Dear Sir,
Inspite of my several oral & telecom communication to you till date u are failure to provide KORYO 21”TV service .In continuation till date last four month TV set under the repair .On temp basis repair the same but still problem persists as it is as on date, if this brand not perfect suite for proper servicing why should not ban on it?. Your eastern region service representative assured me that part replacement approved by company but as on date TV set as like scrap .I have spend lot of time on this exercise ,really I fed with your service Dept.Such big organization we can’t expect such casual approach not acceptable to us. I follow-up with your HALDIA BIG BAZAR SHOWROOM on weekly once basis but invain.NOW I HAVE NO MORE PAINTANICE TO COMMUNICATE TO YOU.
IF THIS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL return TV IN YOUR HALDIA BIG BAZAR SHOW ROOM.
If your are unable provide the service, reimbursement me same immediately.

I, Ms Ananya Choudhury from Haldia purchased one double bedand one cupboard on 2nd May'11 ans was committed by the Big Bazaar shopkeepers that the items would be delivered on 3rd May by evening positively. But on 3rd May neither the items were delivered nor they informed anything to us from their side as they were responsible to inform us, even on calling them they refused to deliver that day and were giving some excuses. Till now I haven't received my items and my trust on their customer care service has already gone away. If this remain the attitude of their service then very soon then customer complains will damage definitely the reputation of Big Bazaar. I am very much disappointed with the service of Big Bazar.

    I bought Koryo Water Geyser KWH-S25 from Big Bazar, Aditya Birla Mall Indrapuram on 22nd Dec2009. On 13th Jan 2010 we felt electric current passing into the water coming out from the geyser. We decided to switch the geyser off when the water is completely hot and then use it. On 15th Jan it geyser started leaking badly from everywhere. We called-up Koryo Service center n number of times everytime they said there executive will call and take an appointment. Till date no body called and no body turned up. On 30th Jan I went to Big Bazaar to file a complaint. The person there said an executive will come monday morning .i.e. 1 Feb 2010 and gave me his number. I gave this person a reminder call in the morning. He said he will be there by 1:00 pm. I took first half leave from my office waiting for this person. He didn't turned up. I gave him the call and he disconnected.
    I don't know what to do now. Please Help.

    Have you been able to get hold of this guy?I too have similar story but i bought it from Big bazar, GIP, NOIDA.Can you also give me the number of this Koryo Service centre guy ?

    MY KORYO GEYSER TOO BURST. DONT BUY THIS BLOODY GEYSER. IT IS DANGEROUS TO LIFE. WE SHOULD BOYCOTT ALL BIGBAZAAR PRODUCTS. THEY SELL ALL CHEAP LIFE THREATENING GOODS AT CHEAPER PRICE.

      I bought Koryo KMG 2022 Microwave from Home Town Hyderabad in July 2009 with two years on site warranty. Its Magnetron tube got short circuited or failed in January 2010 2nd week. After the complaint I raised with Koryo Service centre, they send some service guy who identified Magnetron problem.

      Ever since he has gone, its been around 15 days...every time I call them they say that they are in process of getting a huge consignment of magnetron from manufacturer as there is huge requirement.

      I am told every time that there is a shortage of magnetron at manufacturing company but the fact is that service requirements are always kept secondary and they fit all magnetron tubes in new products which are going to be sold. They don't have manners to talk to customers. They say that "You will have to wait. There is no other way to get it done." Just becuase its under warranty, I will have to wait forever.

        ac not functioning properly

        i had purchase koryo 1.5 tonne in march 2008 and since then there is some problem or the other regarding the performance of the ac.now since the last two months the ac is not working .and i have tried in vain to get it rectified.the service centre people have removed some part and send it to the their bangalore office.they are saying that the bangalore office have send them defective part both times.the service is apalling and so is the...

          Koryo ka TV lena matlab apne aap ko Problem main dalna hai. Maine bhi koryo ka TV BIG BAZAR se liya tha par last month se us main DISPLAY ke problem aa rahi hai. Last 31.12.09 ko maine us main RS 800/- Lagaye the or aaj fir same problem aa gai hai, or complaints karne par Service Center se dhang se zabab bhi nahi milta hai.

