Sir,
With reference to your authority i would like to convey that i had purchased a split ac(koryo big bazar own brand) on 4th of june 2009 and i paid the amount through my credit card, the display that was puted there as indicating that installation will b free, but when the product was delevered i kept on waiting for their person to come and install the ac but even after reminding them i could not get the person,
after 3 days i hired a person to do the same,

on 12 the june the ac started giving trouble and i complained about all this at their no [protected] and also to their service provider at the no [protected], and i also launched a complaint at their all india help line number at [protected] they gave me the service request no(159268)and comited me that the problem will b sorted out within 48 hours but even after 48 hrs no one even bothered to give a phone call.

with the help of your channel kindly advice me how can i either avail a new changed or my this ac can be repaired

Cheating People dont buy anything there, the service was very worst and lazy to respond. And there own products soon get repairs. So, as a literate you should take this to the consumer court

    I have purchased color tv 21kr from great India place at noida one month before. After 15 days of purchasing Tv Fell down I make a complaint to customer care they not give any response

    Purchasing time I have discussed big Baazar officer he promish me that this TV is very good and it is under warrenty . So that Why problem is comming in this tv
    In my observation your company is cheating with customer .

    TV Problem:
    1)White Line Comming in middle screen
    2)Screen go upon side
    3)Photo stracing
    4) Colour defective

      I bought a KDVD200UD from Home Town Shopping Center, hyderabad. When I asked person to test the piece, he said it is tested. When I brought home and switched on, the power itself was not coming. Finally person gave me a display piece saying he don't have stock, it will come withing two days. I brought same display piece and found the Open/Close button is not working properly sometime on the main unit. I went to shop and changed piece, some of the mp3 DVD's which were working in previous (display piece) player were not working now. The DVD player is not showing all the mp3 files in the list. This seems that, each Koryo DVD player behaves in different way. I am feeling now that I should have bought some branded player.

      I purchased a Koryo DVD player from big bazar cuttack. There on testing the player was reading the usb port. Now when I insert my pen drive it is not able to acess. Should I do some changes in the set up or what? The working manual is completely silent on how to acess a pen drive.

      hello I have apurchase a DVD plear model no KDVD200UD &sl noBWMK DVD200UDAO8J08488 from big bazar the company is koryo on 22july 2009 .THEwarranty given on this product is one year In the first week of 05 may 2010 the dvd was not switched on .Iam go their service center of mangalore he tell me spareparts is not avible so you come 15 may 2010.when I GO THIS DATE she said me the DVD is dead , so company is replacement new dvd ina one week . but after two month also their is no response from their side. iam so many time go koryo service center but allways one answare THE MAIL NOT COME FROM MUMBAI/BANGALORE.SO PLEASEgive some solution for it.you can contant me on my email I.D. thanks and regards yogendra singh mangalore my email id www.[protected]@yahoo.co.in

        Koryo Home theater system KHT-3000 brought 0n 18 Aug-2008 from Futurebazzar.com on 24th april 2009 my Home theater was not working and called there customer care [protected] on 25th April 2009. they given me complaint number 2404E03 and promptly told that will be attended within 2 days. when 2 days passed i called up again to there customer care number [protected], they told me that should be attended by evening but nothing happens. on second call i asked for delhi service manger number [protected] the person name was Rahul .and i called this manager he told me by evening engineer come to attend the service of the item but nothing happen, again i called on next day to same manager told me today engineer is on holiday.i will send you another technician.but no one comes to attend the problem.again i called to there customer care and to this manager this time he told me today one of there colleague is getting married so no one will be available today and by tomorrow afternoon your complaint will be attended but today also no comes and today i try to call both there customer care and this manager both there phone are dead.

