We have changed all switches and sockets of our flat with your esteemed brand kolors.

To our surprise, we experience that, we are not able to use equipments with 2 pin plug like Boss hand blender, mosquito repellent kapoordani etc.

Please help to resolve this issue.

We have purchased all switches etc from Krishna electric at Borivali east Mumbai.

    Hi. This is Divya from Chennai who enrolled in kolors for weight loss. It was handled by Subashni - t nagar branch who gave me fake commitment and promised me to take cryomatic advance treatment in special offer 75000 and I paid with immediate Spot payment via credit card. Till date they didn't even given me payment bill. And main note with out permission they have charged 5000 rs for kailon product and shown 70000 for service 5000 for kailon product. What is this where this kind of things happened. Seriously utter scam. But the day one onwards there was no proper therapy done. Everything happening without protocol. Till date there is no proper service given me. Whenever I visit kolors I must waited for long time like before starting service, wait for therapist for 15 to 25 mins. Then half of the service therapist will vanished from that place to handle another client or to do chit chat with other staff in kolors. So far I'm disputing for my proper service. At one started asking for my money back within a week since the subashni staff absconded and my therapist left the kolors without intimating. Then still date haven't given me any cryomatic session since I asked for immediate weight loss to re start my career but the stafffs like ashrin doesn't bother abt it. They r not cheating and doing sales with customer or clients. I seriously disappointed with this people and kolors. Kindly provide me your director ee mail I'd or mobile no I just wanna elevate this issue to him for his kind knowledge

      BTM layout branch booking time they are not told about refund and cancellation my 20 session is there i attend 3 only it's very painful and I'm facing helath issues i want to stop the session. I paid 4 month emi balence 8 month emi is there I'm not going to take treatment pls cancel my loan and give the loan cancellation letter from Bajaj and canel my loan.

        I've taken laser hair removal package 15 days before. But till now I've not received treatment reg. Every time I ask, the service provider is telling machine not working. Then why didi they give package.pls do respond asap.

              Kolours cheating us there is no improvement and not receiving the call to book the slot And they won’t even return our money as wll such a cheating company they took 75k from me Ntg has done everyone should raise complaint in polish station they these people get to know the value of money

                Kolors refund request of rs 25500 swiped at kolors health care towards non-recipient of service from kolors health care

                This is in regards to transaction of rs 25500 in Kolors. I have visited kolors kharkana branch on 27th november 2022 and consulted about a slimming treatment. Post which i have clearly told kolors team that i can only proceed after the health check from my family doctor but they manipulated and made me to swipe amount of rs 25500 from my credit card as after 2 sessions i got itching and allergy they were using same towels and approached to manager satish sir kolors kharkana branch but no respond to calls & messages plse solve my problem and refund my amount and they asked me to write and give we will process ur refund after 15 days but totally 1 month completed plse resolve my refund problem.

                  Myself Shanti and on 11th of September, 2022, I had visited the Kolors Adyar branch for an enquiry of a Laser Hair Removal. The executive who attended me very well influenced me and manipulated me to make a purchase of Weight loss and Laser Treatment by mentioning a one time offer etc. Even i got fooled by the Kolors executive and after all the manipulation, the team succeeded to get the payment of Rs.80500 from me, by offering me mny add on services and by telling me that I will get 100 % Result in the desired time frame.

                  After making the payment and when i was taken to the first service of Weight Loss service, from the first session onwards, the service person (person who was giving treatment) started manipulating and influencing to choose for a upgrading the package by making additional payment for desired results and they started making me believe that, the package that i have opted for, was not going to help me in any weight loss and therefore I needed to take another treatment. I took around 4 sittings in this category and every time i am entering the treatment room, they started manipulating me and force me to upgrade my treatment package. After getting 2 or 3 sessions I noticed that the place is maintained in a very unhygienic way and the towels and bedsheets were being used again and again on different customers without being cleaned or washed. Even the use and throw sheets were being used several times. I also started facing several issues with my body after going through the machines which were used very harshly on the stomach area and the sauna heat blanket with high temperature and i started getting skin burns. Even though this was informed to the available professionals but it was not considered.

                  Further, the 2nd service opted by me was Laser Hair Removal along with the weight loss package. During my enquiry time, i had clearly asked the executive about the side effects of the treatment and also checked whether the Laser Treatment would make any damage to the tattoos on my skin. But in a hurry to make me do the payment and for getting the business upfront, the executive had given me assurance that, no damage will happen to any part of my skin and the Laser that Kolors offers is completely safe. But during my first session itself, the Laser machine was giving me severe shocks and burns on my tattoo part of the skin. And also given me dark patches on my skin, making my skin look more ugly.

                  I had to consulted a dermatologist and a concerned doctor for my skin issues and the doctor has adviced me to stop all the harsh treatments on my body inorder to get well. Therefore since after my bad experience, i have not visited the branch for further treatment.

                  Here what i am trying to inform you is, i was never informed or intimated by your executive about the non refundable policy, as the person just wanted to get the money from me and now i understand that every one in the branch are totally money minded people. If i was aware of the non refundable policy, i would never make the bulk upfront payment of a Rs.80000 for any such service, without even having a trial of the service.

                  So what i am trying to say is, i have been fooled by a bunch of money minded people and now I want the full refund of my money, as there was not even 1% satisfaction from the service taken by me in the session. I have attended only 1 session and i had the worst experience, and i will never be able to believe or trust a brand named Kolors in my future Life.

