Hi,

I watch your show regularly and appreciate your help which you are providing to people. It such a great job which you are doing.
I also need your assistance as around 2 yrs back i bought a vacuum cleaner of Koryo Electronics from Big Bazaar (EDM mall Kaushambi Gzb) but unfortunately around 6 months back i lost the dust bag of my V.C. I contacted so many times to Koryo customer care deptt. and asked for new bag but every time they provide me their local service center's no. in Faridabad and never give me any request or complaint no. even I asked every time and their service center people neither provide me my bag nor respond properly. They just tell me every time that we are forwarding your request to our Head quarter and will contact you within 2-3 days but till date I have not received any single call from them.

Big bazaar is also cheating their customers to sell such products which customer service is so bad and after sell they do not take any responsibility.

Please help me get rid out of this as due to unavailability of dust bad my Vacuum cleaner is totally wastage for me.

    Please be informed that I have purchased a 32 inch. KORYO LED TV (model: KLE- 5523V11) on 15th. August 2011 (received on 18th.), and found one of its speakers are not working when installed by your representative on 20th. August.


    I have logged a complaint (ticket no: 339137) on 22nd. for the same to your customer care (ph:[protected]. To my utter surprise, I have received no response till today. Speaker is not replaced and TV is making some abnormal sound. The CSR has told me that spare speaker is not available and as soon as it will be, they are going to replace it.



    It has been long since, you have supplied me a defective TV. I would not prefer to compromise with the quality of my purchase. I have paid the full amount of your demand, but you have failed to supply the quality product, even you are not turning up for replacement of a mere speaker. Your customer care department says that the concern department is not responding after several requests made by them, and lastly suggested me to write this email to you.



    This has been enough to me. I request you to replace the whole at once, otherwise I have to seek legal suggestion.

      i purchased microwave of koryo make from big bazar in EDM on 24-10-10.it is under warranty. it is not working since 6 sept 11. I registered the complaint at the service centre. compaint no 291123. it has not been repaired as yet . the people attending the call including Mr. Manjeet and Mr neeraj feel concerned and assure it will be done soon but it has not been repaired as yet. I am afraid that they are wasting time so that period of warranty is over on 24 oct 2011. will they repair it or not. even if they repair will they extend the period of warranty by the no of days they have taken to repair.since the time taken to repair is going to be between 36days to48 days if they repair during the warranty period.
      i am afraid that they may repair with parts which will last for a few days so that the date of warranty is crossed somehow.
      i request official in responsible position i9n koryo and big bazar intervenes and ensure that the part which is out of order ir replaced by a new part so that the equipment works for the normal life of the equipment. a telephone call will be appreciated at [protected]

        This is with the reference of a technical issue with my window AC. I had made my complaint regarding no cooling and the engineer visited my premises on 14th Sep 2011 to rectify the problem.

        The engineer found the problem with the AC gas and hence advised us to refill the same, as the AC is out of warranty so we paid Rs. 1750.00 for the same. It worked for the whole day and night and the next day it was not cooling the room.

        This is where the harassment started, I called to the engineer (Sanjay - [protected]) the one who came and did the refilling, he even advised me that the refilling of gas is for 3 months.

        I called him and there was no response from his end. Hence I called to the Jeeves service centre on[protected] and It was promised to me that the engineer will come again to check on 15th. When no one came I called the service center again and spoke with Mr. Anil, he said that the engineer will come definitely on next day (16th).
        When no one came, I again contacted the service centre and it was told to me by the person that the engineer will come on Monday an because of the weekend (17th and 18th) he cannot come in weekend.... but was promised that the engineer will come on Monday (19th)...

        I had simultaneously even updated the customer care on [protected], as I was very frustrated and harassed my the mis-commitments of the service center employees, The lady Ms. Sonia promised me that the engineer will come on Monday.

        When I asked her to provide me the email address for complaints she says that there is no complaint email address and gave me ([protected]@koryoworld.com) and provided me a contact person as a Nodal officer to handle complaints i.e Mr. Radhacharan - [protected]. I tried to contact to Mr. Radhacharan but he never picks the phone and whenever picks the phone he disconnects the call after hearing the complaint. Such an awful person and that needs to be wrecked off from the company ASAP, as the person even dont want to listen to the customer grievance and complaint.

        The engineer finally turned up and checked the AC, he found that the gas was leaked out (which I was telling from past 6 days) and said that they were not carrying the gas kit and hence cannot do the needful to repair the same. He says that they will send someone to repair it again. At this point my frustration level crossed the bars.

