Hi,

My parents were travelling from mandovi express (10103) on 07-sep-2018 from dadar to kankavli. The ticket pnr is [protected]. This was a confirmed ticket for 2 tier ac coach a1 with seat numbers 43 (Lower), 44 (Side upper) and 46 (Side lower). My father is a paralyzed person (Age 73) and mother is a old age lady (Age 68) and she can not climb the upper/side upper berth steps hence i hand spent money to booked the 2 tier coach tickets with required seats only. When my mother was trying to occupy the lower berth seat (46) a person had already occupied that seat and said that the seat belonged to him. Later my mother confronted the ticket collector of the coach but he also confirmed that the seat belonged to the other person and my mother will have to take the upper berth. I am sure the ticket collector had some settlement with the person occupying the side lower seat. Unfortunately my mother had to travel for almost 10 hours of journey by sitting beside my father on lower berth as she could not step up to upper berth.

We have been cheated by the tc and i want to take this matter seriously.

I appreciate you taking this to next level and provide me justice by taking strict action against the tc.

    I travelled on 10103 from cstm to thivim on 7 th sept 2018. The train left cstm on time but reached thivim only at 8.25 pm. It gave way to even goods trains and stopped at all unscheduled stops.
    The 1ac bogie ha1 was attached to the general bogie and the connecting shutter was open throughout the journey. So general passengers used 1ac toilets. Is this right?

    I travelled from cstm to tv today 7 th sept 2018 by 1st class ac coupa. My pnr no.[protected]. I was shocked to see a rat below the lower berth running from one side to the other. I had to travel with suitcase on the berth and my legs on the berth as well. How dangerous is that? Is this what passengers get for paying such high fares?. Please respond.

      On kokan railway it is observed that the platforms are long distance as mostly all trains have more than 20 boggis.

      It is observed that most of the passengers are old and sick they are unable to walk long distance. Also as its a village place on kokan railway stations most of the passengers carry heavy luggage.
      Unfortunately on platforms wheel chairs are not available freely. Further as trolleys are not available passengers carry luggage on their heads.

      Kokan railway should provide wheel chairs and trolleys freely as that are provided at airport.
      The passengers will be highly obliged and delighted if sufficient numbers of wheel chairs and trolleys are available at platforms on stations.

        Here is not stopping any mail or express, few passenger trains stop at nagothane station.
        Between passenger timing very poor service of railway. Nagothane to mumbai = 05:30, 10:55, 16:00, 17:36.
        Panvel to nagothane = 07:05, 09:50, 16:58, 20:37 only passengers available here.
        Please suitable trains stopping at nagothane station.

          Incident held on 03.07.2018, 12134 Mumbai express departed from Mangalore to Mumbai. Theft occurred between Kankavli and Ratnagiri.

          Thief has stolen below mentioned items.

          Lost one ladies bag contained below mentioned items.
          3 Gold chains worth rs. 3, 00, 000/-
          3 cell phones
          [protected], gio mobile sim registered in the name of Rajesh nayak.
          [protected] nokia
          [protected]redmi, sim registered in the name of subraya nayak.
          2 gold bangels
          1 gold ring
          1 gents purse Cash worth around rs.10, 000/- with voter id sr. citizen card
          2 aadhar card (subraya nayak guabi nayak)
          Coach details given below
          coach no S5, seat no 21, 22 24. (Father Mr.Subraya Nayak, Mother Gulabi nayak sister Divya Nayak)

          Another incident :
          One cell (make - panaonic, iglu ray 700, two sim mobile no [protected] and [protected], worth rs 10, 000/-. owner Mr.Shantilal dhulaji meena,

          Incident in details are given below :

          We realized that the above thing were stolen between kankavali and ratnagiri station. Immediately, my parents have started to search railway police in all the coaches but couldn't find him. Later they found TC and informed the incident. (Fire copy is attached). Later TC had got down at Ratnagiri and handed over the FIR Second copy to railway police.

          Ms.Umila from coach no s4, has observed the unusual reactions of person who had came suddenly and slept on the seat with shoes. Later, he had jumped down opposite side, once the train started at 0327hrs from ratnagiri. 100% she was sure that he has stolen the things. His rough sketch is attached fyi.. He looks like a gentlemen with t shirt and jeans pant.
          It is our heard earned money which took years to make the golds. You are requested to investigate the same.

          There was a deficiency of railway police in the train caused the loss. Because of tension, my mother' health becoming worst day by day.

P) had passed his high school in the year 1969 from rashtriya intermediate college, sandawapur banahra ballia (U. P). He is employed as railway police force in konkan railway, kalyan, maharashtra.
            He is working on a fake certificate and a fake date of birth should be departmentally checked.

              On kokan railway for ganpati most of all the trains are fully booked as well as maximum wating list passengers. Further more than 500 buses play during ganapati festival. Thus availibility of many passengers are assured.
              For kokan ailway opportunity to earn maximum revenue as well as providing service to passengers.
              Why not have more trains 1) mumbai to ratnagiri stoppage at chiplun etc. 2)
              Mumbai to sawantwadi 3) and regular train kokan kanya and sawantwadi etc but all these trains should leave during ganapati festival season within ten to fifteen minutes difference
              Thus goa trains are nor occupied by passengers travelling only till chiplun or ratnagari.
              Also kokan - passengers travelling beyond ratnagiri gets tickets to travel during festival season. Why not to have more innovative approach and help passengers.