        I purchased koryo portable tv on march 3 in Chennai, bigbazar.on that itself tv remote is not working. I contact the respective service centre in Chennai (guindy) and filed a compliant on next day. They came and checked and go with the remote. we are calling and asking the service centre in Chennai frequently nearly i spent more than 500 rupees in calling the technician but they are not responding any thing for me. Till date we watching tv for 4 months without remote, even we lost our hope to see the tv. We went in person directly to the service centre 4 times till now nothing positive.they said this model remote is not coming now so we cant do anything. If I am not receiving any information after 48 hours, I will file a case in consumer court, i never see the worst quality, service of the company electronics goods from an electronic country.i need to replace the tv.

        Please put a case in consumer court and sue the company. Now a days it's very easy and cheap to file a case in consumer court. Please do that then only these guys will come to know the power of Customer.

        These type of fraudulant companies & their dealers & sellers are to be taught a lesson . All suct deceived Customers should file complaint to their nearest Consumer Court . This will stop such fraudulant companies and their dealers & sellers from marketing such products .
        i purchased Koryo Home theater system KHT-3000, from BIG BAZAR, melange mall, meerut and my remote went missing during shifting my house, a few weeks earlier, could i get a list of dealers whom i should contact to take necessary action
        Friend, Go to the Consumer Forum and they will help you to make them learn an apt lesson! This Big Bazaar is taking their customers for granted.. Best of Luck

        why are you thinking like that koryo is the most amazing company i have ever seen you should not think that koryo is a bad company because they are not attending your request if they are not responding you should go to your product purchased big-bazaar mall and complain about your product they will tell you to call you can say them that they are not responding and after that they will give you service care address and you can go to that address and give your product for servicing they will give you a date to come you can go on that day and you can collect your totally serviced & tuned product thats real as i am a customer of that product

          My name is Prateek Khera ([protected]) & I work with a media house.
          I bought a 0.8 ton Koryo AC from e-zone, Karol bagh Delhi some 10 days back. After the purchase, when i got it installed, I discovered that there was no gas in the AC or it might have leaked, whatever may be the case. I tried contacting the customer care for the same but was given a deaf ear. Finally, when i managed to get through the Area manager (West Delhi) Mr. RAHUL ([protected]) and explained him the situation, he was not ethical enough even to come down to my residence and check the fault. I told him categorically that I was being harassed since last 4 days.
          Not finding Mr. RAHUL & his subordinate Mr. KAMAL incompetent for the job, I managed to get the contact details of their superior/ boss, who i am sorry to state, dealt the situation with a higher incompetence & that too in very uncouth manner.
          Current situation is that I have no comfort from Koryo and have to hire a separate AC installation guy & PAY FOR THE GAS, which was the moral responsibility of the company.
          It has blemished my faith in the company for good and I really pity the future of this company with such resources.
          I have also purchased koryo Electric cooker on dt. 18.2.2010 from big bazar Kalyan. It has been used for only four times & the product becomes faulty. when i approached to the big bazar about the product they said that it will take two days & as it is electronic item there is no guarantee for fault. I told them that i am Electrical Engineer & this product is an electrical item not electronic and this must not be become faulty within a month.
          it realy gives me mental trouble
          Very much true that Koryo sucks.They are not competent enough to survive in he market.There products are productive for a short span of time.

          I am fed up with KORYO services...

          Request to Higher management plz arrange training especially customer service skills to your employees and upgrade your techinical Team.

            i had lodged a complaint earlier also but no action taken till date, i had bought window ac from big bazar (sabse ghatia bazar) in the month of April 08 after 2 months swing motor was not working and after 2 months continusely followup with the service guys it was resolved. then in the month of NOV 08 the ac was not used due to weather changed. when i was trying to start on 13th April the problem occuer NO COOLING and lodged a complaint on 14th and the complaint no. 143362.
            till date after 10 days to go continusely followup with these guys but no body turned back.
            pls esclate this to the higher authorities otherwise i will file a case against the company becoz its a totaly mental torcher to us.

              I've purchased an 0.8 Ton Koryo Window A/C from Home Town (A division of Future Group), Punjagutta, Hyderabad. While purchasing at the store, the executive has informed me clearly that the instrument comes with INSTALLATION for FREE and No Stabilizer.

