Sir,
with due regards I had purchase a Microwave oven Model No KMC 2522 alongwith washing machine from Big bazar Branch TINSUKIA ASSAM on 25/04/2010. The Bill No was 129/17693 dated 25 /04/2010 at 15:27 hrs an amount of Rs 12497.Sir my microwave oven was not working. Hence I bcomplaint repatedly to your service center. hey send the Rep but problem remain same. On 18 Feb 2012 at 1210 hrs I went service center along with my unserviceable microwave oven Model mo KMC2522. The service center engineer detected the problem with mcirowave power supply unit i.e with transformer. He asked me warranty card and original bill I produced both but my Bill bazar bill No 129/17693 dated 25 /04/2010 faded hence few words are visible. They had refused that item will be considered that it is not on warranty hence I have to pay the repair cost of the item. The Big Bazar tinsukia is closed hence I am not able to contact the authority of Big Bazar to interfere in the matter.I handed over copy of warranty card to the dealer. you are requested kindly rectify my complaint as the item is under warranty. You are requested to provide me the duplicate copy of bill to submit same to service center. Complaint also given at[protected] but both customer care and service center replying properly. Kindly help on the matter and provide my complaint ID.

      we had a problem with an AC we bought and registered a complaint (BASC[protected] on[protected] and we have not been updated about it since then. Every time i call them, they promise to send a service personnel the next day but very conveniently forget about the same. It has been more than 4 months but i haven't even heard once from them. I have spoken to managers at different levels- Ms. Sarita, Mr Velu, Mr. Ramesh and Mr Madhavacharya but all of them seem to be having the same attitude,- just plain Indifferent.

        I have bought a koryo electronic rice cooker recently with model no : KEC 1823 and se.no APKEC18B11HO123 on 31/1/12 at a big bazaar, a division of pantaloon retail ltd. T.C38/1650 malabar castle, M.G road, Panhavangadi, trivandrum, kerala - 695036.
        After returning to my home town Hyderabad it was not working anymore. In regard to this when i went to make a complaint at customer care Big Bazaar, Ameerpet, hyderabad, on 7 th feb, they were n't any interested in my complaint and said they were handling no more complaints of Koryo products and told us to make a complaint to customer care email id of big bazaar. Please someone help me in this regard.

          I purchased a Koryo 32" LCD TV and at the time of purchase it was clearly stated that the installation and service (during warranty period) would be free. But to my utter surprise after installation, I was forced to cough up Rs. 150.00. When I confronted, I was told that this is Conveyance Charges. Till date, I had not heard of this sort of charge being levied. And if this charge existed, why was it not communicated at the time of purchase. Not only I was today forced to pay Rs. 150, I have been told today, that henceforth every visit would incur the same amount and charges.
          I am really worrying about such HIDDEN CHARGES. Tomorrow I may have to cough Summer charges/ may be Rainy charges if it rains on that day/ may be any XYZ charges, which I suppose is totally unwarranted. Such actions definitely make one loose faith in the whole institution of Big Bazaar.

          koryo -lcd — rced LCD is faulty

          i was purchased a lcd from big bazar indrapuram on wesnesday 15/02/2012 but on installation its found faulty and not working and replacement still n not done ..please help ..address A-1/96 DLF COLONY SHAHIBABAD,,,regards

            Koryo LCD 32" is worst product in the market.. had purchased on 27 Jan 2012 on clearance sale or Republic offer from Big Bazar, Bhanshankari outlet, Bangalore.. they assured delivery on 01 Feb 2012 but not delivered on time inspite of continous chasing and finally after frustration gone to Big Bazar to cancel the order, only at that stage they delivered the LCD to my house on 04.02.2012...

            But after Installation I find defect in picture display, when picture is stand still it looks ok, but when there a movement in picture we find pixcel defect a blur image like 3D effect... start chasing them from day 1 of installation, Big Bazar just escapes saying that Koryo centre will contact you and solve the problem.. finally after 3 days Koryo service person visited and was recommending me to take HD DTH connection, he further spolied the display of the picture by adjusting the brightness and colour, now it looks worst then CRT TV...