                I applied for kokan railway recurrment 2018 my application i'd is.. Kr[protected].
                But when i trying to logged in to download l hall ticket on kokan railway site it shows password not match... Then i selct option forgot password... They show msg new pass send on your registered mail id... But still from 3 dys i can't receive any mail from railway about my hall ticket

                tomorrow is exam date.. So pls solve this issue..

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  As i was traveling from mumbai to ratnagiri on 29/06/2018.
                  While the journey i took aloo paratha from the train canteen, believe me it’s was such a unhygienic food the same day at night i got problem in my stomach, lose motions, fever and weakness only because of this food. Please it’s a pleasant request to improve the quality of the food please don’t play with public health. As below i have attached my doctor’s receipt please go through it.

                    I have reserved birth in trai no 12134. I supposed to start my journey in 28.06.2018 at 10.15 pm. When i checked running status i found that train arriving at ratnagiri station it shows that 02.15 am.
                    Without any intimation it's your duty to inform us about the time change so i can change my plan as per that. Due to your unprofessional style i have to face lot of problems. Who will be responsible for that? Awaiting for your strong reply for the same.

                      It would be not possible to run extra train on kokan line. Why do you give? Kokan railway staff are not co-operative. It is delay 7 hrs in ratnagiri. Passenger and our family too tired to wait this train when arrive. And ticket fare also double compare to other train. Pls kindly take this action pls do not arrange weekly spacial train.

                        We were travelling in train no 01194 karmali ltt spl train vide pnr no [protected] dated 19/05/2018. The whole journey was without water supply in toilets and wash basins of train. We have called to mumbai pro and konkan railway pro they said it will be soved in ratnagiri howevernothing was done the journey was completed with delay of 3 hours late. Then why the super fast charges levy on tkt.

                          Sir some news i heard was that for booking tickets the first preference would be given to people standing in queue. But it doesn't seems like this and you brought the facility of online booking but ur website seems to be currpted. And i[censored] say that it's should be booked early morning at 8 am i was on the site at 8 am but it seemed to be helpless. The warm request to you is first provide tickets to the passengers and not to the agents because we deserve those tickets. Please provide solution

                            Sir / madam this is not like a complent it's just a request. The availability of lack train going kokan. Whenever there is festival aur holiday like may month because today we face more trouble to reserve seat aur get ticket of general coach in emergency. We could not even enter the coach becouse of rush. I hope you understand me. Please do something.

                                My mother mrs sumati sukale and mother in law mrs suvarnlata thakur were traveling on tejas express (Train no : 22119) from thane to kudal on 24apr-2018 : ticket details as follows
                                Pnr no : [protected], seat nos : c6/1/ws, c6/2/nc. They had paid for food facility, but not served the same till kudal station arrived inspite of asking 2 to 3 times to the catering service person on train. Is this the kind of bad services indian konkan railway provide to their passengers. I want my food charges back and what preventive action will be taken, to avoid this kind of in-hospitality in future.

                                Karmali express train no. 22116 was delayed today the 10th of may which was suppose to leave at 14:00 from Karmali Station but left at 14:50.. Why such delay... There is no good service as well... Washrooms are kept dirty, stinking..If taking good amount then pls provide good services and most importantly keep the Washrooms clean and hygienic..

                                  I had booked e-ticket pnr no.[protected] for travel from mumbai to chiplun on 13 april 2018 for rs 160/- as the ticket was wait listed and did not get confirmed it was cancelled. I was told that the full amount would be refunded. I have got message that only rs 100 is refunded. Please provide reason of not refunding full amount of rs 160. Thanks f. B. Lobo

                                    We had booked 18 ac tickets on 11th of june to goa from mumbai by the jan shatabdi express but we had to travel in general category as there was no ac coach due to some technical problems. The tc had assured us of a refund at the time. Our travel agent had booked tdr request on the 17th of june. I am in constant telephonic conversation with mr sachin yadhav who is only assuring me of a refund since the last one year.

                                      Vendor at Thivim railway station, Pradip Tea stall on platform no. 1 is selling MRP items at highly inflated rates. I tried to purchase a packet of bread with MRP 38 rupees only but Pradip Tea stall asked for 50 rupees. On asking for bill for the same he denied and took back the packet refusing to sell on MRP. Authorities please look into this matter.

                                        मेरा नाम दिलशाद मोहम्मद है। ट्रेन 12218 (केरल एस क्रांती) कोटा जं. से रतनागरी के लिए[protected] की तारीखा को मोटर-साइकिल पार्सल किया था। लेकिन मेरे पास अभी तक नहीं पहूंचा है। रेळवे पाऱसल पर भी, कोई संतुष्टजनक जवाब नही, कहते है कि जब हम तक आएगी, तो फोन कर देगे. सर, रोजाना काम छोडकर, मैं सावंतवाडी से रत्नागिरी तो नही जा सकता हूँ ! सर, कृप्या मदद किजिए ! मुझे बहुत परेशानी हो रही है !