              Now, the installation is done by the Manufacturing company but not by Home Town people. The installation guy has charged me for the installation and claims that there is no installation free offer.

              When i called back to Hometown to find out why i was misguided, i came to know that the installation was free when the instrument was priced at an higher cost a month ago. Since when they cut down the cost, they've started charging for the installation.

              But the front-end executive who demonstrated me the device, himself doesn't know about this thing and committed to me that the installation was free.

              When i tried to talk to the "head-weighed" manager, he doesn't respond at all properly.

              This is absolute mis-communication and cheating. Some action should be taken against this recklessness.

                21 INCH COLOUR TV NOT WORKING
                I have purchase a TV (21") from Big Bazaar, GREAT INDIA PLACE ( NOIDA U P ) 26 JAN 09 The company is Koryo.

                After one week, i am facing problems and after so many requests / call - the engineer has came and repaired and after one months i am again having same probs .only 3.5 months 3 time same problem problem is screen smal & 1 or 2 horezentel line display picture cut i m very disaponted for purchesed koryo tv plz help

                koryo has worse service centre i have ever seen i have complaint for my TV and i was told within 48 hrs engineer shall come but now it is more than 96hrs what shall i do

                Inspite of my several oral & telecom communication to you till date u are failure to provide KORYO 21”TV service .In continuation till date last four month TV set under the repair .On temp basis repair the same but still problem persists as it is as on date, if this brand not perfect suite for proper servicing why should not ban on it?. Your eastern region service representative assured me that part replacement approved by company but as on date TV set as like scrap .I have spend lot of time on this exercise, really I fed with your service Dept.Such big organization we can’t expect such casual approach not acceptable to us. I follow-up with your HALDIA BIG BAZAR SHOWROOM on weekly once basis but invain.NOW I HAVE NO MORE PAINTANICE TO COMMUNICATE TO YOU.
                IF THIS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL return TV IN YOUR HALDIA BIG BAZAR SHOW ROOM.
                If your are unable provide the service, reimbursement me same immediately.

                koryo tv 21 inches — tv not working

                i have tried koryo color tv 21 inches flat

                horrible service no response from customer care people only call centre responds with an answer of soon will be rectified that how soon only god knows thank god i am just left with a just tv had it been some thing else it would be a life time repentence

                better kishore biyani should aim gully business rather into global brand customer care bussiness
                i really pity kishore biyani group which is incompetent to do bussiness in proper manner let god svae
                kishore biyani and fuure group better they are right for some chatbhandar or some footpath business.

                  i was lodged a complaint no193530 but no releif and remeady from KORYO and EDM.
                  I would like to replace the same or refund my money.

                  Koryo Microwae gifted to us in the year 2008 August (friends purchased in Big Bazar, Hyderabad), but unfortunately we could not get a chance to use it till October 2010.

                  We observed that the microwave is not working (power not coming) when opened for the first time. We gave a complaint to the call center ([protected]) on October 7, 2010. Service center people (From Koryo service center Attapur, Hyderbad Phone: [protected]) Haneef and Aleem ([protected]) took the microwave on October 27, 2010.

                  We have contacted call center for the status more than 20 times and service center for more than 30 times, but there is no response from their end.

                  Now the service center people are telling us that the contract between the service center and the company (Koryo) has been terminated and we need to contact some other person (Shyam Sunder) in Maredpalli, Hyderabad service center.

                  There is no proper response from call center, company and service center after such complaint, it is very negligence of company.

                  Please help me in this regard.

                  Please be informed that I have purchased a 32 inch. KORYO LED TV (model: KLE- 5523V11) on 15th. August 2011 (received on 18th.), and found one of its speakers are not working when installed by your representative on 20th. August.



                  I have logged a complaint (ticket no: 339137) on 22nd. for the same to your customer care (ph:[protected]. To my utter surprise, I have received no response till today. Speaker is not replaced and TV is making some abnormal sound. The CSR has told me that spare speaker is not available and as soon as it will be, they are going to replace it.