            Already the connection am using is Airtel DTH connection and not Local Cable, was suprised to here this from their service man that I have to use only the HD DTH connection, only DTH will not give clear picture, if am using local cable connection would have agreed that fault is with cable connection, its a Airtel DTH connection which was excellent on my CRT TV ...

            I guess Big Bazar pushing out all the defective pieces in clearance sale and after sales not ready to attend to any complaints...

            Still problem with my LCD TV not solved, am really frustrated with this LCD TV also service of the Koryo service centre is very poor, even they boss recommending to use HD DTH, its really funny ...

            Koryo — L.C.D. display not working

            I have purchase Koryo Air Conditioner for Home town Ahmedabad on 16th of April 08, after the installation LCD Display was not working, we have complained 25 to 30 times to solve the problem and visited Home town store for 3 times regarding complain but still no one is Hearing
            i have purchased a KORYO AIR CONDITIONER MODEL NO.KSJ18AO35 DATE OF PURCHASED-30/06/2010 BILL NO-T23/11667 from BIG BAZZAR...which is found defectiveat at d stage of trial, when it was install and d remote was also defective as it has no button of reset and lock...d complain about it was made on 3/07/2010 on the call of ALL INDIA SERVICE NETWORK[protected] and d complain no. was noted as 242610. but the complain was not sort out then again reminder of the complain was made on d same no. as above on 10/07/2010 and d sort cuming of complain is awaited till now...after waiting response ofto 10 days i have to come resister this complain before your INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAIN FORUM. for immediate redressel and for compansasion of he suffering with hot weather...

              I HAD PURCHASED KORYO MAKE WATER GYSER IN OCT2010 FROM BIG BAZAR - HILAND PARK - KOLKATA . ONE MONTH BACK DURING THE OPERATION THE RED LIGHT WAS ON AND AS PER THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL ONCE THE RED LIGHT IS ON THE GYSER WAS SUPPOSED TO SWITCH ON . THEN I HAS CALLED THE SERVICE CENTRE AND BOOKED THE COMPLAINT . THE SERVICE ENGINEER HAD COME TO MY HOUSE BUT LEFT WITHOUT REPAIRING THE SAME . THEN AGAIN I CALLED THE SERIVED CENTRE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPONENT CALLED : THERMOSTAT " WAS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED . BUT IT WAS MORE THAN 20 DAYS STILL THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT ATTENDED . I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO MR MAHESH - MOBILE NO ( [protected]) AND HE IS MAKING FALSE ASSURANCE EVERY DAY . THE GYSER NEEDS TO REPAIRED WITH TOP PRIORITY AND IF REPARING IS NOT POSSIBEL THAN IT SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH NEW ONE .                 I have lodged complain for water leakage from my indoor unit from my 1 ton split AC for 9th time now but there has not been any permanent solution till now. After every complain engineer visits and rectifies the problem saying minor issues such as alignment,dirt or blockage etc. but it hardly stays fixed for 15-20 days. After strict complains and talking to superiors they finally came to a conclusion of installation problem. The AC was re installed with assurance that it wont happen again but again it started within 10 days. After engineer visit he said there no problem in the installation now and he cant see any problem this time. So what does this mean?? the water will continue to drip like this and they cant do anything for fixing this..I at least seek an reply on this from the big bazaar group.

                  i got the call from mumbai head office Future groups, her name is bhagya and hydreabad abids big bazaar his name is ali both had taken the same details from me , which that same i am repeating since march 2011, in to the all places in hydreabad , chennai bangalore, mumbai, seriously i got ill by begging in front of your people, now this hydreabad man mr santhosh is saying he can be only change the part which is not working, he say that my warranty is over , more than one year your tech service man are making us delay BY SAYING ITS ALL ABOUT COMPANY MISTAKE COMPANY ONLY NOT GIVING ANY APPROVAL OR SERVICE ORDERS now all of suddenly your hydreabad people said warranty is over, i am also a SHOWROOM MANAGER FOR AERO CLUB WOODLAND SHOES (RETAILS) if the things not use for one time also and got problem we immediately replace wider he perches from hydreabad or in chennai, or any part of the nation can exchange , replacement , or refunds, since more than 1 year
                  i show my peysion i talk very gratitudely some more than 300 above calls to every where above list places and peoples now PLEASE, future groups is biggest company in india your people are making BAD NAME in front of CUSTOMERS,