        Hence I again contacted to customer care and spoke with a senior person Ms. Alisha, as no one had arrived the next day as well... she promised me that she will get in touch with the Service centre and will arrange an engineer again.

        Two engineer (same engineers who did the work previously) came today and they checked the AC and found that the gas needs to be filled, but they even says that the coil needs to be changed as well. They didnt found the problem the first time and says that this might be charged again.

        If there is the problem with the coil than this needs to be rectified in the first place!!! because the gas leaked within 24 hours. Due to their inefficiency and lack of knowledge I wasted my time and money and gained harassment. Lots of phone calls and a lot of my Dad's time as well.

        I need to mention here the misbehave done by Mr. Radhacharan, as he denied to talk with me when the engineer dialed his number from his phone... he simply denied to talk with the customer and passed the message to the engineer to advise me to call the customer care or service centre.

        The service centre says to contact to customer case and vice-versa.

        I need to even mention that the engineer who gave me the receipt for the work done, there is no address mentioned of Jeeves Consumer service of Delhi. The receipt belongs to Bangalore and is not legal to give me the receipt of a service centre in a different state.

        I simply need my refund for the service which wasnt provided to me at all!!!

        No one is actually listening to my complaint and resolving the same. I am even shocked that Koryo dont even have a proper channel to listen and resolve to the customer's complaint and no Nodal officer or manager is assigned to keep an eye on the service centre work and the rest of the framework.
        The brand has simply lost its image in my and my family's eyes. We promise that no one in my family and my entire friend circle will ever buy any product from Koryo.

        And thanks that you gave and set this example because we were about to place an order of 9 ac's for our office, but we will surely move with some good brands. Beleive me this one problem will lead to many loss in sales, and I make sure that will happen.

          I bought a KORYO 32" LED tv, there was a manufactuing defect in poduct and it's speakers didn't work from the day first, I contacted to call center but they did not provide any service and talked very rudly,disconnect the phone . It has past one month but no response from their side. I have very bad experience and strongly reccomend to not buy any KORYO products.

            Hi,

            I have bought a Koryo Microwave Oven with digital display. After 6 months, it got stopped working and we have registered a complaint with Koryo Customer Care (complaint no. 336260) on 7th of August. After repeated calls on this complaint a person came to my house and found that there is some problem with some part and taken this part to service centre.

            After a week I have started calling customer care again to know the status of the complaint. The customer care people making some false promises saying it will take one more week to get it repaired and till now the problem not got solved.

            Here the problem is making false promises and mis-communications. When I called them two weeks before they said they have got approval for the new part as the old part was not functioning and it will be replaced in two days. When I called them one week back, they said they were kept the old part under observation and they will keep that for one week.

            Since that one week was over, I called them today and they were saying the same thing again that the part is under observation.

            I am vexed up with the followups and I don't know when will I get this. Can somebody from future group or Koryo look in to this matter? (No cock&bull stories please, I want my oven repaired ASAP).

            People who are looking for reviews/complaints before buying Koryo Electronics, Please think 10times before buying Koryo Electronics, they are cheap but not worth.

              2. WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED THE AC I WAS BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE A 12 FEET COPPER PIPE WITH THE INPUT BUT IT WAS NOT THERE.
              3.I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 2 FREE SERVIE FROM KORYO BUT AFTER 16 MONTHS ALSO TILL DATE RECEIVED ONLY ONE.
              4.TWO MONTHS PRIOR I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE COOLING EFFECT OF MY AC. KORYO PERSON CHECKED AND TOLD ME THE QUANTITY OF GAS IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO GIVE COOLING EFFECT. GAS HAT TO BE FILLED.I WANT OT KNOW DO YOU THINK THAT WITHIN 14 MONTHS A AC WILL FACE GAS PROBLEM.I HAVE A LG AC FOR LAST 2.5 YRS I HAVE NOT FACED THE PROBLEM WITH IT.THE KORYO PERSON SAY THEY WILL CHARGE 1800 RS FOR THE SAME. AND EVEN IF I THINK OF FILLING GAS DO YOU THINK THE GAS COST SO MUCH.