                  I purchase a Koryo dual sim mobile from Big Bazaar, Kothurd Pune on 6-Aug-2011 but unfortunately after 15 days one of mobile sim is not working at all.

                  First I called up BB, Kothud, Pune, and they gave me an address of their electronic repair centre. After searching and reaching there, they mentioned that they are not even aware that Kroyo is manufacturing mobile phones, They do servicing of other koryo electronic products.

                  Then I called up at the customer service desk mentioned on the mobile box, and they gave me couple of numbers in pune where I can service the mobile phone. The first phone # nobody picked up the call. But to my surprise, the second phone no was of some resident and not any service centre. The lady on the other side mentioned not to call and disturb her and that was her personal number.

                  Not sure if this is the kind of customer service Koryo provides what has the future in store for them?

                  Reuest you to either replace mu handset or give a full refund.

                    Its very difficult to find out the service centre, for the koryo split airconditioner, i have spend atleast 5 days to find out, in the end, i got the future bazaar customer care contact no, who happend to give me a toll free no, which no one picks up, toll free no given was[protected], later again tried calling up future bazaar customer care no 40490490, they happen to give the banglore landline no:[protected], which the number does not exists. third time on calling customer care no, they happen to connect the call to koryo air conditioner department, and the person notes down the complaint and gives me contact no as 24174999. the person sitting on other side mr, yadav says, tomorrow a person will come and inspect the machine and give the quote to you and then they shall repair. my complaint no given by koryo personal is 143985 and the call reference no at future bazaar customer care is [protected]..


                    some person sitting in future bazar please look into the matter.

Within a few days of purchase the machine started giving troubles.After lodging complaint for 3 times one person (not sure whether that person was an authorized person, as none of the mechanics carry their Company ID card and you cannot ensure whether authorized company personnel is repairing your machine) came and tried to repair the machine.But...

                      I have purchased a Koryo washing machine from Big Bazar, Sahara Mall, Gurgaon two months back . After bringing home we found the drain of this machine does not work. I was promised good home service by Big Bazar therefore I lodged a complaint, no 105263 dated 30th Oct also several follow up by my personal visit to the shop. Nothing happened no one turned up. As this machine is kept at my home useless. Again i visited shop, to my surprise without giving service they canceled my above complaint. When i insisted they created another complain no 111859 dated 30 November with a promise that within 48 hours someone will visit my house and solve problem but till date 7th of Dec no one called no one visited. Do we have any law to punish such cheaters. I don't know how i will get my money if they are not interested in customer service. If possible please help.

                      I agree wholeheartedly! I have had a similar problem with these cheaters, wherein my washing machine stopped functioning within a couple of months of purchase and I have been following up non-stop, to no avail. Please initiate action against both Koryo and Big Bazaar!
                      Obviously Biz bazar is cheater.
                      Before buying Big Bazar says one thing ...After buying their behaviour changes . Big bazar is a very bad option for buying electronics goods .

                      Very useful input from actual users so we the potential customers have this valuable information which is not available from anywhere else. Certainly not from Koryo or Big Bazaar. I was looking around for a stainlesssteel tub automatic washing machine. I had seen several brands and Koryo was priced the lowest among comparable machines. Now I am glad I googled the issue and found this.
                      Thanks guys, you saved my life. I was also thinking to purchase this product but after viewing these kind of reviews, I would rather love to wash my clothes with my hands than spending this money over these cheaters.

                        i was purchased (on 25/10/2008) a Koryo Home Theater with Passion DVD player at saharamall Gurgaon. Sells low Quality Products, they responsibilites ends once the products just steps out from their outlet... latter will not get any reply or responses from them .. Its punishment who ever buys any Electronic Products from Big Bazar... Many of my friends brought and are sufferrer...

                        Now many of my friends stopped visiting Big Bazar, also spreading awarness to Near and dear not to visit, if you can pls help other so that they can be saved with this fradulent showrooms...

