My name is Prateek Khera ([protected]) & I work with a media house.
I bought a 0.8 ton Koryo AC from e-zone, Karol bagh Delhi some 10 days back. After the purchase, when i got it installed, I discovered that there was no gas in the AC or it might have leaked, whatever may be the case. I tried contacting the customer care for the same but was given a deaf ear. Finally, when i managed to get through the Area manager (West Delhi) Mr. RAHUL ([protected]) and explained him the situation, he was not ethical enough even to come down to my residence and check the fault. I told him categorically that I was being harassed since last 4 days.
Not finding Mr. RAHUL & his subordinate Mr. KAMAL incompetent for the job, I managed to get the contact details of their superior/ boss, who i am sorry to state, dealt the situation with a higher incompetence & that too in very uncouth manner.
Current situation is that I have no comfort from Koryo and have to hire a separate AC installation guy & PAY FOR THE GAS, which was the moral responsibility of the company.
It has blemished my faith in the company for good and I really pity the future of this company with such resources.