              Koryo — late delivery and AC not being replaced

              dear sir,
              This is to bring into your notice that i Mr. Ajinder Pal Singh partner of Ajanta Associates had purchased two window AC's an 8 split AC's for my hotel METRO INN.I did my payment through cheque on 1/03/10.Your staff had promissed me to place my order within 2 days,but after two days when I called they said that they cant provide us the AC's within a few days.Then I called up Mr.Jha from Calcutta whose mobile no. is [protected] and contacted him and told him the matter.Then after that on 7/03/2010 we received two window AC's with bill number T22/6499 and after calling them so many times on 19/03/10 we received 8 split Ac's with bill number T44/4138.After few days those 2 split AC's didnt work on account of this i called Mr Vinay with phone no. [protected] who is the maintance head of Koryo in lucknow.After calling them so many times the result was the same they paid no heed into the matter an there was no strict action taken.Then I submitted a complaint in your customer care service and my complaint no. was AC21429 but again nothing happend.Till date 29/02/10 those 2 AC's are not working an please this a humble request to you that please change those air conditioners so that our work can also carry on.

Day by day its increased and now. half of the screen display gone off. i had booked my complain from 20 days. The service man waiting for the Approval to replace. he has checked everything.                 Koryo LCD 32" is worst product in the market.. had purchased on 27 Jan 2012 on clearance sale or Republic offer from Big Bazar, Bhanshankari outlet, Bangalore.. they assured delivery on 01 Feb 2012 but not delivered on time inspite of continous chasing and finally after frustration gone to Big Bazar to cancel the order, only at that stage they delivered the LCD to my house on 04.02.2012...

                But after Installation I find defect in picture display, when picture is stand still it looks ok, but when there a movement in picture we find pixcel defect a blur image like 3D effect... start chasing them from day 1 of installation, Big Bazar just escapes saying that Koryo centre will contact you and solve the problem.. finally after 3 days Koryo service person visited and was recommending me to take HD DTH connection, he further spolied the display of the picture by adjusting the brightness and colour, now it looks worst then CRT TV...

                Already the connection am using is Airtel DTH connection and not Local Cable, was suprised to here this from their service man that I have to use only the HD DTH connection, only DTH will not give clear picture, if am using local cable connection would have agreed that fault is with cable connection, its a Airtel DTH connection which was excellent on my CRT TV ...

                I guess Big Bazar pushing out all the defective pieces in clearance sale and after sales not ready to attend to any complaints...

                Still problem with my LCD TV not solved, am really frustrated with this LCD TV also service of the Koryo service centre is very poor, even they boss recommending to use HD DTH, its really funny ...

                  Microwave Oven — MICROWAVE PLATE

                  I bought a IFB Microwave oven in october 2007 and unfortunately it got repaired in november. I raised a complaint and the company sent the executive. The executive on inspection informed that the motor is out of order and will require 3 weeks since the spare part was out of stock. Since then neither i am able to trace the executive nor any response from call centre is futile. Finally i was shocked last week that my complaint has been closed completely adn i raised a frewsh complaint

                  Its a shame for a company like IFB to offer such a poor service to customers

                      I havew purchases a microwave of koryo brand in feb 18 2011,now i am having some prob with that, i made a complain in big bazzar electronics department gurgaon and a person ashok has given me complain no and said within 48 hrs technition will come to my place but its been 4 days no one came to my place and now Mr. Ashok is not behaving properly he is misbehaving with me his no is( [protected]),now he is not picking the ph from my no. i dont think that its good for your brand(koryo)

                      I have purchased microwave oven of Koryo from Surat Big Baggar, 15 days back. They told me the person will come for demo in 3 days. 15 days over. No body come to my place. Have registered the complaint also and number is 338197 on E care number[protected]. Everyday they told me that person will come and also they are telling that we will give you feedback in 10 minutes. That 10minutes till not over. No call from E care.
                      Useless service. I made a biggest mistake of buying Microwave of Koryo. Request others do not buy.
                      No commitment from the koryo group.

                        I had purchase a 1.5 ton Split AC of Koryo Company from Big Bazaar Delhi on 5/04/2011, since I had purchased it I am getting trouble, Fins once close dont Open and stuck due to manufacturing defect. I had complaint it many times in service centre to Mr.SANJEEV DAWAR MOB: [protected] my complaint no are AC 37789; 319959; 323507, service centre people come 2-3 times & each time they mentioned in report " these fins to be replaced", body part is covered in one year warranty & this is manufacturing defect. After repeted reminders no action has been taken and each tome Mr.Sanjeev says they have booked parts for replacement but Mr.Naresh (Koryo HO) Mob: [protected] is not supplying that part to them, I also visited Big Bazaar for replacement as this is new one, they says untill Mr.Naresh permit them they cant do replacement.

                        This Koryo brand is giving 5 Years on compressor & 1 Year on body parts, they are just fooling people. When they dont have spares how they can do replacement. I am suffering for simple body part how they can support on big failures. I suggest all not to purchase this brand.