                          After two months, i am facing problems and after so many requests / call - the engineer has came and repaired and after three months i am again having same probs but this time engineer not came and finally i was repaired from local electrician and now the same probs come out but this time i am planning to exchange this...

                          Hello,
                          I have purchase a TV from Big Bazaar, the company is Koryo on Feb, 08. The warranty given on this product is one year. In the first week of June, 08 the TV was not switched on. I complained at their service center of Pune. Next day two peoples come to my home and inspect the condition of TV and found that some part of TV motherboard got fused. They take the motherboard and said it will be fix in 2 days. But after 15 days also their is no response from their side. Daily they said that it will be fix tomorrow, day after tomorrow. But that day not come yet.

                          I have taken a airtel corporate plan last 7 months back.
                          From the beginning I have faced problem on not able to send sms and making calls in a particular service i.e Aircel and Reliance Now Aircel.
                          I already put a complaint for the same and replied by customer care that it will be resolved in next 24 hours.
                          I followed up for 3 months but not getting the proper response, then I ask for quiting from this service then they start torturing me calling every two hours saying hello sir we have rectified and Is it working fine Now ?
                          I fade up with their calls and told them sorry boss don't call me again I am very sorry I will drop airtel service.It was in the middle of May 2009.
                          Still I am using the same no. Now they never ask for resolution nor any reply.

                          Our Koryo tv stopped working one fine day ; we called up the customer care, raised a ticket .. a guy named Rahul from the Koryo Service Centre came to our house, took the tv, came back after 2 whole weeks claiming to have repaired it ; he took 400 rs and disappeared ; needless to say, the tv had not been repaired !! We called him up again, he came again, took the PCB and disappeared again . This happened in the month of March, this is May ; neither is there any sign of Rahul nor is there any sign of the PCB ; during this period we have called him up 98765 times .. each time he picked up the phone, each time he said that he will get back in 2 days ; needless to say, he never got back . today when i called Rahul for the 98766th time, he said that he is no longer working on that 'job' and that we shud call up the service centre !! This, in short, is the condition of Koryo Service centre !!!
                          I have ordered a saree on yebhi.com in the price of Rs. 2040.I have received the conformation email from the website.But Next day they canceled my order and the price of the saree was increased Rs. 2040 to Rs. 19580.

                          I think Koryo Appliances and it's service center are worst. I had purchased a microwave and stopped working in 3 months. I complained to customer care and one guy came and said that PCB is not working. It has to be replaced. I am calling them for last 2 months but there are no any answer. I have been fade up of koryo.

                          I would suggest to other customer that never buy any product of Koryo.

                            i had purchased 0.8 ton split air conditioner of Koryo company from big bazar on 10th may'08.vide bill no. T5/48952 i was told that the installation is free therefore i opted for split A.C. However on 17th may people from service centre came to install the A.C. and asked for Rs. 1000/- as installation charges. I told Big bazar that i don't need A.C if this is the way they fool around people to buy products. Big bazar refused to collect the A.C. I got it installed on my own but due to some reason i need the gas to be filled for which service centre is not cooperating and saying that as such i have not installed it from them i will not be provided gas for the A.C. Why everybody is after making money? if this problem of mine is not resoled within 2 days i will have left no choice left but to go to the Media. and ask my bank to stop payment against all PDC's issued to future group of finanace.

                            I have bought one 29" CTV of Koryo. Its remote was broken. Company people say they do not have with them. Where to get that remote.
                            I have bought Koryo 0.8T Split AC from Big Bazar vide their Cash Memo No. T42/43/56 dat. 25.03.3009. It worked satisfactorily only for few days. Of-late the AC makes noise. Phone numbers of their so called service centres at Vikhroli & Borivli are not valid or only ringing.                             I have purchased a koryo 1.5 ton ac from big bazar dhanbad bill no T43/10168 on 21 may 2009.
                            but the compresser started giving problem 1 month earlier. i lodged a complaint both in big bazar

Similarly at bigbazzar, icici gives some code for discount, first it comes on a popup page, which is actually banned by consumer affairs, any offer must be fully and easily available and readable, secondly even those coupon, some time don't reduce price. And if you claim the discount, both icici and bigbazzar, takes hand up, saying discount cannot be credited back to buyers icici account, as order is already given, without discount. such non sense arguments and illegal practice or misleading advertisements are being used to cheat and fool customers.

