had purchased 0.8 ton split air conditioner of Koryo company from big bazar from one year back.
now A.C s compressor get damaged, i have complaint this to custemer care one month back.
But till now i didint get the ciompressor, i folloup with CC exicutive and regularly they told
compressor will get in two days. In this climet we canot able to manage without AC.I think KORYO servicing is very slow or poor. please look in to this problem

      I have purchased a KORYO HD 32 LED TV, Model No: KLE-5523BV11, Serial No: DOKLE5523BA11A-0306, MADEIN PRC RECENTLY.
      It is hectic that how you are developing the low resolution image in your product. Following are the observation from my side.
      1. Brightest Cloud over the picture and images and screen.
      2. Clarity is not accurate like other LCD TV even after tuning and setting all peripherals.
      3. Unable to visualize the true picture.
      4. Variation of the color changing is easily identified, which should occur in such costly product.
      5. The image shifting is also traceable.
      I have written in favor of company and customer both to you kindly look in the matter. Kindly remember sour mango can only sell once not again.
      Nevertheless, you will be published as Looter of Public Money with false product.

        we bought a koryo stand fan from big bazaar durgapur and after few months it stopped working. we went for replacement and the salesperson told us to submit the fan and they committed us to replace it as soon as the stock is available. we asked for documents but they said there is no need of documents as it will be replaced within 2 days.we chased them after 2days but till date we havnt recieved the fan. now the saleperson dealing with this problem is not present in the store and the new person is asking for documents.

          I have purchased Home theatre on 01/01/11 from Big bazar. In which Dvd player is of Onida & Speakers of Koryo. Speakers was out of order from 1Feb 2011. I have placed the complaint to Future Group Complaint No: 294614 on 04/02/2011.Company forwarded the same to (JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PVT.LTD) who is service provider for all Koryo Electronics appliances. Company technician came, checked the speaker and said that it is completly out of order. You will get the exchange from, Future Group within one week. In this period I send lot of mails to Mulund Branch. No reply from JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES Senior Executive. All the contact numbers in the card was out dated. So I called directly to the Banglore based Head office and placed my complaint. After 6 days same technician came and he took the photos of the damaged speakers. He said that you will get the phone from Future Group for replacement of the speakers. For last 10 days I am waiting for phone.It is going to be two months period from my 1st complaint.
          The service provider of Koryo India ltd.(JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PVT.LTD)
          is very bad in service. Request to Koryo -- " To change your Service Provider"

            Hi,

            I had bought a Koryo water dispenser from ezone. At the time of selling they said its their own brand and stuff. Now after just 15 days, its tap broke and water started to leak. After visiting the chembur ezone and submitting so many complaints, still its not getting repaired or replaced. The store manger states that it will be done when parts are available.

            If this is not done very soon, then I will have to take this further.

              We have bought the Split A/c of the Koryo Brand from the E zone at Mumbai Central and the same was installed b company's fitter and was working fine as the usage was not much. From Yesterday the machine has started tripping with 15 to 20 miniutes of working and we have kept it in off condition waiting for your technical staff to repair the same the machine is installed at the under mentioned address.

                Hi, I am Rajnish and I bought a KORYO Home Theatre System from Big Bazar. On one day when I found its display panel is not function anymore, I registered a complaint for KORYO home theatre system in October, 2010. I got no response of this complaint from KORYO Company. I again registered the same complaint in January, 2011 on this there engineer visited and told me that the part(transformer) has to be replace. I told him that the warranty is about to expire and he convinced me that part will be replaced with no cost to you. But, i m shocked to tell you that now its March and no one has come back. I have given several of calls to the service centre and also to their Customer Care Centre but no one have courtesy to turn back and tell me the status. My expereince is very bad with KORYO and its after sales is worst. I will never suggest anyone for KORYO product.

                  We bought Koryo Washing Machine, Model KWM 62FA from e-zone, Esteem Mall, Hebbal, Bangalore on 19/11/2010. The machine stopped working on January 11th, and we lodged a complaint with e-zone esteem mall regarding this. They said a technical person will come to look into the matter. After about a week, a person came, and said a part has gone bad, so machine is not working. He said the company will help us.
                  Thereafter, there has been no communication from the company. Nobody came to replace the machine or replace the part. We have repeatedly been going to e-zone in esteem mall. The manager is shamelessly sitting there not helping us. We even said we might have to go to the police for this cheating. He was not scared of this even. It is like he means: do whatever you want, we will not change the part or the machine.

                          Dear Sir,

                          A Microwave oven [KMG 2311] of Koryo make was bought on 25 December - 2009 from Tikiapara Big Bazar.

                          Within 2 - 3 days of its installation the machine turned out to be defective. A complaint was lodged against the same but no response. After repeated calling & chasing the concerned person for more than 3 months, an authorized service person appeared at out Howrah residence but instead of rectifying the complaint, he completely ruined the machine when a spark came out of the machine. The machine was brought to our Jadavpur residence expecting availability of better service from the mentioned company, Koryo.

                          A complaint was again lodged regarding the same matter from this address. The same position took place and this is the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have ever seen in my lifetime. After 4 -5 months of repeated complaints, am authorized service person visited. After detailed inspection of the appliance, he suggested & advised us to submit the microwave oven to a service station at Southern Services, 6/14 Prince Anwar Shah Road, Poddar Nagar, Kolkata – 700068, where the product might be replaced with a new one.

