 18 days and i neither received my order nor tracking id... even if i contact my counsellor Ramamoorthy Sabinram (Ram R), he is not responding for my tracking id... He said himself as salem branch kolors manager and promised my order in 3-4 days after order... False promises... now he is not responding even for calls and messages even for tracking id... i am mentally very stressed because of this issue... i need kolors to take necessary actions for my order...

                    I registered with kolors for 20 setups out of which only 10 are done and more 10 are remaining due to lock down, just wanted to know if the further treatment would be provided post lock down mostly next year? Since the whole payment is completed. Need the solution for it but pune center not answering the call.

                      I am not an obessed patient and i am just 24 years old. I have just belly fat and few portion of fat at chest level. I joined in kolors initially with 35000 rupess plan for the program of inch loss. But after that they told in a cunning way and showed me few more treatments for effective way of inch loss and again charged 25000 rupees. Nothing works at all. Totally paid 60k for just reducing belly fat. Iam really disappointed with their false commitment. Please guys dont belive them and their false statements. Its a full big scam

Counselor Ramamoorthy Sabinram has promised me that I will receive kit in 3-4 days... but i have not received the kit yet... even if i call him- he is not responding to my calls... i am just asking for tracking id... he is not able to respond for that also... very very poor customer care...

                              I did take the under eye treatment in kolors btm layout branch in february 2020. I'm really not happy with the 1st session and don't want to continue further. Im looking to get refund amount. I have called numerous times to customer care. A person called and he advised someone will call back. He is blocked my number now. Is this good customer service. I'm so disappointing. When i called the branch there are like no refund. They are like continue with the sessions. When i'm really not happy to continue. I simply wasted my money. 35k isn't a joke. I couldn't get in touch because if lockdown and all. I hope something can be done. I get my refund back soon.

                                Myself is ranjith here from mysore, i had enrolled for a "skin pigmentation-peel" treatment from your kuvempunagar, mysore branch. And i had one sitting before the covid-19 lock down.

                                I am deeply disappointed to send this mail pointing out the shere negligence and unprofessional behaviour of kolors health care. I have been constantly calling your good office post covid-19 lock down relaxation for an appointment and they kept postponing it and never bothered to call back and inform me of the same or atleast schedule the new date for my sitting.

                                At the same time i am also not happy with the safety measures you are followed by you in your unit, so i hereby request you to kindly refund the money i have paid (Rs 18000/-). I am not interested to continue with you treatment anymore.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I joined kolors December 2019 and started their services by Feb 2020 and paid 30, 000 rupees for treatment 6000 in cash and 24000 bank transfer to geetha my counselor which I have attached below as a statement. I went there for 1 month and due to this COVID I am not able to avail their services. So I asked for refund nobody is responding for my query. They called me 50 times to ask for money while joining but no response. I am currently depressed because my money is lost. Please help me to get my money back.

                                    I am a r dilli kumar, i came to kolors health care india pvt ltd office in rajahmundry for hair treatment on 21.02.2020 and paid an advance amount of rs.1000/- and on the same day they called me more than 50times and convinced me to pay another 14000/- to get treatment. And again they called me so many times for balance amount before giving any treatment. On 29.02.2020 i have paid the balance amount of rs.25000/-. After that no one taken care about me. After i asked seriously for treatment one day they gave hair wash treatment only. As per the govt rules the total country is in lock down from march 22, 2020. Due to covid-19 the treatment was not taken place. Now i want to cancel the treatment due to some personal reasons/their way of treating customer is not good. Hence i request them to refund the amount to me to pay some commitments during lock down time. No one give response to me. Kindly consider my request genuinely and do favorably. Please help me to get back my amount from them.

                                      Hi i'm nandini from bangalore had joined colors in the month of january and found the treatment worst, this is to bring to your notice that the bangalore sadasivanagar branch manager seems to be very rude to the customers and is not approachable and i had approached them for discontinuing of classes as i got transferred to canada for my further work premises and it was informed by the branch manager that we cannot discontinue and i had taken this on emi process and i had not paid emi except for one month.

                                      Hence i request the team to make a stop payment and approve for discontinuing my courses as i'm not even in the country.

                                      Its a kind request to the people who work to give the proper information and not to fool the public. No proper treatment no proper coordination harsh behaviour of the employees and no proper qualified staffs.