                            I believe everybody writes in forums like this only till the date they are into problem. Once the problem is solved nobody cares to write a single line.

                            I am using Koryo Room Heater Agni Model 2000W for last 3 winters and its running very nice.

                            I am using Koryo ConvectionMicrowave Oven which is being used regularly for 2 yrs and, may be more than anyone in our society of 300 flats and its running perfectly.

                            I have purhcased One Vaccum cleaner last yeat february and running very good now.

                            Now this tim I have purchased 1 ton 2 star window AC and it was delivered at 1 hour late than what promised and installed one hour befor what promised. I hope to have no problem on this account.

                            My suggestion is that if you want to buy any product just visit nearesr sevrice centre first. If you see many people coming wiht problems and say about the problem is not getting solved then dont take the product. There is a service center in my city and i am happy with that I need not to complain till date.

                            I was about to purchase the 'koryo' 1 ton split a/c from big bazaar today but i have changed my mind now particularly after reading so many complaints about the product and about big bazaar staffers in general, about their indifference in picking up their incoming calls and rudely saying 'yes' ?!

                            all the complainants should go to consumer forum and make the company making koryo realise their follies and not to cheat indians and make their claims payable good or replace or refund their money. foreigners coming into our country introduce faulty and third grade products rejected by the developed world and the company is dumping the dump upon us.

                            not only koryo, we should become smart to dumping and wrong advertisements by the local companies stocking the dump.

                            I have purchased koryo 1.5 ton Windows AC from Big Bazaar end of July' 09. Its worked very good 3 months but after winter when we switched on in this season, it has stopped working. Now its been 25 days they have opend the AC from windos in pick summer and they are continuously giving excuse that spares have not been received. customer care is not helping even i had discussion with Service Head Mr.Sanjeev Singh and he assured me that it would be repaired but as of now it is not been repaired nor replaced.

                            It is a harassment and I am thinking of moving to consumer forum.

                            Koryo Split AC 1.5T — AC not Installed

                            I have purchased a Korya 1.5T Split AC on 10 April 2010 from BIG Bazar, they have delivered the AC on 11th April 2010 with a promise to get it installed for free in next 48 hours, their service guys have called up for installation on 13th April 2010 at 14.00 hours but nobody turned up on that days.

                            When i enquired on 14th April 2010 on [protected] service helpline, i was informed that the installation request has been lodged on 14th April 2010 and it would be installed within next 48 hours.

                            Nobody is bothered to expedite the matters either at Big Bazar Ameerpet Hyderabad or at their service center.

                            I guess i have made a mistake by opting for Korya which has such a pathetic service, despite having lots of other option to choose from.

                            10 days of buying the a/c. .8 ton split. The valves have leaked. Made complaints and no one turned up. Sheer waste of money. I have blocked all payments to them. Best is if you want to buy a Koryo A/c. no problem, buy it in installments and then make up your mind that you have to stop all their payments and those payments will go to local technicians to fix your a/c.
                            i was about to go to buy a koryo ac.but after reading all these complaints i will not go to buy it.Moreover pl approach consumer court against bigbazaar first and then take koryo owners to court.Get together and let these people know that they cannot fool around. try to give more of this in newspapers where these companies advertise and fool people.

                            this company, whose marketing is being done, by Big bazar, is a BIG fraud (true to its name of BIG bazar) & BIG BAZAR PROMISES FREE INSTALATION of split ac, but if instalation is outside the muncipal limits of Ambala, then a charge of rs 2.50 per km is to be paid by the customer.but in reality they charged rs 1200/= plus the km charge.then even, no after sale service is provided by the company.for last 10 days or so, all requests made to the koryo agent in Ambala have fallen on deaf ears .a

                            We observed that the microwave is not working (power not coming) when opened for the first time. We gave a complaint to the call center ([protected]) on October 7, 2010. Service center people (From Koryo service center Attapur, Hyderbad Phone: [protected]) Haneef and Aleem ([protected]) took the microwave on October 27, 2010.

