Sir, Reder service Id [protected]. I have purchased split ac INS 18 from Koryo Big Bazaar Rave moti Kanpur on 06 sep 2021. On the first attempt for installation I have to make multiple calls to Koryo team and customer care. Now on 28 th of Feb 22, I have raised a service request through customer care and through email for free schedule service of ac. On first day Koryo team promised me that they will come on tomorrow, they didn't come. After two days I again contacted then they replied that after three days team will come, again they didn't come. Again I have contacted customer care and emailed, then they had said that I have to wait for 4 days. After so many attempt no one from Koryo came for servicing of ac. So many emails to Koryo care and so many calls made to customer care but no response. It's mental and financial harassment. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.
