Hi, my name is indu, joined kolors four months back in tambaram branch. For advanced weightloss therapy, paid rs.75, 000. They promised to reduced 15kgs. I didnt lose even a single kg from their session. I didnt get proper response from them. Dr. Vasanthi was so sweet till i swipe my card. After that no response for my calls and questions. I feel like i have been cheated. I need a proper response for my issue. 75000 is not a small amount. If my issue is not addressed properly, me being a media person, i will take this issue to the next level to get justice.

    I didn't get a proper treatment from this and they're cheating the customer's so by this I can say this company is worst . Please make me to get justice even my friend's are suffering from this and then your company is joining everyone and making them to get cheat then why they're giving advertisement.Then please refund the amount of they can't give proper treatment know .We don't get money easily.For that treatment even we're pay EMI monthly .They will say one treatment and they will give another treatment. They're not responding properly my friends and me gave above one lakh and we took treatment but it is not at all working so even my friends are ready complaint for police that this company is fraud. so anybody help us to get our money back

      I'm vineela i have joined in kolors in 2015 dec for 20kg weight loss assurance and they mentioned that validity is not for certain time period and it's up-to i loose 20kgs. On repeated visits to salon i couldn't get better results and after that i was in outstation for job purpose. And i wanted to avail my benefits for which they are charging money again in name of renewal.

        Gachibowli branch

        20, 000 rs for weight loss and
        30, 000 rs for hair treatment.

        There is no results

        When i am asking for results, there are not responding properly and shouting on me..

        Please help me
        They are playing with customers and customers money.

          Iam Leela going to Bangalore Indiranagar branch from 6 months and there is no weight loss and I have issues of asthma so it's affecting my health so I need a refund I paid 1 lakh of cash and 80000 as loan for my son and mine I need only mine cancellation and refund after treatment I'm facing lot of weakness and breathing issues my body is not responding to treatment due to my health issues

            I have paid 40000.n took 3 secissons.n they told to cut as 3 installements from my card.but they cut whole money at once.due to that i have suffer to pay that money back to bank that money at one time.n niw i want to change to gachibowli to hyderabad.n my doctor told me dnt take any slimming process bcse my low bp.after proceess got bp down n so week n fell down.so i have asked them to change to beauty side.1st they told me they have to cut 40prcnt in my money.n 5k for transfer charges.n 5k gor bill generation.n i gave tgem 40k.n they told i paid 30k n n once35k.idnt want to go any process.i want my money back.

              This is sowmya t. S. I have been taking skin treatment for acne marks from the kolors bangalore btm 2nd stage from may 2019. Its more than 6 months now. I have been taking chemical peels for my back, hands and face for acne marks treatment. I'm taking treatment for acne pores treatment (Derma pen).
              When i consulted the kolors team they told the treatment would go for 2 to 3 months, max 3 months, but the treatment took more than 7 to 8 months. However that doesn't matter if the treatment is good but it's ridiculous, one of the worst ever skin treatment which ruined my skin. I regret why did i even take treatment from kolors. Because i have taken treatment from other skin clinics they are way far better. I would never suggest this to anyone and would review it very badly and would lodge the complaint against their service.
              They charged rs.80000, on the whole package which is utter waste and they told 100 % results, but i see not more than 20 % results on my face, but my body -100% its negative, its reversed, the chemical peel which was done on nov 23rd 2019 caused me severe burnt injuries on my back and and in my hands. When we say something regarding this they say it will go, it will peel off and some other reasons. However even after the peels are done nothing is improving, because its like the burnt mark which will not go so easily, so i have started taking the treatment from other skin clinics and they say the result what i got from kolors is ridiculous and the burnt black marks is staying on my body from last two months which is not even reduced even 1 % even though they ask me busy some creams for the mark reduction.
              As it had ruined my skin i will be raising a legal complaint against kolors. I have taken treatment from kolors bangalore btm 2nd stage branch. The technician who did my peel was swetha who was delayed in bringing the ice, even though i was shouting it was burning for me when chemical peel was done.

                I have taken membership for tummy loss for 10000 rs.in cash. Almost four months back. And soon after that i diaganosed with abdominal cist bexuse of which i'm unable to continue the treatment from colors. I have visited the branch anna nagar chennai. Many times but they asked to contact the cc. Here i request u to please refund my money i'm already in need of that.

                  I completed 5 seating of acne peeling... I took package of 50000 from kolors. Still there is no change on my face and also there is cleaning problem.. They don't change cloth bowl n spanch after completing customer. Only dr. Service is good there.. Dr. Sapna is very supportive.. But apart from dr. There is no quality n service available.. And i want my face acne free and even scaress skin.. If your company not able to it.. Please stop the further process.. And return my money.. I don't want continue with the kolors... And you can deduct your 5 seating amount..