                          My home theatre which I purchased in the the moth of october 2010,from e zone outlet k star mall chembur, the day it was installed by the company representative one of the five speakers was not working as promised by the they changed the same but it took sweet time of nothing less then a month again in the month of april 2011 end it was not working so I made a complaint for which I was given a number 318926 a techinician cam after a week and I was informed that transformer and speaker is spoiled and needs to be changedand would be changed in a week inspite of making a regular complaint and I also visited ezone chembur they said they can't help in this and I m in regular touch with ms.anisha she keeps on promsising that it will be done this or coming which really iritates me. I would like to request you to kindll look into the matter and inform me at my mb.no. [protected]

                            I have purchased a home theatre of Koryo brand at big bazaar Mangalore and it had a problem on the first day. I asked bigbazaar but they said they cant exchange it but i have to take it to the service. when I sent it to the service centre in mangalore they kepty it for 3 weeks and returned without repair as I had to travel abroad. This time I gave it again and they kept it for one month and returned without repair as I came on one month vacation. The responsible guy Mr. Abdul talks rudely and I dont want to keep this item without working. So iam going to throw it at bigbazaar.

                            I suggest NOT TO TAKE any KORYO products as they are worst than chinese items and the service is ZERO.

                            Please help me how to proceed for taking action against Koryo for no service?

                            As I am abroad my family is in Mangalore so you can contact on any of the above nos. if there is any positive action from your side. The home theatre is at home idle (never used). As I explained to you I have sent it 2 times to Koryo service and waited till my end of vacation and took back as they could not repair. I searched for the invoice but I am sure that I have left it at Mangalore service centre.

                            This is my first time experience with Big Bazaar. I had some issues with other products and they have solved it or exchanged it. I am happy with Big Bazaar service but this Koryo experience is first in my life! I talked to Bangalore service centre and the guy Mr. Abdul talked rudely that he cannot tell Bigbazaar to exchange it! My simple question if the product cannot be repaired why it cannot be exchanged when it is not at all used and the problem was there on the first day!??

                            Hope you will take some action and give me some positive reply.

                            Thanks a lot for your initiative. My problem is finally solved and I am happy that Big bazar has exchanged the product to new one after 18 months of purchase of original product and 6 months after I complained online. I must say something about myself...I was very happy to shop at Bigbazaar Mangalore specially Navaras (jewellery shop inside bigbazar) and I have purchased alot till I got the problem with this Koryo product. After this I never went there as i was very dissatisfied.

                            But I really appreciate now your commitment towards the customers and that's why you have finally (though it is long time and the value of the product is low) exchanged the product for me. I really appreciate Mr. Deepak of Mangalore Bigbazar for his efforts to settle this issue. I will meet him personally during my next visit to India to say thanks.

                            Thanks alot for all you guys involved in solving my issue. I do continue to be a valuable customer of bigbazar from hereafter. But don't expect me to buy any Koryo product in my life!!!

                              Hello,I buy Koryo 1.5 ton A.c last year and its still in warranty period now my A.C fan motor not working i complaint many times to koryo customer care but they always say come next week but now its more than 1 month they always lie.My complaint no.is 315744.

                                  I had purchased one A/c Koryo make on 30-5-10, but now its not cooling at all. I have been calling the call center ([protected]) for the past one week. They registered the complaint but nobody has come so for to attend the complaint. I think I should take them to consumer court as the product is still in the warranty period.

                                    I am Dr. Saurabh Goyal. I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Window AC of
                                    Koryo model KWR18AO2S bearing s.no.10C0280 vide Cash Memo
                                    no.T26/19364 on date 23/06/2010 from Big Baazar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
                                    & got it installed on 27/06/2010.
                                    Since from the first day I am facing the cooling problem.

                                    I have also contact the salesman.
                                    Registered the complaint on E-care personally but nothing works.

                                      I purchased Koryo split AC from bigbazar one year bach. Now its compressor got damaged.
                                      Service center person comformed that we should change the compressor. On March end I
                                      informed this matter to custemer care < COMPLAINT 306956,MOBIL [protected] >
                                      till now no action from custemercare side.Please take this as seriour matter, othervise i will
                                      go higher side custemer feedback. Because i feel bigbazar praducts/Koryo is very poor...

                                        had purchased 0.8 ton split air conditioner of Koryo company from big bazar from one year back.
                                        now A.C s compressor get damaged, i have complaint this to custemer care one month back.
                                        But till now i didint get the ciompressor, i folloup with CC exicutive and regularly they told
                                        compressor will get in two days. In this climet we canot able to manage without AC.I think KORYO servicing is very slow or poor. please look in to this problem