                  I am making a humble request to the team for the full refund of my money although I should have asked for additional compensation for spoiling my skin. The money i paid was not a small amount and it was my life time savings deposited in my bank. But i am left with no Money now as i was manipulated by the staff and getting influenced, i thought I can spend the money for a good service. But as per the experience i received in the initial session itself, i would never recommend anyone about Kolors.

                  My request is to make a refund of the complete amount paid by me for the service and resolve my complaint at the earliest.
                  Consider this as a grievance. I would not like to receive any kind of calls from the Kolors executives for anymore talks. I want the action to be taken and initiated at the earliest.

                    I paid 82000 to kolors with EMI option and Kolors hiden many things they didnt inform a out treatment to me and hided terms and condition to me forced me to pay amount later came to know the treatment is given by housekeeping servent not by doctor and kolors given over current to my legs and didn't closed the door i shouted for help no one came and open the door my leg nerves affected i asked for refund the manager in anna nager branch anitha is shouting like a fish market ladey . Dont go to kolors they are fraud money minded person . Criminal gangs goverments officers should take action on this fraud company .

                      I had joined kolors for slimming treatment on august 2021. But due to some reasons i was unable to continue my treatment and so i asked them about the validity and they told nothing about the validity. I am not blaming anyone here but i want to continue my treatment at kolors for which i cant pay extra amount to increase my validity. I paid I lakh rupees on a single payment again now i cant pay extra amount to increase my validity. All i was asking is extend my validity from now so that i can complete my treatment. Please try to understand my problem.

                        Careless treatment, to compensate that they r giving hair care treatment, denuding the offer they gave 5 sessions of massaging . I have paid 150000 rupees for slimming n weight loss .
                        Kolors people are not customer friendly, I lost my trust n integrity. Hence I request for refund . Attached is the sample proof for the hurt I got because of their poor service . Even though I raised this issue, it was given least importance. If my complaint not addressed properly, I m ready for legal actions .

                          I have all the evidence to prove the inefficiency of the staffs and the administration negligence, I was terribly wounded and got scar in my body . I can provide you with all the proof I have with me. Hence the offers given for continuation of the treatment is not pleasing and I lost hope and integrity. Kindly refund the amount .

                            All are irresponsible and money minded people. Nobody is literate and experienced one there.. Simply hired and kept just to show off they have all kind of services. Fit for nothing. They talk very smoothly till they make the minds of customer.. After that they are not seen and very selfish. Most of the time they simply postpone our sessions. And no benefit i got from the service. All false promises. They have hired a non professionals for the LHR. who doesnt even know how to start the process.

                              I would like to inform you that I want to take cosmetic treatments by kolors health care center indore and I met to ur kolors team which are working there . They were suggested about process and I agree with that time .becosue that time I have no money issues and they gives me suggestions about bajaz fiance personal loan amount. and told me that I can pey All amount during 9th month ..but after some days I have to leave my job before first emi and I told kolors team to cancellation my services but they didn't respond me even not recieved my call or messages its about 15 to 20 days till now

                                This is to inform that I have joined Kolors madipakkam I have taken two advance treatments coolcryo & Cryomatic. But its was not working out in reducing my weight. After that my weight has been increased.

                                Since the weight has been increased there should be a specialist what went wrong or which treatment is suitable for me. But till now no one has looked into it.

                                I feel bad weather the Branch head is monitoring it or not. And other problem is man power frequently changing.

                                  My sister took a laser hair treatment in kolors Davangere, the staff never said anything about the amount is not refundable. Even though we asked her if we want to stop the treatment what to do, she said you can stop when ever you want. We went to kolors asked about refund she said we won't give refund you can complain anywhere you want and we decided she made us fool and made money fraud. We paid a bill of 1.5lakh and we took 2 sessions treatment, for one sessions it cost 10k but she took 15k even we showed the website details, she saying with confidence that you can go to anyone we won't refund your money.

                                  Here I am requesting for help from anyone. Please 🙏 help

                                  Hi. I am another victim of Kolors Adyar, Chennai branch. Paid 80000, took only 1 session. Got skin burns. Asked for refund. They denied. We should take action against them. We are paying our hard earned money to them and we cant leave them so easily. Pls contact me at 9496490936

                                    I'm Nandhakumar, I have visited Kolors Health Care Coimbatore branch on 2nd July 2022 and consulted about a Dandruff treatment. They given a treatment for HFT but i couldnt see a improved and one lady give a suggestion to changes a treatment PRP to another account details, but i told with her already i paid the HFT treatment that amount what should be happened she told me dont worry we cancel the HFT treatment (2400) to add up on PRP totally you want to pay (6250) only but this month there take a money both treatment HFT + PRP i informed with her she not reply proper. I want to stop my sessions, so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank. Since i should not undergo that treatment and haven't took the service from Kolors, i have requested for refund. grievance to get amount of rs 2695 refunded as service not at all received but paid.

                                      I am Kavyasri visited Kolors Vijayawada Branch on Oct 14th for enquiry about weight loss treatment. But they manipulate me and made a payment of 12, 000/- and remaining as EMI Amount, Total - 60, 000/-. At that time I am in maternity leave so i have a free time to attend the sessions. Right now I am again rejoined in my position and there is no time for weight loss treatment. I have severe dandruff problem so i am asking for transfer weight...
