We were travelling from Mumbai to Sawantwadi 16335 GIMB -NCJ express and at around 6 AM in morning handbag was snatched and stolen while the train leaving from Ratnagiri station from S9 door side seats.
Thief alighted from train at Ratnagiri station.
As confirmed by TC there are 4-5 more incidents reported from the same train during Chiplun to Ratnagiri at same time.
We have lodged complaint against this theft.
Please take action immediately.
This situation needs immediate arrangement of police officials in trains, provide communication means in running trains to contact to RPF at railway stations as soon as as possible to avoid these incidents in future specially in overnight and long duration trains.

    Now I am travelling towards ratnagiri in tutari express a TTE in AC coach asked for a penalty receipt he refused to give me a receipt he insisted me to pay him 1500 just to stand on door as the coach is full... Another TTE who was polite and gentle he gave me receipt legally which I had preserved as a evidence. I don't know his name but I have a receipt which the another TTE gave me as they were two of them that means one can be caught easily... All the cleaning staff and that TTE are accused..
    Please look into this matter as soon as possible as I am also posting it on all social media sites. This is very unfortunate events for which entire kokan railway prestigious image is been destroyed just because of these some TTEs and the cleaning staff I can also identify them if called me to identify them.

      Today travelling in 16345 netravati express. Tatkal reservation confirmed in D2. No pantry service like food, drinking water in D2 compartment. Now train pass panvel station

          I am a frequent traveller during weekend to my home in Sindhudurg. Now me being a full time working teacher, I hardly get an opportunity to book the ticket over the counter. This leads me to use IRCTC app which enables the traveller to book online tickets. Now a serious problem arises when the online ticket is on waiting list which then gets automatically cancelled giving refund of the booked amount. As I have to travel which why I book it online, eventually I end up paying fine which is not right because I do online booking in advance. So can you take into consideration my plea to keep the online waiting list valid so that it becomes easier to travel in general class at least.

            Kokan trains run late. No improvements seen. Actual late I observed as follows -

            2-Nov-21 Mandavi Down train started late, arrived 20 minutes late at Dadar station.
            16-Nov-21 Mandavi Down train started late, arrived 20 minutes late at Dadar station.
            6-Nov-21 Janashatabdi Down train arrived 1 hr late at Chiplun station
            9-Nov-21 Ernakulam Pune Up train arrived 2 hr late at Kankavali.
            18-Dec-21 Janashatabdi UP train arrived 2 hr late at Chiplun station. Its scheduled time at Chiplun was 19.15, announced 1 hr 40 min late, but it arrived at 21.20. no further announcement or regret message announced.

                Today at 7:30 pm I get on the Trian named SAWANTWADI - DADAR SPECIAL Train No. 01004. my mom is having some medical issues related heart. So in emergency case we got our confirm tatkal tickets booked from Mumbai itself so i got a print out of ticket and also the booking message was with me in my phone it self. But after seeing the all the proofs and after verifying our names and ages on our adhar card he fined us which is not correct. AND Also he was using abusive language with us with disrespectful behaviour with us. means after having the proper documents and proof also he fined us. THE NAME OF TICKET COLLECTOR IS S.G.SHINDE and he got off the train at RATNAGIRI SATATION. So I hope that railway will take action against him as soon as possible. I have submited all the photos of original ticket, message we have and also the receipt and the photo of Ticket Collector bellow.

                  कोकण रेल्वे विभाग महाराष्ट्रात असूनही कोकण रेल्वे सर्व फलक आणि जाहिरातींवर हिंदी आणि इंग्रजी भाषांचा वापर करते. अशा प्रकारे महाराष्ट्रातच मराठीला फाट्यावर मारणे निंदनीय आहे. तसेच मराठी वापरणे हे कायद्याने बंधनकारक आहे. म्हणून सर्व ठिकाणी मराठीचा वापर करावा.

                    कोकण रेल्वे ची नावे, फलक, सूचना, घोषणा, भिन्न जाहिराती हे मराठी भाषेत नसल्याने मराठी राजभाषा अधिनियम १९६४ ६(१/२) वर चपराक बसला आहे. १००% स्थानक नावे, फालक, जहिरती, सूचना, घोषणा "अधिकृत राजभाषा" असलेली "मराठी" भाषेत दिली पाहिजे.

                      कोकण रेलवे हा विभाग महाराष्ट्र राज्यात येत असून महाराष्ट्राची राजभाषा "मराठी" आहे. तरीसुद्धा कोकण रेल्वे च्या सर्व फलक व जाहिरातींवर फक्त हिंदी भाषेचाच वापर होताना दिसून येत आहे. असे केल्याने महाराष्ट्र राजभाषा कायद्याचं उल्लंघन व समस्त १२ कोटी जनतेची मातृभाषा असलेल्या मराठी चा अपमान होत आहे.

