Earlier complaint there is no response till now (June 8 to now) after complaint the responded we will contact you personally please send your details to provided link. Already sent my details the provided link but there is no response they did not contact me personally. Even kolors people are cheating like as they are requesting contact details after that no response. It's seems like they are playing with us to prolong/diverting the issue with out proper response. I need immediate action here as i fedup this cheating kolors. This has to be take immediate action otherwise we will take further step

    I have paid an amount of rs.40000/- on 28.02.2020 for hair transplantation in kolors rajahmundry branch. But you people are not confirming the date of treatment after that the corona virus entered into the country. As per govt rules the total country is in lock down. Now it is not possible to give the treatment also. Hence i request you to revert the amount to me. Now i need the amount urgently to pay some commitments.

      Address: kt road, beside andhra bank, Tirupati

      I had joined kolors for slimming treatment on may 7, 2018. But due to some reasons i was unable to continue my treatment and so i asked them about the validity and they told nothing about the validity. I am not blaming anyone here but i want to continue my treatment at kolors for which i cant pay extra amount to increase my validity. I paid 50, 000 rupees on a single payment again now i cant pay extra amount to increase my validity. All i was asking is for 2 more months from now so that i can complete my treatment. Please try to understand my problem. Just sanction 2 more months please. I cant pay again to increase my validity about which i havent been informed.

        I had visited the agency kolors health care pvt limited for the slimming course. When i visited that agency, they informed me regarding the course fee for the slimming course. Due to corona virus and lockdown i did not even taking one course/sit up. But the emi process is started and money is deducting its a really unfair services, i never faced this type of issue kolors team need to respond immediately

          I joined in colors coimbatore branch. I had only one session completed. Now they opened the branch after covid 19 on june 1st, till now they are not pick up my call. And noti nform about treatment. The person name is karthik coimbatore branch.

            I have joined kolors in december 2019 for dr prp treatment to increase the face complexion. Before the payment they assured and guaranteed definitely they improve face colour equal to body colour. They begging like till the payment. After that there is no responses and not even care on what treatment they are doing.
            Every sitting they changed doctors and blood also taken by un professionals from morning to evening. Till now i taken 4 sittings every sitting i called them a lot of times they answered doctor is not available now and u can go other branch like that. After four sittings i called them to appoint for fifth setting before lockdown but they did not respond. After lockdown they open all branches i called again for treatment last few days. They lift the call and after few minitues they cancelled we will call you 2 min but there is no response. I called and also pinged to kolors customer care also there is no use. Im totally unsatisfied with there treatment and also their behaviour i want refund my money back.

                      I paid 2 lakhs 50 thousand for whole body inch loss and weight loss. But there is no use literally wasted my time . Please don't go for this fraud people. No proper management they will concentrate only till u pay the money.

                        Myself sindhura, i have joined in kolors kharkana branch for inch loss treatment.
                        I was counseled by mr. Narasimha garu before joining in kolors. I have made payment through credit card as the kolors official told me that i can repay the amount to my credit card on installment basis for 6 months, where i dont have to pay any kind of processing fee and interest for these 6 emis. It has been 3 installments till now, at each and every installment the interest and gst is being charged, which i have reported to the in-charge of the branch thrice, she told me like they will get back to me on it but have no response till now.

                        Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                          I've already withdrawn from your services at Dilsukhnagar branch and informed all the concerned people Sravanthi, Ritesh swapna etc to cancel my Account in credit fair.                             I joined kolors 3 months back for 5 kg weight loss they take 8 massage sessions no impact and after cello session i lost consciousness and my body is hurt by cello i am unconscious for nearly 20 mins i am scared to go to kolors still i went bcoz i paid my money they stop giving massages and giving only cello they told me for 5 kg weight loss 6 massages only i didn’t loose anything i need my money back

