I had bought a Koryo water dispenser from ezone. At the time of selling they said its their own brand and stuff. Now after just 15 days, its tap broke and water started to leak. After visiting the chembur ezone and submitting so many complaints, still its not getting repaired or replaced. The store manger states that it will be done when parts are available.

We have bought the Split A/c of the Koryo Brand from the E zone at Mumbai Central and the same was installed b company's fitter and was working fine as the usage was not much. Within 2 - 3 days of its installation the machine turned out to be defective. A complaint was lodged against the same but no response. I had purchased of a reputed brand Koryo a micro wave oven from Big Bazar (EDM) Ghaziabad on 13 Nov 07. It became unserveceable in the month of Aug 08 and for the same i lodged a complaint on their help line (No. [protected]) on the same day. On complaining the engineer came and took some component of the tv along with him and instead of regular calling customer care walas are not giving clear picture of progress.It is very irritating and disgusting.
