I have puechased Koryo Inverter AC 1.5 Ton with Midel No. FWKSIFG2012A3S INF12 and FWKSIFG2018A3S INF18 from Big Bazaar biharsharif Branch District Nalanda State Bihar i had made complain for Error code 5. After my complain a service engineer visited and told me that my AC indoor PCB and Outdoor PCB had fault and needs to replace. Kindly provide me the above said Part of my AC earliest. Or Make a arrangement of a service call so i could brief my problem.

I purchased two split ACs from Big Bazar last year in April 2021. one 1.5 ton and the other 1.0 ton.
both the ACs are not working properly.
The 1.0-ton AC is leaking water droplets coming through the wall and not cooling effectively.
The 1.5-ton AC is not colling at all,
But the outer unit of both the ACs are emitting irritating sounds.
please repair these ACs

This is to inform that the automatic washing machine purchased on 25/10/2019 model no MODEL KWM1060FL is not functioning last one month .
My parents are senior citizens .so many times they hv called the customer care . customer care executives are assuring that service will be provided but till the date it has not been done .
In this process even one person has come has forged my parents .

I purchase a new cooler from big bazzer but now it is not working it is warnty period, I have also camplain many times but i don't get any response please help me out I will thanks full for that

I registered the complaint on 11 April 2022 and your agent visited on 12 April 2022, after checking the AC he said that a gas refill is required and someone else will come to refill the gas but till today 20 April 2022 no one came and no one contacted me to give an update.

I bought Koryo 43 inch LED TV in Oct 2021 and few months back I had an issue with TV as it was not reading any of HDMI ports. I service call was placed on 28th of February, 2022 and the technician visited my home within 5 working days. Technician advised the board is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since then I had to follow up with customer service centre of Koryo for the updated stats and till date they haven't had this issue resolved.

I have purchased Koryo 6 in 1 Multipurpose Hand Blender with 6 attachments (KHB9567) in the month of 27 Dec, 2020 with Order Number:[protected] from amazon. Unfortunately it was not working I have tried calling to Koryo care in the month of April2021 but they told to visit Jeeves service center in Bangalore HSR Layout and they told its a replacement product that has to be done from company end, because they can't change parts it seems and they have told to contact koryo team they will provide replacement id but I have not received any information from past one year I haven't received any response from them.

I have called up N number of times but Every time they will inform it will be resolved in 2-3days but there is no update from past one year. I have not received any replacement or return or refund. Need your assistance on this.

when i complained to koryo customer care there are send your technician at my house and pick my led tv for repairing dated (24/01/2022) but till now date (24/04/2022) my tv not return my house
within 4 months customer care only satisfie me and always says same words "your tv return your house only next 48 hrs"
company provide me replacement note but i what i do iam also empty handed so please resolve my problm ASAP

I have bought a Koryo steam iron from Amazon in December'21. It's been only four months but now it is not working. It has one year warranty so please let me know how can I repair or replace it. The main issue is that its main power supply is not working.

From past 3months TV is not working many times called the executive sent mail no response . Just telling raise complaint now for raising complaint also they are telling one or the other thing .it's almost more than 3months never ever seen this kind of worst service very very worst service and the worst brand.please raise a complaint and try to resolve as soon as possible