                              I had visited the agency kolors health care pvt limited for the slimming course. When i visited that agency, they informed me regarding the course fee for the slimming course.
                              I told them it's not possible to avail the course, as i have some financial issues as well as i need to discuss with my family and my doctor before start that. So i informed them that i will visit next day if i will be interested for this course. But they started forcing me and informed me that the have some offer for that day only. I told them that i don't have money and may be i will not take this course because i have some issues.
                              But they are telling that i can cancel this enrollment if i want.
                              I asked them that if i didn't liked the services whether i can cancel the booking or not, they responded that i can cancel.
                              As i told them due to financial issue i will be unable to pay the amount, so i will visit the next days for the booking confirmation if i need the service.
                              But they forced me to enroll by that day because they had some offer and told me that i can pay via emi.
                              They had also told me that i can cancel my emi within few days before the service start if i don't want this service.
                              At the same time they asked me for my debit card and told that they have processed for the emi, as the emi amount is -5, 296.17 and told me that i can cancel the booking within few days if i want.
                              The next day, i visited the office, i told them to cancel the booking.
                              Firstly they had arguing with me after that they told me to give a letter, they will send to the respective higher authority to cancel emi.
                              I had given them a letter for cancellation, they said that within 10 days they will cancel the booking as they will cancel the emi.
                              They had taken all membership card whatever they had given to me on the first day.
                              But till now they haven't canceled and they have deducted 3 months emi, dec 2019, jan 2020 and feb 2020, and now they said that they will not refund my amount.
                              As per consumer i haven't taken a single service from the agency, but they are deducting the emi amount, i have even contacted to the icici bank, they said me that till they will not get the confirmation from the merchant, how they can stop emi, as per consumer i wants to look into this matter, refund my amount and cancel the booking as soon as possible as its been more than 3 months.

                              As I was joined in kolors for weight loss but I started carrying so I'm not able to continue my service at the same time I just paid the amount but not even attended single session can I expect the refund on my money. Please kindly do this needful thing

                                I joined ysr kadapa branch a. P kolors 16 month back and they nice and confused by giving offer's once u joined
                                It's big mistake. I joined and get three sitting after, i discontinue due to pregnant at that time i ask kolors doctor about my next sitting they told it will be continued after the eight months of delivery. I regular asking about my treatment they simply saying u come after eight months. After eight months i consulted the kolors they told to pay the amount again, why should i pay again - u had not taken the brake certificate from us so u pay the amount again. I told your staff has not given the certificate. It ur mistake not taking certificate u have not read the norms and u have sign form it's ur mistake.

                                  I had visited kolors srp tools branch and counsellor vidya attended. I told her give me a day to think again but she forced me that she will service better and hurrily made me to make payment without even filling admission card details. On zero session (Trial session as per their company representative while booking appointment told once satisfied with trial i can proceed with payment for treatment) itself worst service i complained and spoke to her for one hour telling i'm dissatisfied and will close this with applicable charges for the session on that day and counselling (Eventhough counselling on that day was free as per appointment booking). That time she said monthend, need two days to close accounts then revert. After 10 days after many follow ups i received call from ho (Person claimed as incharge for tn) but not satisfactory revert she said from centre vidya will revert me likewise. Again today (10th feb) i called her she is telling refunds is not possible this she might have told me before making payment now telling is not a professionalism. You can run the cctv camera and see after i made payment only she asked me to sign some booklet with terms and condition itself which is not a correct way. But on a mutual trust i signed but now her response is too worst. I paid rs 30000 which is not small amount to leave as such. She didn't even told about monthly subscription plan and payment whcih is not justice to her role. Even today only she is telling she is centre incharge and earlier said just a counsellor.

                                    By mistake enquired about kolors 5, 6 months back.. next day they called so I told that I am not interested in any of those treatments.. but from that day daily they are calling me and irritating me.. they have no time to call.. please solve my problem.. I don’t know why kolors people doing like this.. daily phone calls.. I have shouted on them.. but there is no use.. please please solve my problem

                                    Today I have been harassed from kolors customer care team.. I got nearly 9 to 10 calls in fifteen minutes.. thinking that tomorrow morning go to police station and give the written complaint.. I’m adding call history to this

                                      When i was joined in kolors july only they said we are accepted only bajaj emi way after i joined every month emi 7000 detection in my mother ac they are said its zero account balance no charges but monthly they detected 7000 and extra charge 250 also. I stopped my treat ment october 12 bcoz i am suffering viral fever after i submitted viral fever i stopped my treatment please give refund my money only i taking 11sittings please madam i am requesting so many times but they are not giving proper response till now my mother ac detection money but i am not taking any treatment also i requested plz stopped emi they are not responding my prblm. Plz refund my money

                                        They will confuse customers with their words and make panic that you are having severe obesity and you will be at higher risk in case if you wont take treatment. After that even they wont allow you to speak to any one and make you to do payment nicely & immediately in the confusion mode. Once payment is done they will not give bill, if you ask for bill they simply divert. If you ask for repayment they will not give you proper treatment and will not pay back you and completely they intentionally ignore the customer. Waste company. Government should take action against them, because they are cheating people. Hard earned money they are stealing. Please dont trust this fraudsters and dont loose your hard earned money just like me.