                  i was searching job into future groups but as a customer i got the treating by your company i never want to join like
                  this company which not at all gives VALUE for COMMON people,

                  i know one more apology mail come by some other e-mail or call , again same story i have to repeat ,

                  i perched the microwave oven dec-2011 since we open new pack its not working we are complaining till date now in Chennai service center people taken my oven by saying it will return back will running in week after 4 weeks also not giving back no 1 is there to give answer i simply spent my hard earn money did not use for 1secend also, please i have a request to all who work hard for your family, please help me to do complaint on future group, thous people who got suffer by future groups, please contact me we all meet by e-mail or social networking site like FACEBOOK and other, will make the video photos thous customer care people name and designation, voice records, like this we can upload, send to all and shear other, if we not got our things what we spent on them, at least we will make the awareness to the conman people let them save,.

                    I had purchased Microwave Oven on 24.12.2011. But now glass tray has been broken due to poor quality of glass and failure of Mechanical System. A complaint is made for Microwave oven plate to be replaced , but sorry no response was made, I have chosen the worst Company + dealer+ service franchsee+ sub franchisee etc. These are cheaters In future there will be no delaing with this Koryo Company from my side. In case if there is no response then the legal action under the jurisdiction of ( Hon'ble Consumer Forum), Kanpur would be taken against Koryo company. Model No. KNC-2323 & Invoice/Cash Bill No. 15916 from BIG BAZAR, Kanpur (Rave MOTI, Rawatpur, Kanpur.).

                      Dear Sir

                      Requesting you to pl respnse our compaint for changing the glass plate of microwave which got brokern during prepartion of cake. we have made complaint on 4/1/12 but your franchsee and sub franchsee are just delaying the same as it was promised to be changed within 48 hrs. On you pamphlet as well as at Big Bazzar it was intimated that services are the best but sorry it is worst than ever. IF you had not been able to keep timelines pl do not sell your products as your management is also worst in their handling.
                      If the same is not done by monday I shall be required to go to consumer forum against you company so pl do the needful.

                        I had made a complaint for Microwave oven plate to be replaced , broken in 3 days while cooking cake but sorry no response, dealy in material despach with worst category of service franchsee chosen, Company + dealer+ service franchsee+ sub franchisee etc are cheaters and I am now bound to form the opinion that comapny managment itself wants to be like this . We have done mistake and never purchase any quality product of Koryo in future. Disgraceful behaviour and response from a big company like this with no action being taken from the managment to improve--a very bad sorry of affair.

                          I had purchased Koryo Microwave oven on 24/12/11 and started cooking cake after the engg had given the tips. suddenly on 3/1/12 the plate while preparing the cake in borosil pan the Glass plate got broken into 2 pieces inside the oven when cooking was on. We complaint at Toll free number-
                          the Response they have given can never be expected from a big company like Koryo. they have given frenchisee for servicing and that Frenchisee had given service contract to some other small agency/ engg --who is not having any parts available and always delay the service.
                          I need my glass plate to be replaced immediately and as it is under warranty no payment is required to be made.
                          Even the dealer BIG BAZZAR is keeping us in dark about the services . They say best while we get worst.
                          Requesting to get it replaced without cost asap latest by tomorrow.
                          Expecting reasonable services atleast.

                              Hi,

                              Please note that we have bought a Koryo Water Heater bearing model no: KWH-IN1 from Big Bazaar outlet in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon on 4 Dec, 2011 vide invoice no. 0038971. This was installed at our house a few days later and did not worked since day 1 of installation. A complaint in this regard was made to service center (complaint no: 364028, Neetu Verma) and a service man attended the same. He came at our home, visited, re-setted thermostat and went back without telling us about the fault.

