My number is [protected]. Kreditbee loan application is continuously harrasing me and continuously threating me daily. I have already said to that company that my current financial condition was very bad and I have no money. And my wife health condition was very bad. They are continuously disturbing me daily. Please take necessary hard step against this company and please close my current loan. I am really very worry now. Please reply me.

      When I was Taking loan, I applied promocode, given by kreditbee, after that 50% proceesing fee off & rest of 50% was paytm cashback after 1st EMI paid, I have already paid 2 EMI but still i have not received any cashback, Customer care not solving my problem, I contact many times but not get any solution.

        I have not taken any loan but still I am getting unnecessary spam calls twice a day from kreditbee. Have mailed to kreditbee for the same and got a reply that DND has been processed and won't be getting any calls but still after some days again started getting calls from different numbers of kreditbee. I request kreditbee to delete my account permanently and remove my number and stop calling me and harassing me as I am not interested in kreditbee anymore. I'm fed up of your spam calls. Stop calling me.

          I am writing this in reference to the Loan which I took back in the month of August 2022. I was supposed to receive a 50% off on the processing fee which I did and 50% cashback to Paytm wallet after the payment of my first EMI which was made already on 01/10/2022.

          My account details are:

          Now, talking about my concern as I had already discussed this with one of your executives regarding the cashback I am to receive.

          1. How can you provide cash back to a paytm wallet when they are not onboarding new customers or a customer like me who is new to Paytm and completing the KYC is not allowed to use their wallet services. Please read this article from RBI (https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_PressReleaseDisplay.aspx?prid=53405#:~:text=O... concerns%20observed%20in%20the%20bank.)

          2. Not everyone uses Paytm these days. You guys know it well. Most of them including me has now become ex-Paytm user

          3. Paytm these days is always on a downfall.

          That said, please provide me an alternative to get the remaining 50% cashback:

          1. You can reduce that amount from the upcoming EMI i.e., for November

          2. If you still want to use Paytm services then you can send me a promo code of the same amount.

          3. You can transfer to any other wallet that allows customers to fully use its services.

          4. You can transfer it directly to my bank account

          5. Or you guys decide how you would want me to avail that remaining cashback.

          Please see the attached proof showing that I am unable to activate Paytm wallet.

                              This is absolutely unethical and rude to harass my friends and family for the EMI that I have to pay. Torturing and abusing with bad words over call is extremely bad and unlawful. A legal notice can be sent and even a case can be filed if the borrower fails to repay. how can a application steal contact details and abuse them?

                                    Rustrated with the continuous marketing messages from Kreditbee. Not sure if there is a way to control this. They are spamming my message box 2-3 times a day with the same message. I honestly don't need anything from Kreditbee except the liberation from their spamming messages. I feel pity about my own situation.

                                      Sir, I had taken a PL from Kreditbee on 17/06/2022. AND I had paid it in last month.
                                      But It has been showing active with Rs.185 balance in my CIBIL reports. It affects my reports alot. Due to this active status, my car loan application was rejected. This harrasses me alot. So please update it closed and also send me the NOC regarding the same.

                                        Customer care called me and using absused word and giving me of offers to pay money and I pay money on offers like my loan 6000 rs and he says you will be pay in 1 hours I will give you 1500 off on your loan after I am paying 4500 and he says good by sir and pay 1500 in 5 working days . I have recording of this calls I will complaint again kredit bee company in a court