                            We have contacted call center for the status more than 20 times and service center for more than 30 times, but there is no response from their end.

                            Now the service center people are telling us that the contract between the service center and the company (Koryo) has been terminated and we need to contact some other person (Shyam Sunder) in Maredpalli, Hyderabad service center.

                            There is no proper response from call center, company and service center after such complaint, it is very negligence of company.

                            Please help me in this regard.

                            This is an honest Advise to everyone who is planning to buy Koryo AC. I bought 1.5 Ton Koryo AC from Big Bazaar. It stopped working after 6 months. Their service center people are bloody suckers... They don't have trained people. 4 times they sent executive to my place who worked on to rectify the problem and has damaged complete paint of my room wall. Still problem not solved and now i have been asked to pay Rs 3000 for the part which got damaged because of their multiple installation & De-installation..
                            Nobody seems to be bothered. I call on their customer care daily. No reply received on multiple mails sent. They have taken some parts of the AC saying they will rectify at their work shop. Now nobody is turning up and i cant get the work done from outside also due to no parts inside the AC. All are advised not to go for saving few thousands as you will be ending up paying more in the coming time.
                            buying koryo product is the worst decision we ever took. To save Rs 2000, we bought huge headache. Anyone, who is reading this be aware and buy any other AC like Godrej/Samsung/Blue Star but not koryo. The only sell, no service.
                            Never Koryo products. They only sell the waste products here in India..no service at all. Buy Godrej/Samsung/Bluestar not Koryo.

                            I am Also suffering with koryo services. i have also Koryo ac and it is faulty from last 25th sept'11. i logged the complaint in customer care and get the compleint No. and as per committement from Koryo, Complaint should be attand in 48Hrs. Now 72 hrs has been compleint but still not getting any responce from Koryo service center.Hope time will comes when Koryo provide the serivces.                             i had purchased Koryo split AC 1.0 Ton from Big Bazar, Gaurav Path, Dumas Road, Surat on 28th April, 2012. After 15th May, 2012 it has stopped working. Technician of the Koryo company visited after a week and informed that there is a problem in the Compressor and accordingly he has informed in the company and I was reverted back that the Compressor will be replaced in few days. In the mean time the said follow up was taken up paralley with Big Bazar, Gaurav Path, Dumas Road, Surat and they were just assuring me that the same will be replaced soon. Then on 7th June, 2012 I had received a phone call from Mr. Girish of Koyo Company from Ahmedabad stating that the Compressor of your Split AC shall be replace by 11th June, 2012. Today i.e. 14th Jun e, 2012 the compressor of the Split AC has not been replaced and again follow up was taken with Big Bazar, Surat on 13th June, 2012 wherein Mr. Mehul Purchase Manager of Big Bazar, Surat stated that you are approaching at the worng place. Our duty is to sell the material and for any kind of compalints pertaining to AC have to contact with Koryo dealer to resolve the issue. On 14th June, 2012 I was informed that one technician from the service centre of Koryo will come and take away the Compressor but while writing this matter it is now 18.20 Hrs. nobody has turned up till now. No god knows when the techniciaisn will come and taken away the compressor and when the new compressor will be replace with my 1.0 ton split AC of Koryo make. It is to mention herethat Big Bazar is beahving like a commission agent only. When we go to purchase any new product from them thay are assuring us for providing us the best services. The result is in front o[censored]s. Appropriate action shall be taken against the Big Bazar as well as service provider to smotth and coordial relation between the seller and purchase. Better not to purchase such products from where we dont get appropriate and timely services which are required and are much important from the customer point of view.