          I have bought koryo 21'' TV in Big Bazar 2 years back. v lost the manual while shifting our house. now the tv channels lockes and even tuning system also locked. (tune lock - On, Child lock - On). how couls v remove these too. v couldn't watch many channels and couldn't tune channels too. so tell the sol;ution for this prob pls.

          i have bought a color TV of 21" from Big Bazar of KORYO company one month back and now it is giving display problem and main thing is no body from service center respond...even in warrenty card the numbers have given, always be switchedoff or some doesnot exist...if my mistake some one picks up then he/she gives another number whcih is also useless...

          this is my humble request to avoid KORYO products...Their products are as poor as their service..

            We have purchased a Koryo toaster model no KPT16 on 09/06/2009 and it became dead on 14/09/2009, from this date the toaster is with the service center "Suja Consumer Service" they say they dont have spare for repairing it and the company doesn't provide any replacement. Request you to help us in providing replacement.

            Makes me wonder if Koryo products are really that bad or people who are complaining about them don't know how to use the product properly? I have a toaster, geyser, and microwave grill and all seem to be working fine for me. Toaster and microwave were bought in November 2009. There really isnt any technology in a toaster for it to get a repair so easily. Geyser was bought recenty but as of now I still haven't seen any leaks and it is heating properly. For how big BigBazaar is and how many people buy Koyo products as spares or temporary use the number of complaints you are seeing don't seem significant. Right now it only looks like some people had bad luck and got a defective product or they didn't know how to properly use the product.

                I am b.kalyanasundar, purchased koryo colour tv in big bazar in march 2009, on that day itself its remote not working.i went to complaint in bigbazar they sended me to the service centre. i went and filed a complaint on the next day.after 1 week technician came and checked and took the remote and went back. he didnt came back.we called him daily but he didnt respond for our call and telling lies like remote is coming 1 week, 2 days, tommorow, today.atlast we spended more than 500 by calling him in phone.atlast i went directly to service centre, they said that model remote is not available in the company.i asked for replacement for the model of the tv, they didnt respond for our qureies, we lost the interest of watching the tv for past 4 months, we all put into a mental depression for buyuing KORYO tv.i never saw such a company having devices and service(fradulent company). i need solvation for this and i need all reimbursement for all my expenses and for my mental depression.

                  I have purchaed koryo make microwave from Big Bajar. Six months back rotating glass plate was broken.
                  From this day I made several calls to the local office no.[protected].
                  They assure that the plate will be replaced next working day. However till date they have not replaced my broken plate.

                    I had purchased a Koryo 2 kg washing machine from Big Bazaar in October 2008. The machine stopped functioning in February 2009. I have been following up with the customer service people, company reps and the service centre, all to no avail. There is a capacitor problem which they are refusing to fix on the plea that spares are not available. Customer service is not even taking calls now (they either do not pick up or disconnect). Please help!

                      I purchased a T.V of KORYO (which is the home product of BIG BAAZAR) approximately 2 years ago, and after few months only the stupid T.V started giving trouble to us, and after that remote of the T.V has became useless.
                      I am trying to get the remote of that T.V from approximately 7 to 8 months, but the official guys are saying that the remote is not available in company so you have to wait, and i am just waiting for Remote to come, and now the T.V has also broke down
                      so i am telling you Don't buy any item from koryo it is a headache
                      they are useless ..curse you KORYO...

                        Sir,
                        With reference to your authority i would like to convey that i had purchased a split ac(koryo big bazar own brand) on 4th of june 2009 and i paid the amount through my credit card, the display that was puted there as indicating that installation will b free, but when the product was delevered i kept on waiting for their person to come and install the ac but even after reminding them i could not get the person,
                        after 3 days i hired a person to do the same,

                        on 12 the june the ac started giving trouble and i complained about all this at their no [protected] and also to their service provider at the no [protected], and i also launched a complaint at their all india help line number at [protected] they gave me the service request no(159268)and comited me that the problem will b sorted out within 48 hours but even after 48 hrs no one even bothered to give a phone call.

