my tv is having so many prblems.. once i switch on my tv it is supressing the image n after 20 mins it will be fine...bt slowly slowly supressing of images are increasing ....

Toaster not working spares not available

We have purchased a Koryo toaster model no KPT16 on 09/06/2009 and it became dead on 14/09/2009, from this date the toaster is with the service center "Suja Consumer Service" they say they dont have spare for repairing it and the company doesn't provide any replacement. Request you to help us in providing replacement....

Home theater not working

I bought Korya home theater from Big Bazzar.

Its not powering on. And response from its Delhi service center is very poor. Some times they even do not pick the phone...

non replacement of rotating plate

I have purchaed koryo make microwave from Big Bajar. Six months back rotating glass plate was broken.
From this day I made several calls to the local office no.[protected].

No service in warranty

I had purchased a Koryo 2 kg washing machine from Big Bazaar in October 2008. The machine stopped functioning in February 2009. I have been following up with the customer service people, company reps and the service centre, all to no avail. There is a capacitor problem which they are refusing to fix on the plea that spares are not available. Customer service is not even taking calls now (they either do not pick up or disconnect). Remote for T.V is not available

I purchased a T.V of KORYO (which is the home product of BIG BAAZAR) approximately 2 years ago, and after few months only the stupid T.V started giving trouble to us, and after that remote of the T.V has became useless.

NO COOLING