                          We managed to act as per his advice & submitted the machine to the service station, as was specified by the authorized service person. No specific date of report was provided by the service station & was told that we would receive a phone call from the station if & when the product & its relevant complaint would be rectified. No calls or feedback were received by us for months. We started calling them up & they went on delaying the process with some reason or another.

                          After sufficient long process, we had to visit he service station in person to follow up with the matter. They replied that the defect of the machine has not been solved & several engineers of different levels are trying to solve the matter but all ineffective. They gave us a 7 days time during which if they were unable to rectify the problem, they would replace the product with a new one. After 15 – 20 days they called us to take back our machine, assuring that the product & its complaint has been rectified.

                          We went to collect the product but while the office manager & senior technician tried to give us a demonstration of the rectification, the product again turned out o be faulty, right in presence of all o[censored]s. At the very moment, they assured us & told us to collect a new replaced product after 7 days.

                          When, after 7 days, we called them over phone, they again told us that the same product is rectified & we should collect the same. We denied.

                          The points are:
                          1. The warranty period of the material is 2 yrs out of which, 1 years 2 months has passed.
                          2. During this 1 years 2 months, we could not use the product for even a single moment.
                          3. Even if we collect the same old product, there is no guarantee that the product will provide us proper service.
                          4. Does Koryo company or any of its representatives have any value of their words?

                          After, such harassment for 1 years 2 months, the service station is not at all ashamed of themselves & a female employee from the same, uses filthy languages & tries to harass people so that they avoid to call them in future.

                          In this connection, I would also like to state that I have previously sent an e – main at [protected]@koryoworld.com long back regarding the same matter but have not received any response till date.

                          This is a complete disgrace on the part of the company & I will never advice or suggest any of my friends or colleagues to buy any product from Koryo. On the contrary, I would always discourage everyone to buy a product of the mentioned company.

                              I had purchased of a reputed brand Koryo a micro wave oven from Big Bazar (EDM) Ghaziabad on 13 Nov 07. It became unserveceable in the month of Aug 08 and for the same i lodged a complaint on their help line (No. [protected]) on the same day. Their service engineer came and informed that it is under warranty and its PCB needs to be changed from our service centre. so for the same I took and handed over in the service centre at Shiv Care Centre, 17, Arunodoy Society, Near Cross World, Alka Puri Vadodara. After a period of 04 month (i.e.Nov 08) it got repaired and I took my microwave back. Again after completion of two years its PCB again became unserviceable. and again I lodged a complaint in the same helpline on 28 Sep 10 (COmplaint No. 26228). on very next day one service engineer (Mr. Prashant K Nadkarni from Jeeves, Hulimavu Village, Bangalore) visited my house and inspected microwave, and committed that our engineer in next two days and will replace its part.
                              I regularly kept inquiring from their help line about the part. till date they are in the same position as on 29 Sep 10, and replying that " the part will be coming from bangalore in next week, will put in your microwave on the very next day". On 17 Nov 10, Imailed on their e-mail about the same. but till date no reply from them. today at 0014 h (mid night) I got an sms from Mr. Prashant stating "Sir, I have checked with mumbai warehousePcb not yet received from factory if not received by this week we will try to arrange repaired pcb from bangalore".

                              I have not under stood why the company is unable to procure thie defected item, as company itself is the manufacturer and marketing itself. In addition to this giving after sales services.

                                I was purchased (on 15/08/2010) a Koryo Home Theater with Weston DVD player at Big Bazaar(Future Value Retail Ltd) Thane Lake city. But the home theater is not working properly.When I purchased they told me that it has on site warranty, but when I contacted to the Big Bazaar they told me to bring at their store.So I submited Home Theater at Big bazaar on[protected].Till Date[protected] they did not contact me.Even they are not repaired it.

                                  Within one and a half year of purchase, the product has gone bad 3 times. The last time it had gone bad , I called up the customer care centre. A rep from the customer care centre attended after 4 days. The rep took the PCB inside the TV and promised to return the PCB within 4 days with Rs 500 charge. However , even after 8 days, the PCB has not been returned. Also after 8 days, the customer care rep called and said that the matter will take some more time and Rs.1500 will now be charged for the same. This is very annoying on my part and I request to take strict action against the brand Koryo Electronics.

                                  Koryo 21" TV — Replacement of faulted TV

                                  Hi,

                                  Kindly note that we have purchased a Koryo 21" color TV from Big bazaar Vadapalani outlet
                                  on Feb 4, 2009.

                                  We identified that the TV has some fault and the same has been verified by the
                                  person who was sent for demo i.e Mr. Ravi Narayanan.

                                  I have raised complaint to the Vadapalani outlet since Feb 5, 2009.

                                  So far no response has been taken from your side.

                                  Kindly take this into account and please replace the TV set as soon as possible.

On complaining the engineer came and took some component of the tv along with him and instead of regular calling customer care walas are not giving clear picture of progress.It is very irritating and disgusting.                                         Dear Sir,
                                        I bought a KORYO 21" TV from BIG BAZAR. That is my big mistake. The TV memory is not working. No channel & volume etc. can be changed from remote and also manually. I made a complaint to koryo last 15 days back. The technician arrived and told me that he have to change a memory chip. And after that he never turned back.
                                        I quired several times to their toll free number, but without any positive result. I suggest all my fellow brothers, please refrian from buying this sort TV from Big Bazar.