                              Next morning, again same problem happened and when we called service center again, it was told that service man has reported a fault with heating element. On being further asked as to when will this be replaced, it was told (on 13 dec, 2011) that it will take about a week for the part to be available.

                              No one turned up in entire week. We called service center back on 24 Dec, 2011, and associates starting telling that it might take another 10 days for the part to be available, which make it a total of about 1 month for water heater to be not working, out of 3 months of winter. With repeated follow ups, call center people (as they said) contacted Gurgaon service center and later called us back that someone will be visiting our house on same day to fix the problem. However, as we expected with service of Koryo, no one turned up on 24th, 25th and even 26th of December.

                              We hereby request you to please escalate the same at the earliest, and get this water heater fixed or replaced immediately, and it is not acceptable that you take another few days while waiting for the part to arrive. It is too cold here in Gurgaon, and working with cold water is no fun, which might even make my family sick.

                                I bought KORYO steam iron box KSW 11X from BIG BAZAR BSK 3rd stage, Bangalore on 23.01.11 (2 year warranty).
                                The sole plate broken into two pieces aftrer few months. I took the defective iron box for repair/replacement. They refused to replace and asked me to pay Rs. 400/- for repair. I bought
                                he iron box less than Rs.300 with discount for having purchasedg suit cases . Now I suspect, this exhorbitantrepair cost is not worth but a robbery of consumer. Hence i did not offer for repair.

                                I checked with other company models where the sole plate cross sections are comparitively thicker than the the above KORYO model. Hence my sincere request do not sell or buy defective and poor quality product.

                                  We have purchased two washing machines from Big Bazar, Kachiguda Branch. Out of Two, One is working another one is not working. The same matter is informed to your Call Centre by Phone. They have given compliant number. That is 355296 dated.06/11/2011. After one week Your Machinics are coming and they are told one part is damaged, you will come later. Further so many times calling, but no responses. If you are not take action within one week, i will go to action planing.

                                    I had purchased The Koryo LED 32HD TV on 31 Mar 2011 With EMI 1999 for 15 months vide bill No: 41/55880 and invoice no 334711 dt. 31 Mar 2011 from Bigbazaar Visakhaptnam out let.
                                    Now the TV start occurring troubling me from the date of installation, Following are the troubles faced by me:
                                    1. Low resolution and image always remain blurry and no 3D effect. I thought that because of proper adjustment and improper signal the image has not displaying properly but that was wrong concept. With the same signal other TV are coming OK. After seven month also picture is not coming with true image and proper shape. The height ratio also not coming correct even after selecting the proper ratio.
                                    2. The Power switch of TV is flickering constantly from the beginning.
                                    3. Now the TV is completely no video and audio. After calling various service centers is also defect has not been rectified. My question is that why customer should suffer for faulty or defective good. At least TV should run one year properly till the half of the total amount of EMI paid. Giving three years warranty does not stand any meaning. I don not want the TV now and will not pay complete EMI till I get other brand Sony with the same amount of cost. At least future bazaar should sell the durable and reliable product which never gives trouble customer and dealer as well. That is complete future bazaar fault of supplying the faulty good. My Koryo TV neither has good performance nor good durability. Both the case it has completely failed to satisfy me.
                                    Unless replace the product I will no more pay any EMI. For what I will pay? Just for no video and audio? Male practice done by selling the substandard product of china in India. Thus it is violating the government rule and cheating the numbers of customers.

                                      I posted my complaint around 1 week back against the Koryo electronics for not providing my dust bag.
                                      3 days back I got a massage from Future group regarding the same and the executive Ms. Priya assure me that they are forwarding my request to Koryo officials and soon my problem will be resolved but till date I have not received my bag.
                                      Now in these days I'm receiving the calls from Koryo and they are promissing me that with-in 2-3 days i'll receive my bag via courier but as usual still i'm empty hand and Ms. Priya from Future group is also not responding.

                                      May got bless them for their misconduct and show them the right path of Humanity and ethics.

                                        Speaker are not working properly.

                                        TV — volume problem

                                        volume increses whenever it is made on. Cmpalint launched for very long time , nobody is taking decision to replace it free of cost because same problem existed when the TV was with in the warranty period.