                        with the help of your channel kindly advice me how can i either avail a new changed or my this ac can be repaired

                          Purchasing time I have discussed big Baazar officer he promish me that this TV is very good and it is under warrenty . So that Why problem is comming in this tv

                            I bought a KDVD200UD from Home Town Shopping Center, hyderabad. When I asked person to test the piece, he said it is tested. When I brought home and switched on, the power itself was not coming. Finally person gave me a display piece saying he don't have stock, it will come withing two days. I brought same display piece and found the Open/Close button is not working properly sometime on the main unit. I went to shop and changed piece, some of the mp3 DVD's which were working in previous (display piece) player were not working now. The DVD player is not showing all the mp3 files in the list. This seems that, each Koryo DVD player behaves in different way. I am feeling now that I should have bought some branded player.

                            I purchased a Koryo DVD player from big bazar cuttack. There on testing the player was reading the usb port. Now when I insert my pen drive it is not able to acess. Should I do some changes in the set up or what? The working manual is completely silent on how to acess a pen drive.

                              My name is Prateek Khera ([protected]) & I work with a media house.
                              I bought a 0.8 ton Koryo AC from e-zone, Karol bagh Delhi some 10 days back. After the purchase, when i got it installed, I discovered that there was no gas in the AC or it might have leaked, whatever may be the case. I tried contacting the customer care for the same but was given a deaf ear. Finally, when i managed to get through the Area manager (West Delhi) Mr. RAHUL ([protected]) and explained him the situation, he was not ethical enough even to come down to my residence and check the fault. I told him categorically that I was being harassed since last 4 days.
                              Not finding Mr. RAHUL & his subordinate Mr. KAMAL incompetent for the job, I managed to get the contact details of their superior/ boss, who i am sorry to state, dealt the situation with a higher incompetence & that too in very uncouth manner.
                              Current situation is that I have no comfort from Koryo and have to hire a separate AC installation guy & PAY FOR THE GAS, which was the moral responsibility of the company.
                              It has blemished my faith in the company for good and I really pity the future of this company with such resources.
                              I have also purchased koryo Electric cooker on dt. 18.2.2010 from big bazar Kalyan. It has been used for only four times & the product becomes faulty. when i approached to the big bazar about the product they said that it will take two days & as it is electronic item there is no guarantee for fault. I told them that i am Electrical Engineer & this product is an electrical item not electronic and this must not be become faulty within a month.
                              it realy gives me mental trouble
                              Very much true that Koryo sucks.They are not competent enough to survive in he market.There products are productive for a short span of time.

                              I am fed up with KORYO services...

                              Request to Higher management plz arrange training especially customer service skills to your employees and upgrade your techinical Team.

                                i had lodged a complaint earlier also but no action taken till date, i had bought window ac from big bazar (sabse ghatia bazar) in the month of April 08 after 2 months swing motor was not working and after 2 months continusely followup with the service guys it was resolved. then in the month of NOV 08 the ac was not used due to weather changed. when i was trying to start on 13th April the problem occuer NO COOLING and lodged a complaint on 14th and the complaint no. 143362.
                                till date after 10 days to go continusely followup with these guys but no body turned back.
                                pls esclate this to the higher authorities otherwise i will file a case against the company becoz its a totaly mental torcher to us.

                                  I've purchased an 0.8 Ton Koryo Window A/C from Home Town (A division of Future Group), Punjagutta, Hyderabad. While purchasing at the store, the executive has informed me clearly that the instrument comes with INSTALLATION for FREE and No Stabilizer.

                                  Now, the installation is done by the Manufacturing company but not by Home Town people. The installation guy has charged me for the installation and claims that there is no installation free offer.

                                  When i called back to Hometown to find out why i was misguided, i came to know that the installation was free when the instrument was priced at an higher cost a month ago. Since when they cut down the cost, they've started charging for the installation.

                                  But the front-end executive who demonstrated me the device, himself doesn't know about this thing and committed to me that the installation was free.

                                  When i tried to talk to the "head-weighed" manager, he doesn't respond at all properly.

                                  This is absolute mis-communication and cheating. Some action should be taken against this recklessness.