                      तर या विषयाची तात्काळ दखल घेऊन सर्व फलक व जाहिराती मराठी भाषेतून करण्यात याव्यात व या पुढे ही सर्व ठिकाणी मराठीचाच जास्तीतजास्त वापर व्हावा, ही अपेक्षा. झालेला बदलाचा फोटो खालील E- mail वर पाठवण्यात यावा.

                        Tutari gadi ne mumbai la pravas kela asta pahile. Train madhe sarvikade hindi ani english madhe suchana lihilya ahet, kokan railway madhe pravas karana ha marathi kokani manus ahe tyala tari samznyat yavya mahnun suchna marathi madhe asvyat.

                          I was enterd in the thivim railway station. I have 2 bottle of wine with seal closed for own consumption and am asking the police officer to give me permit to carry the liquor but they fight with me and torcher me to give him 6000 rupees bribe. He also take both wine bottles and place in the toilet room. Please help me and gives the justice...

                            My money got deducted from paytm and it says they have transferer the money to proxima gamma private limited which is the merchant and i still did not have recieved any uc in my pubg account please give my money back or uc in my account

                              I am traveling in mangala lakhwadeep sf express from thrissur to nasik rd 12617
                              Boarding on 18th jan from thrissur
                              I bought a chips packet of rs.20 printed rate (Mrp)
                              And the vendor charged me rs.30
                              Last time i travelled in the train,
                              I bought a lunch worth rs.55 printed rate
                              For which the vendor charged rs.60

                              Now the problem is why are they charging extra amt. Than the printed one.
                              As its an excess amt, that too unrecorded that falls into black money
                              Why isn't action taken against such vendors???

                                I & my wife was travelling on seat 71/66 (PNR No. [protected]) & boarded Konkan Kanya 10112 at Savant-wadi for Dadar (Mumbai). The luggage (Three bags) was kept below berth 71 (Lower) as my wife was sleeping on the same.

                                In the morning, when we were trying to check out the baggage, we found one of the bag missing. We checked with the entire bogey, but the bag seems to have been stolen.

                                After getting down at Dadar station at 5:05 am, we could not get the complaint office or even Railway Police office on Platform No. 4/5 & 6 & thus lodging this on-line complaint.

                                Kindly please let us know the process.

                                  On 20/10/2019subject: kinkan railways - refusal by co-passanger to sit on my seat no.18 (Upper berth)
                                  On 20/10/2019, i was traveling by 2ac coach no. A1 having berth no.18 (Side upper) in 10104 mandovi express from vaibhavwadi station to mumbai. The trai scheduled to arrive at 11.31 hrs. Arrived at 12.25 hrs. Hen i boarded the train and moved to my berth the co-passanger who had boarded the train at kankavli station found sleeping on the berth 17 (Side lower) opening both the seats, refused me to sit on my seat no.18 saying i have upper berth. I suppose, it being the day journey, co-passanger has no right to refuse me to sit during day time on my seat.

                                  I would like to know whether co-passanger can refuse to sit the other passenger during day time and i would like to know the policy/provisions in this regard.

The train scheduled to arrived at 11.31 hrs. Arrived the station at 12.25 hrs.                                       Today i traveled in train no 01014 thivim to ltt ganapati special. I boarded in rajapur road. There was no water supply in washroom and basin.. Food which served after rajapur road was not good, it was spoiled.. Took 240 rs. There is no pantry car service available, so couldn't register complaint. Very bad experience.. Train was 5 hrs late. Please do the needful.

                                        I was traveling in 11003 tutari express on 30 august 2019 and timing is 12:05 at dadar and and this train regularly departs from platform no.7 and on that day the train was late by 45 mins and it suddenly came on platform no.5 and only 15 mins halt was given to this train at origin station... This is very cheap and pathetic...😠😠😠 after 15 mins suddenly train was leaving it's origin station while people were boarding the train... Indicators were not working on platform no.7 and loco pilot didn't give the horn while departing from dadar

                                        ट्रेन नंबर 10104 मधे प्रवास करताना स्लिपर कोच च्या टिकिट चेकर चे म्हणणे होते कि तुमची स्लिपरची टिकट असली तरी तुम्ही तुमच्या बर्थ वर झोपू शकत नाही, झोपण्याची वेळ रात्री 10 वाजल्या नंतर आहे, 10104 ह्या गाडीचा प्रवास दिवसाचा आहे मग स्लीपर बर्थ चे भाडे का घेतले जाते?