                    On 23-sep-2018 kolors team contacted me and said that they will reduce my weight around 20kgs, i believed them and i paid 64000 they given treatment around 3 months but i didn't lost my weight later sruthi (Counselor) said me that take cooling treatment, and it has been reduced your weight completely as you requested so i again i believed her and paid 15000 for that.

                    1.in the first treatment sla for us is weekly twice i need to attend, i attended as per sla's

                    2.in the second treatment is cooling, for this sla is once in 3 months i need
                    To consult, i attended as per sla's. But no result.

                    3. Again sruthi said me to take cooling treatment again 3 months. I trusted her words and taken but no result in reducing my weight.

                    So i'm requesting you to reduce my weight as they promised earlier or refund from them and also educate people.

                    Even advertisements are more attracted but no result as they shown in that, so please take an action against it.

                    Pfa are paid bills.

                      I am 29 years old and i took 80000rs package for weight loss of 15 kgs and inch loss of 30 cms till May 2019. The results were not received till May 2019 so i extended till date but no result till now. I am not satisfied with the services also, the machine not in good condition and dietician never give consulatation.
                      I did complained about it but no result. Then i asked for refund and they told they have processed to the center level...

                      I had been to kolors. Igot call from kolors so i went to kolors they said 24k so we paid through bajaj finance im going through beauty peeling treatment i completed 5sittings i swear to god 0% results n main doctor said put complimentary extra sitting she said at least 10sittings is needed but they gave 7sittings i'm very disappointed with service 😔

                        This is in regards to transaction of rs 49000 in Kolors. I have visited kolors branch on 15th june 2019 and consulted about a slimming treatment. Post which i have clearly told kolors team that i can only proceed after the health check from my family doctor but they manipulated and made me to swipe amount of rs 49000 from my credit card as there was an offer running instead i told about my health concern. Then my family doctor clearly instructed...

                        Attapur branch manager . Not have respect to talk with customer...she is urguing wth angryness with me...she saying that he not give d session .. today...whatever u want to do ..do...like she talking.
                        Actually I am coming from very far location and today I kept leave at my office .. regarding for my treatment...this branch manager is very dangerous angryness...kolors is a nice clinic I knw becoz I am the old customer for past 4 year... at kothepet branch...and Join cousins and friends in kolors..now I am not satisfied please kindly return back my money..I loss my hopes in this branch..I am from middle class family...please take a action..or kolors brand name VL b bad..

                          The same copy i was provided in kolors at perambur branch (Hand over to jansi the kolors representative).

                          She was consive now. As per doctor advised she can't do any physical activities in kolors..

                          Please look into this and do the needful

                          Kindly send cancel request and medical certificate from your side to bajaj finserv.
                          So that they cancel my loan..

                          Already three emi cleared in my account...

                            Am facing the worst experience in the kolors... Its my 13th session in the span of 2 months even after following all the diet plans i just lost not even 2 kgs... When i called the customer care for colors first they dont listen to you and disconnected the call with out listening, second the are very rude to the customers.. I spoke to 3 members there names are “prema” “sai”, i don’t know its there original names or not... Am taking the session in hanamkonda branch. They dont even provide tissues... The steam doesn’t work at all and for one session they are making me to wait long its almost 4 hrs.. They don’t give you the appointment... If you guys work please look into my issue

                              Already raised complaint more times.. Bt still not get any proper response or solution from your side.
                              If we reach the customer care number, the persons attend the call and told called back after 5minutes.. But he won't call back. Its many times happens for me..

                              If you not giv any proper response with in few days definitely i wil put case against kolors..

                              I have paid amt of 25k for weight loss of 10kgs but I didn’t lost even 1 gm also yesterday I visited Kothapet hyd branch and convert to beauty package they said we inform u but I didn’t receive call and such a rude response from them very worst service by Kothapet hyd branch I want to refund my amount

                                regarding the fraud happening in kolors

                                I have been registered with kolors on[protected]. I have paid an amount of 69, 207/- for the reduction of 20 kg's weight.

                                But it is being totally useless. I was wasting my precious time of 2-3 hours in a day on every alternative day. But no use and by today it is exactly 4 months.

                                Feeling fooled by them. There are no return policies with them. They just make us to pay money by their convincing words, once after...

                                My name is yamini varanasi. I've joined kolors in september 2018 to reduce 15kg but i haven't reduced anything from you guys. I want my money back. Inspite of doing whatever you said i did not reduce my weight. I was promised 15kgs but i have put on 3 kgs after joining here. I spoke to so many dietitians and consults but nothing has happened. This is not at all acceptable. I want my money back or i can complain in consumer forum and i know how to get back my money. I have all the details with me.