                            I purchased 1.5 ton split air conditioner of Koryo company from the big bazaar Bharuch on 05th may'13.Vide bill no. 0021209. I was told that the installation was free. Therefore, I opted for split A.C.. However, on 8th, my people from the service centre call me to install the A.C. and asked for Rs. 1000/- as installation charges+250 Rs for Frame(recording available ). I told Big bazaar that I didn't need A.C if this is the way they fool around people to buy products.

                            Again, I received a call from the big bazaar to pay Rs. 750/- for Frame & installation is free. When asked for frame bill, they said that they not provided the bill.


                            In this scam, all people of big bazaar bharuch & HO Ahmadabad involved .

                            It is the worst product that one can even think of buying. Do not even think about it. The company only sells the product, there after nothing. No installation, no warranty/ after sales service...they do not even respond to your calls. It looks like I have been made a fool of!!! Apparantly the company is here with the product only as a one time sale as any one who buys this product will nither come back to this brand nor will he permit his near or dear ones to even come near it.

                            The company customer service is unconcerned everytime I call their Customer Service personnel . I would discourage everybody from buying Koryo ACs.

                            I got the AC last year in june2012. since the day i hv bought it never worked. the very next month of buying i calld cstmr care to gt it installed as i was told from BIG BAZAR tht installation will be free.but on the call i got to knw that they will be charging 1000+600. fr installation and several other things. i asked them let me get in touch with Big bazar and then decide wat to do. I gone ahead and checked with big bazar but as per them steplizer was free. we need to pay insatallation charges and there might be some communication gap. i agreed and and gt the ac installed. but somehow as i gtot it installed in august. i couldnt use it much after installation. this year when we started using it. the very first day. the water leakage problem started and calld cstmr care to get it solved bt. as per them . they dnt hv ny record with them that we got ac installed by them, they will nt be able to fix that fr us. after proving everything thing tht we got it installed by them.they sent an engineer. after 1 month of logging a complaint. though engineer was not sent by them on their own, it was sent after several chase up . mean while they gave me so called lady's no# whose name is MISS JYOTI(who takes care of delhi customers and engineers. who no#[protected]. ) tried callng her like 100 times. she never received the call. again called cstmr service. and gave them disclaimer if they can gt it fixed in next two days its fine. otherwise they cn take their ac back, eventhough then engineer came after 5 days. for three hours problem got sorted but again it occured. i loogged the complaint again as same problem n for general service and swings making noise in ac. in june again. nobody turned up. after 15 days i called the same engineer who came to my place for first service. he told we need to speak to MISS jyoti who never receive your call.i calld cstmr service. most of the time nobody takesthe call there as well.bt somehow i manged to speak to some of koryo agents who always want to telll the story from starting coz everytime there will be new rep. and asked to make me speak to supervisor MISS ANITA. spoke to me. who doesnt even have manners how to talk to customer and said will gt bak to us after checking wat cn be dn. nobody calld entire week. i calld bak.agin gave disclaimer. engineer came after 2 days. gt only water leakage problem fixed. eventhough i logged two another problems as well to which he said he will cm in next two to three days. no call nobody turned fr 5 days . i called bak jyoti who never received my call n then on callng cstmr service. spoke to anita. who was nt ready to accept tht i logged two compalints . she mentioned thre was only water leakage problem which hasd been fixed and nw no problem will be covered in warranty as your warranty has been xpired and disconnected call, .its pathetic customer care service. would request anyone to buy specially koryo split ac.this the worst service i came acrooss.

                            Too many conmen around cheating people. Theres a shop owned by one Dinesh at Ebay advertising Sony TV for North East states, charging extra for transportation charges and not sendung them. Customers are harassed because though Ebay has its buyers protection system, so much time and resources is consumed.In my case money for both TV and courier charges(pre paid) were paid on 16th April and till date item is still untraceable and couriers site shows CN no provided by seller and invalid and untrackable. Thes ller has been keeping silent as well as Ebay. In such cases a police FIR needs to be filed.
